Abstract

Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk menguji dan memberikan bukti secara empiris pengaruh ukuran dewan komisaris dan ukuran perusahaan terhadap environmental disclosure. Penelitian ini menggunakan perusahaan manufaktur yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia sebagai sampel. Teknik penentuan sampel menggunakan metode purposive sampling (purposive sampling method). Pemilihan sampel dari 149 perusahaan manufaktur yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia pada tahun 2014 menghasilkan 92 perusahaan yang dapat diterima. Data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini berupa data sekunder yang diperoleh melalui situs www.idx.co.id. Pengujian hipotesis dalam penelitian ini menggunakan Analisis Regresi Linier Berganda dengan program SPSS 21 dengan tingkat signifikansi 5%. Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa ukuran dewan komisaris tidak mempunyai pengaruh terhadap environmental disclosure, ukuran perusahaan mempunyai pengaruh yang tidak signifikan terhadap environmental disclosure. Abstract

The performance of a lecturer at a university is influenced by several variables. This research was conducted at Jabal Ghafur University using three variables; workload, working environment and compensation towards the performance of the lecturers of Jabal Ghafur University. The objective of the research was to find out the effect of workload, working environment and compensation towards the performance of the lecturers. Data were collected by distributing questionnaires to 120 lecturers of Jabal Ghafur University. Analytical tool used in this study to measure its effect was multiple linear regression analysis. The results showed that simultaneous workload, working environment, and compensation affect the performance of the lecturers and the effect is significant at 5% df. Correlation of independent variables on the dependent variable was perfect and determination coefficient stated that workload, working environment and compensation revealed that the performance of the lecturers of Jabal Ghafur University was 90.8%. It can be concluded that workload, working environment and compensation had a significant effect and it is suggested that the lecturers should be given opportunity to continue their study to a higher level.Keywords: Workload, Working Environment, Compensation,Lecturers’ Performance

Abstract

One of the company’s efforts to reduce operating costs, the speed of product delivery time, and improve product quality is by producing OEM products. OEM products are expected to play a critical role in the market and control the range of competitive values of product sales. The purpose of this research is to explain consumer perception of price, quality, and packaging of Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) product printer spare parts in Karunia Toner store. Consumer perception data using primary data obtained by using in-depth interview technique. As research subjects are consumers, who have purchased an OEM product at the Karunia Toner store. As the factors of perception include price, quality, and product packaging. Data analysis using qualitative descriptive analysis technique with data collection stage, data reduction, conclusion drawing and display data. The results show that consumer perception when viewed from the quality, OEM products have less good quality; from the price aspect, OEM products have low prices, resulting in a negative perception for consumers; while from packaging, OEM product packaging is also considered less attractive, the size is too small and the packaging image is simple, and the quality of packaging is also less good. Consumer perceptions of OEM printer spare part products are not good enough in the eyes of consumers.

Abstract

This paper revisits and extend discussions which evaluate the impact of different rules on monetary policy. Rules on one which excludes or includes stability of the exchange rate as an objective of monetary policy making, with currency mismatch existence as given, on the fluctuations of major economic variables. In this paper I develop a financial accelerator model with financial intermediary consistent with currency mismatch, and assume imperfect international substitutability of assets. This paper found that the variation of rule of monetary policy considered in the analysis produces variations in the fluctuations of the macroeconomic variable. However the impact of the different monetary policy rules on the stability of the macroeconomic variables is shock dependent.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh perubahan sisa lebih anggaran dan perubahan pendapatan asli daerah terhadap perubahan belanja modal di dinas PUpemerintah kabupaten/kota. Penelitian dilakukan pada 23 pemerintah kabupaten/ kota di Aceh selama periode tahun 2013-2015. Jenis data yang digunakan pada penelitian ini adalah data sekunder. Penelitian dilakukan secara sensus dengan analisis data menggunakan regresi linier berganda. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa perubahan sisa lebih anggaran dan perubahan pendapatan asli daerah secara simultan dan secara parsial berpengaruh terhadap perubahan belanja modal di dinas PU pemerintah kabupaten/kota di Aceh. Hasil ini menunjukkan bahwa perubahan belanja modal di dinas PU dapat terjadi karena adanya perubahan sisa lebih anggarandanperubahan pendapatan asli daerah.Keywords: perubahan sisa lebih anggaran, perubahan pendapatan asli daerah, kabupaten/kota, perubahan belanja modal

Abstract

Job performance is as a result of work has been accomplished person from his behavior in carrying out work activities. There are several factors that affect the achievement of which stress and career development. Stress may contribute incorrectly or damaging the work performance. In simple terms this means that the stress potential to disrupt the implementation of the work. In addition to job stress, career development is also a matter that affects job performance. Career development needsto be done in a planned and sustainable. With the opening of the career opportunities are accompanied by a realistic career goals and reasonable could lead to a satisfactory performance. Both of these need to be considered by PT. Jasa Marga (Persero)Tbk Branch Belmera in terms of improving performance. This study aimed to determine the effect of work stress on work performance, to determine the effect of job stress and career development to job performance. Data collection techniques in this study using a study of documentation, interviews and using a questionnaire. Abstract

In this research has purposed for knowing the implementation of increasing productivity Malcolm Baldrige Criteria levels and the influence of increasing productivity in PT PJB UP Gresik. Malcolm Baldrige Criteria that is observed include Leadership, Strategic Planning, Costumer And Market Focus, Measurement Analysis And Knowledge Management, Human Resources Focus, Process Management And Business Result. The implementation of Malcolm Baldrige Criteria in PT PJB UP Gresik had been successes, in this case, it is indicated that has a good effectivness levels, it means that every criteria at Malcolm Baldrige has a good effevtivity of increasing productivity in PT PJB UP Gresik. The assessment of effetivness percentage is according to general by using Malcolm Baldrige Criteria is PT PJB UP Gresik showed the beginning of approach that is systematic in answering the backgrounds of regulations from every criteria items. But there is a big gap that is enough in approaching and deployment in some criterias. Based on the result of multiple linear regression analysis is found that influence of Malcolm Baldrige Criteria’s implementation in increasing productivity at PT PJB UP Gresik is according to the simultaneous has influenced that is significant whereas according to the partial only leadership criteria that has possitve influence in increasing productivity of PT PJB UP Gresik, another from that criteria does not have influence that is significant in increasing productivity at PT PJB UP Gresik.

Abstract

This research aims to analyze the factors affecting international banking activities,especially the transactions of Islamic International Trade Financing (case studyin XYZ Islamic Bank). Multinomial Logistic regression analysis was used in thisstudy. The independent variable consisted of capability of human resources, customers’ needs of Islamic International Trade Financing (IITF) facilities and product divercification of Islamic International Trade Finance. Meanwhile, the dependent variable was the Islamic International Trade Financing activities at XYZ Islamic Bank. This study used both primary and secondary data where primary data collected from questionnaire survey of 70 respondents and secondary data from various literatures. The result showed that the factor that significantly affected the Islamic International Trade Financing was the custumers’ needs of Islamic International Trade Financing. The other two factors did not significantly affect the Islamic International Trade Financing at XYZ Islamic Bank. The influence of customers in increasing Islamic International Trade Financing at XYZ Islamic Bank was the active customers which had opportunity 6.024 times higher than the passive customers in affecting Islamic International Trade Financing at XYZ Islamic bank. Recommendation from this study is encouraging the consumer to enhance international trade finance transaction to be more recognize the characteristics of XYZ Islamic Bank consumer. This way would be change passive consumer become active consumer.

Abstract

This research was conducted at Bank Aceh Syariah in Tapak Tuan with unit of analysis is employee. Research takes the area of human resource management and organization. The research aims to analyze the role of organizational commitment as a mediation variable to the effect of company ethics and OCB, also analyze the direct influence between variables. The sample was taken with census method as many as 75 employees, the primary data was obtained by circulating the questionnaire. Data analysis using path analysis. The results showed that there is a role of mediation variable of 14.38%, the direct effect between corporate ethics to OCB of 40.5%. The role of organizational commitment variable is significant at level 0,000 and far ˂ 0.005. The effects of the variables tested and the theoretical and managerial implications are discussed in the discussion.

Abstract

Mutation and career development in Karawang Municipality is implemented in the hope to improve the performance of its employee. The purpose of this research wash to determine, review and analysis how much the effect of mutation and career development partially and simultaneously to the Performance of Echelon Structural Officer IV in the Governement of Karawang Municipality. The number of samples were 250 people, with the sampling technique of Proportionate Stratified Random Sampling and data was analyzed by using descriptive and verificative methods (Path Analysis). The research results indicates that descriptively, mutationis responded as strongly agree and agree in accordance with each indicator of purpose. The implementation of career development is responded as strongly agree and agree in accordance with the indicator of interest and satisfaction.The performance of official is responded as well for all indicators of the fulfillment of all necessary resources. Verificatively, the direct partial effect between mutation and official performance is on a low scare (R = 0.215) while the indirect effect is on a very low scale (R = 0.196). In the hypothesis testing, it was discovered that there is a significant relationship. Keywords: Mutation, Career Development, Performance
