Abstract

The capital market is one indicator of economic progress. Events affect the formation of stock price fluctuations. This research was conducted with the aim of knowing the Market Reaction to the announcement of victory, based on data on stock price movements 14 days before and after the event. This type of research is in the form of quantitative research using secondary data, returns and volume of share prices of SOE companies going public, then tested different paired samples test. The results showed that there were significant differences in Abnormal Return. That is, the market reacts to the Announcement of Victory, because stock price movements are still influenced by an information and events. Meanwhile, TVA Abnormal Indicator shows a unique result, there is no partial difference in abnormal trading activity but there is a significant difference in the combined ATVA test. Investors in SOE shares trust the value of SOE shares so that they are not easily affected by short-term information. However, in SOE stock transactions (combined TVA Abnormal Test), a fraction of the activities of panicked SOE Investor investors, as well as traders' activities, can be seen, so there are significant differences in the average Investor trading activityKeywords: Event Study, Abnormal Return, and Abnormal TVA

Abstract

This study identifies and analyzes strategic risks experienced by the Badan Pengelola Jaminan Sosial (BPJS) Kesehatan. This health insurance program has a deficit due to the number of claims exceeding income and there is no detection system for the number of claims that are not appropriate. This research is explanatory by using the IFE-EFE Matrix as a basis for identifying and mitigating the strategic risk of BPJS Kesehatan. The Analysis results shows the need for more accurate and transparent calculations, intense socialization, pricing of tariff should be adjusted to the ability of the people, as well as a fraud detection system by BPJS Kesehatan.Keywords: Strategic Risk; IFE and EFE Matrix; BPJS Kesehatan, UCS Thailand

Abstract

The population in this study were all marketing employees of PT. Borobudur Oto Mobil which amounted to 36 employees and the sampling technique used in this study  was the census  method  and  the analysis  tool  used  in  this  study  was multiple linear regression. The regression test results show that the variables of work facilities, leadership, competence and division of labor have a positive effect on employee performance and the results of hypothesis testing indicate that the variables of work facilities, leadership, competence and division of labor have a significant effect on employee performance. The results of the determination test produce the adjusted R square value in the regression model obtained at 0.610 which means that 61 percent of employee performance variables can be explained by variables of work facilities, leadership, competence and division of labor and the results of the accuracy test table obtained 0,000 smaller than 0, 05 which means that employee performance variables can be jointly explained by leadership variables, work facilities, competencies and division of labor.

Abstract

Employees are the main assets of the company that requires the company to be able to create employee satisfaction so as to increase productivity. One strategy to increase power is through compensation. The purpose of this study was to determine the compensation factors and Gojek's strategy in increasing job satisfaction of Gojek drivers. This type of research uses qualitative research. The data source used is primary data. Data collection techniques using observation, interviews and documentation, research subjects and Man-six Go-jek drivers in Denpasar. The results showed the application of compensation with a trip and bonus system, a trip system with a 20% discount for companies, bonus points, daily bonuses. With the current compensation system, drivers are satisfied even without a fixed salary. Gojek's strategy in increasing job satisfaction of gojek drivers is to innovate to improve the system and management by replacing the old system with a rating system.

Abstract

Underpricing is a phenomenon that still occurs in the Indonesian capital market, where the offering price of shares in the primary market is lower than the opening price or closing price on the first day on the secondary market. This study aims to examine the effect of Return On Assets (ROA), Debt to Equity Ratio (DER), company size, underwriter reputation, age, and interest rates on the underpricing of shares in companies’s Initial Public Offering (IPO) listing on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (BEI) in 2009 to 2017. The population in this study are companies that conduct IPOs on the BEI period 2009 to 2017. The sample selection in this study uses a purposive sampling method, based on certain criteria. The sample in this study were 183 underpricing companies from 205 companies conducting IPO in the period 2009 to 2017. The data used in this study used secondary data. The multiple regression analysis was implemented in this study. The results showed that DER, company size, and underwriter reputation did not significantly influence underpricing. While ROA, age and interest rates have a significant negative effect on underpricing. In this study, investors consider ROA, age, interest rates compared to DER, company size, and the reputation of the underwriter to invest in companies that make an IPO.Keywords: Underpricing, Initial Public Offering, and Indonesian Stock Exchange.

Abstract

Customer Relationship Management and Customer Value influence on Customer Satisfaction and the effect on the loyalty of commercial credit customers at PT. Bank SulutGo, Manado Main Branch Office. This study aims to 1) Analyze the influence of Customer Relationship Management on commercial credit customer satisfaction. 2) Analyzing the effect of Customer Value on customer satisfaction of commercial credit. 3) Analyzing the effect of Customer Relationship Management on the loyalty of commercial credit customers. 4) Analyzing the effect of Customer Value on the loyalty of commercial credit customers. 5) Analyzing the effect of satisfaction on the loyalty of commercial credit customers. This research is a quantitative study which adopts path analysis model. The data used are primary and were obtained using a questionnaire. Data was collected from 100 samples that are commercial credit customers of PT. Bank SulutGo, Manado Main Branch Office. The research findings conclude that 1) Customer Relationship Management has a significant influence on Customer Satisfaction of commercial credit. 2) Customer Value has a significant influence on Customer Satisfaction of commercial credit. 3) Customer Relationship Management has a significant direct effect on customer loyalty for commercial credit. 4) Customer Value has a significant direct effect on the loyalty of commercial credit customers. 5) Satisfaction has a significant influence on Customer Loyalty, as well as mediating Customer Relationship Management and Customer Value variables to Customer Loyalty variables Keywords:  customer relationship management, customer value, customer satisfaction, customer loyalty

Abstract

Abstrak: pengakuan pendapatan, adalah suatu standar keuangan, khususnya PSAK nomor 23. Pada PSAK nomor 23 dapat diuraikan dan tentang pengakuan pendapatan. Metode pengumpulan menggunakan metode penelitian Kualitatif dengan studi kasus. Penerapannya pendapatan Opersional, non Operasional, dan Penerapannya Laporan Keuangan Perusahaan. Laporan keuangan Perusahaan menggunakan metode cash basis sebagai dasar pengakuan pendapatan, dimana hanya diperhitungkan berdasarkan penerimaan dan pengeluaran kas.. Abstract

Abstrak :  Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menggambarkan prosedur penerimaan barang impor dari pelabuhan muat dengan status peti kemas Full Container Load (FCL) Terms CIF Pada PPJK PT Glorious Interbuana. Penelitian ini juga bertujuan menggali permasalahan yang terdapat di perusahaan untuk perbaikan di masa mendatang. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian studi kasus menggunakan data primer hasil wawancara dengan manajemen dan observasi di lapangan. Kami kemudian membandingkan hasil di lapangan dengan penelitian sebelumnya untuk kemudian dianalisis secara deskriptif. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa terdapat perbedaan prosedur namun tidak terlalu signifikan. Beberapa permasalahan yang dihadapi perusahaan dalam melakukan impor di antaranya adalah peraturan Bea dan Cukai yang berubah-ubah dan lemahnya hubungan antara instansi kementrian pemerintah dengan bea cukai. Sehingga, diperlukan perbaikan terus menerus (continues improvement) pada Bea dan Cukai agar dapat mendukung kegiatan impor di masa mendatang. Kata Kunci : Bea Cukai, CIF, FCL, Freight Forwarding, Impor, Incoterms

Abstract

Peserta memahami mengapa perencanaan dan pengelolaan keuangan keluarga menjadi hal yang penting. Mereka menyadari bahwa tanpa perencanaan dan pengelolaan keuangan keluarga (apalagi pemisahan antara keuangan bisnis keluarga dan non bisnis keluarga) menjadi hal penting dalam keberlanjutan ekonomi keluarga mereka..Peserta memahami dan ingin mengaplikasikan siklus keuangan keluarga ini dimasa depan. Peserta mereka merasa sulit untuk menabung dan berinvestasi karena sebagian besar merasa pendapatan mereka tidak cukup atau mampu untuk menabung dan investasi. Namun pematari meyakinkan bahwa untuk pengeluaran konsumsi harus yang dibutuhkan saja, jangan yang diinginkan. Peserta mulai memahami ternyata selama ini mereka membeli yang diinginkan bukan dibutuhkan. Kata Kunci: pengelolaan, perencanaan, keuangan keluarga, PKK
