Abstract

The research uses explanation method to explain the position of each variable examined by quantitative approach. The independent variables that used are the decision-making perspective (XI), Experience perspective (X2), and behavior influencing perspective (X3), while the dependent variable is site brand loyalty (Y). The population is all consumers who access the website or visited Sakinah internet cafe at Keputih, Sukolilo, Surabaya. Tfie researchs samples are consumers who access google.com minimum three times in a week. They are a hundred people picked by accidental sampling method.The technique of data analysis uses Validity and Reliability Test, Double Linier Regression, Correlations Analysis and Determination, also Classic Assumption Test. To examine the hypothesis uses F test and T-Test. The research instruments are questionnaire with Likert Scale.The research result shows thai the value of determination coefficient (R) is 0,782 or 61,2%. This value is influenced by decision making perspective analysis, experience perspective and behavior influence perspective to dependent variable (site brand loyalty) very strong and goes positively. From F and T-Test shows all independent variables influence dependent variable in simultaneous and partial. The

Abstract

The sharp competition makes the advertising companies working harder to improve their service quality than before. But in reality, each company cant eliminate the failure of service. CV. Inovasi Advertising as an advertising service provider has been showed its capability in managing the failure of service caused by the company mistake. Although at first the mistake seduces complains from consumers but the company could handle consumers and keeps them to use its advertising service re-using.The research tries to explain how the influence of Consumers Complaint Behavior Handling to Advertising Service Re-using. The research uses an associative explanation research with quantitative approach. The independent variables consist of employee behavior (XI), the company quickness in response complain (X2) and compensation (X3). The dependent variable consists of Re-using (Y). The population in the research is all consumers in Surabaya District who had ever complained to the CV. They are 32 companies and all of them become sample.

Abstract

Analysis of service quality on the customer satisfaction: The general aim of this research was to find Analysis of service quality on the customer satisfaction. Especially (1) to describe service quality in conformity with tangible, reliability, responsiveness, assurance, and empathy. (2) Analysis those service quality factors thats influence customer satisfaction levels. This research used a quantitative descriptive analyses and double linear regression analysis. There were 106 responden in 6 clinic Banyu Urip,Balongsari, Tanah Kali Kedinding,, Jagir, Sememi, Medoan Ayu. Descriptive analyses results indicated that, 1) positive attitudes in clinic staff were very important, their words, actions and good manners in teating patients, as well as their encourage-ment to patients to have the will to recov, and 85 %-87% of patients said these factors were important. 2) Model test results were statistically significant at 5 %. The Model coefficient was 0,866 or 86,6 %. The remainder (13,2 % ) were the analysis by factors outsaide the model.In conclusion. 1) Clinic should pay particular attention to communicantting with patients, speed oftearment, and an efficient communication system between patients, their families, clinic administration, doctors and nurses. 2) And that clinic should be furnished with all the necessary equipment, instruments and other facilities to irh-

Abstract

This research examined about analysis factors that influence consumer in choosing kartu Hallo telkomsell in kelurahan nginden Surabaya, also explain the indicators that influence to the both variables in influence consumer decision to chose kartu hallo in that areaAssumed that the independent variable from the culture and groups strength, psychology influence to the decision making in choosing kartu hallo. And psychology factors assumed the most dominant influence consumer in choosing kartu hallo telkomsell in kelurahan nginden Surabaya.The research use explanatory research method by quantitative approach or explain cause and result correlation (causal). The independent variable that used in this research is the culture and groups strength(X)f psychology influence (X), and the dependent variable is decision in choosing kartu Hallo telkomsel (Y)The population of the research are the user of kartu Hallo in kelurahan Nginden RW 3 Surabaya where there are 60 people and the amount of the sample are 60 people from all of the population.The result of this research result of R- Square (XI) and (X2) has influence 86.4% to (Y), it means that independent variable, the social and cultures strength(Xl) and psychology strength (X2) has influence to decision making to chose kartu Hallo (Y) in the people of the kelurahan Nginden
