Abstract

Tramtib yang berarti Ketentraman dan Ketertiban, atau yang sering dikenal dengan Satuan Polisi Pamong Praja (Satpol PP).Tramtib atau Satpol PP merupakan unsur pendukung tugas Pemerintah Kota (Pemkot) dalam mengamankan dan melaksanakan kebijakan Pemkot yang bersifat khusus di bidang ketentraman dan ketertiban umum, dimana salah satu tugasnya adalah mentertibkan Pedagang Kaki Lima (PKL). Tujuan penelitian ini, yaitu untuk menganalisis dan menjelaskan mengenai Kinerja Tramtib dalam mentertibkan Pedagang Kaki Lima (PKL). Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah penelitian kualitatif. Teknik pengumpulan data, melalui wawancara dengan informan yang memiliki kaitan dengan Kinerja Tramtib di Kecamatan Ciledug. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Kinerja Tramtib masih belum optimal, ini dibuktikan dengan adanya kenaikan jumlah Pedagang Kaki Lima di Kecamatan Ciledug dari tahun ke tahun. Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan  untuk mengetahui kualitas pelayanan pemberian kredit PT. BPR Cabang Tangerang dan untuk mengetahui tingkat kepuasan pelanggan PT. BPR Cabang Tangerang. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan adalah deskriptif kuantitatif. Teknik pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui observasi, angket, wawancara dan dokumentasi. Penentuan  responden  dipilih  dengan  menggunakan  purposive  sampling  dengan sampel sebanyak 70 responden. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah statistik deskriptif , untuk melihat tingkat kepuasan pelanggan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa:  (1) Kualitas pelayanan pemberian kredit PT. BPR Cabang Tangerang berada pada kategori baik (79,81 persen). Jika ditinjau dari tiap dimensinya, satu dimensi berada pada kategori sangat baik yaitu, dimensi bukti langsung 90,50%, dua dimensi berada pada kategori baik yaitu dimensi jaminan 84,86% dan dimensi Empati 84,64%, serta dua dimensi pada kategori cukup baik yaitu dimensi kehandalan 69,43% dan dimensi responsivitas 69,64%. (2) Kepuasan pelanggan PT. BPR Cabang Tangerang berada dalam kategori cukup puas. Hal tersebut mengindikasikan bahwa secara umum kepuasan pelanggan belum tercapai. Abstract

ABSTRACT   Intrinsic motivation and discipline of work is directly related to the employee's performance. Employees who have intrinsic motivation will directly improve the performance he had, as well as the discipline of work which is owned by the employees, a high work discipline and in accordance with what has been set by the company, so that the performance owned will also increase. This research was conducted at PT. Genindo Prima Sakti Branch Serang Banten. This study aims to determine the effect of intrinsic motivation and discipline mediated job satisfaction on employee performance. The number of samples is  set  as  much  as 96 respondents using sensus method. As an independent variable, namely intrinsic motivation and discipline, and the intervening variable is job satisfaction, while the dependent variable is the performance of employees. The analytical method used in this study is Partial Least Squares Equetion-Structural Modeling (PLS-SEM) with Smart PLS 3.0. covers or inner structural model test models, hypothesis testing, measurement models, test models outer and sobel test. From the analysis it can be seen that the intrinsic motivation variable does not affect the performance of employees, it can be seen from the t-statistic value that is smaller than 1,960, amounting to 0,939, or indirectly through job satisfaction. It can be seen from Sobel test obtained t value lower than 1,960, amounting to 0,414. As for the work discipline variable positive and significant impact on performance and job satisfaction variables can mediate labor discipline on employee performance. The results of the R-square value indicates that the variable intrinsic motivation and discipline can explain job satisfaction variables (KK) of 36.8%, while the remaining 63.2% is explained by other variables not examined in this study.   Keywords :   Intrinsic motivation, work discipline, job satisfaction, employee performance.  ABSTRAK   Motivasi intrinsik dan disiplin kerja sangat berkaitan langsung dengan kinerja karyawan. Karyawan  yang memiliki motivasi intrinsik secara langsung akan dapat meningkatkan kinerja yang dia miliki, begitu juga dengan disiplin kerja yang dimiliki oleh karyawan, disiplin kerja yang yang tinggi dan sesuai dengan apa yang sudah ditetapkan oleh perusahaan, sehingga kinerja yang dimiliki juga akan meningkat. Penelitian ini dilakukan pada PT. Genindo Prima Sakti Cabang Serang Banten. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh motivasi intrinsik dan disiplin kerja yang dimediasi kepuasan kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan. Jumlah sampel yang ditetapkan sebanyak 96 responden dengan menggunakan metode sensus. Sebagai variabel independen, yaitu motivasi intrinsik dan disiplin kerja, dan variable intervening adalah kepuasan kerja, sedangkan variabel dependennya adalah kinerja karyawan. Metode analisis yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah Partial Least Squares-Struktural Equetion Modeling (PLS-SEM) dengan Smart PLS 3.0. meliputi uji model struktural atau inner model, pengujian hipotesis, model pengukuran outer model dan pengujian sobel test. Dari  hasil  analisis  dapat  diketahui  bahwa  variabel  motivasi intrinsik tidak berpengaruh terhadap kinerja karyawan, hal ini dapat dilihat dari nilai t-statistic yang lebih kecil dari 1,960 yakni sebesar 0,939, maupun secara tidak langsung melalui kepuasan kerja. Hal ini dapat dilihat dari pengujian sobel didapat nilai t yang lebih rendah dari 1,960 yakni sebesar 0,414. Sedangkan untuk variabel disiplin kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja dan variabel kepuasan kerja dapat memediasi disiplin kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan. Selanjutnya hasil nilai R-square menunjukan bahwa variabel motivasi instrinsik dan disiplin kerja dapat  menjelaskan variabel Kepuasan Kerja (KK) sebesar 36,8%, sisanya sebesar 63,2% dijelaskan oleh variabel lainya yang tidak diteliti dalam penelitian ini. Selanjutnya variabel Motivasi Intrinsik (MI) dan variabel Disiplin Kerja (DK) juga dapat menjelaskan variabel Kinerja Karyawan (KIN) sebesar 56,6%, sisanya sebesar 43,4% dijelaskan oleh variabel lainya yang tidak diteliti dalam penelitian ini.   Kata kunci : Motivasi intrinsik, disiplin kerja, kepuasan kerja, kinerja karyawan.

Abstract

ABSTRACT   This study aims to identify and explain the fulfillment of labor rights under Law No. 13 of 2003 on employment, enforcement of employment law against employers / employers not fulfilling the protection of workers' rights, the effectiveness of the role of trade unions in the framework of fighting for the fulfillment of labor rights in the Regency Tangerang and the factors hindering the effectiveness of the role of trade unions in the framework of fighting for the fulfillment of labor rights in the Tangerang Regency region and the efforts made in overcoming these obstacles. The research method used is qualitative method. Used to answer the formulation of the proposed problem and the purpose of the research. Key informants used are from representatives of trade unions in Tangerang District and review documents from various government agency reports. The result of the research explains that the role of All-Indonesia Workers Union (SPSI) of Tangerang Regency in making and implementing Collective Work Agreement has been effective.

Abstract

ABSTRACT The object of this research was carried out at the Indonesian Aura Essence Company Domestic and International Aviation Division, where a sample of 60 employees was in the Domestic and International Aviation Division. This study uses a quantitative method to answer the problem formulation and prove the research hypothesis proposed. The data analysis technique used consisted of inferential statistical data analysis techniques including product moment correlation analysis and multiple correlation, coefficient of determination analysis technique, and simple regression analysis and multiple regression techniques. The results of testing the hypothesis, that the independent variables (compensation X1, job satisfaction X2 and product quality X3) have a significant effect on perfume sales at PT. Aura Essence, for compensation variable X1 and job satisfaction X2 has a significant effect on sales, while product quality has no significant effect because consumers basically already have confidence in the quality of products sold by the Indonesian Aura Essence Company. The author gives one suggestion that the company can maintain the quality of perfume products sold and add a brand of perfume that is needed more by consumers such as perfume with the brand Bond 9, Creed, Ninaricci, Balenciaga and so on, especially the latest perfumes that are not only sold in international divisions but it is also sold in the domestic flight division. In addition, to find out more details about the variables that can affect sales volume, the authors suggest that further research from the results of this study.    Keywords: Compensation, job satisfaction, product quality and sales

Abstract

Tangerang Mayor Regulation No. 13 of 2016 concerning Integrated District Administrative Services (PATEN) in Tangerang City became the legal umbrella for the implementation of PATENT in all Sub-Districts in the Tangerang City area, including Karawaci District. With the PATENT, customers will not need to go to the Tangerang City Government Center, but simply submit administrative requirements to the sub-district officer and subsequent arrangements will be made by the sub-district officials. So that the service is completed in the sub-district. While for the types of small-scale licenses can be submitted entirely to the sub-district. The research method used is a qualitative method. Abstract

This study wants to elaborate on phenomenon of the use of social media in the socio-political realm which lately often seems less polite, such as the spread of hoaxes and hate speech which often lead to acts of persecution or violence. Using a qualitative approach and library research method, this study aims to explore online documents and data related to the existence of social media and its negative effects. In this study, social media is concerned with all networks to communicate using the internet and chosen purposively and not limited to the location of their use. The results of this study showed that the practice of 'abuse' of social media is often found in the socio-political realm, whose peak can be seen during the implementation of the 2017 DKI Jakarta Governor Election. Social media, which should be a medium of political education or space to exchange ideas on various political issues, precisely used by its users to impose the interests of their own groups.
