Abstract

The study analyzed the influence of the audit opinion, change of management, size of the company, and the percentage of ROA's change to auditors switching to manufacturing companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2013-2017. Sampling is done by purposive sampling, resulting in a total sample of 65 company observations. Methods of data analysis using logistic regression analysis. The results showed that only change management variables had an influence on the auditor switching, while the audit opinion variables, company size, and ROA change percentages had no effect on auditor switching. Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini, mengetahui pengaruh kultur organisasi yang mendasarkan pada empat dimensi Hofstede, yakni: jarak kekuasaan, maskulinitas, menghindari ketidak pastian dimasa yang akan datang, dan kolektivitas terhadap keberlanjutan Manajemen SDM. Juga bagaimana komitmen organisasi berpengaruh terhadap Keberlanjutan Manajemen SDM. Variabel lain adalah keterlibatan karyawan (employee engagement). Tiga variabel tersebut di atas merupakan variabel utama dalam Keberlanjutan Manajemen SDM. Populasi penelitian adalah semua karyawan swasta yang bekerja di Yogyakarta. Sampel diambil sejumlah 152 orang dengan cara purposive, yakni responden sudah bekerja selama 2 tahun di perusahaannya. Metode analisis data adalah Regresi linier Berganda. Dari hasil penelitian, kultur organisasi berpengaruh positif tetapi tidak signifikan, sedangkan komitmen maupun keterlibatan karyawan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan. Abstract

The aim of this research was to analyze the effect work satisfaction and compensation with work motivation as intervening variable towards work performance of insurance installation’s employee at RSUP dr. Sardjito.  The result was based the first hypothesis was accepted, so the Second Hypothesis was rejected, the Third Hypothesis was accepted, the Fourth Hypothesis was rejected, the Fifth Hypothesis was rejected, so the Sixth Hypothesis was rejected, so the Seventh Hypothesis was rejected. To be concluded: 1) Work satisfaction had positive and significant result towards work motivation; 2) Compensation has positive result yet insignificant towards work motivation; 3) Work satisfaction and compensation had positive and significant result towards work motivation; 4) Work satisfaction had positive yet insignificant result towards work performance; 5) Compensation had negative and insignificant result towards work performance ; 6) Work motivation had positive yet insignificant result towards work performance; 7)  Work satisfaction, compensation, and work motivation affected each other, but insignificant towards work performance. Keyword: The Work Performance Analysis, The Work Satisfaction, Compensation, Motivation.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk  menganalisis  pengaruh kualitas produk dan desain produk dengan variabel intervening , produk dagadu Di YogyatouriumYogyakarta. Hasil penelitian adalah hipotesis pertama hingga hipotesi ketiga ditolak. hipotesis keempat diterima. Hipotesa Kelima dan hipotesis keenam juga ditolak. hipotesa ketujuh diterima. Kesimpulan dalam penelitian ini adalah: kualitas produk berpengaruh negatif dan tidak signifikan terhadap kepuasan dan loyalitas konsumen; Desain produk berpengaruh positif tidak signifikan terhadap  kepuasan konsumen namun signifikan terhadap loyalitas konsumen; Kepuasan Konsumen berpengaruh positif namun tidak signifikan terhadap terhadap loyalitas konsumen; Pengaruh kualitas produk dengan kepuasan sebagai variabel intervening tidak mampu memberi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap peningkatan loyalitas konsumen; dan Pengaruh desain produk dengan kepuasan sebagai variabel intervening mampu memberikan pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap peningkatan loyalitas konsumen. Kata kunci: Kualitas Produk, Desain Produk, Kepuasan, Loyalitas Konsumen

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan menjelaskan pengaruh citra merek dan kualitas pelayanan terhadap kepercayaan konsumen supermarket mirota kampus godean. populasi penelitian yaitu konsumen supermarket mirota kampus godean, penentuan sampel berdasarkan rumus Slovin yaitu sebanyak 98- 100 orang melalui tehnik purposiv sampling. Metode pengumpulan data menggunakan kuisioner. Tehnik analisis data menggunakan regresi linier ganda dengan tingkat signifikansi 5%. Hasil penelitian didapatkan citra merek dan kualitas layanan secara parsial maupun simultan memiliki pengaruh positif dan siginifikan pada kepercayaan konsumen di supermarket mirota kampus godean. Citra merek, kualitas layanan, dan kepercayaan secara parsial dan simultan memiliki pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap loyalitas konsumen supermarket mirota kampus godean. Kepercayaan dapat menjadi mediasi hubungan pengaruh citra merek pada loyalitas konsumen. akan tetapi, kepercayaan tidak dapat menjadi mediasi hubungan pengaruh kualitas pelayanan pada loyalitas konsumen.Kata kunci: citra merek, kualitas pelayanan, kepercayaan, loyalitas

Abstract

This research aims to know the servqual (service quality) Front Office, Housekeeping and Food and Beverage effect on customer satisfaction or guests staying at LPP Garden Hotel Yogyakarta. Samples taken in this study is 75 respondents randomly drawn from guests staying at LPP Garden Hotel. Analysis of the data in this study is Inferential analysis conducted based on the test results of structural models. From the analysis of the coefficient of determination (R ²), note that guest satisfaction influenced  by servqual Front Office, Housekeeping and  servqual Food and Beverage amounted to 51.30%, and the remaining 48.70% influenced by other factors not included in the model, whereas the coefficient parameter servqual Front Office, Housekeeping and  servqual Food and Beverage simultaneously affect the satisfaction that is equal to 0.494, meaning that the higher the coefficient parameter close to  the higher guest satisfaction. The t- test based on statistics showing that servqual Front Office, servqual Housekeeping and servqual Food and Beverage simultaneously significantly affect satisfaction where t-statistic 4.391> t-table 1.66, its mean that Hypothesis is accepted Keyword: Servqual (Service Quality), Satisfaction, loyalty

Abstract

The purpose of this research to find determine the role of firm size (Size) as moderating the influence of Corporate Social Responsibility and Liquidity on the Financial Performance of Mining Companies listed in Indonesia Stock Exchange. The data used in this study are financial statements in 2013 to 2016. The data analysis technique used is multiple linear regression analysis. The sample was selected using purposive sampling technique and obtained 33 companies in each year, so that the number of observations used in this research was 132. The results of this study support the hypothesis that CSR and liquidity have a positive effect on the company's financial performance. From the results of this study also shows the role of firm size (Size) is able to moderate the influence of CSR on the company's financial performance. Company size (Size) is able to moderate the influence of Liquidity on the company's financial performance.Keywords : Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR), Liquidity, Company Financial Performance, Company Size (Size).

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk  menganalisis pengaruh disiplin kerja dan kepemimpinan dengan variabel intervening motivasi kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan di CV. Restu, Kota Banjar. Hasil penelitian adalah Hipotesis pertama ditolak.  Hipotesis Kedua ditolak. Hipotesis ketiga ditolak. Hipotesis Keempat ditolak. Hipotesa Kelima ditolak. Hipotesis Keenam ditolak. Hipotesa Ketujuh diterima. Abstract

This study aimed to analyze the influence of Product, Price, Place, Promotion, and Physical Evidence on the consumers’ buying interest and Personal Factors as an intervening variable. The sampling technique used was simple random sampling that the sampling process in which every person has the same opportunity as others to be elected as members of the sample. taken as many as 55 respondents of the walking guest in Cakra Kusuma Yogyakarta Hotels. The analysis technique used is the test using SPSS version 17. It also performed classical assumption which include normality test, multicollinearity and heteroscedasticity test. Results of this study showed that the significant effect of Product on Personal Factors, Price, Place, Promotion, and Physical Evidence have a significant effect on Personal Factors.  Product, Price, Place, Promotion, Physical Evidence, and Personal Factors are jointly significant effect on performance, both directly and indirectly through job satisfaction. On the basis of these results, management is advised, including to add western food menu, discounting, transportation agencies, the hotel layout, and give a touch of uniqueness, doing training for laundry division of and administration division. Keywords: Promotion, Physical Evidence, Buying Interest, Personal Factors.
