Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk (1) meningkatkan motivasi belajar materi ekonomi peserta didik yang diajar dengan pembelajaran kooperatif tipe Student Teams Achievement Divisions (STAD), (2) implementasi strategi pembelajaran kooperatif tipe Student Teams Achievement Divisions (STAD) yang benar dan tepat dalam pembelajaran ekonomi yang dapat meningkatkan motivasi belajar, (3) menjelaskan kelebihan dan kekurangan implemenasi pembelajaran kooperatif tipe Student Teams Achievement Divisions (STAD) dalam meningkatkan motivasi belajar ekonomi,(4) menjelaskan  hasil analisis efektifitas implementasi strategi pembelajaran kooperatif tipe Student Teams Achievement Divisions (STAD) dalam meningkatkan motivasi kompetensi ekonomi. Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian tindakan kelas sebanyak dua siklus. Setiap siklus terdiri lima kali pertemuan, terdiri perencanaan, pelaksanaan, pengamatan, dan refleksi. Subyek dari penelitian ini adalah peserta didik kelas X IPS 1 MAN 2 tahun 2017/ 2018. Data yang diperoleh dari instrumen Motivasi belajar dan data observasi di kelas. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan, bahwa penerapan pembelajaran kooperatif tipe Student Teams Achievement Divisions (STAD) dapat meningkatkan motivasi belajar ekonomi. Motivasi belajar yang dicapai siswa meningka dari pra siklus, siklus I menjadi 45,71% (16 anak) dan setelah siklus II meningkat menjadi 74,29% (26 anak).  Student teams achievement divisions learning model to improve learning motivation  AbstractThe purposes of this research are to (1) improve the motivation and learning outcomes of students' economic competency taught by implementing cooperative learning strategy of Student Teams Achievement Divisions (STAD) type, (2) to explain the implementation of Student Teams Achievement Divisions (STAD) type cooperative learning strategy correct and proper in learning competence of economic that can increase motivation and learning outcomes, (3) explain the advantages and disadvantages of implementation of cooperative learning strategy of Student Teams Achievement Divisions (STAD) type in improving motivation and learning result of economic competence, (4) explain result of effectiveness analysis of Student Teams Achievement Divisions (STAD) type cooperative learning strategy in improving motivation competence of economic. This type of research is a classroom action research of two cycles. Each cycle consists of planning, execution, observation, and reflection. The subjects of this study are students of class X IPS 1 MAN 2 Kebumen 2017 / 2018. Data obtained from the instrument Motivation learning and observation data in the classroom. The results showed that the application of cooperative learning type Student Teams Achievement Divisions (STAD) can improve the motivation of learning competence economic. Student learning motivation increased, precycle increased in the first cycle to 45,71% (16 student) and after cycle II increased to 74,29% (26 student)
