Abstract

To meet the needs of the national corn on the feed industry that requires a continuous supply of raw materials with a definite quantity throughout the year, in the national maize production conditions that is not continuous and fluctuating, it is necessary supply planning and storage methods to avoid the risk of maize corn supply crisis form of food shortages or rising feed prices. One method is to apply the concept of supply chain risk management. The high level of dependence and complexity of networks makes supply chain of agricultural products supply chain is becoming more vulnerable to interference. The risk of supply chain disturbance can occur internally (the relation between the organization with a network of suppliers) and external (between network suppliers with the environment). Therefore it is necessary to identify and evaluate supply chain risks in order to avoid continuing problems that can occur at any point in the supply chain network. The objective of this study is to describe the model of identification and evaluation for maize supply chain risk. This model can be used to identify the dominant risk factors and variables at each level of supply chain so that it will be obtained appropriate recommendations action to anticipate them. Risk identification will be conducted with fuzzy AHP approach and risk evaluation would be done by using fuzzy logic with data input form the opinion of several experts maize supply chain.

Abstract

This need analysis research consists of observations and literature studies. This research aims to 1) describe student learning outcomes in the learning process. 2) find the problems faced by students in Computer and Basic Network subject. 3) find Evaluation media solutions needed in conducting the assessment. This research was a descriptive quantitative research. The subjects of this research were 31 students of Grade X TKJ in Vocational High School 2 Lubuk Basung. The data were obtained from questionnaires and analysis through the ADDIE model (Analyze, Design, Development, Implementation, Evaluation) to get conclusions. The results of the research showed that: 1) there were still many students who had not yet reached the Minimum Learning Standard. 2) the learning media used did not make it easy for students to understand the material. 3) the evaluation media used took a long time to get results.

Abstract

Abstrak: Penelitian bertujuan untuk menghasilkan model pendidikan prakarya dan kewirausahaan berbasis ekonomi kreatif berdimensi industri keunggulan lokal yang efektif bagi lulusan SMA berjiwa wirausaha. Penelitian menggunakan prosedur research and development yang dipadukan dengan prinsip desain konstruktivistik dengan tahapan: studi pendahuluan, pengembangan produk awal, dan uji produk awal melalui uji validasi ahli dan praktisi; uji terbatas secara bersiklus, uji produk akhir melalui quasi eksperimen, dan desiminasi serta implementasi. Hasil penelitian tahap pertama adalah sebagai berikut. Industri kerajinan lokal dan pemasarannya menjadi prioritas substansi prakarya dan kewirausahaan dengan menggunakan pembelajaran konstruktivisme social. Desain model terdiri atas tiga komponen, yaitu tujuan (tujuan mata pelajaran, kompetensi dasar, dan indikator), prosedur pembelajaran (pengorganisasian dan penyampaian materi serta pengelolaan pembelajaran), dan penilaian. Desain model menghasilkan produk yang berupa: rumusan kompetensi dasar, silabus, buku ajar, panduan pembelajaran, media, rencana pelaksanaan pembelajaran, dan perangkat penilaian. Hasil uji produk awal menunjukkan bahwa secara keseluruhan rancangan model dan produk yang dihasilkan pada kategori sangat baik. Kata Kunci: desain model, prakarya dan kewirausahaan, ekonomi kreatif MODEL DESIGN OF PRAKARyA AND ENTREPRENEURSHIP WITH CREATIVE ECONOMY BASED AND LOCAL QUALITY OF INDUSTRY DIMENSION Abstract: This study aims to produce education model of prakarya and entrepreneurship with creative economy based and local quality of industry dimension to the graduated students of Senior High School who have entrepreneur passion. This study used research and development procedure with constructivism design which included the introduction study, initial product development, and initial product test through expert and practitioner validity; limited test in cycle, final product test through quasi experiment, dissemination, and implementation. The first result of the study is as follow. Local handicraft industry and its marketing became the substantial priority of prakarya and entrepreneurship by using social constructivism learning. The model design consists of three components, such as objective (learning objective, basic competency, and indicator), learning procedure (material organization, material delivery and learning management), and evaluation. Model design produce a product which include basic competency formula, syllabus, handout, learning guide, media, lesson plan, and evaluation. Abstract

This article concerns a reposItIOn study on the KKN-PPLprogram conducted in the developmentof a dynamic university inrelation to community needs, which had three important objectives,(1) to gain information of the effectiveness of the KKN-PPLprogram in relation to the university curriculum implementation, (2)to gain informationof resistance occurring during theimplementation of the KKN-PPL integrated program, and (3) todescribe stakeholders' perceptions of information about the KKN­PPL program hosted by the State Universityof Yogyakarta.The study was a policy research, in which several factorssupporting or resisting an effective implementation of the KKN-PPLwere analyzed and described intensively by using a descriptiveexploratory method to discover patternsof theory based on a set ofdata scores.The study on the repositioning of the KKN-PPL program in thedevelopmentof a dynamic university in relation to community needsproduces three important recommendations. Firstly, it is possiblethat the KKN-PPL program is to be conducted separatelyin order toobtain its specific objectives, the KKN program, essentially aprogram to make students learn from experiencein doing publicservice for the community, to be specifically for students with non­teacher majors and PPL, essentially a programof field teachingpractice, to be for students majoring in teaching. The management ofthe KKN program used to be essentially by LPM, a public serviceinstitution in the university, and the administration ofPPL used to beessentially by UPPL, a university unit managing students' field teaching practice. Therefore, secondly, the manager of the KKNprogram and thatof the program of PPL is to be returned to itsformer function. This recommendation is alignedto a historicalaspectof conducting the KKN program within a three-monthduration on location. Thirdly, alternatively, the integrated KKN-PPLprogram isto be continually handled at UNY by enhancing itsmechanism system into a more efficient and effective one.

Abstract

A preliminary study in Yogyakarta showed that the graduates’ enthusiasm to enter building construction study program in vocational high school was low. One of the factors affecting the graduates’ enthusiasm was related to the low-level teachers’ efforts in preparing the graduates’ soft skills. This study aimed to identify (1) the integration level of soft skills elements, and (2) the teachers' obstacles to equipping the graduates' soft skills. It was descriptive quantitative research conducted in the study program of building construction at vocational high schools. The results of the study showed: (1) the integration level of communicative ability, integration level of cooperative competence, integration level of motivating ability, integration level of developing etiquette and moral, and integration level of building responsibility were wholly integrated. Then, the integration level of problem-solving ability and integration level of science and technology mastery was mostly integrated; (2) the obstacles included: the students’ ignorance attitude, the lack of collaboration between the students’ parents and the school stakeholders in developing the graduates’ soft skills, the absence of soft skills training and the unsupported school culture. Those obstacles impeded the graduates’ soft skills.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengembangkan modul prakarya dan kewirausahaan materi kerajinan berbasis proses yang layak digunakan di SMK. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian dan pengembangan. Hasil penelitian adalah sebagai berikut: (1) modul prakarya dan kewirausahaan materi kerajinan berbasis proses layak digunakan; (2) menurut siswa, modul yang dikembangkan berkualitas sangat baik, dan jika dilihat dari nilai skewness distribusi data adalah normal; (3) penerapan modul dalam proses pembelajaran secara umun dapat terlaksana; dan (4) peningkatan pemahaman siswa dengan menggunakan modul yang dikembangkan berkategori sedang dengan rerata gain score sebesar 0,62 dan selisih nilai (effect size) 14,5 dengan persentase ketuntasan siswa sebesar 87%. Pembelajaran menggunakan modul juga mampu melatih kemandirian siswa dalam belajar dan mampu menumbuhkan kemampuan dalam bekerjasama. Kata kunci: pengembangan, modul, prakarya dan kewirausahaan, kerajinan, berbasis proses DEVELOPING CRAFT AND ENTREPRENEURSHIP MODULE OF PROCESS-BASED CRAFT MATERIALS IN SMK Abstract This study aimed to develop a craft and entrepreneurship module of process-based craft materials appropriate for SMK. This study was research and development.. The results of the study were as follows: (1) the developed craft and entrepreneurship module of process-based craft materials was appropriate for use; (2) according to the students, the developed module was very good and the skewness of the data distribution was normal; (3) in general, the implementation of the module in the learning process was succesful; (4) the improvement of the students’ understanding after using the developed module was in a fair category with an average score gain of 0.62 and the difference in value (effect size) was 14.5 with the percentage of mastery of about 87%. The instruction using the module was also able to train the students' autonomy in learning and to generate the ability to cooperate. Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk: (1) memperoleh informasi tentang profil kompetensi siswa serta ketersediaan fasilitas belajar; (2) untuk mengetahui nilai kompetensi siswa dengan standar kualifikasi kompetensi yang dibutuhkan di dunia kerja; (3) untuk menganalisis pengaruh kurikulum, kinerja mengajar guru, dan praktik kerja industri terhadap kompetensi siswa SMK Kompetensi Keahlian Teknik Kendaraan Ringan di Kota Pekalongan. Jumlah anggota populasi pada penelitian ini adalah 305 siswa, dengan sampel 237 siswa yang diambil menggunakan teknik Klaster. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian ex-post facto dengan pendekatan kuantitatif. Selanjutnya teknik pengumpulan data adalah dengan cara penyebaran angket yang menggunakan model skala rating, yang dianalisisa dengan analisis regresi ganda. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa: (1) profil kompetensi siswa SMK Kompetensi Keahlian Teknik Kendaraan Ringan di Kota Pekalongan telah sesuai dengan kebutuhan SKKNI Teknik Kendaraan Ringan dengan kontribusi kurikulum sebesar 17,06%, kinerja guru 37,49% dan prakerin 21,08% serta ketersediaan fasilitas belajar sudah memadai; (2) Kompetensi siswa SMK Kompetensi Keahlian Teknik Kendaraan Ringan di Kota Pekalongan secara rata-rata adalah baik dan relevan dengan kebutuhan dunia kerja dengan nilai rata-rata sebesar 83.77; (3) kurikulum, kinerja guru dan praktik kerja industri berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kompetensi siswa SMK Kompetensi Keahlian Teknik Kendaraan Ringan di Kota Pekalongan. COMPETENCY PROFILE OF THE STUDENT OF SMK SKILL COMPETENCEOF LIGHT VEHICLE ENGINEERING IN PEKALONGANAbstractThe aims of this research were: (1) to obtain information about Students competency profiles and the availability of learning facilities; (2) to determine the students competency level using the standard qualifications needed for future job; (3) to analyze the effect of the curriculum, teacher proficiency and industry job practices on competencies of the students of SMK Skill Competence of Light Vehicle Engineering in Pekalongan.The number of the population in this study about 305 students, with sample number of 237 respondens had drawn using claster sampling techniques. This research was ex-post facto with the quantitative approach. Futhermore, the techniques of data collection are by way of distributing a questionnare using rate scale models, which were analysed by multiple regression.The results of the research show that: (1) the competency profile of the students of SMK Skill Competence of Light Vehicle Engineering students in Pekalongan in accordance with the requirements SKKNI Light Vehicle Engineering with 17.06% contribution of the curriculum, 37.49% contribution of teacher performance and 21.08% contribution of industry job practices and availability of learning facilities is adequate. (2) the competencies of the students of SMK Skill Competence of Light Vehicle Engineering in Pekalongan in average is good and relevant to the needs of the workforce with an average value of 83.77; (3) the curriculum, teachers proficiency and industry job practice have a positive and significant effect on the competencies of the students of SMK Skill Competence of Light Vehicle Engineering in Pekalongan.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh antara pelaksanaan komunikasi kepala sekolah dan iklim kerja organisasi sekolah terhadap kinerja guru secara sendiri-sendiri maupun secara bersama-sama dengan kualitas pembelajaran pada sekolah dasar negeri di Kecamatan Mataram Kota Mataram. Untuk memperoleh data dalam penelitian adalah menggunakan metode ex-post fakto. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh guru sekolah dasar negeri di Kecamatan Mataram. Sampel penelitian sebanyak 60 orang guru yang ditentukan dengan teknik simple random sampling. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan kuesioner. Analisis data menggunakan uji regresi dan korelasi. Hasil penelitian menemukan ada pengaruh positif dan signifikan antara komunikasi kepala terhadap kinerja guru, iklim kerja organisasi sekolah terhadap kinerja serta komunikasi kepala sekolah dan iklim kerja organisasi sekolah secara bersama-sama terhadap kinerja guru sekolah dasar negeri di Kecamatan Mataram Kota Mataram. Dapat direkomendasikan dari uji komparasi dan uji statistik ternyata secara bersama-sama komunikasi kepala sekolah dan iklim kerja organisasi sekolah terhadap kinerja guru memberikan kontribusi yang lebih positif dan signifikan daripada secara parsial.

Abstract

Abstrak: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menghasilkan model pendidikan kewirausahaan berbasis keterampilan khas lokal untuk membentuk kecakapan vokasional anak usia pendidikan dasar dan menengah yang putus sekolah/tidak melanjutkan studi pada masyarakat marginal. Kajian ini menggunakan prosedur research and development, dengan tahapan utama: studi pendahuluan, penyusunan design dan produk model, uji analitis ahli, pengujian operasional, uji validasi melalui pre eksperimen, dan desiminasi hasil. Data dianalisis menggunakan teknik dekriptif kuantitatif dan uji t (pairedsamples t test). Model yang dihasilkan terdiri lima komponen, yaitu tujuan, perencanaan, pengorganisasian, pelaksanaan, dan penilaian. Hasil uji operasional dan pre eksperimen menunjukkan bahwa model ini memberikan pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap pembentukan kecakapan vokasional anak yang putus sekolah/tidak melanjutkan studi pada masyarakat marginal. . Kata Kunci: model pendidikan kewirausahaan, keterampilan lokal, masyarakat marginal A LOCAL-SKILL-BASED ENTREPRENEURSHIP EDUCATION MODEL FOR DROP-OUTS IN MARGINAL COMMUNITIES Abstract: This study was aimed to develop a local-skill-based entrepreneurship education model to establish vocational skills of primary and secondary education drop-outs in marginal communities. This study used the research and development procedure. The main stages were: a preliminary study, development of the design and the product model, expert analysis judgment, operational testing, validation testing through pre-experiment, and product dissemination. The data were analyzed by using the quantitative descriptive technique and the t-test. The model developed consisted of five components, i.e.: goals, planning, organization, implementation, and assessment. The results of the operational test and the pre-experimentshowed that this model had a significant influence on the development of vocational skills of drop-outs in marginal communities.
