Abstract

Poverty is a social problem that is always present in society, especially in developing countries. The purpose of this research is to know/see the learning effectiveness of family development session program within the participants’ preparation in Kebon Jayanti urban village. The type of research that used is survey research. The research approach is done by survey method, combined with qualitative to explore in-depth information of gained situation in this survey research. The results of this study indicate that companion has a role as an agent that posts positive inputs and directives based on their knowledge and experience. FDS participants are also expected to exchange ideas with existing knowledge and experience under guidance or counseling to raise public awareness, share information, and enhance family development session comprehension. Thus, the conclusion is as follows; the application of learning readiness assumption in improving the learning process of family development session is well, due to the consideration of learning process with basic assumption of an adult, learning method, and interaction between facilitator and learning community in both directions while delivering materials for family development session

Abstract

Karakteristik mahasiswa program studi administrasi publik sangat beragam baik dilihat dari kelompok jenis kelamin, aspek sosial, budaya, dan lingkungan belajarnya. Adanya perbedaan individu tersebut mengandung arti bahwa kegiatan pembelajaran perlu memperhatikan aspek perbedaan individu dengan membangun suasana belajar yang dapat melayani keragaman kemampuan individu. Konsepsi tentang pembelajaran dan metode pembelajaran berbasis masalah menjadi dasar pijakan teoritis yang digunakan dalam riset ini. Pendekatan penelitian menggunakan kualitatif dengan metode studi kasus. Jumlah responden yang diambil sebanyak 49 responden dari mahasiswa yang mengontrak mata kuliah manajemen kurikulum yang berasal dari angkatan 2015 dan angkatan tahun 2016. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa : 1) Kondisi awal pembelajaran sebelum diterapkan PBL mahasiswa menunjukkan rendahnya peran aktif dalam pembelajaran, hal ini ditunjukkan dengan diperoleh nilai dibawah standar berjumlah 40 mahasiswa dari 49 mahasiswa atau 82 %. Rendahnya hasil belajar merupakan dampak dari rendahnya persentase yang berperan aktif dalam pembelajaran. 2) Penerapan pendekatan PBL diawali dengan tahapan perencanaan (identifikasi masalah, desain masalah/skenario pembelajaran berdasarkan kontekstual), tahapan pelaksanaan/proses PBL  dengan langkah-langkah (a) menemukan masalah, (b) mendefinisikan masalah, (c) mengumpulkan fakta-fakta, (d) menyusun dugaan sementara, (e) menyelidiki, (f) menyempurnakan permasalahan, (g) menyimpulkan alternatif-alternatif pemecahan secara kolaboratif, (h) menguji solusi permasalahan. Tahapan  penilaian dalam pembelajaran problem based learning dilakukan terhadap proses dan hasil pembelajaran dalam siklus yang berulang-ulang.  3)Hasil yang diperoleh sebelum dan sesudah diterapkan PBL menunjukan peningkatan yang lebih baik dilihat dari aspek keaktifan mahasiswa, kemandirian mahasiswa, prestasi dan motivasi belajar mahasiswa, dan hasil pengamatan mampu menciptakan iklim pembelajaran yang aktif.

Abstract

In the management of learning in preparing the final assignment has become an obligation in each university. So, the existence of a final assignment supervisor is very important to help students complete their final assignments. Without the final assignment supervisor can lead to unclear and a directed research in accordance with the provisions of learning management, in this study discusses the role of lecturers in conducting final assignments in both thesis and thesis, lecturers as facilitators start the final assignment, lecturers as final project supervisors, lecturers as a final assignment exam preparation supervisor, stress in preparing the final assignment, communication of students with supervisors, choosing supervisors, consulting techniques with counselors, obstacles during the guidance of the preparation of the final assignment report. With the hope of this research students can choose a mentor where they must master the fields that are in accordance with your final assignment and with the provisions of learning management in Higher Education, and choose a mentor who has enough time to guide you, and a cooperative and communicative guide.

Abstract

ABSTRAKPendekatan homeschooling berbeda dengan sekolah, maka pembentukan, penyiapan, dan pengembangan sumber daya manusia di Home schooling Kak Seto (HSKS) menjadi sorotan penting. Baik tutor maupun tenaga kependidikan di HSKS harus mampu memfasilitasi keberagaman dan keunikan para homeschooler dengan prinsip homeschooling. Lebih dari itu, HSKS pun harus mampu menyediakan informasi dan pendidikan bagi orang tua untuk melakukan bimbingan terhadap anaknya di rumah. penelitian ini dilakukan untuk melihat bagaimana pengelolaan model pelatihan induksi, dan penilaian kinerja Sumber Daya Manusia di Homeschooling Kak Seto dengan cara pendekatan kualitatif menggunakan instrumen penelitian observasi, wawancara, kuisioner atau angket yang disebar menggunakan google doc, dan dokumentasi. Konsep yang dijadikan kajian teori dalam penilitian ini adalah model pengelolaan, kinerja karyawan, dan homeschooling.  model pengelolaan pelatihan di homeschooling kak seto melibatkan peserta dalam perencanaan, pelaksanaan, dan evaluasi kemudian kinerja sumber daya manusia di Homeschooling kak seto sudah memenuhi dengan kebutuhan lembaga. Kata kunci: Home schooling, pelatihan induksi, kinerja sumber daya manusia

Abstract

The studies were motivated by the interest the authors will be assistant social training in enhancing the ability Facilitation Program with business groups. The purpose of this study to gain an overview of 1) The learning process is learning social assistant training KUBE, 2) to improve the facilitation of social companion KUBE and 3) factors affecting the implementation of the assistant social training KUBE in BBPPKS. The method used in this penalizing is a descriptive and qualitative approach to the subject of research managers, trainers, social assistant training graduates and members of KUBE. Data collection techniques using observation, interviews, documentary studies and triangulation of data in BBPPKS Regional II Bandung. From the results obtained the following conclusions: (1) The learning process KUBE analyzed assistant social training of procedures, approaches, methods, techniques and learning media. The learning process has been tailored to the training needs; (2) to improve the facilitation of social assistant business groups were analyzed from the aspect of knowledge, attitudes, and skills. their improvement felt by KUBE companion who had been trained in BBPPKS social assistant and a member of KUBE; (3) The supporting factors including planning, budgeting, government programs, infrastructure, the use of media and methods varied, the competence of lecturers, creating relationships of various parties, able to tighten the friendship and communication between companion KUBE program in solving the problems that exist.Keywords : Training , Social Assistants , Ability Facilitation , Business Group .

Abstract

The title of this Research is the Influence of Academic and Clinical Administration Service of the Organization to the Student Satisfaction of Faculty of Health Sciences at Muhammadiyah University of Tangerang. This research was conducted at the Faculty of Health Sciences University of Muhammadiyah with the object of the researchers are all students of the Faculty of Health Sciences Muhammadiyah University of Tangerang. The purpose of this study is to analyze the influence of Academic and Clinical Administrative Services on Student Satisfaction Faculty of Health Sciences Muhammadiyah University of Tangerang. Research is a quantitative study using the method of causal survey, this method uses path analysis (goal analysis) whose purpose is to determine the effect of service Academic administration, and organizational climate with student satisfaction of Faculty of Health Sciences UMT. In order to answer the above problem formulation, this study was conducted with the total population of 528 students, samples taken as many as 228 students by distributing questionnaires to respondents. From the results of research conducted showed that there is a significant influence between academic administration services with student satisfaction with coefficient value 0.801, and there is significant influence between organizational climate to student satisfaction with coefficient value 0.733; And there is a simultaneous influence between academic administration services and organizational climate on student satisfaction.Keywords: Academic administration services, organizational climate, student satisfaction.

Abstract

This study aims to describe the character of adolescents in matrilineal care in Minangkabau which is described in seven aspects, namely, religious, disciplined and responsible, independent, creative, respectful and polite, cooperative, and communicative. The population in this study were mothers who have adolescent children, live in Padang city, and have brothers (mamak). The present study used a survey method. A multistage random sampling technique was used for sampling. A sample of 296 respondents was asked to answer a questionnaire. The questionnaire was tested and validated by experts. A descriptive statistical analysis was performed using SPSS. The results showed that the character of respect and manners obtained the highest index score, while the character of cooperation obtained the lowest index score. To improve the character of cooperation, it is necessary to increase the involvement of adolescents in completing a job with their friends and solve their friends' problems.

Abstract

Untuk menumbuhkan minat baca masyarakat,beberapa upaya telah dilakukukan oleh pemerintah, baik melalui Departemen Pendidikan dan Kebudayaan maupun Departemen atau lembaga lainnya. Hal itu dilakukan mengingat minat baca masyarakat Indonesia masih sangat rendah dibandingkan dengan-negara lain (Asia Tenggara). Beberapa layanan masyarakat dalam rangka meningkat­kan dan menumbuhkan minat baca antara lain: memberikan layanan kepada anak dan remaja, layanan kelompok pembaca khusus, layanan perpustakaan keliling dan berbagai kegiatan lain seperti melalui Taman Bacaan Masyarakat. Tujuan kegiatan ini; I} Mewujudkan suatu sistem penumbuhan dan pengembangan nilai ilmu yang sesuai dengan kebutuhan masyarakat. 2) Mengembangkan masyarakat baca (reading society) lewat pelayanan perpustakaan dengan penekanan pada penciptaan lingkungan baca untuk masyarakat.

Abstract

Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk mensintesis proses pelaksanaan pelatihan berbasis tujuan yang dibatasi pada proses perumusan tujuan, proses pembelajaran, dan proses evaluasi. Penelitian dilakukan dengan metode meta sintesis pada hasil riset berbagai kasus kegiatan pelatihan yang menggunakan model pelatihan berbasis tujuan di beberapa negara. Hasil sintesis yakni 1) hasil identifikasi kebutuhan dijadikan dasar dalam merumuskan tujuan. Identifikasi kebutuhan pelatihan dilakukan dengan observasi (mengamati permasalahan pegawai di lapangan) dan analisis terhadap laporan kinerja pegawai. 2) dalam merancang pembelajaran digunakan 2 cara pertama tidak melibatkan peserta akan tetapi dilakukan oleh perangcang pelatihan atau perusahaan. Kurikulum, jadwal, metode pelaksanaan mengikuti rancangan yang disusun oleh perancang pelatihan, yang kedua untuk menentukan materi pembelajaran bisa melibatkan peserta dengan cara melakukan tes evaluasi diri sebagai acuan dalam memberikan materi pelatihan kepada peserta. 3) proses evaluasi dilakukan dengan dua cara yakni tes dan pengamatan. Evaluasi dengan tes dilakukann dengan memberikan kuesioner kepada peserta sebelum pelatihan dan sesudah pelatihan (pre test dan post test). Sedangkan evaluasi dengan pengamatan dilakukan oleh perusahan dengan melihat perubahan pengetahuan/keterampilan dan peningkatan kinerja pegawai dalam melaksanakan pekerjaanya setelah mengikuti pelatihan.
