Abstract

Maintenance management is required and has a very vital role for a KRI types FPB57, considering the type KRI is one Alutsista Navy who have a high frequency activity, as well as the broad range of operations support capabilities are varied so that the automatic machine is also high activity and in the end reliability will decrease. Methodology Failure Mode Effects and Criticality Analysis (FMECA) is a widely recognized tool for the study and analysis of the reliability of the design or process. Many authors in the field have emphasized specifically the usefulness of this method and its limitations. At this writing considering the lifetime of the machine and the elements therein specifically the components of the water coolant pump has had a lifetime of more than 20 years, because it can be said that the components have entered a critical period. Based on the steps Failure Mode Effects and Criticality Analysis (FMECA) through the calculation of Risk Priority Number (RPN), so we can determine the critical components of acquired 9 19 chances damage that has critical component is Angular Bearings, Cylindrical Bearings, Spacer Ring, Water Seal, shaft Seal, Seal Slip Ring, Impeller, O'Ring and shaft. These components if damaged can lead to engine breakdown. Of the optimization results indicate that the component replacement Cylindrical Bearings have the fastest time, ie 98 days. While the replacement of components with the longest time, which is a component Impeller 134 days. Besides obtain the most optimal replacement time of each component, also produced the cost of replacement is effective, it is proved by the value of the optimal CBR CBR value for all types of components is less than 1 (CBR <1).

Abstract

Navigational chart is a dynamic map that should always be updated to ensure safety in navigation at sea. Indonesia's vast territorial waters is a challenge for policy makers to be able to prioritize areas that must be mapped / updated. ELECTRE II method is widely recognized can be used to analyze a policy that involves both qualitative and quantitative criteria. This method involves the manufacture preceded by a directed graph that represents outranking relationship with Threshold determine concordance and discordance. Entropy methods are used to provide the weighting of criteria. This method was chosen because it can accommodate with some decision-makers or experts. The incorporation of multi-criteria method with GIS is very useful for solving problems related to geospatial. Sensitivity analysis is done by changing some threshold value. This research was conducted in waters ALKI I.

Abstract

Metode FMEA merupakan salah satu tool yang dapat diterima dengan baik untuk menganalisa realibility dan safety dari peralatan karena bersifat visible dan mudah digunakan. Namun tim FMEA akan mengalami kesulitan dalam penerapan pada industri nyata karena terdapat kelemahan (Yeh et all, 2007, Wang et all, 2009). Dalam menentukan komponen kritis dan prioritas perbaikan, FMEA tradisional masih memiliki kelemahan, dimana FMEA tradisional menempatkan faktor severity, occurance dan detection pada tingkat kepentingan yang sama, walaupun pada kenyataannya memiliki tingkat kepentingan yang berbeda serta bobot kepentingan tim penilai FMEA diabaikan. Pada penelitian ini diintegrasikan metode fuzzy pada FMEA dimana faktor severity,occurance dan detection dinilai dalam bentuk lingusitik. Pada metode fuzzy ini, bobot kepentingan tim penilai FMEA diperhitungkan. Untuk melakukan perangkingan dan prioritas perbaikan digunakan metode Technique for Order Preference by Similarity to Ideal Solution (TOPSIS) berdasarkan kriteria-kriteria seperti tingkat resiko, economic cost, ketersediaan spare part, economic safety dan maintenance personal ability. Penerapan metode Fuzzy dan TOPSIS pada FMEA untuk menentukan komponen kritis serta prioritas perbaikan dari berbagai alternatif yang terpilih terhadap kerusakan komponen diterapkan pada sistem Radar Navigasi Sperry Marine, sehingga diharapkan dengan penerapan metode ini dapat meningkatkan kinerja operasional KRI untuk menjaga wilayah yurisdiksi nasional.

Abstract

Sungai merupakan salah satu infrastruktur alami untuk sarana transportasi. Kendala dalam pemanfaatanya adalah sedimentasi perairan muara. Untuk menjadikan alur sungai aman dalam bernavigasi, dilakukan pengelolaan dengan menjaga kedalaman, pemasangan sarana bantu navigasi pelayaran, dan pembuatan peta kedalaman. Alur Barito adalah satu-satunya alur yang telah dikelola dan dijadikan sebagai alur berbayar. Pemodelan sistim dinamik digunakan, untuk meneliti apakah pengelolaan alur Barito merupakan suatu yang berkelanjutan secara operasional dan sosial. Dengan memasukan data biaya perawatan alur, cadangan dan produksi batubara, pendapatan daerah dan jumlah kapal yang masuk, dapat disimulasikan apakah pengelolaanya berkelanjutan. Hasil simulasi menunjukan, pertumbuhan perekonomian meningkat, pengelolaan alur dapat dilaksanakam sampai dengan 33 tahun kedepan dimana pada waktu itu, cadangan batubara sebesar 3,6 milyar ton dari tahun 2008 akan habis. Skenario kebijakan untuk mempertahankan pendapatan fee chanel adalah menentukan barang dagang lain yang diangkut melalui Barito untuk dikenai tarif.
