Abstract

Information Technology plays an important and dominant role in a business or operational management process in the company. So with the development of the role of the world of Information and Technology, computer processes are used not only as data processing. but a computer can be a media of information that can be accessed at any time. The application of the inventory system provides many benefits for companies to be able to improve company performance more effectively and efficiently. In carrying out the inventory data reporting is still using office-based applications, namely Microsoft Excel, which causes results that are not optimal. Then a web-based inventory application system was built. In determining research and research design requires a method to see the development of the design and research, the methods applied include the SWOT method to identify strengths (weaknesses), weaknesses (Weakness), opportunities (Opportunities), and threats (Threat) in the system that is researched, where a website system that has been designed with PHP Framework Codeigniter as a programming language and SQL as database storage. To design an inventory application system using Unified Modeling Language (UML) as a modeling tool consisting of Use Case Diagrams, Sequence Diagrams, and Activity Diagrams. Abstract

The development of technology in the computer-based digital era is currently considered to be developing very rapidly. PT.Pratama Abadi Industri a company engaged in the manufacture of shoes with a fairly well-known brand in Indonesia. In carrying out the packaging labeling data reporting, it still uses office-based applications namely Microsoft Word and Microsoft Excel, which results in suboptimal performance results. Abstract

The rapid technological growth should be able to support industrial activities, this occurs in checking the inventory of goods at PT.Anugrah Distributor Indonesia, at this time the warehouse admin must check and then input data on so many stock items that are often missed so it takes a long time in checking stock of goods. By scanning items by using a barcode, displaying the history of the incoming and outgoing goods code to the warehouse and being able to manage the results of scanning based on the time and date in real-time. The use of SWOT or Strengths, Weaknesses, Opportunities & Threats methods as well as to obtain information that is appropriate to the problem that researchers must overcome using interviews, observation and literature studies. and to design a system design using UML and then using PHP (Hypertext) and Sublime Text applications. The inventory control system application will be able to facilitate the recording and search of inventory data in real-time as well as controlling the stock of goods in the company

Abstract

System The process of counting and storing in a manual water reservoir analysis has a high percentage of error rate compared to an automated system. In a company industry, especially in the WWT (Waste Water Treatment) section, it has several reservoir tanks as stock which are still counted manually. The ultrasonic sensor is placed at the top of the WWT tank in a hanging position. Basically, to measure the volume in a tank only variable height is always changing. So by utilizing the function of the ultrasonic sensor and also the tube volume formula, the stored AIR volume can be monitored in real time based on IoT using the Blynk application. From the sensor, height data is obtained which then the formula is processed by Arduino Wemos and then information is sent to the MySQL database server via the WIFI network.

Abstract

The application of the Traffic Work Order Dashboard System provides many benefits for companies in order to improve company performance more effectively and efficiently. In carrying out the input is still using office applications in the form of Microsoft Excel and services using paper media to the customer queue, causing service information to the customer to be slow so that performance is not optimal. The service process in the work order information for customers is needed so that the printing service work performed can be seen by customers who are waiting for the results of each order. Then a Web-based Traffic Work Order Dashboard system was built to make it easier for customers. In determining research and design requires a method to see the development of the design carried out in the study, the methods applied include the Waterfall SDLC method which is expected to be able to easily determine the achievement of a system, where a website system that has been designed using PHP Framework Codeigniter as a programming language and SQL as a database storage container. In designing this application system using Unified Modeling Language (UML) as a modeling tool consisting of Use Case Diagrams, Activity Diagrams, and Sequence Diagrams. The results of the web-based Traffic Work Order Dashboard system are expected to provide solutions to the problems encountered.

Abstract

SPP payments still often experience obstacles such as data collection and payment information processes that are done manually where recording reports still use a ledger, making work neglected and spending a lot of time and financial staff in searching student data and archiving. In the current technological era, it is necessary to innovate the use of technology in the world of education to assist the administration of school finance so that the data collection and information process of Payments run effectively and efficiently. In this journal will discuss about the design of web-based SPP payment information systems and sms gateways using sms gateway notifications. This design aims to assist the finance department in recording SPP payments and as a means of informing payments to parents / guardians. The research method used is the SDLC type Waterfall method. This application helps the finance department in recording SPP payments and parents / guardians get payment information every month through SMS notifications.

Abstract

The term Industry 4.0 was born from the idea of a fourth industrial revolution. To realize Industry 4.0 academic involvement is needed in the form of research. Currently Industry 4.0 uses conventional information systems, namely recording population data in a master book that has been provided, then recapitulated to make population reports. The system that runs at the Kebon Besar Kelurahan office in Batu ceper Subdistrict currently still has many shortcomings, including requiring a long time in the process of finding data, as well as in the process of making reports. The purpose of this study is to produce a faster and more accurate population data management information system. This research uses data collection methods carried out by observation, literature study and interviews. The results of this study are to facilitate the people in charge of the process of managing population data, assisting in the process of inputting data, searching data, and population reports.

Abstract

Drinking water is very important for the human body, humans will lose concentration and even feel dizzy when lacking water. At the North Serpong District Office there are several locations for drinking gallons of water, but when someone wants to drink but the gallon water runs out the person must tell the officer about it, so the clerk will refill the gallon. When you want to drink you have to hold the glass and open the tap manually to fill the glass and then close it when it's full. This research was conducted using the SDLC method and Black Box testing. This study discusses about designing a gallon water monitor and automatic glass filler with Wemos D1 that uses the ESP8266 chip as a microcontroller, load cell as a detector for the weight of the remaining gallon water and the weight of glass, ultrasonic sensors to measure the distance of glass and servo motor to move the water tap lever . The rest of the gallon water can be monitored through the internet using a smartphone, notifications are sent when the remaining 2 liters of gallon water and the glass can be filled automatically as much as 250ml.

Abstract

The service process in some schools is still running ineffectively, due to the aging process, such as the use of ledgers for archiving and recording of data that is managed, this requires a long time and a large cost, so it is deemed ineffective and inefficient. To overcome this problem, a computerized system is needed so that it can overcome the problem and be able to assist in speeding up the process, besides that it can improve the quality of service. This study proposes the design of a one-stop integrated service information system automatically using various methods including methods of data collection through the process of observation and interviews, current and expected analysis methods using pieces to evaluate performance and design methods using uml (unified modeling language) which includes usecase diagrams, squares diagrams and activity diagrams as tools to describe object-oriented programming languages and the use of mysql for database management, which in turn will produce a wellintegrated system. So this research can improve the quality of school services.

Abstract

Companies that are engaged in industry, currently continue to experience growth, along with increasing demand, this is certainly followed by an increase in the number of employees to reach tens of thousands, so that the company can reach the specified production targets every day. Management of a company with this number of employees is not easy, this can be seen from the high number of employee complaints that have an impact on company performance. To maintain employee performance, companies are demanded to be able to deal with every employee complaint quickly and accurately. The above problems certainly require a system that is able to measure the satisfaction of company services to employees, so that the company's performance is maintained well, besides that the system that has been running in the form of complaints is considered ineffective and inefficient, because it results in high costs for paper form preparation, not to mention the difficulties in recapitulation of complaints, this is the cause of the slow realization of actions against employee complaints and frequent errors of action due to inaccurate reports. This problem can be overcome with a computerized system, so it is expected to be able to create a recapitulation quickly, so that actions can be taken appropriately. By using various data collection and analysis methods, the design method includes usecase, activity, sequences and class diagrams, to produce an integrated system so that it can measure employee satisfaction and improve company performance.
