Abstract

Pelayanan Kartu Kuning pada Dinas Ketenagakerjaan Kota Makassar masih terbilang manual karena para pencari kerja masih harus datang ke loket administrasi untuk membuat kartu kuning. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk merancang sistem informasi kartu kuning AK.1 pada Dinas Ketenagakerjaan Kota Makassar untuk memudahkan para pencari kerja dalam pembuatan kartu kuning. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode Rapid Application Development (RAD) dengan pengembangannya melalui model System Development Life Cycle (SDLC). Hasil penelitian ini adalah pelayanan pembuatan kartu kuning (AK1) akan lebih efektif dan efisien karena pelayanan pembuatan kartu kuning (AK1) dapat dilakukan dimana saja dan kapanpun. Sistem Informasi ini digunakan oleh 3 (tiga) entitas yaitu admin, operator dan pencari kerja. Admin dapat melihat daftar pencari kerja, lowongan pekerjaan, perusahaan yang disertai dengan grafik pengunjung sistem informasi. Untuk operator dan pencari kerja tersedia menu untuk data pencari kerja, data pendidikan, data pengalaman kerja dan data pelatihan. Sistem informasi ini juga disertai dengan pencetakan kartu kuning (AK 1) dan menu perpanjangan masa kartu kuning (AK1). Dengan adanya sistem informasi ini, pencari kerja cukup mengisi form data diri dan data pengalaman kerja dan dapat dilakukan di rumah menggunakan laptop atau smartphone dan jaringan internet. Sistem informasi ini harus memverifikasi  akun pencari kerja  karena penyimpanan databasenya secara online sehingga membuat pegawai bekerja dengan lebih mudah dan lebih cepat.

Abstract

Abstrak: Model discovery learning merupakan model yang disarankan pada implementasi Kurikulum 2013, namun masih banyak guru yang belum memiliki gambaran yang jelas dalam penggunaan model discovery learning. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh model discovery learning terhadap penguasaan konsep fisika peserta didik kelas XI MAN 1 Lombok Barat. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan yaitu penelitan quasi eksperimen dengan desain penelitian yaitu post-test only control grup design. Populasi dari penelitian ini adalah seluruh peserta didik XI MIA MAN 1 Lombok Barat tahun pelajaran 2019/2020. Pengambilan sampel digunakan teknik cluster random sampling sehingga terpilih kelas XI MIA 1 berjumlah 29 orang sebagai kelas kontrol dan kelas XI MIA 2 berjumlah 30 orang sebagai kelas kontrol. Kelas kontrol diajarkan dengan pembelajaran konvesional sedangkan kelas eksperimen diajarkan dengan model discovery learning. Penguasaan konsep fisika peserta didik diukur menggunakan skor hasil belajar kognitif (C1 sampai C6). Instrumen yang digunakan berupa tes pilihan ganda sebanyak 25 butir soal. Data hasil yang diperoleh menunjukkan bahwa penguasaan konsep fisika peserta didik kelas kontrol dalam kategori cukup dengan nilai rerata 62.6 dan kelas eksperimen dalam kategori baik dengan nilai rerata 77.7. Hipotesis penelitian diuji menggunakan uji-t separated varians dengan taraf signifikan 5%. Analisis data menunjukkan bahwa nilai t_hitung yaitu 4.955 lebih besar dari t_tabel yaitu 1.700 yang artinya H0 ditolak dan Ha diterima, sehingga dapat disimpulkan bahwa terdapat pengaruh model discovery learning terhadap penguasaan konsep fisika peserta didik kelas XI MAN 1 Lombok Barat.Kata kunci: discovery learning, penguasaan konsep fisikaAbstract: Discovery learning model is a recommended model for the implementation of 2013 Curriculum, but there are still many teachers who do not have a clear picture in using the discovery learning model. This study aims to determine the effect of discovery learning models on the mastery of physics concepts in class XI MAN 1 West Lombok students. The type of research used is quasi-experimental research with research design that is post-test only control group design. The population of this study were all XI MIA MAN 1 West Lombok students in the 2019/2020 school year. Sampling was used cluster random sampling technique so that selected class XI MIA 1 amounted to 29 people as the control class and class XI MIA 2 totaled 30 people as the control class. The control class was taught using the conventional learning model while the experimental class was taught using the discovery learning model. Mastery of students' physics concepts is measured using scores of cognitive learning outcomes (C1 to C6). The instrument used was a multiple choice test of 25 items. The result data obtained showed that the mastery of the physics concepts of the control class students was in the sufficient category with an average value of 62.6 and the experimental class in the good category with a mean value of 77.7. The research hypothesis was tested using a t-test separated variance with a significance level of 5%. Data analysis shows that the value of tcount is 4.955 which is greater than ttable which is 1.700 which means that H0 is rejected and Ha is accepted, so it can be concluded that there is an influence of discovery learning model on the mastery of physics concepts in class XI MAN 1 Lombok Barat in 2019/2020.Keywords: discovery learning, mastery of physics concepts

Abstract

Rumput laut Gracilaria verrucosa asal Kabupaten Sinjai memiliki kualitas paling rendah di antara semua sentra produksi Gracilaria sp. di Sulawesi Selatan. Hal ini salah satunya dikarenakan oleh bibit yang buruk. Penyediaan benih rumput laut yang berkualitas dapat dilakukan salah satunya dengan penggunaan bibit hasil kultur jaringan. Perbanyakan bibit Gracilaria verucosa dapat dilakukan dengan menggunakan metode tali panjang long line maupun metode sebar (broadcast) di tambak. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui respons pertumbuhan, kandungan agar, dan kekuatan gel (gel strength) dari bibit G. verucosa hasil kultur jaringan di tambak Kabupaten Sinjai. Metode penelitian ini adalah eksperimen dengan dua perlakuan dan tiga ulangan yaitu perlakuan A (bibit kultur jaringan) dan B (bibit lokal) dengan berat awal masing-masing 10 kg. Pemeliharaan bibit dengan metode sebar dilakukan selama 30 hari. Hasil analisis ragam menunjukkan bahwa laju pertumbuhan harian (DGR), kandungan agar dan gel strength bibit kultur jaringan dan bibit lokal menunjukkan perbedaan yang nyata (P<0,05). Secara kuantitas hasil produksi bibit hasil kultur jaringan memiliki pertumbuhan yang lebih tinggi daripada bibit lokal dengan berat akhir bibit 44,3 ± 4,16 kg hasil kultur jaringan dan 33,0 ± 4,35 kg lokal dengan DGR 4,97% bobot/hari (kultur jaringan) dan 3,90% bobot/hari (lokal). Secara kualitas bibit hasil kultur jaringan lebih baik dari bibit lokal, ditunjukkan dengan persentase kandungan agar bibit hasil kultur jaringan lebih tinggi daripada bibit lokal dengan rendemen agar 22,19 ± 2,45% (kultur jaringan) dan 16,50 ± 0,96% (lokal), sementara gel strength sebesar 204,20 ± 0,45 g/cm2 (hasil kultur jaringan) dan 128,10 ± 1,55 g/cm2 (bibit lokal).Seaweed Gracilaria verrucosa from Sinjai Regency has the lowest quality among all Gracilaria sp. Production centers in South Sulawesi due to the low quality of the seed. The seed quality can be improved using seed selection, followed by tissue-culture methods. Long-line and broadcast methods in brackishwater ponds are the efficient seaweed culture techniques to multiply the number of Gracilaria verrucosa seeds. This research was aimed to determine growth performance, gel content, and gel strength of seeds produced from tissue-culture and local seaweed farming. The experiment consisted of two treatments: treatment A (cells culture seed) and B (local seed) with the initial weight of 10 kg, each has three replicates. Both seeds were stocked and reared in the ponds using the broadcast method for 30 days. The results of DGR, gel content and gel strength showed a significant difference between tissue-cultured and local seeds (P<0.05). The tissue-cultured seed had better growth than the local seed with 4.97% mass/day for tissue-cultured seed and 3.90 mass/day for local seed. The tissue-culture seed also had better quality in agar content and gel strength. The agar content of tissue-cultured was 22.19 ± 2.45% and the local was 16.50 ± 0.96%. The gel strength of tissue-culture was 204.20 ± 0.45 g/cm2, and the local was 128.10 ± 1.55 g/cm2.

Abstract

AbstracThis research aim of the study was to find out about the activities and results of learning mathematics using Bruner's Theory assisted by media unit cubes in the class V of Darit State Islamic Middle School. The method used is descriptive method. Collaborative nature. The research subjects were teachers who taught Mathematics and the fifth grade students of Darit State Madrasah Ibtidaiyah. Settings for setting settings in class. The technique used is the direct observation technique. While the data collection tool is the observation sheet. The data collected is data about the activities of teachers and students and the learning outcomes of students in the learning process. The results of the study in the first cycle of the activities of students in mathematics learning amounted to 62.5% of the second cycle of 77.08%, the third cycle was 90.63%. While the mathematics learning outcomes of cyclical students 1 averaged 65, cycle 2 averaged 75, and cycle 3 averaged 80.Keywords: Activities, Learning Outcomes, Bruner's Theory

Abstract

Siswa selalu berpikir bahwa jumlah massa mempengaruhi percepatan jatuh benda vertikal. Melalui eksperimen mandiri yang dilakukan siswa kelas X, akan mengubah cara berpikir siswa dengan benar. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah menentukan berapa waktu tempuh yang dimiliki dua benda yang mengalami gerak jatuh bebas dengan massa yang berbeda. Eksperimen menggunakan media gerak jatuh bebas yang terintegrasi oleh komputer/laptop. Eksperimen didampingi oleh guru, kemudian mereka menyimpulkan sendiri hasil dari analisis yang didapatkan. Hasil yang didapat siswa untuk kedua benda masing-masing adalah 0,4904 s dan 0,4828 s.

Abstract

The main problems of this research are: (1) Is there a significant relationship between personality character of Social Science Instruction teacher and student’s motivation in learning process? (2) How much the relationship between personality character of Social Science Instruction teacher and student’s motivation in learning process? The purposes of this research are: (1) to know and analyze the relation between personality character of Social Science Instruction teacher and student’s motivation in learning process and (2) to know and analyze the relationship between personality character of Social Science Instruction teacher and student’s motivation in learning process. This research is a descriptive correlation used with the purpose to describe the character ongoing at the time of the research and searching the causes from the indication with the data analysis technique to test the research hypothesis using correlation analysis of Pearson Product Moment (PPM). The result of this research showed that there is a significant relationship between personality character of Social Science Instruction teacher and student’s motivation in learning process. And then, the personality character of Social Science Instruction teacher have a strong enough relationship to student’s motivation, the correlation value of 0,486 and the determination coefficient amounting to 23,62 percent. The correlation value of 0,486 when referring to the theoretical interpretation of the correlation coefficient according to Ridwan (2002:228), have a value of r is between 0.40-0.599 with interpretation between the variables X and Y correlation is quite strong.

Abstract

This research is research development at developing learning material based on blended learning cooperative model. The learning material is developed using Kemp model and one group pretest-posttest design. Try out for learning material is carried out at 2nd semester SMAN 16 Surabaya. The research subjects in grade XI IPA 2, XI IPA 3 and XI IPA 4 and the topic is thermodynamics. Data gathering uses three methods; observation, test and questionnaire. Material validity analysis is applied to analyses data. The validity involve (a) the truth of conseptual in learning material: the reabilitas of learning plans at 85,71%, student?s worksheet at 75%, student?s teks book at 77,27%, web moodle with homepage  http://fisikaunesa.net/elearning/ at 86,34% and assesment sheet for product and process test at 100%, (b) legibility of: student?s worksheet at 99%,  student?s text book at 97,7% and web moodle at 100% in easily understood category, (c) difficulties: student?s worksheet at 1,0; student?s text book at 13,0; Web Moodle at 0,0; and assessment sheet in easily understood category. 2) the practicality involve: (a) realization of Learning Plans reached 100% in good category, (b) student?s activity reached 89% in good category, (c) WIFI?s trouble. 3) the effectivity involve: (a) enhancement  of student?s achievement with N-Gain calculation: Natural Science 2 class with score 0,88, Natural Science 3 with score 0,85, Natural Science 4 with score 0,87 in high category, (b) student?s response with meanin 3 in agree category. Based on the results, it can be concluded that learning material based on Blended Learning Cooperative Model to increase student?s achievement in physics at senior high school grade XI is feasible.Penelitian ini adalah penelitian pengembangan yang mengembangkan perangkat pembelajaran blended learning model kooperatif. Perangkat pembelajaran dikembangkan menggunakan model Kemp dengan model ujicoba one group pretest-posttes design. Uji coba perangkat pembelajaran dilakukan pada semester genap SMAN 16 Surabaya. Penelitian ini dilakukan pada kelas XI IPA 2, XI IPA 3 dan XI IPA 4 materi termodinamika. Pengumpulan data menggunakan tiga teknik yaitu observasi, tes dan angket sedangkan analisis data menggunakan analisis validitas perangkat. Hasil penelitian dianalisis dan diperoleh beberapa temuan yaitu: 1) validitas yang meliputi: (a) kebenaran konseptual perangkat pembelajaran: RPP dengan reabilitas 85,71%, LKS dengan reabilitas 75%, BAS dengan reabilitas 77,27%, web moodle dengan hompage  http://fisikaunesa.net/elearning/ dengan reabilitas 86,34%, dan LP untuk THB produk dan proses dengan reabilitas 100%, (b) keterbacaan: LKS 99%, BAS 97,7% dan  Web Moodle 100% dengan kategori mudah dipahami (c) Kesulitan: LKS 1,0; BAS 13,0; Web Moodle 0,0; dan LP berada pada kategori mudah dipahami. 2) Kepraktisan yang meliputi: (a) Keterlaksanaan RPP mencapai 100% berkategori baik, (b) Aktivitas siswa mencapai 89% berkategori baik, (c) kendala jaringan WIFI. 3) Efektifitas meliputi: (a) Peningkatan hasil belajar dengan perhitungan N- Gain: IPA 2 skor 0,88, IPA 3 skor 0,85, IPA 4 skor 0,87 dengan kriteria tinggi, (b) respon siswa dengan rata -rata 3 berada pada ketegori setuju. Berdasarkan hasil temuan di atas, dapat disimpulkan bahwa perangkat pembelajaran blended learning model cooperative untuk meningkatkan hasil belajar fisika SMA kelas XI layak digunakan.

Abstract

The research was conducted at the Public Polytechnic of Kupang. The purpose of this study in­­­­cluded getting overview of student interest in running entrepreneurship. The for­mu­­­­lation of the problem was whether attitudes and motivation fostered entrepre­neur­ial in­te­­­­rest of students. The research method was simple random sampling (random) sur­­­­vey with quantitative analysis approach. Data was collected with ques­tion­naires. Data was pr­­ocessed with SPSS. The research was used multiple linear reg­­ression. The results of this study indicated that the variable attitude and motivation no sig­­nificant effect on the in­­terest in entre­pre­neur­ship.

Abstract

Cooperative capital does not diminish and obscure the understanding of cooperatives themselves, but in reality that any association that is engaged in the business, the capital has a very important position, and therefore the board is required to be more professional in carrying out their duties and responsibilities in managing the cooperative, with a good board skills will further enhance the trust and participation of members in exercising their rights and obligations. This research was conducted in the Village Unit Cooperatives Farmers Fresh Merangin District, which aims to determine the factors that affect the growth of capital               at Farmers Fresh Village Unit Cooperatives.This research is a qualitative descriptive study, in which researchers want to describe the situation and condition of the factors that influence the growth of capital in cooperatives Fresh Farmers Cooperative. The research was conducted in KUD Tani Fresh by the number of subjects or informants are 4 people are: chairman, secretary, treasurer and one of the representatives of the employees.The findings suggest that the factors that affect the cooperative capital partumbuhan education level, and management level pendapatn cooperative, then the interview is happening in the field is the development of co-operative capital is also influenced by the credit crunch and electricity fee, and at some point in the event the price of fruit is too cheap or dropped so that could affect the development        of            co-operative         capital.It is suggested that the entire board of the cooperative can pay attention to the factors that affect the cooperative capital, so the development of co-operative capital to develop properly, then the board members or the cooperative and all parties associated with lending to the cooperative to be able to cooperate in the settlement perkreditannya so that no bad debts.Keywords: Factors affecting the growth of capital

Abstract

Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian pengembangan yang bertujuan untuk mengembangkan Lembar Kerja Mahasiswa (LKM) yang membekalkan kemampuan prediksi dengan metode ARIMA dan kemampuan berargumentasi pada topik Bencana Alam. LKM diterapkan pada calon guru fisika agar dapat memahami dan meringankan bencana alam sehingga memungkinkan untuk mengatasi kesulitan dan bencana bagi siswa SMP dan SMA. Model pengembangan yang digunakan adalah model ADDIE dengan keterlibatan 5 validator ahli dan diujicobakan pada 33 mahasiswa fisika yang telah mengampu matakuliah Fisika Kebumian dan IPBA. Data diperoleh dengan menggunakan lembar validasi ahli, Jawaban LKM dan lembar respons Mahasiswa. Berdasarkan hasil analisis data berdasarkan 5 validator ahli LKM yang dikembangkan sangat layak digunakan dan nilai rata-rata hasil pengerjaan LKM yang dilakukan oleh siswa di atas 75 yang berarti LKM layak digunakan. Selain itu, 80% mahasiswa sangat menyukai LKM yang digunakan.Kata kunci: Adaptasi dan mitigasi bencana, Kemampuan prediksi, Argumentasi
