Abstract

Educational foundations is as philosophical, sociological, and cultural foundations, which has important role for determining educational goals. Furthermore, scientifict and technological foundations will encourage the next for the future of education. Lexically, foundation means pedestal, foundation or base. Therefore, foundation is as the place for pedestaling or starting point or base on pedestaling. These are able to be materialistic. (eg: aeroplane foundation); it can also be conceptual (eg: educational foundation). Conceptual foundations are identical of assumption, as assumption can be divided into three kinds of assumptions, namely axioms, postulates and secret premises. Some implications of educational foundation are, religious implications that influencced by al-Ghazali thought especially in islamic education. The implication of educational philosophy is a set of philosophy that a serve as a strarting point in education. Social implications that’s occur in society, that case able to give an effect of education, both of science and activity. The scientific and technological implication are reconstructed by the development of science and technology in order to accelerate the realization of the nation’s integrity and superiority.

Abstract

Changing is as global phenomenon that can not be dammed. Organizational change is as transition from its current state to some desired state. Madrasah is an organization that needs to be maintained and even developed, because the quantity it’s large enough so that, it will be able to contribute the development of education. Globalization Era has been arriving and offering intense competition including for the existence of Madrasah. Therefore, the organizer of madrasah must begin to improve organizational change in order to face the competition in this Globalization Era.Organizational change can be influenced by internal or external factors. Therefore, the strategy must be prepared. The strategies used are adjusted to the conditions of each madrasah, because the existing of madrasah has different positions both in quantity, quality of human resources, and other supporting components, The formulation of the strategy can be preceded by the formulation of the vision and mission of the organization based on SWOT analysis (Strenghts Weakness Opportunities Threats), followedby the determination of specific objectives and organizational strategies to achieve the vision and misssion.

Abstract

Social Media is a new phenomenon that can not be avoided its devepoment. The rising of using social media was been penetrating to various circles, especially among juveniles. The use of social media has become very popular among juveniles, it’s used without considering the good and bad. While social media also has a lot of negative impacts besides its many positive impacts. So that, it needs to give attention for them. Because, someone who used social media excessively and without controlling, that case able to be each factor of the occurence something that are not desirable. Like the inclusion of the influence of westernization on the interaction of juveniles, this influence can damage the social and religious order. Thus, Pesantren education becomes the solution towards the appearance of this problem. Because the characteristics of Pesantren (islamic boarding schools) capable of providing comprehensively supervision of the students. Pesantren not only offers intellectual education but also moral education (character) that’s integrated into the souls of the students.

Abstract

The tradition of nyelasé to some cemeteries of the guardiants is a potrait of religious practice which is present and up to now indeed sustainable, for some muslims. In particularly, for muslim community of Bangkalan city. The tradition of nyalse’ to the cemetery of the guardian, such as in cemetery tradition nyelasé of Syaikhona Kholil Bangkalan. As far as we know, the tomb complex of was very crowded by pilgrims from various places, particularly such as: Muslims Madurese, Javanese, and outside Java. Behavior of nyelasé is forming through several processes for the performer, derived from accumulated beliefs from a historic cognitive level. Thus, the behavior of nyelasé to the cemetery of Syaikhona Kholil is a form of behavior that has various motives that has been developing in society. For reveling the motive of the pilgrims, this research is designed as qualitative research by using Belger’s phenomenology approach, those are using objectification, subjectivization, and internalization. By this approach, it is hoped to comprehend the influence of the invironment on the individual awareness as the reality of abjectification, the awareness of individual comprehending of nyelasé as the Sub-certification and internalization as the synthesis of environmental influences and individual awareness. Thus, it will be able to create an independent religious practice.

Abstract

The history before arrivaling islam women or female didn’t have a decent dignity and also didn’t have value of dignity women were as merchandise that was worth trading and even as inheritance. The arrival of Islam by Muhammad SAW has brought the women into the better life and revolusion for women. Islam was extending the good position for women that are respected them by the revelation of Rosulullah SAW and it gave chance for them to build their career and also to excite the society. In women’s Islam it is likened to the pillar of the state, if the womens are good, the country will be good, and if it is damaged, the country will be damaged. Women have a set of rights and obligations that are closely related to the role they carry out, both roles in family, society and nation and state in realizing the best future generation of the nation.
