Abstract

Human resources like the nurses as a integral parts from medical services, have big contribution to select medical services at hospital. The nurses at hospital are a main point medical services, couses that human resources that contain the biggest and most interaktif with client continously and balance to give comprehensives medical services and professional reactions. The research purposing to know the factors that connected with styling work grade of nurses. The research do at resting installation RSUD, Sawah Lunto. The factor that observe are royalty grade, education grade, and leader grade. The research design that using is cross sectional, data proses and analyzes with using computerization program SPSS for window version 11.0 with Chi Square Test. The research populations are all nurses that have duty at resting room RSUD, Sawah Lunto in surgical operation, child room, and midwife services, that amount are 56 people, and all of population be a sample. From result research get 51,8% styling work from the nurses is like usual not the best. Statistic result show that relationship between motivations, salary, and leadership wit styling work, at the other side education grade not show relationship wit styling work. According the observation, the nurses more add motivation at working, officer at hospitas must attract nurses incentives and head officer more add activity and controlling to the working nurses.

Abstract

Kaum pedagang atau pun para pengusasa di Indonesia mulai awal republik ini berdiri sampai saat ini selalu dalam lingkaran sentrum kekuasaan negara. Kekuasaan negara itu bisa berupa keterwakilan mereka di parlemen, pengurus inti partai politik bahkan pemegang tampuk perusahaan baik sebagai presiden/wakil presiden maupun pembantu presiden (Menteri) serta lembaga-lembaga tertinggi negara.Berbagai analisa  yang dilakukan oleh beberapa ahli menemukan fakta bahwa terdapat hubungan yang erat antara ekonomi dan politik, dengan pengertian lain bahwa pelaku-pelaku ekonomi kerap menggunakan kekuatan politik untuk mencapai keuntungan yang sebesarnya terlepas apakah itu digunakan untuk kepentingan sang pelaku ekonomi atau untuk kepentingan negara. Berbagai kebijakan yang telah diambil oleh pemerintah Indonesia pada masa lampau, seperti regulasi tataniaga cengkeh, kebijakan mobil nasional, kebijakan tariff dan tariff serta kebijakan quota impor dan eksport, terbukti lebih banyak menguntungkan kaum pedagang ketimbang untuk kesejahteraan masyarakat banyak.

Abstract

The Effect of Promotions And Product Quality to Sales Volume of Batam city (case study on housing buana Bukit Permata in Batam)  This study aims to determine the effect of Promotion And Sales Volume Of Product Quality At PT. Cipta Group Batam. This research was conducted with survey approach that consists of variable Promotion and Product Quality (X), and Volume Sales (Y). To prove the effect of Promotion And Sales Volume Of Product Quality, the authors collected data by distributing questionnaires as many as 100 respondents as samples taken from Bukit Permata Buana housing consumers in Batam which already occupies Bukit Permata Buana housing. Data were collected through questionnaires were processed using the application program Statistical Product and Service Solutions (SPSS) version 20. The results showed that the promotion and quality of products jointly contribute to give a positive and significant impact on sales volume amounted to 25.1%, while the remaining 74.9% is influenced by other factors. Partial regression analysis results indicate that the promotion of individual variables have a positive and significant impact on sales volume, while the variable quality of the products individually does not affect the volume of sales.

Abstract

This research aimed to study the influence of Work Culture and Incentives to Employee Performancefor PT. Bank Permata Batam.This research was conducted with the approached survey that consists variable Work Culture and Incentives(X) and Employee Performance(Y). To prove the influence of Work Culture and Incentives to Employee Performance, the authors collected data by distributing questionnaires as many as 60 respondents as samples taken from Employeement of PT. Bank Permata Batam. Data were collected through questionnaires were processed using program applications statistical Product and Service Solutions (SPSS) version 21. The results showed that the application of Work Culture and Incentives jointly contribute to a positive and significant impact on Employee Performance by 34,4% while the remaining 65,6% is influenced by other factors. The regression analysis partially shows that, variable Work Culture and Incentives has positive and significant effect on Employee Performance. KeyWords :Work Culture, Incentives, Employee Performance.

Abstract

In this study, the authors intend to answer a few basic ideas, so research to be answered through this research are : Are Wages influence on employee performance, Is Work Environment influence on employee performance, Is Work Stress influence on employee performance, and Do Wages, Work Environment and Job stress jointly influence on employee performance in RSUD Embung Fatimah Batam City.The results of this study indicated with tcount, that wages have a significant and positive effect on employee performance amounted to 3,133 > 1,294. The working environment has a positive and significant impact on employee performance amounted to 2,736 > 1,294. And job stress has a positive and significant impact on employee performance amounted to 3,399 > 1,294.Like wise with Wages, Work Environment and Stress work together-together have an influence on employee performance in Batam City Hospital Fatimah Embung indicated by the value of R 2 (R Square) of 0.841 or 84.1 %. This means the ability to variables Wages, Working Environment and Work Stress in explaining variable employee performance is 84.1 %, which means quite closely. The remaining 15.9% is explained by other variables not in this study.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk melihat pengaruh skema insentif turnamen terhadap esklasi komitmen, pengaruh pernyataan diri terhadap eskalasi komitmen, dan pengaruh moderasi pernyataan diri terhadap hubungan antara skema insentif turnamen terhadap eskalasi komitmen. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian eksperimen lab dengan desain faktorial 2x2 antar subjek. Partisipan yang digunakan adalah mahasiswa strata 1 (S1) dari Fakultas Ekonomika dan Bisnis Universitas Gajah Mada sebanyak 104 Partisipan. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa eskalasi komitmen lebih besar dalam kondisi skema insentif turnamen periode tunggal dibandingkan skema insentif periode berulang, pernyataan diri tidak berpengaruh terhadap eskalasi komitmen, dan pernyataan diri tidak memoderasi hubungan antara skema insentif turnamen terhadap eskalasi komitmen.

Abstract

            The research aims to examine and analyze the Product application system training and work discipline toward performance of employee at warehouse in PT Schneider Electric Manufacturing Batam. Data collected through distribution of questionnaires and it is implemented to at warehouse in PT Schneider Electric Manufacturing Batam?s 41 employee. Analysis of data in this research using the help of SPSS A sampling technique uses a census method and data test technique is used within the research includes validity test by factor analysis, reliability test with cronbach. Classic assumption test and double linear regression analysis, to verify and to prove the research hypothesis.Analysis result demonstrates that leadership style have a positive influence toward employee performance. Motivation have a positive influence toward employee performance and work discipline have a positive influence toward employee performance.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh rotasi jabatan, disiplin kerja dan beban kerja terhadap produktivitas kerja karyawan di Harmoni Hotel Batam. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif dimana populasinya sebanyak 183 dengan penyebaran kuisioner kepada 65 karyawan yang bekerja di Harmoni Hotel Batam.Sampel diambil dengan teknik systematic random sampling dan menggunakan perhitugan Slovin dengan tingkat kesalahan sebesar 10%. Metode analisis data yang digunakan adalah analisis kuantitatif, yaitu uji reliabilitas dan uji validitas, uji asumsi klasik, uji T dan uji F, koefisisen determinasi serta analisis regresi linear berganda.Berdasarkan hasil analisis data, menunjukkan bahwa: variabel rotasi jabatan mempunyai pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap produktivitas kerja karyawan dengan nilai T sig sebesar 0,000 < 0,05, variable disiplin kerja mempunyai pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap produktivitas kerja karyawan dengan nilai T sig sebesar 0,030 < 0,05 dan variabel beban kerja mempunyai pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap produktivitas kerja karyawan dengan nilai T sig sebesar 0,041 < 0,05. Berdasarkan perhitungan uji F, secara bersama-sama variabel rotasi jabatan, disiplin kerja dan beban kerja mempunyai pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap produktivitas kerja karyawan dengan nilai F sig 0,000 < 0,05.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of communication and organizational support on employee engagement, either separately (partial) or jointly (simultaneously). In this study, the authors used a sample of 78 employees were taken at random from the total population of 110 employees. While the types of data used are primary data and secondary data. Sources of primary data obtained from questionnaires with employees who are competent at. ISS Indonesia Batam Branch. While the sources of secondary data obtained from the document PT. ISS IndonesiaBatam Branch and obtained from related literature and can support as well as useful for this research. Data was collected by distributing questionnaires. Data were analyzed by descriptive statistics, which are used to describe the objects that give an overview of the study through the data obtained from a population sample in the field associated with the relevant theories and techniques of quantitative analysis of the data that has been given a score according to the scale of measurement used the Likert scale and to the results of the test using SPSS (Statistical Product and Service Solutions) version 20. From the research, the authors conclude that the partial Communications (X1) and a significant positive effect on Employee Engagement (Y), with test results of 0.295 or 29.5%, while the Organizational Support (X2) is also positive and significant effect on Employee Engagement ( Y), it is seen from the test results of 0.405 or 40.5%. But simultaneously Communications and Organizational Support positive and significant effect (strong) on Employee Engagement at PT. ISS Indonesia Batam Branch to sled for 0624 or 62.4%, as for the rest of 0376 or 37.6% influenced by variables or other factors.

Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh Sistem InformasiManajemen dan customer value terhadap reputasi Universitas swasta di KotaBatam. Populasi penelitian adalah mahasiswa Universitas swasta pada programstudi Manajemen yang mempunyai akreditasi B di kota Batam. Teknik analisadata yang digunakan dalam menjelaskan fenomena dalam penelitian ini adalahStructural Equation Modeling (SEM). Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwasemakin baik Sistem Informasi Manajemen akan semakin meningkatkan penilaianmahasiswa terhadap Universitas, demikian juga penilaian mahasiswa terhadapreputasi universitas, namun baik atau buruknya Sistem Informasi Manajementidak memengaruhi tinggi rendahnya reputasi universitas. Semakin baik SistemInformasi Manajemen, akan semakin meningkatkan reputasi universitas jikapenilaian mahasiswa terhadap universitas juga baik.Kata Kunci: Sistem Informasi Manajemen, customer value, reputasi perguruantinggi swasta
