Abstract

Schizophrenia is a severe mental disorder with signs and symptoms which are diverse, both in degree and kind, and is often characterized with a chronic and recurrent trips. According to research in the various countries, the prevelance in the general population ranges from 1% - 3%. Antipsychotic drugs are considered as first-line therapy in schizophrenia. This study aimed to analyze the rationalization of the treatment of schizophrenia at pharmacy Plant of General Hospital X in January-June, 2015. Based on 8 T, namely the right diagnosis, precise indications of the disease, proper drug selection, right dosage, right route of administration, proper interval time of administration, appropriate duration of administration, wary of side effects on the population by the method of retrospective or data that are past which were then analyzed using Microsoft excel and are presented in tables and diagrams. The result of the data were taken from the installation of the patient medical record with the number 60. The results showed that of 60 patients 52 or 86.7% of them were not rational and 8 patients, or 13.3% rational. Proper diagnosis, appropriate treatment regimens, the exact time interval of drug administration, appropriate duration of administration have the same percentage that the level of rationalization of the 60 (100%) patients, the exact indication of the disease by 48 (80%) patients was not rational, and 12 (20 %) patients rational, be aware of drug side effects 50 (83.3%) patients who were not rational, and 10 (16.6%) patients who had a rational, appropriate doses of 58 (96.7%) patients and 2 (3,3%) irrational patients, the proper selection of drugs 14 (23.3%) patients that were not rational, and 46 (76.67%) rational

Abstract

Background:  Medicine arrangement in Hospital Pharmaceutical Installation included planning, procurement, distribution, and utilizing. Medicine storage indicator was : the suitability between goods and stock card, TOR (Turn Over Ratio), percentage of medicine which was expired and or damaged, storage room arrangement system, percentage of dead stock, and percentage of final stock value. Based on the result of work evaluation of Pharmaceutical Supply Inventory for tablet supply in Pharmaceutical Installation Storage Room at PKU Muhammadiyah Yogyakarta Hospital Unit I, it was found that unsuitability between goods quantity with stock card and computerization was as much as 15,38 %, TOR value was 29 times every year, final sock value was 6 %, medicine percentage was ED (expired date) 0,03 %. This data showed us that the suitability between goods and stock care, medicine ED percentage, TOR, and final stock value didn’t meet the hospital  target yet.Method: This research was a kind of qualitative description  with a draft as observational research. The subjects at this research were The Head of Pharmaceutical Installation, The Head of Pharmaceutical Installation Storage Room, officers of Pharmaceutical Installation Storage Room, and The Head of Maintenance Unit. The means of the research used observatory method and a deep interview. Data analysis was made in a way of qualitative description, and triangulation technique was done to guarantee data validity. Results: Based on the result of research by using observation and deep interview, we knew that medicine storage system in Pharmaceutical Installation Storage Room didn’t meet the standard because the medicine arrangement didn’t refer to therapy class/ medicine merit. The building and the rooms were suitable with the standard, but the equipments didn’t meet  the standard because there was no alarm, gram and milligram measurement, box opener, and maintenance card. Human resource was already suitable with the standard because there were Pharmacist and the assistant available.Conclusion: The factor of medicine and equipment stock room system was not suitable with the standard, but the factor of building, rooms and human resource in Pharmaceutical Installation Storage Room at PKU Muhammadiyah Yogyakarta Hospital Unit I were already suitable with the standard.Keywords: Medicine storage, Building and Rooms, Equipment, Human Resource.

Abstract

Marketing Public Relations is one of the marketing mix that has an important role in the marketing function. Public Relations dimensions put on the effort to accommodate consumers' interests and to encourage product purchasing motivation through the credibility information. The approaches of the Marketing Public Relations are oriented on consumers’ interests, hopes, aspirations and concerns to link the impression that occur in products and companies.Marketing Public Relations and advertising are two aspects of communication that are able to complete and reinforce one another. However, in some specific situations, the Marketing Public Relations will be carried out effectively without the support of advertising. In the future, the needs of the Marketing Public Relations tend to rise increasingly based on the situation in the market currently. The relationship between Marketing Public Relations and Corporate Public Relation will be increasing, especially in facing of global marketing. The effectiveness of the Marketing Public Relations which is associated with the cost will strengthen the conclusion that the Marketing Public Relations is a communication program that is efficient and effective in order to enlarge the market share.

Abstract

Kepuasan pasien adalah suatu tingkat perasaan pasien yang timbul sebagai akibat dari kinerja layanan kesehatan yang diperoleh setelah pasien  membandingkannya  dengan apa yang diharapkan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui tingkat kepuasan pasien umum rawat jalan terhadap kualitas pelayanan informasi obat di instalasi farmasi Balai Kesehatan Paru Masyarakat (BKPM) Magelang periode Februari 2016.Penelitian ini menggunakan metode deskriptif dengan pendekatan kuantitatif. Metode pengambilan sampel dengan Purposive Sampling. Data dikumpulkan dari 50 responden melalui pengisian kuesioner pada bulan Februari 2016.Variabel yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah kehandalan, ketanggapan, keyakinan, empati, dan fasilitas berwujud. Data yang diperoleh diolah dengan program Microsoft Excel dan dianalisis dengan membandingkan persepsi kenyataan dengan harapan yang digambarkan dalam Diagram Kartesius. Berdasarkan dari hasil penelitian mayoritas responden berjenis kelamin perempuan sebesar 54%, berdasarkan usia yang terbanyak 21 – 35 tahun dengan persentase sebesar 46%, berdasarkan pendidikan terakhir mayoritas perguruan tinggi/ akademi sebesar  46%, sedangkan berdasarkan pekerjaannya mayoritas bekerja pegawai negeri sipil  dengan persentase sebesar 30%, kemudian mayoritas rata – rata penghasilan lebih dari Rp 3.000.000,00 dengan persentase sebesar 56%, hubungan dengan pasien mayoritas untuk diri sendiri dengan persentase sebesar 66% dan frekuensi kedatangan ke apotek mayoritas lebih dari 5 kali sebesar 64%. Berdasarkan data tersebut dapat disimpulkan bahwa terdapat pengaruh variabel independen yaitu kualitas pelayanan meliputi kehandalan, ketanggapan, keyakinan, empati, dan fasilitas berwujud terhadap variabel dependen yaitu kepuasan pasien.Pasien merasa puas dengan pelayanan informasi obat di Instalasi farmasi Balai Kesehatan Paru Masyarakat (BKPM) Magelang.

EVALUASI PENYIMPANAN DAN PENDISTRIBUSIAN OBAT DI INSTALASI FARMASI RUMAH SAKIT SILOAM MANADOJulyanti1), Gayatri Citraningtyas1), Sri Sudewi1)1)Program Studi Farmasi FMIPA UNSRAT Manado, 95115 ABSTRACTPoor drug storage can cause drug damage as well as hospital losses, so medications should be stored well in order to stay awake until the drug is distributed to the patient. The distribution of drugs includes delivery of medicinal preparations provided by the Pharmaceutical Installation to patients with safety and accuracy of the drug, patient accuracy, timeliness, date, time, method of administration, personal accuracy of the drug provider to the patient as well as the integrity of the drug. This study aims to evaluate the storage and distribution of drugs in Siloam Hospitals Manado using descriptive observational methods and evaluation with data collection techniques prospects. The result of the research shows that the Pharmacy Installation of Siloam Hospitals Manado in applying the storage and distribution procedure of medicine in the warehouse is mostly in accordance with the provisions in the hospital pharmaceutical service standard based on the Regulation of the Minister of Health, but must be added with the ventilated window and also apply the drug storage based on therapeutic class Or efficacy. The distribution of drugs using the method of centralization, so that all medicines and medical devices are served directly from Pharmacy Installation.Keywords:  Evaluation, Drug Storage, Drug Administration, Siloam Hospitals Manado ABSTRAKPenyimpanan obat yang tidak baik dapat menyebabkan kerusakan  obat serta kerugian pada rumah sakit, sehingga obat harus disimpan dengan baik agar tetap terjaga sampai obat didistribusikan ke pasien. Distribusi obat mencakup penghantaran sediaan obat yang telah disediakan instalasi farmasi ke pasien dengan keamanan dan ketepatan obat, ketepatan penderita, ketepatan jadwal, tanggal, waktu, metode pemberian, ketepatan personal pemberi obat kepada penderita serta keutuhan obat. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengevaluasi penyimpanan dan pendistribusian  obat di Instalasi Farmasi Rumah Sakit Siloam Manado menggunakan metode observasional yang bersifat deskriptif dan evaluasi dengan teknik pengumpulan data secara prospekti. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Instalasi Farmasi Rumah Sakit Siloam Manado dalam menerapkan prosedur penyimpanan dan pendistribusian obat di gudang sebagian besar sudah  sesuai  dengan ketentuan dalam standar pelayanan kefarmasian rumah sakit berdasarkan Peraturan Menteri Kesehatan, namun harus ditambahkan dengan adanya jendela berventilasi dan juga menerapkan penyimpanan obat berdasarkan kelas terapi atau khasiat. Pendistribusian obat menggunakan metode sentralisasi, sehingga semua obat-obatan dan alat kesehatan dilayani langsung dari Instalasi Farmasi.Kata Kunci:  Evaluasi, Penyimpanan Obat, Pendsitribusian Obat, Rumah Sakit Siloam Manado

Abstract

The Installation of Hospital Pharmacy still using conventional system, such as inventory control, recording transaction data, and preparing reports using Spreed Sheet Application that are not integrated with other modules so that cause difficulties in processing data. Hospital Management Information System Pharmacy Module needed to facilitate data processing and reports which previously still using conventional way, so that the information obtained become more rapid, precise, and accurate to improve the quality of hospital services. Stage of the system design was conducted by TAS, they are defining the initial scope, defining the requirements, designing the business process architecture, designing the system architecture, and evaluating architectures. Pharmacy module contains the Process of Master Data Management, Medicine Inventory Management, Drug Compounding, Selling Price Determination, Sales, and Reporting. Result of this system design are Context Diagram, Physical Data Model, Hierarchy Chart, Overview Diagram, Data Flow Diagram, User Interface Design, and Relation Modules.

Abstract

Laporan keuangan pada dasarnya adalah hasil dari proses akuntansi yang dapat digunakan sebagai alat untuk berkomunikasi antara data keuangan atau aktiva suatu perusahaan dengan pihak-pihak yang berkepentingan terhadap posisi keuangan. Penelitian ini untuk mengetahui perbedaan antara perusahaan Farmasi Milik Negara dan Milik Swasta. Populasi penelitian ada 9 perusahaan Farmasi yang terdaftar di (BEI). Jumlah sampel 4, 2 perusahaan Farmasi Milik Negara dan 2 Milik Swasta yang tedaftar di (BEI). Metode pengumpulan data dengan mencatat dokumen laporan keuangan di (BEI) dan metode analisis data menggunakan uji Anova dua Faktor untuk membuktikan hipotesis. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan tidak terdapat perbedaan antara perusahaan Farmasi Milik Negara dan Milik Swasta. Hal ini di sebabkan masing-masing variabel menghasilkan nilai profitabilitas lebih besar dari α = 0.05. Perusahaan Farmasi Milik Swasta dapat mengembangkan dan mempertahankan apa yang telah dicapai dan perusahaan Farmasi Milik Negara sebaiknya pemerintah memberikan kebebasan manajemen untuk pengelolaan perusahaan, agar perusahaan mengembangkan produknya, tidak hanya di dalam negeri melainkan juga ke luar negeri. Abstract

Government Regulation of The Republic of Indonesia number 51/ 2009 stated thatPharmacist must be the person that responsible for pharmaceutical wholesaler activity.Pharmaceutical wholesaler must implement Good Distribution Practices (GDP). There are79.045 types of registered pharmaceuticals that distributed by 2.821 pharmaceuticalwholesalers in 33 Indonesia’s provinces. This research aimed to evaluate theimplementation of GDP on pharmaceutical wholesalers in Daerah Istimewa Yogyakarta(DIY) Province. This research conducted in July 2010 using questionnaire and interview to29 pharmaceutical wholesaler are willing to become respondents from 49 pharmaceuticalwholesaler listed in DIY. The products distributed by pharmaceutical wholesaler in DIYProvince which is the raw material of pharmaceuticals, vaccines, psychotropic, prescriptiondrugs, over the counter drugs, cosmetics, food, milk, and medical equipment. Theresponsible person in 83% pharmaceutical wholesaler is a woman, 38% chargepharmaceutical wholesaler 23-30 years old, pharmacist being the responsible person on31% pharmaceutical wholesaler, 52% had never been in charge GDP training. There are 3%pharmaceutical wholesaler which doesn’t have a Standard Operating Procedure, 21% don’thave the organizational structure, 59% didn’t have temperature control equipment, 34% don’thave humidity control equipment, 3% don’t carry out the documentation, and 10% didn’tconduct self inspections. ABSTRAKTerdapat 79.045 jenis sediaan farmasi yang berizin edar yang didistribusikan oleh 2.821PBF yang tersebar di 33 provinsi di Indonesia. Penelitian ini mengevaluasi implementasiCDOB pada PBF di Provinsi Daerah Istimewa Yogyakarta (DIY). Survei dilakukan bulan Juli2010 menggunakan kuesioner dan interview kepada 29 PBF yang bersedia menjadiresponden dari 49 PBF yang tercatat di Propinsi DIY. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwaproduk yang disalurkan oleh PBF di Provinsi DIY yakni bahan baku farmasi, vaksin,psikotropik, obat keras, obat bebas, obat bebas terbatas, kosmetik, makanan, susu, danalat kesehatan. Sebanyak 83% PBF, penanggung jawabnya wanita, 38% penanggung jawabPBF berumur 23-30 tahun, 31% penanggung jawab PBF adalah apoteker, 52% penanggungjawab PBF belum pernah mengikuti pelatihan CDOB. Terdapat 3% PBF yang tidak memilikiStandar Operasional Prosedur, 21% tidak memiliki struktur organisasi, 59% tidak memilikialat pengontrol suhu, 34% tidak memiliki alat pengontrol kelembaban, 3% tidakmelaksanakan dokumentasi, dan 10% tidak melakukan inspeksi diri.

Abstract

The capital market is increasingly in demand by the public. Not only become a source of funding for the company, as well as place for investors to invest. The average share price on fluctuating pharmaceutical companies tend to decline. This allows investors to experience financial risks. For that investor needs to know what are the factors that can affect the price of the stock. The analysis technique used linear regression. The results of the research indicates that partially Debt to Equity Ratio (DER) has a significant effect on the stock price of the pharmaceutical companies, while the Current Ratio (CR) and Total Asset Turnover (TATO) has no effect on the pharmaceutical company's stock price. Simultaneously  Current Ratio, Debt to Equity Ratio and Total Asset Turnover significantly affects the pharmaceutical company's stock price. The advice that can be given to the company sub-sector of pharmacy is to increase the use of company's current assets such as maintaining cash flow, inventory management and controlling receivables. And can increase the company's debt use to increase the company's assets expected to increase the company's profit. Then for investors who will invest their funds is expected not only to see financial ratios only but can consider the external factors of the company that can affect the price of the stock.Pasar modal kini semakin diminati oleh masyarakat. Tidak hanya menjadi salah satu sumber pendanaan bagi perusahaan, pasar modal kini menjadi sarana bagi investor untuk berinvestasi. Rata-rata harga saham pada perusahaan farmasi berfluktuasi cenderung menurun. Hal ini memungkinkan investor mengalami resiko keuangan. Untuk itu investor perlu mengetahui apa saja faktor - faktor yang dapat mempengaruhi harga saham. Teknik analisis yang digunakan yaitu regresi linier. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa secara parsial Debt to Equity Ratio (DER) berpengaruh signifikan terhadap harga saham perusahaan farmasi, sedangkan Current Ratio (CR) dan Total Asset Turnover (TATO) tidak berpengaruh terhadap harga saham perusahaan farmasi. Secara simultan terdapat pengaruh signifikan antara Current Ratio, Debt to Equity Ratio, dan Total Asset Turnover. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian, saran yang dapat diberikan kepada perusahaan sub sektor farmasi yaitu meningkatkan penggunaan asset lancar perusahaan seperti menjaga aliran kas, pengelolaan persediaan dan melakukan pengendalian piutang. Serta dapat meningkatkan penggunaan hutang perusahaan untuk meningkatkan aset perusahaan yang diharapkan akan meningkatkan laba perusahaan. Kemudian untuk investor yang akan menanamkan dananya diharapkan tidak hanya melihat rasio keuangan saja tetapi dapat mempertimbangkan faktor-faktor eskternal perusahaan yang dapat mempengaruhi harga saham.
