Abstract

Tujuan dari kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini adalah disseminasi teknologi budidaya rumput laut Gracillaria pada kelompok tani rumput laut Gracillaria di Desa Tanjung Pecinan dan Desa Wringin Anom. Penerapan teknologi budidaya rumput laut gracillaria diharapkan dapat membantu meningkatkan pendapatan para pembudidaya rumput laut gracillaria. Metode yang digunakan dalam kegiatan ini adalah PRA (Participatory Rural Appraisal) yaitu melibatkan masyarakat dalam kegiatan. Pelaksanaan kegiatan ini meliputi sosialisasi (penyuluhan), pelatihan, pilot project (demplot), monitoring dan evaluasi keberhasilan program. Hasil pengabdian masyarakat ini diharapkan ada perubahan pola fikir dalam cara budidaya rumput laut Gracillaria. Hasil pengabdian menunjukkan adanya perubahan pola fikir budidaya rumput laut Gracillaria yang ditunjukkan dengan hasil panen rumput laut meningkat dari segi kuantitas maupun kualitas.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of Combination of Nitrogen Fertilizer and Granular Organic Fertilizer on the Growth and Yield of Caisim (Brassica chinensis Bailey) Cultivator Pak Choy. The experiment was carried out on the experimental site of the Cigugur Fisheries and Forestry Extension Center (BP3K) in Cisantana Village, Cigugur Subdistrict, Kuningan Regency, West Java Province. Land in the experiment area includes latosol soil type, rainfall including medium type (D), and height of 700 meters above sea level (asl). The time of the research was conducted from September to October 2012.The experimental method used was using the experimental method with factorial randomized block design (RBD), consisting of 16 combinations, namely treatment A (nitrogen 45 kg / ha, 0 kg POG / ha), B (nitrogen 90 kg / ha, 0 kg POG / ha), C (nitrogen 135 kg / ha, 0 kg POG / ha), D (nitrogen 180 kg / ha, 0 kg POG / ha), E (nitrogen 45 kg / ha, 425 kg POG / ha), F (90 kg nitrogen / ha, 425 kg POG / ha), G (135 kg nitrogen / ha, 425 kg POG / ha), H (180 kg nitrogen / ha, 425 kg POG / ha), I (45 kg nitrogen / ha, 850 kg POG / ha), J (nitrogen 90 kg / ha, 850 kg POG / ha), K (nitrogen 135 kg / ha, 850 kg POG / ha), L (nitrogen 180 kg / ha, 850 kg POG / ha), M (45 kg nitrogen / ha, 1275 kg POG / ha), N (90 kg nitrogen / ha, 1275 kg POG / ha), O (nitrogen 135 kg / ha, 1275 kg POG / ha), P (180 kg nitrogen / ha, 1275 kg POG / ha). Each treatment was repeated 2 times, so 32 trial plots were obtained.The variables observed were plant height, number of leaves, gross weight per plant, gross weight per plot, net weight per plant, and net weight per plot. The results showed a significant effect of the dose of nitrogen fertilizer and granular organic fertilizer on plant age of 30 HST, number of leaves aged 10 and 30 HST, gross weight per plot, and net weight per plot. The dose of nitrogen fertilizer 90 kg / ha and granular organic fertilizer 850 kg / ha shows the best influence on net weight per plot which produces production of 20.70 kg / plot or equivalent to 82 tons / ha.

Abstract

Sumberdaya air Pulau Bintan sangat tergantung pada curah hujan, informasi ancaman kekeringan meteorologis sangat diperlukan dalam pengelolaan sumberdaya air di masa mendatang. Faktor kekeringan meteorologi merupakan faktor utama yang berpotensi menurunkan daya dukung sumberdaya air pulau. Pulau Bintan adalah pulau kecil dengan batuan penyusunnya granit dan batupasir Tuf, mempunyai daya-simpan dan berkelulusan air rendah. Aktifitas perekonomian dan tingkat pertumbuhan penduduknya yang tinggi, berpotensi menurunkan daya dukung sumberdaya air. Studi ini melakukan analisis curah hujan yang menghasilkan informasi ancaman kekeringan di pulau Bintan karena fenomena iklim El-Nino dan IOD+. Data dasar yang digunakan adalah data curah hujan observasi Kijang periode 1980 – 2017 serta data curah hujan satelit CHIRPS, dengan resolusi spasialnya 0,05 ° x 0,05 ° periode 1981 – 2017. Hubungan antara hujan dan fenomena iklim dianalisis dengan metode statistik fungsi waktu. Ancaman kekeringan dianalisis dengan Standardized Precipitation Indeks (SPI) periode defisit 3, 6 dan 12 bulan. Hasil analisis menunjukkan curah hujan di pulau Bintan sangat sensitif terhadap fenomena iklim, korelasi sangat kuat antara curah hujan dengan ENSO dengan nilai R= - 0,75 dan dengan IOD dengan nilai R=-0,75. Hal ini menyebabkan musim kemarau yang cukup panjang saat terjadi El-Nino di tahun 1982, 1997 dan 2015. Hasil analisis SPI menunjukkan fenomena El-Nino 1997 menyebabkan kekeringan dengan intensitas yang sangat tinggi (ekstrim kering), El-Nino 2015 menyebabkan kekeringan dengan intensitas tinggi, durasi panjang. El-Nino lemah tahun 2002, sedikit mempengaruhi curah hujan. Adanya ancaman kekeringan di Pulau Bintan apabila terjadi fenomena iklim El-Nino dan IOD (+). Ancaman semakin tinggi bila kedua moda fenomena terjadi bersamaan. Pengelolaan sumberdaya air di pulau Bintan perlu mempertimbangkan fenomenaiklim (ENSO dan IOD), agar dampak negatif yang akan ditimbulkan dapat ditekan.

Abstract

Indonesia is known as a country with a strong in shipping, both nationally and internationally, which is shown by the number of coastal cities in Indonesia. Population growth in coastal cities in line with history of civilization who lived along the coast of Indonesia. Population growth led to expansion of the coastal cities in Indonesia, this increase affect land use change. Changes in land use, especially use of forest, will increase the use of setlement and agricultural caused an impact on increasing the contaminant throw into the river body or water body. Eventually cause contamination into the sea also increase, mainly going to affect the coastal environment around the coastal city. The objective is to find out coastal environmental vulnerability on coastal cities in Indonesia using spatial analysis method. First, count the number of population growth per year as index of population. Second, the number of land use change will be used as in index of change of land use. Third, count the number of river through the city and towards the sea coast, the results will show the index number of rivers. Index of population growth, land use change index and index number of rivers are combined and used to calculate the level of vulnerability of coastal environment around the coastal city spatially. The conclusion was that the higher the number of population growth, the higher of the landuse change and the most of rivers in the coastal city, that’s the higher the level of vulnerability of coastal environments.Keywords: coastal city, land use, river, environmental vulnerability

Abstract

Abstract: The aim of this study was to determine the effect of sports massage to increase cardiovascular endurance extracurricular basketball player SMP Negeri 8 Malang. The experimental design used in two groups: the group receiving massage treatment and a group that did not receive massage treatments. The subject of this study is the player of extracurricular basketball player SMP Negeri 8 Malang totaling 30 players. The instrument used in this study is a multistage test (bleep test). The data analysis technique used is the analysis of variants of a single lane (one-way ANOVA). Analysis of the results as follows: (1) Additional passive Stretching in the form of sports massage effect on cardiovascular endurance with an average value for the pretest to posttest 32.61 and 35.47, (sig = 0.000). Based on the findings obtained sig <0.05 then the hypothesis is rejected; (2) The untreated group had average durability to the pretest to posttest 32.00 and 32.95, (sig = 0.028). Based on the findings obtained sig> 0.05 then the hypothesis is accepted; (3) Provision of additional passive Stretching group in the form of sports massage has a better effect with the average value of the final test 35.47 compared with the group without treatment with an average of 32.95 with sig <0.05. The conclusion from this study is the provision of passive Stretching in the form of sports massage good effect against cardiovascular endurance compared to the group without the provision of passive stretching.Key words: models of practice, forehand loop drive, table tennis.Abstrak: Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh masase olahraga terhadap peningkatan daya tahan cardiovascular pemain ekstrakurikuler bolabasket SMP Negeri 8 Malang. Rancangan eksperimen ini digunakan pada dua kelompok yaitu ke-lompok yang mendapatkan perlakuan masase dan kelompok yang tidak mendapatkan perlakuan masase. Subjek dari penelitian ini adalah pemain ekstrakurikuler pemain bolabasket SMP Negeri 8 Malang yang berjumlah 30 pemain. Instrumen yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah tes multistage (bleep test). Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah analisis varian satu jalur (one way anova). Hasil Analisis sebagai berikut: (1) Tambahan pemanasan pasif berupa masase olahraga berpengaruh terhadap daya tahan cardiovascular dengan rata-rata nilai untuk pretest 32,61 dan untuk posttest 35,47, (sig=0,000). Berdasarkan temuan tersebut diperoleh sig < 0,05 maka Ho ditolak; (2) Ke-lompok tanpa perlakuan mempunyai rata-rata daya tahan untuk nilai pretest 32,00 dan untuk posttest 32,95, (sig=0,028). Berdasarkan temuan tersebut diperoleh sig > 0,05 maka Ho diterima; (3) Kelompok pemberian tambahan pemanasan pasif berupa masase olahraga mempunyai pengaruh lebih baik dengan nilai rata-rata tes akhir 35,47 diban-dingkan dengan kelompok tanpa perlakuan dengan nilai rata-rata 32,95 dengan sig < 0,05. Kesimpulan dari penelitian ini adalah pemberian pemanasan pasif berupa masase olahraga berpengaruh baik terhadap daya tahan cardiovascular dibandingkan kelompok tanpa pemberian pemanasan pasif.Kata kunci: model latihan, loop drive forehand, tenis meja..

Abstract

Background: Scabiesis a contagious disease, initial observation indicates that patients with scabies are foundin Olak Kemang Health Center Area, Jambi City. Scabies in human could be affected by human factors, environmental and health servicesObjective : This study aimed to identify risk factor related to scabies incidence at Olak Kemang Health Center Area, Jambi CityMethod: This research was an analytic observational study, using a case-control study design. The variable measured wereage, education level, economic status, knowledge, personal hygiene, contact history with scabies patients, humidity and occupancy density. The study population were people that live in Olak Kemang area. There were 44 case sample in this study. As a control group, there were 44 people that is not asufferer of scabies in Olak Kemang Area taken randomly. Data were collected by questionnaire and processed by univariable analysis, bivariable analysis using Chi-square statistic test and multivariable analysis with logistic regression.Result : Research results showed that there was significant relationship as a risk factor between scabies incidence and age, education level, economic status, knowledge, personal hygiene, contact history with scabies patient and occupancy density. There was no relationship between scabies incidence and room humidity factor.Conclusion :There was are lationship between age, education level, economic status, knowledge, personal hygiene, contact history with scabies patient and occupancy density of scabies incident. There was no relationship between the incidence of scabies and room humidity factor.Keywords: Risk Factor, Scabies

Abstract

Abstract. Gastropods can respond to pesticide pollution in the environment because their life is relatively sedentary and their movements are very limited. The character of pesticides are not selective and persistent can result in bioaccumulation of pesticide content in gastropod. Hence, the  aim of the study was to determine the levels of pesticide residues that accumulate in the gastropod body at Kalisat River, Malang Regency. The pesticide residues in gastropods was measured using High Performance Liquid Chromatography (HPLC). Data were analyzed descriptively comparative or compared with the quality standards which exceeded the maximum residual limit set by the EU Pesticide Database. The results showed that pyrethroid pesticides were found with the active ingredient beta-cyfluthrin (mean 0.05 mg/g) and carbamate group with three highest active ingredients namely propoxur (average value of 0.15 mg/g), carbofuran (average value of  0.16 mg/g) and carbaryl (average value of 0.11 mg/g). Bioaccumulation factor values at all stations are greater than 1 (BAF 1) that indicates the gastropods can accumulate pesticide residues.Keywords: bioaccumulation, gastropod, pesticide residues, Kalisat River Abstrak. Gastropoda dapat memberikan respon terhadap pencemaran pestisida di lingkungan karena hidupnya relatif menetap dan pergerakannya sangat terbatas. Sifat pestisida yang tidak selektif dan persisten dapat mengakibatkan terjadinya bioakumulasi atau penumpukan kandungan pestisida dalam tubuh gastropoda. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui kadar residu pestisida yang terakumulasi dalam tubuh gastropoda di Sungai Kalisat, Kabupaten Malang. Pengukuran residu pestisida pada gastropoda menggunakan alat High Performance Liquid Chromatography (HPLC). Hasil pengukuran menunjukkan bahwa ditemukan pestisida golongan piretroid dengan bahan aktif jenis beta siflutrin (rerata 0,05 mg/g) dan golongan karbamat dengan tiga jenis bahan aktif tertinggi, yaitu propoksur (rerata 0,15 mg/g), karbofuran (rerata 0,16 mg/g) dan karbaril (rerata 0,11 mg/g). Data dianalisis secara deskriptif komparatif atau dibandingan dengan baku mutu EU Pesticide Database tahun 2019 telah melebihi batas maksimum residu yang ditetapkan oleh EU Pesticide Database. Nilai faktor bioakumulasi pada seluruh stasiun lebih besar dari 1 (BAF 1) yang menunjukkan bahwa gastropoda mampu mengakumulasi residu pestisida. Pestisida dapat ditemukan pada gastropoda dengan melalui difusi langsung dari lingkungan dan juga melalui proses pencernaan gastropoda. Kata kunci: bioakumulasi, gastropoda, residu pestisida, Sungai Kalisat

Abstract

Exercise ball feeling tends to be a weakness in the beginner athlete in Pelti of Blitar. Based on preliminary observations of 10 athletes, obtained the following data: (1) 8 athletes (80%) stated that the exercise ball feeling done in Pelti Kota Blitar not use a lot of variety, (2) 10 athletes (100%) mentioned the need developed models exercise ball feeling, (3) 8 athletes (80%) agreed development practice ball feeling using video. This study aims to develop a model exercise ball feeling to improve the basic techniques of tennis courts. Through video is expected, this development could be a solution in tennis athletes in the training so Pelti Kota Blitar more enthusiastic and zealous in carrying out the exercise ball feeling. The method used researcher refers to the development model Borg and Gall were simplified, namely: (1) collecting information: (a) assess the library materials, (b) analysis of needs; (2) designing the initial products; (3) The expert validation; (4) The pilot phase I (6 athletes); (5) The first revision; (6) phase II trial (16 athletes); (7) the revised II; (8) the final product. Analysis of the data used is descriptive analysis obtained from the questionnaire. Based on the research results, this product can be used in terms of ease of understanding, the attractiveness of, and the pleasure of doing.Keywords: video, exercises, ball feeling, tennisLatihan ball feeling cenderung menjadi kelemahan pada atlet pemula di PELTI Kota Blitar. Berdasarkan observasi awal dari 10 atlet, diperoleh data sebagai berikut: (1) 8 atlet (80%) menyatakan bahwa latihan ball feeling yang dilakukan di PELTI Kota Blitar tidak menggunakan banyak variasi, (2) 10 atlet (100%) menyatakan perlu dikembangkannya model latihan ball feeling, (3) 8 atlet (80%) menyatakan setuju pengembangan latihan ball feeling menggunakan video. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengembangkan model latihan ball feeling untuk meningkatkan teknik dasar tenis lapangan. Melalui video diharapkan, pengembangan ini dapat menjadi solusi dalam pelatihan agar atlet tenis di PELTI Kota Blitar lebih antusias dan bersemangat dalam melaksanakan latihan ball feeling. Metode penelitian yang digunakan peneliti mengacu pada model pengembangan Borg dan Gall yang di sederhanakan yaitu: (1) mengumpulkan informasi: (a) mengkaji bahan pustaka, (b) analisis kebutuhan; (2) mendesain produk awal; (3) validasi ahli; (4) uji coba tahap I (6 atlet); (5) revisi I; (6) uji coba tahap II (16 atlet); (7) revisi II; (8) produk akhir. Analisis data yang digunakan adalah analisis deskriptif yang diperoleh dari hasil penyebaran angket. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian, produk ini dapat digunakan ditinjau dari kemudahan pemahaman, kemenarikan, dan kesenangan melakukan.Kata kunci: video, latihan, ball feeling, tenis lapangan

Abstract

This study took place in the village of Patronage UIN Sunan Kalidjaga Yogyakarta that consist of 13 hamlets (Klidon, Banjarsari, Wonosalam, Dongkelsari, Puntuk, Tanjung Sari, Karang Lo, Purworejo, Tanjung, Banturejo, Nglengkong and Surirejo), Sukoharjo Village, District Ngaglik, DIY Sleman regency. Data are collect and analysed in order to obtain results in a level of comfort. The analysis was performed by using a formula based on the comfort level Temperature Humidity Index (THI). The results showed that Hamlet Klidon, Banjarsari, Wonosalam, and Dongkelsari shows Not Comfortable, whereas Hamlet Puntuk, Tanjung Sari, Karang Lo, Purworejo, Tanjung, Banturejo, Nglengkong, Surirejo and Mujen show Strongly Comfortable mainly on the clock 10:00 to 15:00.

Abstract

Perubahan tutupan dan penggunaan lahan di Kecamatan Kalitidu, Kabupaten Bojonegoro cukup signifikan khususnya untuk penggunaan lahan sawah. Suatu wilayah dikatakan berswasembada padi jika produksi berasnya lebih besar dibandingkan dengan angka konsumsi berasnya. Dalam penelitian ini dilakukan pemodelan spasial menggunakan metode jaringan saraf Multi-Layer Perceptron (MLP) dan Markov Chain (MC) yang terdapat dalam metode Land Change Modeler (LCM) pada perangkat lunak Idrisi. Pada pemodelan spasial tersebut digunakan variabel jalan sebagai faktor pendukung perubahan penggunaan lahan di tahun 2025. Hasil yang diperoleh dari pemodelan spasial tersebut yaitu besaran luasan sawah pada tahun 2025 dengan angka 4644.99 hektar dengan nilai akurasi 56.51%. Kemudian nilai tersebut dikalikan dengan angka produktifitas padi tahun 2015 dan angka konversi gabah kering giling (GKG) menghasilkan nilai produksi beras di tahun 2025 sebesar 95705.37 ton. Angka konsumsi beras tahun 2025 sebesar 4648.402 ton didapatkan dengan mengkalikan jumlah penduduk di tahun 2025 yang memiliki angka 52515 jiwa dengan angka rata-rata konsumsi per kapita per tahun yang berada di angka 88.52 kg. Dengan demikian Kecamatan Kalitidu di tahun 2025 mampu berswasembada padi.Changes in land cover and land use in Kalitidu District, Bojonegoro Regency are significant, especially for paddy land use. A region is said to be self-sufficient in rice if its rice production is greater than its rice consumption rate. In this research, spatial modeling using Multi-Layer Perceptron (MLP) and markov chain method is applied in Land Change Modeler (LCM) method in Idrisi software. In spatial modeling used road variables as a driving factor the change of land use in 2025. The results obtained from spatial modeling is the size of paddy field area in 2025 with the number 4644.99 hectares with an accuracy of 56.51%. Then the value is multiplied by the rate of rice productivity in 2015 and the conversion rate of dry milled grain (GKG) produces rice production value in 2025 of 95705.37 tons. The consumption rate of rice in 2025 amounted to 4648,402 tons was obtained by multiplying the number of population in the year 2025 which has the number 52515 people with the average rate per capita consumption per year which is at 88.52 kg. Thus Kalitidu District in 2025 is capable of self-sufficient rice.
