Abstract

Posyandu is one of the community-based basic health activities organized from, by and for the community assisted by health workers. Posyandu activities also require an Information System to improve the performance of health services for the community, especially in the data management process. Posyandu Kasih Ibu Kelurahan Kelapa Indah Tangerang is currently still using paper and handwritten media in all Posyandu activities, including registration, data collection for pregnant women and children under five. This of course has many shortcomings that can hinder the process of Posyandu activities. Referring to the results of the analysis that has been carried out directly, the existing system requires changes, therefore the main objective of this study is to create a Posyandu system that is able to process data management to be displayed in the form of information and reports quickly, accurately and useful. . The system to be designed is Web-based with the Hypertext Prepocessor (PHP) programming language and MySQL database, so the results of this study are a website for the Kasih Ibu Posyandu, Kelapa Indah Village, Tangerang.

Abstract

PT. Daiichi Elevator Indonesia is a company engaged in the sale of elevators, escalators and spare parts. PT. Daiichi Elevator Indonesia applies a single agent from the Chinese company Daiichi Seloon. In the monitoring inventory control system PT. Daiichi Elevator Indonesia. Found some weaknesses of the system such as making safety reports still running manually and not complicated so that planning and data processing is still found some input errors that occur have not been properly computerized, in accordance with the request, so it needs to be designed as a computerized system and equipped with both to produce true and accurate information. This study discusses systems that provide the latest information and provide users as admin and users in the system to input, process, and output preparations. By using the interview method, observation on the system and the PIECES analysis method to see the strength of the company to support this monitoring system also uses the PHP programming language using a database using MySQL, as well as making that is poured using UML (Unified Modeling Language) using diagrams such as use case , activity. In terms of analyzing the existing system at PT Daiichi Elevator Indonesia, it is expected that the admin will no longer make company inventory reports, because the data that will be made into inventory reports will be automatically processed and become print-ready reports through the system.

Abstract

In electronics technology, the performance of a sensor in gathering information to detect objects is very important. Infrared sensor has the same properties as a transistor, which produces a cut-off, which means the light sensor will turn on if an item is detected and the data will come out in the form of LOW logic otherwise the lamp will remain off if the item is not detected and the data that comes out has a logic value HIGH. The distance range of the sensor or the level of sensitivity of the sensor can be adjusted via Potensio. The item count report is managed by Arduino which is processed in information in the form of data on the number of goods entering and exiting goods. The method applied in this study uses the System Development Life Cycle (SDLC) Method with a Waterfall modification that is expected to be able to easily determine the achievement of a system. Based on testing in terms of component functionality connected to the prototype system has worked well, while testing in terms of usability that the system is easily used efficiently

Abstract

Monitoring of warehouse inventory data processing is an important thing for companies. PT Talaga mulya indah is still manual using paper media, causing problems that have an effect on existing information, namely: problems with data processing of incoming and outgoing goods. And the difference between data on the amount of stock of goods available with physical data, often occurs inputting data more than once for the same item, searching for available data, and making reports so that it impedes companies in monitoring inventory of existing stock of goods. Which aims to create a system that can provide updated information to facilitate the warehouse admin in making inventory reports, and reduce errors in input by means of integrated control. In this study, the authors used the data collection method used in this analysis using the method of observation, interviews, and literature review (literature study). For analysis using the PIECES analysis method. Furthermore, the system design used is UML (Unified Modeling Language). The results of this study are expected to produce the right data in the process of monitoring inventory data processing, also can provide the right information and make it easier to control the overall availability of goods.

Abstract

PT.Bimasakti Karya Prima is a company engaged in manufacturing by producing "FANS Indonesia" shoes. Production is the process of converting raw materials to finished goods and adding value to a product. However, the current system is not yet fully able to help, because the making of the Consumption Sheet in the process of material detailing and the Costing process of shoes are on two devices with different operating systems, so the need to re-type the data on the Consumption Sheet in the costing process. The lack of available databases makes it difficult to update data and needs to replace one by one on each sheet. The purpose of this research is to design a web-based Production Cost Information Application, create a database in accordance with company needs that will facilitate data management production costs as well as integrating systems. The research method used is the method of data collection by observing, interviewing and studying literature. The results obtained from this study are a cost information application system that helps companies manage data. Starting from determining the specifications of components and materials for the production of shoes to the costing process.

Abstract

The development of technology in the computer-based digital era is currently considered to be developing very rapidly. PT.Pratama Abadi Industri a company engaged in the manufacture of shoes with a fairly well-known brand in Indonesia. In carrying out the packaging labeling data reporting, it still uses office-based applications namely Microsoft Word and Microsoft Excel, which results in suboptimal performance results. Then a web-based packing labeling application system was built. In determining research and research design requires a method to see the development of the design and research, the methods applied include the SDLC method in the form of a waterfall, where a website system that has been designed with PHP Framework Codeigniter as a programming language and SQL as database storage. Abstract

Information Technology plays an important and dominant role in a business or operational management process in the company. So with the development of the role of the world of Information and Technology, computer processes are used not only as data processing. but a computer can be a media of information that can be accessed at any time. The application of the inventory system provides many benefits for companies to be able to improve company performance more effectively and efficiently. Abstract

The rapid technological growth should be able to support industrial activities, this occurs in checking the inventory of goods at PT.Anugrah Distributor Indonesia, at this time the warehouse admin must check and then input data on so many stock items that are often missed so it takes a long time in checking stock of goods. By scanning items by using a barcode, displaying the history of the incoming and outgoing goods code to the warehouse and being able to manage the results of scanning based on the time and date in real-time. The use of SWOT or Strengths, Weaknesses, Opportunities & Threats methods as well as to obtain information that is appropriate to the problem that researchers must overcome using interviews, observation and literature studies. and to design a system design using UML and then using PHP (Hypertext) and Sublime Text applications. The inventory control system application will be able to facilitate the recording and search of inventory data in real-time as well as controlling the stock of goods in the company

Abstract

System The process of counting and storing in a manual water reservoir analysis has a high percentage of error rate compared to an automated system. In a company industry, especially in the WWT (Waste Water Treatment) section, it has several reservoir tanks as stock which are still counted manually. The ultrasonic sensor is placed at the top of the WWT tank in a hanging position. Basically, to measure the volume in a tank only variable height is always changing. So by utilizing the function of the ultrasonic sensor and also the tube volume formula, the stored AIR volume can be monitored in real time based on IoT using the Blynk application. From the sensor, height data is obtained which then the formula is processed by Arduino Wemos and then information is sent to the MySQL database server via the WIFI network.

Abstract

The application of the Traffic Work Order Dashboard System provides many benefits for companies in order to improve company performance more effectively and efficiently. In carrying out the input is still using office applications in the form of Microsoft Excel and services using paper media to the customer queue, causing service information to the customer to be slow so that performance is not optimal. The service process in the work order information for customers is needed so that the printing service work performed can be seen by customers who are waiting for the results of each order. Then a Web-based Traffic Work Order Dashboard system was built to make it easier for customers. In determining research and design requires a method to see the development of the design carried out in the study, the methods applied include the Waterfall SDLC method which is expected to be able to easily determine the achievement of a system, where a website system that has been designed using PHP Framework Codeigniter as a programming language and SQL as a database storage container. In designing this application system using Unified Modeling Language (UML) as a modeling tool consisting of Use Case Diagrams, Activity Diagrams, and Sequence Diagrams. The results of the web-based Traffic Work Order Dashboard system are expected to provide solutions to the problems encountered.
