Abstract

Information system is a system within an organization that meets the needs of processing dailytransactions, supports operations, is managerial and strategic activities of an organization and providescertain external parties with reports needed in inventory management which includes managing data inand out, data borrowers of goods and data including the condition of defense equipment that is stillsuitable for use or damaged conditions still use journal books and still rely on Microsoft office. Based onthe above problems, it is necessary to design and manufacture an inventory information system andreport technical conditions in the KRI environment that can assist in the creation, implementation anddevelopment of an inventory information system, avoiding errors in storing data files of goods, the personin charge of the inventory can quickly present data on the condition and readiness of the ship as materialfor reports for the head of the department to the commander and facilitate reporting and newcommander's policies and reporting to the unit. The technical condition report is an official regulation inorder to carry out routine technical reports of all levels at the KRI level with the aim of reporting the ship'sreadiness both inventory reports and ship material reports as routine technical instructions carried out bythe top command level ranks in order to prepare all ships preparedness for assignment military and nonmilitary.Keywords: Inventory Information System, Technical Condition Report.

Abstract

In the Navy's Posture Draft at 2005 to 2024, the readiness of Navy organization is determined by the component of Indonesian Navy's force consisting of personel, Alat Utama Sistem Persenjataan (defense system) and the method system it self. The Navy's Financial Accounting Unit as a Level IV Financial Agency is a unit that?s asked to assist the Commander / Head of the Unit to managing the management and administration of state finances. The selection or participation process is not only based on job descriptions, but must involve gentle and difficult factors. This study focuses on system analysis with several criteria in the position selection of Head of the accounting unit including soft and hard competencies and using the ANP method. This study aims to develop models and relevant criteria for selection of candidates for the Head of the Accounting Unit and provide alternative selection methods that can help the methods that have been used previously to get potential buyers who able to perform special tasks of the Navy. Furthermore, to process data, a literature study was conducted on the concept of MCDM, the Analytic Network Process (ANP). The Head of Account prospective scoring system application using Hypertext Preprocessor (PHP). The results of the study, obtained 5 criteria in the acquisition of Prospective Head of Accounts, these are Education, Competence, Health, Physical condition and performance. Abstract

The STTAL personnel pickup lyn mechanism and system is a means of pick-up transportation that helps STTAL personnel to transport departures from the pickup location to the work unit (satker). With the STTAL personnel pickup lyn facility can improve the performance of personnel at each work unit, travel time to the work unit is faster than using public transportation. Updated information related to vehicles in support of personnel pick-up cannot yet be fully accessed by personnel, so misinformation often occurs. Therefore, it is necessary to design an Android-based personnel pickup lyn monitoring system application. Here we will design a device for monitoring the pickup lyn by using a transmitter device in the form of a cellphone carried by a man or driver. This system can provide information through an application that is embedded on Android by looking at an integrated application in Open Street Map, which is able to send vehicle position data through an application that is planted on the Android user so that STTAL personnel can monitor the position of pickup service vehicles and updated information related to the vehicle. worn. Users can access the application and see the pickup lyn position on the android mobile. After this system is built, it makes it easy for all STTAL personnel who use the pickup service vehicles to monitor the position of the vehicle through applications that are planted on Android. Abstract

Instruction package is a learning instruction containing teaching material directed at the achievement of instructional objectives to be given to educators and students, which includes lesson plans, lesson programs, educational and training books, student exercise books, testing tools and a list of instructional tools. In military education lecturers or educators must be able to provide and present material well and it is hoped that cadets can apply it when practical training is carried out. Therefore PI is very necessary for the success of a practice exercise. Cadets is a soldier of the Naval Academy students as individuals who are guided, cared for, assisted and trained until they become officers. Fin swimming is a water sport activity that is carried out by a swimmer by using a mask, snorkel and fins equipment, to be able to dive, move faster in water and last longer on the surface of the water. In this research, the formulation of the problem examined is what factors need to be developed to improve the quality of PI Fin Swimming in order to help facilitate the understanding of Naval Cadets Academy with sub-problems are the feasibility of the content, linguistic aspects, presentation aspects and graphic aspects. The research instrument used in the questionnaire was closed and open questions. Data analysis is carried out through the process of triangulating data and information obtained when conducting research or direct observation. The respondents were cadets of Level IV Naval Academy, Teaching Materials Expert, Head of the Physical Department. The selection of respondents is done by purposive random sampling technique. The factors that must be corrected from each item aspects are as follows: aspects of the appropriateness of contents or material that are generally included in the good category, sub-aspects that get enough votes from respondents are conformity with the development of science and technology and examples are quite varied and applicable but not yet can motivate more cadets to find more appropriate movement techniques during learning, linguistic aspects are generally included in the good category, sub-aspects that get sufficient assessment from respondents are the clarity of information conveyed and are quite interactive so that cadets still have difficulty understanding even more so when studied by themselves, aspects of the presentation in general are included in either category, sub-aspects that get less assessment from the respondent is the column of learning material summary, aspects of graphics in general. The results of the evaluation were followed up by developing a PI and respondents were asked to provide a response. The responses of each respondent can be concluded in general that the PI Fin Swimming results of the development were good and fulfilled every aspect of the PI as a teachingmaterial for Cadets.Keywords: Instruction Package, Cadets, Development, Fin Swimming

Abstract

The development of drone technology at this time is very rapid with a variety of functions and uses, including use in the military sphere. In this study, researchers made a prototype of a drone that can identify the target while determining the latitude and longitude of the target. This research was carried out because the Navy had defense equipment, a ship that had the ability to shoot missiles. This missile possession is important because in addition to being a deterence effect, modern naval battles are dominated by long-distance warfare or Over The Horizon. In missile fire, accurate intelligence is needed to determine the position of the target. So far what has been done is sending submarines or reconnaissance aircraft. This is very inefficient because in addition to requiring large resources, the risk of losing personnel and material is also very large. To realize this, researchers create a system that can overcome existing limitations. The focus of research conducted by researchers at this time is to create a flight controller on the drone. This system uses the Arduino Mega 2560 PRO Embed as a flight controller that is connected to other parts such as batteries, brushless motors, ESC (Electronic Speed Control) and propeller so that it can move the drone according to operating needs. At the time of testing, vertical flight test, horizontal flight test, pitch and roll control test and altitude control test were carried out. Meanwhile, to get stability when flying, then you need the right PID settings on the flight controller. Based on the test results obtained Kp = 7.5, Ki = 0.045 and Kd = 24, so that the drone can fly stably. From the test results it can also be concluded that the drone has been able to carry out its basic functions to fly, approach the target and return to the ground station after carrying out the mission. Abstract

The Indonesian Navy is one of the elements of the Indonesian nation which has the duty to maintain the unity of the Republic of Indonesia). Military weapons systems that have a protective layer and are armed with firearms. This vehicle can be controlled remotely so that it can be used as a vehicle for the land defense that is quite powerful and effective. In realizing a data communication system that is efficient and safe against data breaches, the author tries to raise it into a research theme with the title Research Design of a data communication system between a prototype tank and a ground station use telemetry. In carrying out its function as a means of data transactions between prototype tanks and ground stations that work both ways, telemetry will send data from the prototype tank to the ground station and vice versa telemetry will send data from the ground station to the prototype tank. This is the application of two-way communication. The test results obtained a maximum transmission distance of 60 meters.Keywords : Prototype, Telemetry, Ground station

Abstract

The importance of the role of Operational Management and Human Resources are closely related toperformance quality of the Indonesian Navy personnel. There is a must-have for every personnel toimprove the optimal performance of competence development. The problem discussed in thisresearch is how the operational management to improve the performance of Indonesian NavyPersonnel. The purpose of this research is to know the relation of performance quality ocompetence toNavy performance support instrument and to analyze the influence of Human Resources on Navyperformance. The method used is descriptive analysis of the influence of teh Operational ManagementHuman Resources on performance. Abstract

There are plentiful activities conducted by the Cadets in order to hold educational process at the NavalAcademy. These activities are particularly vulnerable to physical and psychological friction, especiallyin routine and nurturing activities, where activities in this phase are thought to cause the Cadets toexperience excessive mental workloads which may result in the Cadets being unable to continue theireducation. Therefore, this research would identify one of the factors that were suspected to be thecause of the problem which was psychological factor or mental workload on the Academy of Navalusing Subjective Workload Asessesment Technique (SWAT) method. SWAT method was chosenbecause it was easier to apply and had some advantages in terms of results validity and accuracy, sothat the performance of Cadets expected by Institution were: Tanggap, Tanggon and Trengginas. Theresults of this study indicated that there was a high mental workload for some sub activities at somelevel. The highest mental workload in level I is 69,0 (RPS activity), in level II is 83,4 (senior juniordevelopment), in level III is 77,6 (senior junior development). Besides this research also showed thatthe mental workload between the four levels of Level I, II, III and IV had a significant difference inmental workload in carrying out every activity at the Academy.Keywords: Subjective Workload Assessment Technique (SWAT), Mental Workload, Cadets.
