Abstract

Education is one of the most important pillars in improving human quality, even educational performance, which is a combination of gross enrollment rates (APK) for basic education up to tertiary education and literacy rates is used as a variable in calculating the Human Development Index (HDI) together with health and economic variables. Therefore the development of national education must be able to guarantee equal opportunities for education, improve quality and the relevance and efficiency of education management to face challenges in accordance with the demands of changes in local, national and global life. The development of national education to be carried out in the period 20014 - 20019 has considered international agreements such as Education For All, Convention on the right of child and Millennium Development Goals (MDGs) and World Summit on Sustainable Development which clearly emphasizes the importance of education as a way to reduce poverty, improve justice and gender equality, understanding cultural values and multiculturalism, as well as increasing social justice. Abstract

Corruption is a crime that damages the nation of Indonesia, imagine if allowed to breed corruption in Indonesia, the Indonesian nation forward would be destroyed. Children as the successor generation of people, should be given education of good quality, one that can be taught to children is the anti-corruption education. Through this anti-corruption education, the child will know that corruption is a very ugly action, and opposed by all of society. This paper describes the concept of anti-corruption education in schools, taught in formal education. The concept of this education must start from the family, school, community and the government and other institutions that tekait against children. The idea that the authors offer is implementing anti-corruption education is from the start their education at the bottom until the end for the child, other than that the government should provide education for teachers against corruption, and provide facilities that support, among other things: books, internet access, simulated forms of corruption. Moreover invites the public and law enforcement agencies in combating corruption are mutually reinforcing. Keywords: Education Anti-Corruption; Children's Non Corruption.

Abstract

The independence of the Indonesian people was proclaimed on the date August 17, 1945. The day after that, on the date August 18, 1945 Preparatory Committee for Indonesian Independence (PPKI) establishes the 1945 Constitution as a State constitution. If you examine the fourth paragraph of the Preamble of the 1945 Constitution, there are express and implied national ideals in the field of education, namely to educate the life of the nation. In connection with this, Article 31 paragraph (3) of the 1945 Constitution mandates that "the Government undertakes and organizes a national education system, in order to educate the nation's life, which is regulated by law". The practice of national education is carried out by referring to certain juridical grounds that have been established, both in the form of laws and government regulations regarding education. Educators and education staff need to understand the various juridical foundations of the national education system and make it the starting point for implementing their roles. Abstract

Awareness of the importance of education that can provide hope and better possibilities in the future, has encouraged various efforts and attention of all levels of society towards the movement of the educational world. Education as an effort in order to improve the quality of human life, in essence aims to humanize, mature, and change behavior, and improve quality for the better. In reality education is not a simple effort, but an activity that is dynamic and challenging. Education will always change along with the changing times, every time education is always the focus of attention and not even the target of dissatisfaction because education concerns the interests of all people, not only concerning investment and living conditions in the future, but also concerning conditions and atmosphere current life. Abstract

The practice of national education is held by referring to certain juridical grounds that have been established, both in the form of laws and government regulations regarding education. Educational goals that educate the life of the nation. Children are the assets of the nation, education is also an asset of the nation but in other terms quality education will bring a nation to progress. As with children, the better the quality of children will bring a nation to progress. This makes education and children two things that are interrelated with each other. Article 28 B paragraph (2) of the 1945 Constitution affirms that: "Every child has the right to survival, to grow and develop and has the right to protection from violence and discrimination", the provision has provided a solid foundation that the child has the right to live, grow and develops and has the right to obtain protection from violence, exploitation and discrimination. Child protection education is all activities to guarantee and protect children and their rights so that they can live, grow and develop, and participate optimally in accordance with human dignity and dignity, and get protection from violence and discrimination. Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah peningkatan kemampuan guru kelas dalam pengelolaan pembelajaran dengan menerapkan model pembelajaran Contextual Teaching And Learning (CTL) melalui kegiatan supervisi klinis SDN 01 Lembah Melintang UPTD Pendidikan Kecamatan Lembah Melintang, Kabupaten Pasaman Barat. Penelitian Tindakan Sekolah ini dilakukan di SDN 01 Lembah Melintang UPTD Pendidikan Kecamatan Lembah Melintang, Kabupaten Pasaman Barat. Jenis tindakan dalam penelitian ini adalah berupa tindakan nyata yaitu membimbing guru dalam melaksanakan kegiatan pembelajaran melalui supervisi klinis. Penelitian dilakukan pada semester I, tepatnya pada bulan Juli-Oktober 2018. Subjek penelitian tindakan sekolah ini adalah guru kelas di SDN 01 Lembah Melintang UPTD Pendidikan Kecamatan Lembah Melintang, Kabupaten Pasaman Barat dengan jumlah 12 orang guru. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan supervisi kelas oleh kepala sekolah terbukti berhasil meningkatkan kinerja guru kelas SDN 01 Lembah Melintang dalam mengelola proses pembelajaran dengan menerapkan model pembelajaran contextual teaching and learning (CTL). Dengan meningkatnya kinerja guru kelas SDN 01 Lembah Melintang dalam mengelola proses pembelajaran, selain proses belajar siswa lebih bermakna juga hasil belajarnya pun turut meningkat. Peningkatan kinerja guru SDN 01 Lembah Melintang dalam mengelola pembelajaran dengan menerapkan model pembelajaran contextual teaching and learning (CTL) dibuktikan dengan peningkatan hasil observasi yang dilakukan pada 3 apsek penilaian. Pada aspek penilaian Rencana Pelaksanaan Pembelajaran (RPP) meningkat dari 54,46 menjadi 75,60 dan 94,35 sedangkan aspek penilaian kemampuan merencanakan pembelajaran meningkat dari 54,63 menjadi 70,83 dan 87,96 dan aspek kemampuan melaksanakan pembelajaran, evaluasi, tindak lanjut dari 55,77 menjadi 68,91 dan 81,73 pada akhir siklus kedua. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian tindakan tersebut dapat disimpulkan bahwa kinerja guru meningkat dengan menerapkan model pembelajaran Contextual Teaching And Learning (CTL) melalui kegiatan supervisi klinis SDN 01 Lembah Melintang. Untuk itu, peneliti menyarankan agar di sekolah-sekolah dapat dilakukan supervisi klinis dalam mengembangkan model-model pembelajaran.

Abstract

Based on observations made in class I of Sialang 05 Elementary School, Kapur IX District, Lima Puluh Kota Regency, it appears that the reading ability of class I students is low. This study aims to improve reading skills through the first class Letters Card game of Sialang 05 Elementary School, Kapur IX District, Lima Puluh Kota Regency. This research is a classroom action research with stages of planning, implementation, observation, and reflection. This research was conducted in 2 cycles. Data collection methods used in this study are observation and performance methods. The collected data is then analyzed descriptively quantitatively. The results of the study showed that through letter card games able to improve the reading ability of Grade 1 students at SD Negeri 05 Sialang sub-district of Limestone IX District of Lima Puluh Kota. Therefore the use of letter cards in learning in class I needs to be improved, especially in an effort to improve reading skills.

Abstract

Tujuan dari dilaksanakannya penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui hal-hal sebagai berikut: (1) Deskripsi peningkatan kompetensi guru dalam menentukan model pembelajaran bermutu dengan penguasaan analisis SWOT melalui bimbingan kelompok di SDN 03 Koto Balingka tahun pelajaran 2018/2019; (2) Deskripsi bentuk-bentuk kendala yang muncul dalam dalam bimbingan kelompok dalam upaya peningkatan penguasaan analisis SWOT oleh guru SDN 03 Koto Balingka. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian tindakan sekolah yang dilaksanakan di SDN 03 Koto Balingka tahun pelajaran 2018/2019. Analisis data dilakukan dengan metode kualitatif. Berdasarkan atas hasil penelitian, dibuat simpulan sebagai berikut: (1) Kompetensi guru dalam menentukan model pembelajaran bermutu dapat ditingkatkan dengan penguasaan analisis SWOT melalui bimbingan kelompok di SDN 03 Koto Balingka tahun pelajaran 2018/2019. Hal ini dibuktikan dengan peningkatan skor kompetensi dari 1,6 pada pra PTS menjadi 2,5 pada siklus I dan menjadi 2,8 pada siklus II; (2) Kendala yang muncul dalam bimbingan kelompok dalam upaya peningkatan penguasaan analisis SWOT oleh guru SDN 03 Koto Balingka adalah kurangnya waktu implementasi model pembelajaran yang ditetapkan guru sehingga pengukuran mutunya menjadi kurang optimal dan terdapatnya guru yang memiliki motivasi rendah sehingga menghambat jalannya proses supervisi.

Abstract

Dalam rangka melaksanakan tugas dan tanggung jawab di atas, seorang guru dituntut memiliki beberapa kemampuan dan keterampilan tertentu. Kemampuan dan keterampilan tersebut sebagai bagian dari kompetensi profesionalisme guru. Untuk menjadikan guru sebagai tenaga professional maka perlu diadakan pembinaan secara terus menerus dan berkesinambungan, serta menjadikan guru sebagai tenaga kerja perlu diperhatikan, dihargai dan diakui keprofesionalannya. Kinerja guru akan baik jika guru telah melakukan unsur-unsur yang terdiri dari kesetiaan dan komitmen yang tinggi pada tugas mengajar, menguasai dan mengembangkan bahan pelajaran, kedisiplinan dalam mengajar dan tugas lainnya, kreativitas dalam pelaksanaan pengajaran, kerjasama dengan semua warga sekolah, kepemimpinan yang menjadi panutan siswa, kepribadian yang baik, jujur dan objektif dalam membimbing siswa, serta tanggung jawab terhadap tugasnya. Selain kinerja, motivasi guru dalam melakukan tugas dan tanggung jawabnya juga merupakan hal penting bagi upaya meningkatkan proses pembelajaran yang akan dapat meningkatkan kualitas pendidikan yang ada Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian tindakan sekolah subyek penelitian guru dan kepala sekola. Penelitian ini SD Negeri 04 Koto Balingka Kecamatan Koto Balingka Kabupaten Pasaman Barat Tahun Pelajaran 2018/2019. Dalam penelitian ini terdiri dari dua siklus. Dimana dalam setiap siklus terdiri dari perencanaan, tindakan, pengamatan, evaluasi dan refleksi. Pengumpulan data melalui pengamatan dan tes. Teknik pengumpulan data dalam penelitian ini selain menggunakan obervasi juga menggunakan penilaian langsung. Hasil penelitian menerangkan bahwa pelaksanaan supervisi kelas dapat dilaksanakan secara efektif di SD Negeri 04 Koto Balingka, selain itu pelaksanaan supervisi kelas terbukti dapat meningkatkan motivasi dan kinerja guru di SD Negeri 04 Koto Balingka.

Abstract

Students of law and social sciences should not be contradicted between legal discovery and law creation because both of them use logic to find legal conclusions in concreto. The creation of law (rechtsschepping) is carried out through legal discovery by using certain methods in the form of analogies, argumentum a contrario, and legal refinement (vervijning); whereas legal discovery (rechtsvinding) is carried out by interpretation method. The use of the method of discovering the law and the creation of law is expected to produce a court ruling that has authoritative value. So that court decisions can be the primary legal material in legal research.
