Abstract

The result of this research: 1.Compensation and work environment is good and the job satisfaction is already categorized as satisfied. 2. The results of multiple regression analysis is: Ŷ=7,358 + 0,756X1 + 0,532X2, meaning that there is positive influence between compensation and work environment on job satisfaction. 3. Analysis coefficient is r = 0,790, which means there is moderately high and positive correlation between compensation and work environment with the job satisfaction.The value of the coefficient of determination (KD) 0,624, meaning that the level of job satisfaction can be explained 62,4% by compensation and work environment. 4. Hypothesis test result stated that H0 is rejected, it means compensation and work environment have positive and significant influence to job satisfaction at CV Sinco Jaya Abadi Pematangsiantar either simultaneously or partially.The suggestion of this research for financial compensation, the company can provide holiday allowance according to the length of service period of the employee. For increase comfort in office room, company can add an air conditioning. For non physical work environment to resolve relationship issues with colleagues, the colleagues need to listen to opinions and advice provided by colleagues. Meanwhile, to improve job satisfaction the company needs to hold an event that involves all employees so that they can interact with each other. Keywords: Compensation,Work Environment, and Job Satisfaction.

Abstract

The purpose of this study are: 1. To determine the description of compensation, jobfacilities and teacher job satisfaction at SMK GKPS 2 Pematangsiantar Pematangsiantar. 2. To determine the influence of compensation and job facilities of teacherjob satisfaction at SMK GKPS 2 Pematangsiantar either simultaneously or partially.The research was done by using literature and field research. This study used source data are primary data and secondary data. The type of data used quantitative and qualitative data as of 59 respondents areteacher of SMK GKPS 2 Pematangsiantar. Collecting data done by questionaires, interviews and documentations. The analysis technique has done by regression multiple linear, coefficient correlation and determination with testing hypothesis with test F and test t.                The result of this research can be summarized as followsŶ = 9,708 + 0,170X1 + 0,162X2,  meaningcompensation and job facilities has positive influence to job satisfaction. The result of analysis correlations r = 0,673 it means that there is moderately correlation between being and compensation and job facilities to job satisfaction. Then obtained the value of coefficient of determination = 0,453, it means employees  performance can be explained by 45,3% by compensation and job facilities. Hypothesis H0is rejected, it means the compensation and job facilities haspositive and significant influence to teacher job satisfaction at the SMK GKPS 2 Pematangsiantar either simultaneously or partially.  Keywords: Compensation, job facilities and teacher job satisfaction

Abstract

The results of this study can be summed summarized as follows: 1. The prices is good, facilities is good and satisfied customers are already satisfied. 2. Regression analysis result is Ŷ = 9,342 + 0,927X1 + 0,173X2,it means there is a positive influence between price and facilities to customer satisfaction. 3. The results of the correlation coefficient analysis obtained value r = 0,819, which means there is a high and positive correlation between price and facilities with customer satisfaction. Obtained value of coefficient of determination = 0,670, meaning that high of customer satisfaction equal to 67% can be explained by price and facility. 4.Hypothesis test result stated H0 rejected, it means the prices and facilities have a positive and significant impact on customer satisfaction at Guest House Humanities Pematangsiantar both simultaneously or partially.The suggestion of this research 1. to streamline the price on the dimension of the payment method, we recommend that you open a bank account in the name of the guest house so as to facilitate payment transactions credit. 2. to improve facilities, guest house should pull out some chairs or tables are not needed in order to avoid the impression of a cramped room at the lobbi. 3. to improve customer satisfaction, we recommend guest house makes guest house website which features a floor plan of the signposts towards the guest house, making it easier for customers to find the location of the Guest House. Keywords: Price, Facilities, Customer satisfaction.

Abstract

As for this research problem formula is how the influence of customer satisfaction and customer perceptions of loyalty of customers on UD PN Silitonga Serbelawan. The results of this research can be summarized as follows: 1. Customer satisfaction is satisfied, customer perception is good, customer loyalty is good. 2. Multiple linear regression analysis is Ŷ = 3,545 + 0,285X1 + 1,140X2 meaning customer satisfaction and customer perception have positive influence on customer loyalty. 3. Correlation analysis obtained r = 0.690 it is means there is high and positive in correlation between customer satisfaction, customer perceptions, with customer loyalty. Obtained coefficient of determination R square 0,476, meaning high customer loyalty equal to 47,6% can be explained by customer satisfaction and customer perception while the rest equal to 52,4% influenced by other factor. 4. Hypothesis test results stated H0 rejected, meaning customer satisfaction and customer perceptions have a positive and significant influence on customer loyalty at UD PN Silitonga Serbelawan either simultaneously or partially. Keywords: Customer Satisfaction, Customer Perceptions, and Customer Loyalty

Abstract

The purpose of this research is: 1) To determine the description of brand image, service quality, and customer’s satisfaction in PT FIFGroup Pos Spektra Pematangsiantar. 2) To determine the influence of brand image and service quality to customer’s satisfaction in PT FIFGroup Pos Spektra Pematangsiantar.Resultof research can be concluded as follows. 1) Brand Image,  service quality has been good, and customer’s satisfaction is also categorized satisfied. 2)The result is Ŷ = 11,560 + 0,363 X1 + 0,556 X2, meaning that there is positive and significant influence between the brand image and service quality to customer’s satisfaction. 3) The correlation result of r = 0,766, means that there are moderately high and positive correlation between brand image and service quality to the customer’s satisfaction. 4) The coefficient of determination R = 0,587 means that the level of customer’s satisfaction can be explained by the brand image and service quality 58,7%. 5)The research of hypothesis H0 is rejected, meaning that the brand image and the service quality positive and significant impact on customer’s satisfaction in PT FIFGroup Pos Spektra Pematangsiantar both simultaneously and partially. Keyword: Brand Image, Service Quality and Customer Satisfaction

Abstract

The results of this study can be summarized as follows compensation is good, motivation is good and job satisfaction is also satisfied. Regression analysis result Ŷ = 13,181 + 0,542 X1 + 0,440X2, meaning there is positive influence between compensation (X1) and motivation (X2) to job satisfaction (Y) at PT Duta Media Indonesia Pematangsiantar Area. Correlation value r = 0,694 which means there is a moderately high and positive correlation between compensation, motivation and job satisfaction of employees at PT Duta Media Indonesia Pematangsiantar Area. Determination coefficient value is 0,482, meaning whether or not job satisfaction is explained by 48,2% by compensation and motivation. Hypothesis Ho rejected, meaning that compensation and motivation have a positive and significant effect on employee job satisfaction at PT Duta Media Indonesia Pematangsiantar Area.As for suggestions from the results of this study is to improve compensation should the company improve the payment system and provide better welfare to employees. To improve the motivation should the leadership should give confidence to employees to achieve high performance and eager to follow the development of technology. Meanwhile, to improve job satisfaction, the company should give more attention and give promotion to every employee who have achievement so that employees feel proud and satisfied. Keywords: Compensation, Motivation and Job Satisfaction

Abstract

The result of this study can be summarized as follows: 1. Theheadmaster’s leadership style, the work environment and the teacher’s performance’s good. 2. The results of regression analysis isŶ = 50,391 + 1,005X1 + 1,893X2, its means the headmaster’s leadership style and the work environment had a positive effect on teacher’s performance’s good. 3. The results of the analysis correlations get value r = 0,770, its means that there is a high and positive correlations between headmaster’s leadership style, work environment to the teacher’s performance’s. The level of teacher’s performance’s can be explained by headmaster’s leadership style and work environment as big as 59,3%. 4. The results of testing the hypothesis H0 is rejected, its means the headmaster’s leadership style and the work environment had a positve and significant effect to the teacher’s performance’s of simultaneous or partial.                                             The suggestation of this research result are: 1. To realize an effective leadership style should the principal make a policy made with consultation with teachers 2. To realize a comfortable working environment needs to improve the physical work environment and non physical work environment 3. Abstract

The purpose of this study are: 1. To determine description of leadership’s style, work environment and employee performance at Kantor Camat Tanah Jawa. 2. To determine the influence of leadership’s style and work environment to employee performance at the Kantor Camat Tanah Jawa of simultaneouly or partially.The results of this study can be summarized as follows: 1. The leadership’s style is excellent, work environment is excellent and the performance of employees is excellent. 2. The results of regression analysis is Ŷ= 9,721 + 1,703X1 + 1,143X2, means that leadership’s style and work environment has a positive effect to employee performance 3. The results of the analysis correlations is r = 0,786, means that there is a moderately high corelation between leadership’s style and work environment to the performance of employees. The level of employee performance can be explained by leadership’s style and work environment as  61,8%. 4. Abstract

The results of the study can be concluded as follows: 1. The quality of the product is quite good, quite good brand image, purchasing decisions are quite agree and consumer satisfaction was quite satisfied. 2. There is a positive influence between product quality and consumer satisfaction toward purchasing decisions is evidenced by the regression Ŷ(Z) = 5,399 + 0,328 X 1 + 0,414 X 2. There is a positive influence between purchase decisions against consumer satisfaction evidenced by regression Ŷ = 34,089 + 0,352 X(Z). 3. There is moderately high and positive correlation between product quality and brand image against a decision of purchase evidenced by r = 0,794 with R Square = 61.3%. There is a low and positive correlation between the buying decision towards customer satisfaction is evidenced by the r = 0,360 with R Square = 12.9%. 4. The results of the hypothesis H0 is rejected, meaning that product quality and brand image a positive and significant effect against the satisfaction of consumers through the buying decision as simultaneously intervening variables as well as partial.As for the suggestion of this research are: 1. To improve the quality of the product we recommend that you add to the access speed and improve the durability of Telkom Speedy modem. 2. To enhance the brand image of Telkom Speedy should improve product quality and establish good relationships with consumers. 3. To enhance the purchasing decision Telkom Speedy should lower prices and costs. 4. Abstract

The formulation of this research is how the influence of work discipline and organizational commitment to employee performance at the Kantor Pelayanan Kekayaan Negara dan Lelang Pematangsiantar. The method used in this paper is literature research and field research. Its population is all employees of Kantor Pelayanan Kekayaan Negara dan Lelang Pematangsiantar amounting to 24 people. The data used are qualitative and qualitative data, and data collection techniques used are questionnaire method, interview method and documentation method. Then the technique of data analysis using qualitative descriptive method and quantitative descriptive method.The result of analysis from multiple linear regression is Ŷ = 25,667 + 0,723 X1 + 0,682 X2, means that work discipline and organizational commitment has a positive effect to employee performance. The result of analysis coefficient correlation is r = 0.778 means that there is a moderately high and positive correlation between work discipline and high organizational commitment and employee performance. Then obtained the value of coefficient of determination is 0,606, The level of employee performance can be explaned by work discipline and organizational commitment as big as 60.6%., while 39,4% explained by other factors not discussed in this study. From the results of processing and calculation of the questionnaire, the authors get the conclusion that the leadership style and organizational culture applied by Kantor Pelayanan Kekayaan Negara dan Lelang Pematangsiantar have a positive and significant impact on employee performance. This is proven by hypothesis testing simultaneously, where the test result fhitung (16,124) > ftabel (3,47) with significance level 0,000 < alpha 0,05 Keywords: Work Discipline, Organizational Commitment and Employee Performance
