Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of Debt To Equity Ratio (DER), Price To Book Value (PBV), Earning Per Share (EPS) on the Jakarta Islamic Index Stock Return and LQ45 Stock Return Index, and to determine the difference in the Jakarta Islamic Index Stock Return with LQ45 Index.The population of this research is the company for the Jakarta Islamic Index shares which are 30 listed companies and the LQ45 Index which is 45 listed companies. The sampling technique uses the Purposive Sampling method.The analysis technique used is the classical assumption test, the Multiple Linear Regression Test, and the Independent Sample t test.Significant value (Sig.) For DER, PBV and EPS for the JII Stock Index greater than 0.05 concluded that the hypothesis was rejected meaning that DER, PBV and EPS had no significant effect on Stock Return. Significant value (Sig.) For DER, PBV and EPS for the LQ45 Stock Index greater than 0.05 for the LQ45 stock index concluded that the hypothesis was rejected meaning that DER, PBV and EPS had no significant effect on Stock Return. There was a significant difference between Stock Returns JII with LQ45 Stock Return means the results obtained from stock investments for each company both JII and LQ45 Index.

Abstract

The problem in this research is that the Semarang Branch Mas telemarketing employees were unable to achieve the targets set by the Semarang Branch Sinar Mas Bank and this study aimed to analyze the factors of work ethic, skills, competence and communication towards the performance of telemarketing employees of Bank Sinar Mas Semarang Branch . The population in this study were all employees of the Semarang Branch SinarMas telemarketing, amounting to 66 employees while the sampling technique used was census technique and the analysis tool used in this study was multiple linear regression.The results showed that the work ethic, skills, competencies and communication variables had a positive and significant effect on the performance of the employees of Bank Sinar Mas Semarang Branch telemarketing and the results of the adjusted R square value in the regression model were obtained at 0.551 which means 55.1 percent of employee performance variables can be explained by work ethic, skills, competence and communication variables while the remaining 44.9 percent is explained by other variables outside of this study.

Abstract

 AbstractThis study aimed to examine the effects of Capital Adequacy Ratio (CAR) and Good Corporate Governance (GCG) on Return On Asset (ROA) with Non-Performing Financing (NPF) as a moderating variable. The sample used in this study is 14 Islamic commercial banks listed on Bank Indonesia from 2014-2018. The sampling technique used in this research is purposive sampling with the type of data used in this research is panel data. To analyze the data, the researchers use a statistical test that includes classical assumption test, t-test, F-test, the coefficient of determination (R2), and Moderated Regression Analysis (MRA). The process of data analysis is using a means of IBM SPSS Statistics 23. The results of this study show that CAR has a negative and significant effect on ROA, and GCG does not have a substantial impact on ROA. This study indicates that NPF is unable to moderate the effect of CAR on ROA. However, NPF is significantly able to moderate the effect of GCG on ROAAbstrakPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji pengaruh rasio kecukupan modal (CAR) dan tata kelola perusahaan yang baik (GCG) terhadap pengembalian asset (ROA) dengan pembiayaan bermasalah (NPF) sebagai variabel moderasi. Sampel yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah 14 bank syariah yang terdaftar di Bank Indonesia periode 2014-2018. Teknik pengambilan sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah teknik purposive sampling dengan data yang digunakan adalah data panel. Teknik analisis yang digunakan adalah uji statistik meliputi uji asumsi klasik, uji t test, F-test, koefisien determinasi (R2), dan Moderated Regression Analysis (MRA). Pengolahan data dalam penelitian ini menggunakan alat bantu IBM SPSS Statistics 23. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa CAR berpengaruh negatif dan signifikan terhadap ROA dan GCG tidak berpengaruh secara signifikan terhadap ROA. Penelitian ini juga menunjukkan bahwa NPF tidak mampu memoderasi pengaruh CAR terhadap ROA. Namun, NPF secara signifikan mampu memoderasi pengaruh GCG terhadap ROA.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the implementation of financial management that has been done and design edu-finance management model to improve financial literacy on the perpetrators of wood SMEs Semarang City. The research used qualitative method, data collecting technique through in-depth interview. Sample of data source include wood wooden perpetrator at Jl. Barito, Central Java Bank as a distributor of SMEs credit in Semarang City, and Head of Institutional Affairs Office of Cooperatives and SMEs of Central Java Province. Data analysis techniques using Miles and Hubermans model. Test the validity of data with credibility test through extension of observation and triangulation. The results revealed that the perpetrators of wood SMEs on Jl. Barito Semarang does not yet have sufficient knowledge related to financial literacy. Increased understanding of financial literacy required a training model that fits the needs that include: financial management, financing and entrepreneur. Training strategy is done by planning, implementation and evaluation of financial literacy training. It needs integrated training, comprehensive and sustainable. Stakeholders are expected to engage SMEs actors in making policies so that the policies made can be more implemented in the field. Keywords: Financial Literacy, Edu-Finance, SMEs

Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh kualitas pelayanan, lokasi dan kepercayaan terhadap kepuasan Pasien Rawat Jalan pada Rumah Sakit Pelita Anugerah Demak. Objek penelitian ini adalah RUMAH SAKIT PELITA ANUGERAH DEMAK. Hipotesis dari penelitian ini adalah Pengaruh Kulitas Pelayanan, lokasi, dan kepercayaan terhadap kepuasan pasien rawat jalan.Populasi penelitian ini diketahui sebanyak 2.300 pasien rawat jalan .Sampel yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah 96 responden dengan menggunakan teknik purposive sampling, yaitu teknik pengambilan sampel yang memberikan kesempatan menjadi anggota sampel dengan kriteria tertentu. Metode pengumpulan data melalui kuesioner dan analisa data menggunakan SPSS versi 22 yang meliputi uji validitas, uji reabilitas, uji t, uji F dan uji R².Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa seluruh variabel bebas, yaitu Kualitas Pelayanan (X1), Lokasi (X2) dan Kepercayaan (X3) berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Kepuasan Pasien Rawat Jalan(Y). Berdasarkan nilai koefisien determinasi sebesar 0,552diketahui bahwa dalam penelitian ini Kualitas Pelayanan, Lokasi, dan Kepercayaan berpengaruh terhadap Kepuasan Pasien Rawat Jalan sebesar 55,2 % sedangkan sisanya yaitu sebesar 44,8 % dipengaruhi oleh variabel lain yang tidak dijelaskan dalam penelitian

Abstract

This study aims to examine and analyze the effects of Gender, Complexity of Duties, Experience Auditors, and Professional Competence of Judgment Audit. This research uses a sample of auditors who work at Public Accounting Firm in Central Java and DIY Provinces. This experience was carried out using a questionnaire at Public Accounting Firm in Central Java and Yogyakarta with 89 respondents. Of the 121 questionnaires distributed, only 89 questionnaires could be used. Data analysis techniques in this study using multiple linear regression analysis, Test Validity and Realibility Test. In addition all variables have been tested using Classic Assumption Test.Based on t test by using multiple regression model indicate that task complexity, auditor experience and professional competence have an effect on audit judgment, while gender does not affect to audit judgment

Abstract

A college as a service company in carrying out business activities or educational activities, generally what must be considered is the orientation towards consumers, which concerns what companies must satisfy their consumers. In service companies, especially higher education institutions that are consumers are students, with more attention to aspects of customer orientation, of course, the goals to be achieved by the company will be realized. Problems that occur at the University of “X” make students feel dissatisfied and this causes complaints or complaints, including: inadequate parking, campus websites that are often slow, completeness of damaged facilities and infrastructure, administrative services that tend to be long.The purpose of this study is to examine and analyze the effect of service quality and university reputation on student satisfaction, with trust as a mediating variable. The population in this study were students from University “X” enrolled in the odd semester 2019/2020 Study Plan Card (KRS) of 22,753 students. The number of samples in this study were 99.56 students rounded up to 100 students (based on the Slovin formula). The analysis was carried out with the help of the SPSS program. The variable relationship model will be analyzed by path analysis. The result of research show service quality and university reputation have a direct effect on student trust at Universityof “X”. Service qualityand university reputation have a direct effect on student satisfaction at University of “X”. Trust has a direct influence on student satisfaction at the University of “X”. Keywords:  Trust, Service Quality, Reputation, Satisfaction

Abstract

The population in this study were all marketing employees of PT. Borobudur Oto Mobil which amounted to 36 employees and the sampling technique used in this study  was the census  method  and  the analysis  tool  used  in  this  study  was multiple linear regression. The regression test results show that the variables of work facilities, leadership, competence and division of labor have a positive effect on employee performance and the results of hypothesis testing indicate that the variables of work facilities, leadership, competence and division of labor have a significant effect on employee performance. The results of the determination test produce the adjusted R square value in the regression model obtained at 0.610 which means that 61 percent of employee performance variables can be explained by variables of work facilities, leadership, competence and division of labor and the results of the accuracy test table obtained 0,000 smaller than 0, 05 which means that employee performance variables can be jointly explained by leadership variables, work facilities, competencies and division of labor.

Abstract

 The rapid development of information technology is the impact of globalization. The development of information technology requires that every organization needs information, not only business or government, but also the world of financial institutions. In accordance with this, the information technology has very important position in banking.  The purpose of this research is to analyze and to test empirically the influence of social factors, affect on intentions and its impact on financial behavior in utilizing internet banking technology as communication media. The method used in data collection is survey method by spreading the questionnaires. The research data obtained is based on the perception of students of Economics Faculty, University of Semarang on the use of internet banking technology implemented by Assistant Branch Bank of BNI Bank in University of Semarang environment as medium of communication between students and University of Semarang, with 96 respondents. The research method used validity test, reliability test, and classical assumption test, hypothesis test, multiple linear regression models with SPSS 23. Result of testing and analysis found that social factor and affects directly and indirectly did not affect the financial behavior of internet banking technology utilization implemented by Assistant Branch Bank of BNI Bank in University of Semarang environment as communication media of students with university, through the intention of internet banking technology usage by showing insignificant results.

Abstract

Regional revenue (PAD) aims to give authority to the Regional Government to fund the implementation of regional autonomy in accordance with the regional potential as a manifestation of decentralization. In the method of applying science and technology through predictions of the realization of regional revenue (PAD) in Semarang City for 2019 an increase in the realization of regional revenue (PAD) in 2013-2018 with an average percentage growth rate of 12.15 %, and produces predictions Semarang's regional revenue (PAD) for 2019 has increased to Rp 2.031.430.000.000.
