Abstract

Fondasi adalah bagian struktur yang dikerjakan paling awal dan bagian yang krusial dalam sebuah konstruksi suatu bangunan. Fondasi ini akan memikul dan menahan semua beban, salah satunya beban gempa. Dari berbagai jenis fondasi dalam salah satunya ada yang namanya fondasi tiang pancang tunggal, karena pemasangannya mudah dengan langsung di tancapkan kedalam tanah tanpa harus memerlukan lagi proses pengeboran tanah. Fondasi tiang pancang tunggal bisa dipergunakan pada berbagai jenis tanah dan salah satunya adalah tanah lunak. Untuk dapat menganalisis tiang pancang tunggal elastis dan inelastis dalam kondisi free-head dan fixed-head di berbagai dimensi, maka didesain berdasarkan SNI 1726:2012 dan dievaluasi dengan menggunakan metode kapasitas spectrum yang diatur dalam ATC-40. Hasil yang diperoleh menggambarkan perilaku semua tiang pancang tunggal yang dianalisis

Abstract

This research aims to know the characteristic of ideal mathematics teacher according to student of SMA Negeri 1 Merauke. This research is quantitative research. The sampling technique used was stratified proportional random sampling technique and obtained 256 students as sample. Data collection techniques used is the spread of questionnaires, then data from the questionnaire were analyzed using conjoint analysis with full profile method and orthogonal array. The results showed that the characteristics of mathematics teachers desired by students are teachers of male sex, have age between 46-55 years, then have a relaxed but serious teaching style, using unconventional learning method, teacher convey mathematics material accompanied by its application in daily life, then have high spirit of teaching and able to use technology in learning well, interaction between teacher with active student.

Abstract

Spodoptera exigua Huebner nucleopolyhedrovirus (SeNPV) is an entomophathogenic virus of onion caterpillar S. exigua larvae commonly used as bioinsecticide. The major limitations of SeNPV for biocontrol of onion caterpillar is it requires long time for the virus to kill the insect host. This research was aimed to find out the material as phagostimulant to increase the infectivity of SeNPV and to determine the optimum boric acid concentration as an enhancer for SeNPV activities. This research was conducted at laboratory using Cipanas isolate of SeNPV and third instar of S. exigua larvae. Phagostimulant used are 5% ofsucrose, soybean sauces, molases, sugar and turmeric filtrate,and the enhancers used are 0,1%, 1%, 5% and 10% concentration of boric acid. This result indicated that soybean sauces and sucrose increased S. exigua consumption and enhanced the infectivity of SeNPV. When mixed with polyhedra of SeNPV, 1% to 5% sucrose significantly increased S. exigua consumption and increased the infectivity of SeNPV, while 10% sucrose tended to decrease the feeding of S. exigua. Boric acid enhanced the infectivity of SeNPV. However, the increase of boric acid concentration should be restricted maximum at 5% for avoiding the negative impacts on the environment.

Abstract

Spodoptera exigua nucleopolyhedrovirus (SeNPV) is a viral pathogen of onion caterpillar S. exigua with high pathogenicity. One of the major constraints to the use of SeNPV for biocontrol of onion caterpillar is its sensitivity to ultraviolet (UV) degradation. The purposes of this research were to determine the effect of sunlight exposure on the virulence of SeNPV and to find out the effective natural UV protectant to maintain the SeNPV virulence. The results showed that the sunlight radiation affects the SeNPV infectivity. Addition of 1% of coconut shell charcoal, lampblack, husk charcoal, yam flour, molasses, yam filtrate, turmeric filtrate and green tea filtrate to the SeNPV suspension were found to be effective as UV protectant. Coconut shell charcoal, lampblack and husk charcoal are activated carbon that can absorb UV light. Yam filtrate is a natural ingredient that contains saponins and is able to protect SeNPV particles as reflectance. While molasses, turmeric filtrate and green tea filtrate containing flavanoid serve as a protective virus particles and UV absorber.

Abstract

The potential of entomopathogenic fungus Metarhizium brunneum Petch as biocontrol agent to termite Macrotermes gilvus Hagen has been tested in the laboratory.The purpose of this research is to study the symptomatology and lethal time of the termite M. gilvus fungus after infection by M. brunneum. The density of conidia at 1.21xlO6/mL showed as effective concentration in causing M. gilvus mortality, when compared to 1.08><106conidia/mL, and control. The infection stage of M. brunneum on the host until the death of its host occurred on day 2,and the sporulation of M. brunneum on the surface of the host integument occur on day 4. The entire surface of M. gilvus was covered by the mycelium and conidia of M. brunneum on day 7. Lethal time 50% of termite population of M. gilvus (LT50) was achieved in 5 days(5.14), and LT95 achieved on day 10 (10.03).

Abstract

Helicoverpa armigera is one of the most important agricultural pests because it has a high reproductive rate and resulted in economic losses. One of the H. armigera control techniques that is in accord with IPM principle is the utilizing of entomopathogenic fungus. The aim of this research was to test the pathogenicity of Lecanicillium (Lecanicillium sp. PTN01) against H. armigera. Pathogenicity test was conducted by conidia application of Lecanicillium sp. PTN01 on both the larvae and eggs at density of 105, 106, 107 conidia/ml. The control group was only treated with steril water. Polymerase chain reaction (PCR) was performed for molecular identification Lecanicillium sp. PTN01. The results showed that Lecanicillium sp. PTN01 able to inhibit egg hatching 13.75%, and cause mortality of first instar larval survival 98.75%. The result of virulence test to the highest larval mortality at 107 conidia/ml density was 41,25%, with the values of LT25, 50, 75 were 3.95, 7.12, 12.82 (days) and LC25, 50, 75 were 4.6 x 105, 1.7 x 106, 4.6 x 109 (conidia/ml). The DNA sequence analysis of ITS 1 and ITS 4 primers showed that Lecanicillium sp. PTN01 was similar to fungus species L. kalimantanense strain BTCC F23 with 94% homology.

Abstract

Spodoptera exigua nucleopolyhedrovirus (SeNPV) is an entomophathogenic virus of S. exigua larvae commonly usedas bioinsecticide. This research was aimed to 1) study the symptoms of SeNPV infection on the S. exigua larvae inthe laboratory, 2) examine the virulence of SeNPV on the 3rd instar of S. exigua larvae and (3) find out the optimalconcentration of polyhedra and harvesting time. The infection of SeNPV on the S. exigua larvae was inhibitedmolting process and disturbing larval growth. The color of infected larvae gradually changed become more dark,and at the end of infection, larvae died with fragile and broken integument. Infected larvae showed reduction infeeding activities. The LC50 of SeNPV on 3rd instar larvae in the laboratory was estimated 6.65 x 105 POBs/ml.The polyhedra concentration used for virus propagation was 5.88 x 106 POBs/ml. The optimal harvesting time was5 days after inoculation, where most of the infected larvae had died but the body still intact.Keywords: Pathology, symptom, virulence, Spodoptera exigua, SeNPV

Abstract

Penelitian ini berjudul ‘‘Kontrastivitas Kalimat Lampau Futsuugo-Ngoko Bahasa Jepang dan Bahasa Jawa’’. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode kualitatif dengan teknik pengkajian data menggunakan metode padan yang bersifat sosiolinguistik dengan menggunakan teknik pendekatan linguistik kontrastif. Data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini berasal dari berbagai data campuran, di antaranya: data novel Shin Suikoden, skrip drama Jin naskah Ketoprak Wiswakarman dan majalah Panjebar Semangat. Teori yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini di antaranya adalah deskripsi tentang kalimat lampau futsuugo-ngoko Bahasa Jepang dan Bahasa Jawa Mazuoka (1999), Sasangka (2004), dan Wedhawati (2005). Metode penelitian deskriptif yang digunakan adalah telaah dari Sudaryanto (1993). Deskripsi Sosiolinguistik dalam penilitian ini menggunakan telaah dari Nababan (1993), dan Sanada (2000). Deskripsi linguistik kontrastif menggunakan telaah Tarigan (1992) dan Takahashi (1998). Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk memperoleh deskripsi mengenai perbedaan dan persamaaan kalimat lampau bentuk futsuugo-ngoko bahasa Jepang dan bahasa Jawa. Penelitian ini akan menganalisis tentang kalimat lampau yang digunakan oleh penutur dan petutur dalam tingkatan futsuugo dengan unggah-ungguh ngoko.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh positif kecerdasan matematis logis dan kemandirian belajar terhadap hasil belajar matematika. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif, dengan rancangan korelasional jenis penelitian expost facto. Pengambilan sampel dalam penelitian ini dilakukan dengan proportional random sampling. Teknik pengumpulan data dalam penelitian ini adalah angket dan tes.  Lembar angket yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini terbagi menjadi dua, yaitu lembar angket kecerdasan matematis-logis dan lembar angket kemandirian belajar. Tes digunakan mendapatkan data hasil belajar matematika. Teknik analisis data menggunakan uji-F. Hasil analisis data penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kecerdasan matematis-logis secara parsial tidak ada pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap hasil belajar siswa. Kemandirian belajar siswa juga secara parsial tidak ada pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap hasil belajar matematika. Tidak ada pangaruh kecerdasan matematis logis dan kemandirian belajar terhadap hasil belajar matematika. AbstractThe purpose of this study was to determine the positive influence of mathematical-logical intelligence and learning independence on mathematics learning outcomes. This research uses a quantitative approach, with a correlational design of ex post facto research. Sampling in this study was carried out by proportional random sampling. Data collection techniques in this study were questionnaire and test. The questionnaire sheet used in this study was divided into two, namely the mathematical-logical intelligence questionnaire sheet and the learning independence questionnaire sheet. The test is used to get data on learning outcomes in mathematics. Data analysis techniques using the F-test. The results of the analysis of research data indicate that mathematical-logical intelligence partially has no significant effect on student learning outcomes. Student learning independence is also partially there is no significant effect on mathematics learning outcomes. There is no effect of logical-mathematical intelligence and learning independence on mathematics learning outcomes.

Abstract

Kutu loncat Diaphorina citri Kuwayama merupakan salah satu hama penting tanaman jeruk dan juga merupakan vektor dari penyakit serius yang dikenal dengan greening disease atau disebut Huanglongbing (HLB).Cendawan entomopatogen yang dapat digunakan untuk mengendalikan hama ini adalah Lecanicillium lecanii. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah mengukur kemampuan infeksi L. lecanii terhadap telur D. citri. Kerapatan konidia L. lecaniiyang digunakan adalah 104, 105, 106, 107, dan 108 konidia/ml, percobaan diulang sebanyak tiga kali.Penelitian ini menggunakan Rancangan Acak Lengkap (RAL)Faktorial.Nilai tengah diuji lanjut dengan menggunakan Uji Jarak Berganda Duncan (DMRT) pada taraf nyata 5%.Hasil uji patogenisitas L. lecanii terhadap telur D. citri menunjukkan bahwa seluruh kera-patan konidia yang digunakan pada penelitian tidak memengaruhi perkem-bangan telur D. citri. Hampir 100% telur D. citri masih mampumenetas walaupun telah diberi perlakuan suspensi konidia L. lecanii.Kata kunci: entomopatogen, infeksi, kutu loncat, kepadatan konidia, mortalitas
