Abstract

Quality of medical image has an important role in constructing right medical diagnosis. This paper recommends a method to improve the quality of medical images by increasing the size of the image pixels. By increasing the size of pixels, the size of the objects contained therein is also greater, making it easier to observe. In this study medical images of Brain CT-Scan, Chest X-Ray and Panoramic X-Ray were processed using Line-Column Interpolation (LCI) Method. The results of the treatment are then compared to Nearest Neighbor Interpolation (NNI), Bilinear Interpolation (BLI) and Bicubic Interpolation (BCI) processing results. The experiment shows that Line-Column Interpolation Method produces a larger image with details of the objects in it are not blurred and has equal visual effects. Thus, this method is expected to be a reference material in enlarging the size of the medical image for ease in clinical analysis.

Abstract

Multimedia computers today have become a necessity, either by businesses or other community groups. Information is not enough just through text and graphics alone, but the information includes text, graphics, animated images, video and audio. Multimedia computer applications that are widely used today is e-commerce, e-commerce where the buying or selling activity conducted electronically on the Internet. E-commerce can also be more specific means of advertising, sales, delivery and service to take advantage of a web show 24 hours a day for all customers. E-commerce is a fraction of the facilities provided in the wilds Internet (cyber space). However, its existence is vital to boost the business of a company that wants to go-International. E-commerce is a combination of technology, apllications, proceses and strategic bussinees. Object of this study discusses the success factors (opportunities) and failures (challenges) in e-commerce menerepkan especially in Indonesia and this study also discusses the application of e-commerce as a bridge to cyber trade transactions between the consumer and the merchant bank, a payment server that will authorize a credit card or debit card online. Data taken from the successes and failures of previous studies beberpa survey were analyzed and presented in this study. Based on the results of this study found that the role of government to impose regulations to create a market trend and pioneering e-commerce, especially in the improvement of the trading system. To boost interest in e-commerce is not independent of consciousness, beliefs, customs and culture of a society of Indonesia. Cultures in Indonesia who still believe in the traditional trades of the e-commerce. However, e-commerce will still be needed in the face of the global market. Abstract

Telah dilakukan tahapan proses pengenalan pola untuk klasifikasi jenis cederaotak pada citra CT Scan (Computerized Tomografi) ataupun MRI (MagneticResonance Imaging) yang meliputi proses pengolahan citra CT Scan, analisiskomponen prinsipal serta identifikasi. Setiap kegiatan dari proses pengenalanpola tersebut di atas masing-masing dilakukan sesuai dengan sistem diagramalur terhadap proses pengenalan pola sehingga dapat diprediksi apakahcidera otak tersebut termasuk sedang atau berat, hasil penelitian inimemberikan informasi tentang identifikasi citra CT Scan tentang cidera otaksedang atau berat dengan bantuan metode JST sebagai klasifikasi.

Abstract

Web database mining akademik digunakan untuk menemukan informasi yang relevan yang di inginkan oleh pihak akademik mulai dari calon mahasiswa s.d alumni maupunstakeholder web database mining akademikjuga dapat menciptakan pengetahuan dari informasi akademik dan non-akademik yang ada, sehingga informasi dalam jumlah datayang banyak dan besar di situs Sisfokampus (Sistem Manajemen Akademik Kampus) tetapi mudah untuk mencarinya dan mengaksesnya. Informasitersebut berupa semi-structured dengankode HTML, yang berisi campuran informasi seperti main content (isi utama), profile kampus, navigation panel, Unstructured data (teks bebas), More structured data (database akademik). Dalam penelitian ini melakukan proses ekstraksidengan menggunakan metoda SimpleTree Matching (STM). Proses ekstraksi Webdatabase mining akademik dengan menggunakan teknik STM untuk menemukan danmengekstrak informasi dari database akademik dan seluruh layanan pada web tersebut. Dilakukan pengujian dengan parameter  precision, recall serta f-measure untukmengevaluasi kecocokan informasi yang dibutuhkan,Sehingga didapatkan performansi kinerja dari sisfokampus sesuai dengan  relevansi informasi yang  dibutuhkan.Penggunaan metoda tersebut mempercepat pencarian data dan layanan web terkait informasi akademik dan non akademik. Tantangandari web database akademik mining adalahjumlahdata atau volume data yang pertambahannya semakin lama semakinbanyak untuk mempermudah pengaksesan denganpengembalian data  baik online maupun offline dari source teks dari web data mining. Penelitian initelah memberikansolusi bahwa dengan ekstrasi web data miningterintegrasi dengan metoda STMmemperlancar proses pencarian dan pengaksesan informasi akademik baik yang tidak tersetruktur (informasi dari portal) bersifat portal, dan tersetruktur (Informasi dari aplikasi).

Abstract

The classification of the quality of palm oil in PT Tasma Puja is still done by laboratory testing and then the data is saved manually in Excel. The method of grouping takes time and allows data to be lost. With the development of knowledge, it can be replaced by a data mining approach that can be used to classify the quality of palm oil based on its standards. The k-Means clustering method can be applied to classify the quality of palm oil based on water, dirt and free fatty acids. The data used is the quality data of palm oil in December 2017 as many as 31 data with criteria of good, very good and not good. The test results contained 3 clusters, namely cluster 0 for good categories amounted to 12 data, cluster 1 for very good category amounted to 13 data and cluster 2 for less good categories amounted to 6 data. The k-Means clustering method can be used for data processing using the concept of data mining in grouping data according to criteria.

Abstract

Tujuan dari skripsi ini adalah merancang suatu aplikasi yang menyajikan informasi yang dibutuhkan elemen sekolah agar dapat diperoleh secara lebih mudah dan efisien.Metode penelitian menggunakan analisis dan perancangan sistem informasi dimana pada tahap analisis akan dibahas analisa sistem yang sedang berjalan. Kemudian pada tahap perancangan akan dibahas dan dilihat aliran sistem informasi baru, UML, disain user interface dan disain file database.Hasil yang dicapai berupa pembuatan aplikasi yang mampu mempercepat proses pembuatan laporan atau informasi sesuai dengan apa yang diinginkan sekolah. Dan sebagai bentuk penerapan dari teknologi yang ada pada saat ini. Kesimpulan adalah dengan penggunaan teknologi komputer secara optimal dapat membantu kinerja dari pihak sekolah dalam memberikan informasi mengenai data siswa. Abstract

Family planning aims to minimize birth rates in Indonesia. To conduct socialization, it is carried out to existing fertile couples. Pus is a married couple whose wife is in the range of 15-49 years. Contraception itself consists of 2 periods, namely short and long. Where the pus can choose according to what they want, therefore there is often a lack of stock. Thus it is necessary to predict how many contraceptives are used with a method to be more efficient. The Monte Carlo method is used which is a numerical analysis method that involves a sample of random numbers. Where to use the previous year's data to get the predicted results of the next year in the form of numbers. After passing the simulation series the percentage results have been obtained with an average of over 80%.

Abstract

Many people who have children do not know about hemophilia, because this disease is one of the rare diseases. Hemophilia is a genetic disorder in the blood caused by a lack of blood clotting factors. Therefore there is a need for information for the public to be able to find out about this disease, so that when there is an unnatural bleeding, early treatment can be done properly.Therefore an expert system was designed to diagnose early hemophilia in children.The method used in this expert system is the Case Based Reasoning method. The Case Based Reasoning method is a method used to solve a new case by adapting the symptoms found in previous cases that are similar to the new case.This expert system can provide solutions / early prevention of the diagnostic process carried out. Expert system applications are designed based on websites using the PHP programming language.

Abstract

Rubella or better known as German measles is a viral infection characterized by a red rash on the skin. Lack of general public understanding of this disease makes the number of patients with Rubella increasing. So Fuzzy Tsukamoto's method is used to detect Rubella disease. The purpose of this study is to facilitate the public in understanding about Rubella disease so as to reduce the number of sufferers of this disease. The first step to detecting Rubella disease is to determine the fuzzy set and domain that includes 3 variables: red rash, swollen lymph nodes, and fever. The output of fuzzy calculations is someone experiencing Rubella or normal symptoms. The value obtained from the calculation process using the Tsukamoto method is 6.00. If the value is smaller than 6.00 then Rubella has no potential, if the value is greater than 6.00 then Rubella will be potential.

Abstract

The Regional Supervisory Council (MPD) has the authority to conduct periodic checks on notaries. In carrying out supervision there is no clear legal or regulatory basis on how the notary performance assessment is categorized as very good, good or bad so there is no common perception from MPD members. The purpose of this study is to help MPD find the assessment category in monitoring the performance of the notary public in West Sumatra. To get the assessment category, the Rough Set method can be used to analyze the performance of a notary public. The data used in this study is the data notary examination at the Regional Office of the Ministry of Law and Human Rights in West Sumatra. This study produced 18 rules to get a decision whether the results of the notary performance check are very good, good or not good. So this research is very appropriate to be applied to get the results of the examination of notary performance
