Abstract

Rendang telur is one of the Indonesian local foods that were popular in west Sumatra community. Rendang telur is presented in combination egg crackers and dried rendang seasoning. Generally, the main ingredient used in making egg crackers was combination of rice flour and wheat flour. This research was conducted to study the using of sago flour as a main ingredient due to sago had high availability in Riau province and utilization of non rice starch. The aims of this research was to know the chemical properties of Rendang telur that were made by using sago flour. The experimental design was Complete Randomize Design with four treatments and four replications.The treatments were amount of sago flour that were used, consists of A (rice flour 25 g as a control), B (sago flour 25 g), C (sago flour 30 g) and D (sago flour 35 g). Variable analyzed were protein content, moisture content, lipid content, acid value and content of free fatty acid. The result show that the protein content ranged between9.14-6.42% wb, the moisture content ranged between 2.94-2.04%, fat content ranged between 41.01-30.6% wb, acid value andfree fatty acid ranged between 1.70-2.14 mg and 1.09-1.37%, respectively. It can be concluded that sago flour could use asreplacer rice flour if amount added is not more than 30 g based on protein content. An addition of 35 g sago flour could reduce protein content, but non significance effect to moisture content, fat content, acid value and free fatty acid content.

Abstract

Budaya, merupakan bagian tak terpisahkan dari diri manusia sehingga banyak orang cenderung menganggapnya diwariskan secara genetis. Indonesia memiliki banyak keberagaman budaya, salah satunya adalah kebudayaan yang berkembang dikalangan remaja.Jenis penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode kualitatif artinya penelitian dilakukan secara mendalam serta menggunakan pendekatan deskriptif yang bermaksud untuk mendapatkan gambaran tentang konsep diri remaja pada budaya mandailing dan budaya minangkabau.Hasil penelitian adalah Orang Minang berpandangan bahwa hidup pada hakikatnya baik, karena itu tujuan hidup adalah berbuat kebaikan atau jasa, ?hiduik bajaso, mati bapusako?, mereka ibaratkan: gajah mati maninggakan gadiang, harimau mati maninggkan baling, manudia mati maninggakan namo?. Pepatah itu mengisyaratkan bahwa hidup adalah menghasilkan, setiap orang harus bekerja dan produktif sewaktu ia hidup sehingga dapat meninggalkan sesuatu apabila telah meninggal. Sebagai individu orang Minang sangat egaliter, hal itu dinyatakan dalam ungkapan ?duduk samo randah tagak samo tinggi. Ungkapan ini membuka kesempatan kepada setiap individu untuk mencari yang terbaik, karena setiap orang itu pada prinsipnya menpunyai hak yang sama dalam berinisiatif dan memutuskan sesuatu. Masyarakat mandailing  dikenal sebagai masyarakat yang memiliki sosial yang tinggi. Hal ini dapat dibuktikan dengan  meninjau partisipasi masyarakat dalam menghadiri berbagai acara dan peristiwa yang terjadi di daerah pemukiman sukunya seperti menghadiri takjiah, mengadakan pengajian, menghadiri kemalangan (melayat), mengunjungi orang yang sedang sakit, dan sebagainya. Saran terhadap penelitian ini, penelitian ini akan lebih baik jika dikembangkan lagi secara mendalam mengenai dua latar belakang budaya yang sangat berbeda. Baik ditinjau dari sifat, karakteristik, adat-istiadat, suku dan kebiasaan hidup.Kata kunci : Budaya ; sosial ; pendekatan deskriptif

Abstract

Psychoeducation is a counselling on how to optimize the emotional intelligence and spiritual intelligence of children from an early age. This devotion is done for two months from January to February 2017. This dedication will be useful for teachers to develop childrens intelligence optimally. Thus, teachers focus not only on the values of intellectual intelligence but also on other intelligence that will support the success of children later, such as emotional and spiritual intelligence. The results of this psychoeducation activity are: (1) the target of the previously planned trainees is at least 50 people, and the attendance is 100 people. Thus the target of the trainees can be said successful; (2) the teacher canrecognize and develop the childs emotional and spiritual intelligence through his body language; (3) the material delivered also has reached the target. The material presented includes: (a) recognizing the emotions of the child, (b) releasing negative emotions, (c) managing oneself emotions, (d) motivating oneself, (e) recognizing the emotions of others, (f) motivating others, (g) fostering relationships, (h) recognize the personality and emotions of the child, (i) adopt a parenting pattern appropriate to the childs development and personality, (j) communicate well with the child, (k) discuss all issues together, (l) tell grand stories, (m) involve the child in religious rituals.Keywords: Psychoeducation, emotional intelligence, spiritual intelligence

Abstract

Traditional performance art and musical biscuits purwa Wonorejo Village, District Gondangrejo, District still exist and are embodied in the studio Mardi Culture. Coaching aims to enhance the skills of puppetry art of puppetry for the students, but it also made coaching for musicians and campursari. The coaching is done by using the method of appreciation, discussions, and demonstrations. The results obtained, the activity increased musicians crowded, the participants not only fathers and adolescents, but selian it every afternoon between the hours of 15:00 to 17:00  are used for training the local elementary school children. While every Tuesday night used by adolescents to exercise Mix, for Wednesday night for training activities Karawitan and puppetry by fathers, while the Saturday night to practice the activities of the local PKK. Given these activities  are very entertained residents, other than that if citizens have always used the musical intent of the PKK as well asfathers. With the existence of these musicians, all members of the community both young and old gamelan music lovers can sing or sing songs Mix. The success gained from this activity the participants are performing outside of the area.Therefore, the results are very good can be used to cover their daily needs. This indicates that the particular skills in the musical culture results could lift the economy for family or could provide for the family everyday.Key words: wayang kulit purwa, Karawitan, campursari

Abstract

Wreda Laras Art Studio needs for guidance urgently based on taking care of others as consideration that its elder members have different social status. Its members consist of PWRI member surroundings District of Karanganyar, approximately 40-45 people, between 65-75 years old, femalesor males. Wreda Laras Art Studio joined with tradition art like musicians, singers, narrators, and puppeteers. The aim of this activity is making the tradition culture still alive and developing atalent as singers, musicians, or puppeteers. Learning system at Wreda Laras Art Studio—especially puppetry—runs without trainer, then the practice is based on personal experience of its members when they are be PNS (civil servant) actively. This condition is very apprehensive but proud of. The members of Wreda Laras Art Studio have spirit for learning although in elder year. There are some problems with in this learning system: What about the technique for making learning balance basedon the experience of each member? How to get learning system atically? The main aim of this activity is describe and get a proper technique to make learning among members with various experiences harmoniously and have a proper technique about puppetry. The learning result tha tachieved during learning is balancing the relevant concept of puppetry tradition which adapted tocondition of each member and making mental character building as a recovery effort in daily life.The methods which used in puppetry learning at Wreda Laras Art Studio are theory method (cacakansable) and puppetry practice. The materials that performed are: jejer Astino, bedhol jejer, kedhatonan,imbuk and cangik scenes, paseban jaba scene included budalan and kapalan, budalan kreta. However,all members are expected master material such as dhodhogan and keprakan, kombangan LadrangSekar Lesah, dhodhogan and keprakan in jaranan scene, dhodhogan suwuk gendhing Ketawan and Ladrang, and Sabrangan scene.Key words : Wreda Laras, Elder, puppetry

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menentukan peningkatan keaktifan dan hasil belajar siswa pada materi fotosintesis melalui pemanfaatan metode diskusi pada siswa kelas V SD Inpres 68 Klasaman. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian tindakan kelas yang dilakukan dalam 2 siklus. Masing-masing siklus terdiri dari 4 tahapan, yakni perencanaan, tindakan, pengamatan dan refleksi. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah observasi, dokumentasi dan tes. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian ditunjukkan bahwa: (a) partisipasi siswa meningkat pada setiap siklus. Pada siklus I, nilai rata-rata aktivitas siswa adalah 30,76% dan meningkat menjadi 84,61% pada siklus II, (b) hasil belajar siswa meningkat secara signifikan. Pada siklus I, nilai rata-rata kelas adalah 66,92 dan pada siklus II nilai rata-rata kelas menjadi 85. Hal ini menunjukkan bahwa nilai tersebut berada di atas nilai KKM.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to analyze: (1) the influence of academic supervision on work teacher’s ethos, (2) the influence of teacher’s discipline toward work teacher’s ethos, and (3) the influence of academic supervision and teacher’s discipline simultaneously toward teacher’s discipline. The population of this study is a public vocational high school teacher in East Lampung  totaling 251 with the sample used as much as 71 respondents taken using Slovin formula. The results of the  study as follows: (1) There is a positive and significant influence of academic supervision on the working teacher ethos. This can be explained by the regression equation Ŷ.= 44,449 +.0,567X1. It is known that the influence of academic supervision the working teacher  ethos is 26,6%, (2) There is positive and significant influence of discipline on teacher  working teacher  ethos. This can be explained by the regression equation Ŷ = 54,466 +.0,465X2. It is known that the influence of teacher  discipline of all working  teacher  ethos is 16,6%, and (3) There is positive and significant influence of academic supervision and teacher’s discipline collectively working teacher  ethos of School teacher. This can be explained by the regression equation Ŷ = 26,443 + 0,468 X1 + 0,297X2. It is known that the influence of academic supervision and teacher disicipline competence simultaneously working teacher  ethos is 32,5%. Based on the results of this study indicate that a better  academic supervision and teacher discipline contribution to the  working teacher  ethos.

Abstract

Self-efficacy is a person's feelings, ways of thinking, self-motivation, and desire to have something, while a positive attitude means in the learning process students have a tendency to accept or reject a concept or idea, if not in accordance with his mind. Students can think and be positive if if a learning can provide real benefits for life. While the academic achievement is the result of behavioral changes that include the cognitive domain, affective domain and psychomotor domain which is a measure of student success after being given treatment or learning. This research was conducted at SMK Negeri 1 Sipirok. This study uses descriptive research method with correlational approach with the aim to know whether there is a significant relationship between self-efficacy and positive attitude toward student academic achievement. Based on the research that has been done, the research results found that there is a significant relationship between self-efficacy and positive attitude of students to the academic achievement in SMK Negeri 1 Sipirok Tapanuli Selatan but the relationship is not showing increase or decrease so it can be said academic achievement is not important enough in pushing self-efficacy and positive attitude of students.

Abstract

This study is based on problems that Many students who can not achieve the learning outcomes as expected by the educators in this case a failure in learning. The research goal is to describe the failure of student learning before and after the given service information, and determine the effectiveness of the implementation of information services in addressing the failure to learn. The method used in this research is True experimental design with pretest form-Posttest Control Group Design. With a sample of experimental class is class XI-TITL one of 25 students and the control class is class XI-TITL2 many as 22 students so as the total sample of 47 students. Data were analyzed using the Wilcoxon rank test signesd and Kolmogorov Smirnov 2 with the help SPPSS version 20.00. The results obtained in the experimental group of researchers pretest posttest 94.3 and 99.6 and the control group pretest posttest 87.3 and 93.7. Test the hypothesis produce the experimental group Z on pretest-posttest with values -3,727b and signed pretest-posttest worth 0.00, whereas in the control group pretest-posttest Z on the value -3,232b and signed pretest-posttest berniai 0.01. At posttest and posttest control experiments signed (2-tailed) 849 experimental group and the control group 940, while the average veriabel the experimental group 93.7273 99.6800 in the control group. The conclusion is that the researchers obtained the experimental group was higher than the control group. Keywords: Information Services, Overcoming Failure Study

Abstract

Judul penelitian ini menekankan pada permasalahan yang terjadi pada saat menuju perkawinan pada suku budaya Batak dan Nias. Tujuan yang ingin di capai adalah untuk mengetahui perbedaan perkawinan suku batak dan Nias. Dengan menggunakan penelitian kualitatif, responden yang menjadi obyek penelitian, Mendukung penelitian kualitatitf digunakan tradesi fenomenologi yang fokus pada pengalaman seseorang. Adapun teknik penentuan informan dalam penelitian ini menggunakan teknik purposive sampling, yaitu teknik pengambilan sampel didasarkan atas tujuan tertentu (orang yang betul dipilih memiliki kriteria sebagai sampel). Jenis sumber  data yang akan dimanfaatkan oleh peneliti adalah data primer dan data sekunder. Obyek penelitiannya adalah keluarga kawin beda suku dengan beragam variasi sebanyak 3 Pasang Responden dan 4 masyarakat. Wawancara dilakukan selama dua minggu. Temuan yang dapat menjadi sumbangan dalam konseling antar budaya perkawinan beda budaya. Menghadapi persoalan konseling antar budaya, dalam perkawinan beda budaya. Begitu kuatnya hubungan kekeluargaan dalam etnis Nias,  sehingga pendapat keluarga selalu dijadikan pertimbangan untuk mengambil keputusan. Kata kunci :Konseling, Perkawinan, SukuBatak ,Nias
