Abstract

Kehidupan manusia di abad 21 dicirikan dengan cepatnya arus perubahan zaman yang ditandai dengan pesatnya perkembangan ilmu dan teknologi yang semakin hari semakin bertambah canggih menyesuaikan mobilitas dan kebutuhan manusia. Keterampilan berpikir yang perlu dikembangkan oleh peserta didik dibagi menjadi dua macam yaitu keterampilan berpikir tingkat tinggi (higher order thinking) dan keterampilan berpikir tingkat rendah (lower order thinking). Melalui informasi yang sudah tersimpan di dalam ingatannya dan menghubung-hubungkannya dan/atau menata ulang serta mengembangkan informasi tersebut untuk mencapai suatu tujuan ataupun menemukan suatu penyelesaian dari suatu keadaan yang sulit dipecahkan. Ciri utama berpikir tingkat tinggi adalah mampu berpikir kritis dan mampu berpikir kreatif. Model pembelajaran yang dapat diterapkan yang sejalan dengan HOTS yakni Problem solving merupakan pemusatan pada keterampilan pemecahan masalah yang diikuti dengan penguatan keterampilan. Problem solving merupakan suatu keterampilan yang meliputi keterampilan untuk mencari informasi, menganalisis situasi, dan mengidentifikasi masalah dengan tujuan untuk menghasilkan alternatif sehingga dapat mengambil suatu tindakan keputusan untuk mencapai sasaran

Abstract

Human resources management is very important in improving the quality of education. With the support of qualified resources, the university can goforward and develop. Improving the quality of education is determined by the leadership of educational institutions in managing their human resources. In the management of human resources, university leaders be key in improving the quality of education. University leaders are required to always develop human resources to create quality education.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze differences in conceptual understanding between students facilitated by learning modules with Contextual Teaching and Learning settings and direct learning models. This study was a quasi-experimental study using a pretest-posttest nonequivalent control groups design. . The data collected in this study are data understanding concepts with concept understanding tests. Then the concept understanding data was collected by concept understanding tests in the form of reasoned objective tests consisting of 19 items. Data on understanding concepts were analyzed descriptively using one-way analysis of variance. Research shows that understanding the concept of groups of students learning by facilitating learning modules containing Contextual Teaching and Learning is higher than the group of students who learn through direct learning models. Based on these findings it was concluded that there were differences in understanding of physics concepts between students facilitated by learning modules containing Contextual Teaching and Learning and direct learning models.

Abstract

AbstrakPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui perbedaan yang signifikan hasil belajar IPA antara kelompok siswa yang mengikuti Model pembelajaran kontekstual berbasis lingkungan dengan kelompok siswa yang mengikuti pembelajaran konvensional pada siswa kelas IV SD Gugus XIV Kecamatan Buleleng. Penelitian ini tergolong jenis kuasi eksperimen dengan rancangan two factor design. Populasi dalam penelitian ini sejumlah 143 orang. Sampel penelitian diambil secara acak yang berjumlah 80 orang. Pengumpulan data menggunakan tes hasil belajar untuk memperoleh data hasil belajar dan kuesioner minat untuk memperoleh data minat outdoor siswa. Teknik analisis data menggunakan Anava Dua Jalur. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa (1) terdapat perbedaan pada hasil belajar IPA siswa yang mengikuti model pembelajaran kontekstual berbasis lingkungan dengan siswa yang mengikuti pembelajaran kovensional, (2) terdapat pengaruh interaksi antara pendekatan pembelajaran dan minat outdoor terhadap hasil belajar IPA, (3) terdapat perbedaan hasil belajar IPA antara siswa yang mengikuti model pembelajaran kontekstual berbasis lingkungan dan siswa mengikuti model pembelajaran konvensional pada siswa minat outdoor tinggi, (4) terdapat perbedaan hasil belajar IPA antara siswa yang mengikuti pembelajaran kontekstual berbasis lingkungan dan siswa yang mengikuti model pembelajaran konvensional pada siswa minat outdoor rendah. Kata kunci: Model Pembelajaran Kontekstual Berbasis Lingkungan, Hasil Belajar IPA, Minat Outdoor AbstractThis research aim at investigating the difference of science learning achievement between students following contextual learning model based on environment and students following conventional learning model of fourth grade students at cluster XIV Buleleng District. It was a quasi-experiment of the two factor design. The popular on was 143 students, while the sample was 80 students gathered randomly. The data were collected by using test for learning achievement data and questionnaire for outdoor interest data. The data were analyzed by using two-way anova. The result shows that: (1) there is a difference of science learning achievement between student following contextual learning model based on environment and students following conventional learning model, (2) there is an interaction between learning model and outdoor interest on science learning achievement, (3) for students with high outdoor interest, there is a difference of science learning achievement between students following contextual learning model based on environment and  students following conventional learning model, (4) for students with low outdoor interest, there is a difference of science learning achievement between students following contextual learning model based on environment and  students following conventional learning model. Keywords: Contextual Learning Model Based on Environment, Learning Science?s Outcomes, Outdoor Interest

Abstract

Management of education by creating a conducive learning environment and successfully fulfilling commitments in fulfilling promises as educational leaders. The low quality of human resources is a fundamental problem that can hamper development and national economic development. Along with the advancement of knowledge and technology, the socio-cultural life, socio-economy is increasingly unacceptable to space and time. In order to build the quality of Indonesian people who are able to challenge it, clearly it requires human resources that can be relied upon in the face of competition. TQM is a quality management system that is related to continuous improvement in improving the quality of education from various aspects of sustainability. Educational quality that is acceptable from customer needs and satisfaction. The application of TQM in school organizations is carried out as an effort to improve the quality of education in schools, thereby improving the quality of schools by improving the quality of education of high quality. The implementation of a management system is always disrupted by balance. Two parties who are pro and contra arise, accept TQM and reject TQM. TQM's refusal because it affects changes in management, namely changing established values. With this pillar, it is expected to be able to help schools improve their educational processes. The implementation of integrated Quality Management in schools is inseparable from the efforts of the principal to provide assistance to the school.

Abstract

This study aims to find an increase in the role of Hindu religious education in building the humanist and pluralist youth characters. Youth is a transition from childhood to adulthood, wherein the development phase has to undergo various tensions, one of them is emotional tension resulting from relationships. Youth is often not able to overcome the problems associated with emotional control maximally hence they fall into less humanistic and pluralistic relationships or even lead to juvenile delinquency. The low ability of youths in controlling emotions is caused by the lack of religious teachings internalization properly. If religion properly internalized in teenagers, it can foster and shape good emotional control, hence teenage lives will be more directed and all forms of inhumane and pluralist behavior in life between people can be avoided. Hindu religious education has an important role in developing humanist and pluralist youth in multicultural life.

Abstract

Education is an important part of life that also distinguishes humans from other living things. While humans learn towards maturity in order to lead a more meaningful life. Children receive education from their parents and when these children are adults and their families will educate their children. Develop fine motor skills of children aged 5-6 years by using collage media in early childhood according to the procedure, which is to plan pictures, prepare tools and materials for use in collage activities, describe and introduce the tools and materials that will be made for collage activities. Keywords: Fine Motor and Collage

Abstract

Akuntabilitas dapat diwujudkan melalui laporan keuangan pemerintah daerah. Laporan keuangan haruslah bersifat andal agar dapat dipercaya oleh penggunanya. Pelaporan keuangan pemerintah daerah Kabupaten Buleleng menjadi menarik untuk dikaji karena selama tahun 2007-2011, LKPD Kabupaten Buleleng tidak pernah mendapatkan opini Wajar Tanpa Pengecualian (WTP). Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui: 1) pengaruh kapasitas sumber daya manusia terhadap keterandalan pelaporan keuangan pemerintah daerah Kabupaten Buleleng, 2) pengaruh pengendalian intern akuntansi terhadap keterandalan pelaporan keuangan pemerintah daerah Kabupaten Buleleng, 3) pengaruh pemanfaatan teknologi informasi terhadap keterandalan pelaporan keuangan pemerintah daerah Kabupaten Buleleng, 4) pengaruh pengawasan keuangan daerah terhadap keterandalan pelaporan keuangan pemerintah daerah Kabupaten Buleleng, dan 5) pengaruh kapasitas sumber daya manusia, pengendalian intern akuntansi, pemanfaatan teknologi informasi, dan pengawasan keuangan daerah terhadap keterandalan pelaporan keuangan pemerintah daerah Kabupaten Buleleng. Penelitian ini merupakan jenis penelitian kuantitatif yang lokasi penelitiannya dilakukan di masing-masing SKPD Kabupaten Buleleng. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan menggunakan kuesioner yang dikirim dan diambil sendiri oleh peneliti terhadap responden yang berjumlah 183 orang yang tersebar di subbagian keuangan pada SKPD Kabupaten Buleleng. Untuk analisis data dilakukan dengan analisis regresi linear berganda dengan bantuan program SPSS. Hasil dari penelitian ini adalah 1) memadainya kapasitas sumber daya manusia berpengaruh terhadap meningkatnya keterandalan pelaporan keuangan pemerintah daerah, 2) pengendalian intern akuntansi yang baik berpengaruh terhadap meningkatnya keterandalan pelaporan keuangan pemerintah daerah, 3) tingginya pemanfaatan teknologi informasi berpengaruh terhadap meningkatnya keterandalan pelaporan keuangan pemerintah daerah, dan 4) pengawasan keuangan daerah yang baik berpengaruh terhadap meningkatnya keterandalan pelaporan keuangan pemerintah daerah.Kata Kunci : Sumber daya manusia, pengendalian intern akuntansi, teknologi informasi, pengawasan, keterandalan Accountability could be realized through local government financial reports. Financial reporting should be reliable in order to be trusted by its users. The financial report of the local government of Buleleng Regency became interesting to study because during the years 2007-2011, financial report of the local government of Buleleng regency never got unqualified opinion.The purpose of this study was to determine: 1) The effect of human resource capacity to the reliability of financial report of Buleleng regency, 2) The effect of internal accounting controls to the reliability of financial reporting of Buleleng Regency Government, 3) The effect of the use of information technology to the reliability of financial reporting Buleleng Regency Government, 4) The effect of regional financial oversight to the reliability of financial reporting Buleleng Regency Government, and 5) The effect of human resource capacity, internal accounting controls, the use of information technology, and regional financial oversight to the reliability of financial reporting Buleleng Regency Government. This research was a quantitative research study conducted at the location of each SKPD Buleleng. The data was collected by using a questionnaire that was sent and taken by the researcher to the respondents, amounting to 183 people, spread across financial subsections on SKPD Buleleng. The data analysis was done with a multiple linear regression analysis with SPSS. The results of this study were 1) adequate human resource capacity increasing effect on the reliability of the local government financial reporting, 2) good internal accounting control effect on increasing the reliability of the local government financial reporting, 3) high utilization of information technology affect the reliability of the local government financial reporting, and 4) a good financial supervision influential in raising the reliability of the local government financial reporting.keyword : human resources, internal accounting control, information technology, control, reliability
