Abstract

This study was conducted because of the differences in the results of previous research on the relationship between the customer satisfaction several research states that customer satisfaction negatively affect brand switching intention, whereas another study found results that a number of customers who express satisfaction still switch brands. This study is development from other research. Previous studies only examined a limited internal factors influence customers towards brand switching but that the study is also, analyzed the influence of competitors advertising effectiveness. Number of respondents 120 people. The purposive sampling method used in this research. Respondents who sought condition GSM Pre-paid card users in Cilacap at least 3 months, aged 17 to 60 years and often their change GSM prepaid card or use a different card brands. Analysis tools using Structural Equation Modelling.Hypothesis testing results as follows: Customer Satisfaction negative influence brand switching intention, switching costs has no effect on brand switching, switching costs no moderate the relationship between satisfaction and intention of brand switching, variety seeking behavior has no effect on brand switching intention, variety seeking behavior moderate the relation betwen satisfaction brand switching intentions, competitor advertising effectiveness has a positive influence on brand switching intention and variation seeking behavior moderate affect competitors' advertisements on brand switching intention.Keywords: Customer Satisfaction, Switching Costs, Variety Seeking Behavior, Competitive Ad Effectiveness, Brand Switching Intention.

Abstract

Ketidakmampuan dalam implementasi akuntansi merupakan salah satu kelemahan dari sisi manajemen. Kelemahan ini merupakan faktor utama yang mengakibatkan kegagalan UKM dalam mengembangkan usaha. Kemampuan untuk menyediakan dan menggunakan informasi akuntansi sangat tergantung pada kemampuan pemilik untuk menjalankan teknis akuntansi. Implementasi akuntansi sangat bermanfaat bagi UKM, karena merupakan alat yang digunakan oleh pengguna informasi dalam pengambilan keputusan bisnis.Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh tingkat pendidikan, umur perusahaan dan motivasi secara keseluruhan terhadap implementasi akuntansi, untuk menganalisis pengaruh tingkat pendidikan secara parsial terhadap implementasi akuntansi, menganalisis pengaruh umur perusahaan secara parsial terhadap implementasi akuntansi, menganalisis pengaruh motivasi secara parsial terhadap implementasi akuntansi dan untuk menganalisis variabel yang mempunyai pengaruh dominan terhadap implementasi akuntansi pada usaha kecil dan menengah Kabupaten Cilacap, di antara tingkat pendidikan, umur perusahaan dan motivasiBerdasarkan kesimpulan, dapat diimplikasikan bahwa para pemilik sekaligus pengelola usaha kecil dan menengah di Kabupaten Cilacap perlu menjaga eksistensi usaha yang dijalankan secara terus-menerus melalui penerapan manajemen yang profesional disamping berupaya untuk memotivasi diri secara terus-menerus dengan cara memberikan stimuli berkaitan dengan pencapaian tujuan individu maupun badan usaha.Keterbatasan penelitian ini diantaranya adalah jumlah variabel bebas yang digunakan dalam model pengukuran implementasi akuntansi hanya terbatas pada tingkat pendidikan, umur perusahaan dan motivasi. Responden penelitian ini terbatas pada pemilik sekaligus pengelola usaha kecil dan menengah di Kabupaten Cilacap.Kata Kunci:Implemen Akuntansi, UKM, Informasi, Pengambilan Keputusan.

Abstract

The implementation of regional autonomy in all regencies in Indonesia was marked by the enactment of the Act (the Act) relating to regional autonomy: Law No. 22 of 1999 on Regional Government. With the implementation of regional autonomy, there are two aspects of financial performance required to be better than before the era of regional autonomy. The first aspect is that the area is given the authority to take care of local financing with core strengths in the ability of revenue (fiscal decentralization). The second aspect is the management of regional spending, the financial management area should be more accountable and transparent local demand must be more efficient and effective in the management area.Policy of fiscal decentralization is believed to bring positive influence on economic growth prompting many countries to implement it. Since the regional autonomy and fiscal decentralization in Indonesia enacted, commitment to the implementation of transparency and public accountability began voiced. Public accountability of local government is the provision of information and the disclosure of the activities and financial performance of local governments to the parties concerned. Regional autonomy and fiscal decentralization expects local governments have greater independence in the financial area. Therefore the role of PAD is critical to the region's financial performance.The results of this study concluded that there are differences in financial performance in local government in the form of fiscal decentralization Barlingmascakeb on before and after the era of regional autonomy, it is seen from the results of the Paired T-Test Sig. 0.001 <0.05. The difference in the performance of this leads to a worse direction, it can be seen from the ratio of fiscal decentralization down from 0.16284 to 0.11820 after the pre-autonomy autonomy while financial performance in the form of financial independence there is no difference. This is evident from the results of the Paired T-Test Sig. 0.094> 0.05. Assay results obtained OLS regressions with t count the number of Fiscal Decentralization (DF) (-2.485) <- t table (-2.001) and the Sig. DF 0.006 <0.05 we can conclude that fiscal decentralization has a negative effect on economic growth.Key Words: Autonomy, Financial Performance of local government, Fiscal Decentralization, Financial Independence, Economic Growth

Abstract

The research was conducted on customers of PT. Bank Rakyat Indonesia Tbk. Cilacap branch with the title: "The Effect Analysis of Service Quality, Customer Satisfaction and Customer Loyalty belief systems (Study on PT Bank Rakyat Indonesia Tbk. Branch Cilacap). The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of service quality, customer satisfaction on trust, commitment and loyalty PT Bank Rakyat Indonesia Tbk Cilacap branch. The analytical tool used Structural Equation Modeling (SEM).From the research and analysis of the data it is concluded that: Quality of service and significant positive effect on customer satisfaction, the higher the quality of service higher customer satisfaction. Quality of service and significant positive effect on confidence, the higher the quality of service the higher customer confidence. Quality of service and significant positive effect on customer loyalty, the higher the quality of service higher customer loyalty. Customer satisfaction and a significant positive effect on confidence, the higher the higher the customer satisfaction customer confidence. Customer satisfaction and a significant positive impact on customer loyalty, higher customer satisfaction higher customer loyalty. Confidence positive and significant effect on customer loyalty, higher customer loyalty confidence higher. Customer satisfaction and a significant positive effect on commitment, the higher customer satisfaction the higher the customer commitments. Confidence positive and significant effect on the commitment, the higher customer. Commitment positive and significant effect on customer loyalty, higher customer loyalty. Confidence is able to mediate the effect of customer satisfaction on customer loyalty. Commitment is able to mediate the effect of customer satisfaction on customer loyalty.Based on the above conclusion, to increase customer loyalty, the quality of service should be improved by increasing the indicators: tangibles, reliability, responsiveness, assurance and empathy. And PT. Bank Rakyat Indonesia Tbk. Abstract

The purpose of this study to Analyst Factors that Effect Problem Loan in Bank Rakyat Indonesia Unit Gumilir Cilacap.. Innfluence Credit (5C) partially composed of Character (X1), Capacity (X2), Capital (X3), Collateral (X4), Condition of Economy (X5) against Smoothness Payments (Y) Installment Customers Bank Rakyat Indonesia Unit Cilacap, proving the influence Prerequisites Credits (Character, Capacity, Capital, Collateral, Conditions of Economy) simultaneously on the smoothness of Payments Installment of Customer in Bank BRI Unit Cilacap and prove variable (Character, Capacity, Capital, Collateral, Conditions of Economy) in which the most significant effect on the Payment Smoothness Installment of Customer in Bank BRI Unit Gumilir Cilacap..The study population is the Customer in Bank BRI Unit Gumilir Cilacap which amounts to 60 people. Sampling technique used sampling saturated. Collecting data using questionnaires designed using level Likert scale 1-5. Data analysis using SPSS structural model.The test results prove 1). Character (X1) partially significant effect on the smoothness of Payments (Y) Installment of Customer in Bank BRI unit Gumilir Cilacap with great influence 25.3%. 2). Capacity (X2) significant effect partially to the smoothness of Payments (Y) Installment of Customer in Bank Rakyat Indonesia Unit Gumilir Cilacap employee performance with great influence 26.7%. 3). Capital (X3) but not significant effect partially on Smoothness Payments (Y) Installment of Customer in Bank BRI Unit Gumilir Cilacap (1.1%). 4). Collateral (X4) significant effect partially to the smoothness of Payments (Y) Installment of Customer in Bank BRI Unit Gumilir against the influence of 27.5%. 5). Condition of Economy (X5) but not significant effect partially on Smoothness Payments (Y) Installment of Customer in Bank BRI Unit Gumilir Cilacap (0.7%). 6). Prerequisites Credit (5C) but not significant effect simultaneously on the smoothness of Payments (Y) Installment of Customer in Bank BRI Unit Gumulir Cilacap.Keywords:Character, Capital, Collateral, Capacity, Conditions of economy
