Abstract

Thantawi Jauhari and Zaglul an-Najjar are two among many interpreters who approach the interpretation of the Koran with a scientific perspective, both of which try to present the other side of the scientific Koran, both represent different times, the status of the two is not the same too, as Zaglul who is a pure scientist and Thantawi who is a philosopher. Because of the unique interpretation they have thought of, many researchers have studied certain things in their interpretations, of course one of the reason is because of the methods they use. This type of research is a qualitative research with a text analysis approach, the main data from this study are taken from the interpretation book of Thantawi and Zaglul and other sources that are in accordance with the research theme. The results showed that Zaghlul and Thantawi did not use the same model in their interpretation.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to discuss and analyze the performance of subject teachers influencing students’ learning outcomes in SMK Business and Technology Bekasi. The method used in this research is quantitative methods, data collection techniques through interviews, observation and documentation; data analysis techniques in this study using simple regression analysis and coefficient of determination. This research was conducted for 6 months starting from September 2020 to February 2021 with four stages, namely planning, implementing, processing data and reporting research results, while the results of this study were that the performance of teachers in the field of study had an effect on student achievement by 6.69%, with the calculation of the simple correlation coefficient of 0.69% while the result of the coefficient of determination of 47.61% means 52.39% is influenced by other factors not mentioned in this study.

Abstract

Results of preliminary observations at SMPIF Al-Fikri Depok shows that KKM – Kriteria Ketuntasan Minimum (Minimum Mastery Criterion/students' learning achievement) 72 in Islamic Education subject was low because of the students’ embarrassment to ask questions, not paying attention to lessons and the lack of learning methods used by teachers. One of the factors causing it was that the learning methods used by teachers were less varied so that learning activities were monotonous. The purpose of this research is to find out the effect of applying the Examples Non Examples method in learning PAI. The method used is classroom action research (PTK). The object in this study were 42 students of grade VII. Data was collected by distributing learning achievement questionnaires to each student, and filling out observation sheets. The data was analyzed using quantitative calculations which later translated into presentations. Based on the results of students’ achievements after learning using the Examples Non Examples method, student achievement increases each cycle. The results of the questionnaires in the first cycle was 72.32% and in the second cycle was 83.68%, thus it can be concluded that the application of the Examples Non Examples method has increased students’ learning achievement by 11.11%.

Abstract

The digital era provides its own meaning and consequences for the morale of the leadership group. This study aims to analyze the morals of Islamic leadership groups in the digital era based on a review of philosophy, psychology and sociology. A leader in the digital era is required to be compatible with the demands and needs of the times. Philosophically, the morale of the leadership group provides reinforcement in decision making or policy formulation. Psychologically, group morals give its own color to aspects of personality. Leaders must be able to influence their members so that they can jointly run the organization. Sociologically, the moral of the leadership group has similarities with the religious foundation. Everyone is required to be able to have and practice good group morals in various conditions. This kind of leadership is expected by many people. The challenge of social education leaders today is very hard to be able to provide awareness to students and educationists to be able to socialize and get used to completely online work.

Abstract

Teacher work creativity is the process of developing all creations and the creation of new works and ideas that are unique and different from the previous ones that can be used by teachers in the learning process. This study aims to determine the relationship between self-efficacy and teacher work creativity. This research was conducted in SDN’s throughout Cibungbulang district. This study uses a quantitative approach with a sample of 78 respondents. The data collection technique used a closed questionnaire with a Likert scale as a measure. The data analysis method used was descriptive analysis and simple linear regression using the help of the SPSS version 20 application. Based on the results of the study, there was a significant positive relationship between self-efficacy and teacher work creativity. This study develops previous research by Sumiyati 2018 entitled the relationship between creativity and the performance of high school chemistry teachers in Jabodetabek.

Abstract

Teacher work loyalty is a measure of loyalty which is described by the ability of employees to defend and maintain the company / organization both in the area and outside the work area. This study aims to determine the contribution of leadership behavior to teacher job loyalty. This research was conducted in private high schools throughout Cibungbulang District. The number of samples taken was 25 teachers, with a non-probability sampling method with a sampling technique, namely saturated samples. This research uses a quantitative approach with a survey method. Data collection techniques using a questionnaire or questionnaire. The data analysis technique used is simple linear regression. Based on the results of the analysis, it shows that there is a contribution between leadership behavior and teacher work loyalty. This shows that the stronger the influence of leadership behavior, the higher the job loyalty generated by the teacher. Therefore, to foster job loyalty to teachers, a leader is expected to further improve leadership behavior in order to increase teacher job loyalty..

Abstract

ABSTRACT This study to provide an overview of the leadership of school principle in the development of professional competence and teacher for improving the quality of eduation in Cendikia Muslim Vocational School Bogor, which is explained in depth, the procedures and concrete steps of the principal’s leadership in developing professional competence to improve the quality of education in the Cendikia Muslim Vocational School in Bogor as well as in factors and supporting the role of the principal’s leadership in developing the professional competence of teachers in the Cendikia Muslim Vocational School in Bogor. This research is a form of field research that is descriptive qualitative, using several approaches namely, pedagogical, sosiological, psychological and managerial. The author also uses several instruments to including observation, documentation, and interviews. The type of data needed in this study are primary data and secondary of teachers to improvedata. While the data collection techniques used are observation, interviews, and documentation referring to the deductive and inductive analysis using several methods that are relevant to the main variables to be studied, while the informant as the resource person is the principal, the teacher. Based on this research it can be concluded that the Principal's Strategy and Leadership in developing professional competence of teachers to improve the quality of education that the leadership of the Head of the Bogor Cendikia Muslim Vocational School in carrying out their duties responsibly, to improve teacher competency and professionalism, by conducting a normative approach or providing motivation teachers to always work in accordance with their duties, with expertise in the field of study being taught. The procedure desired by the principal in improving teacher competency and professionalism is to supervise the deliberation, communication, planning, coordination and evaluation approach, with this application finally all intentions will be realized. To overcome the inhibiting factors in the implementation of education, especially the success of school principals in improving teacher competency and professionalism, it is expected that the unity of steps and togetherness of the goals of all school components including headmasters, teachers, students, and parents and the surrounding community will jointly implement their vision and mission at Cendikia Muslim Vocational School Bogor Keywords: Leadership and Principal Strategies and Teacher Professional Competence

Abstract

This policy of the Minister of Education and Culture deserves to be called a change that is quite extreme, this then raises some doubts in the minds of academics. Among the big questions that arise from the policy of independent Learning, Free Campus ”is 1. What is the definition of Government policy? 2. How is the concept of Free Learning? 3. What are the implications of the independent learning policy on curriculum management and assessment systems in secondary schools? 4. What are the implications of the policy of independent learning for curriculum management and assessment systems in higher education? This visionary policy of the Minister of Education and Culture deserves appreciation, however, several problems arise from the implementation of the policy of "Free Learning, Independent Campus" that must be resolved immediately. Abstract

This study aims to determine whether or not the influence of the Principal's Leadership Leadership and Pedagogical Competence of PAI Teachers Against Student Learning Outcomes of Class VIII Private Schools in Leuwisadeng District, Bogor Regency. This research method is a quantitative method. This research is a radom sampling study because the population of 495 is taken from 15% of the total sample, namely 74 respondents. To get empirical data on variable X (students' perceptions of teacher competency) and Y variables (student learning outcomes) that is done by questionnaire or questionnaire. The Principal's leadership covers the Cognitive element, which is managing the school effectively and implementing a daily program. The apective element is able to motivate students to discipline in learning and work and achievement and the Psychomotor element is maintaining a student-centered learning climate. In PAI Teacher Pedagogical Competence has a cognitive element that is mastering the theory and principles of learning that educates, learning activities that educate and evaluate or evaluate, the apective element takes over the characteristics of students and the psychotoric element is communication with students and the development of potential students. while the Learning Outcomes have a cognitive element that is curiosity of students, dare to experiment and academic values, apective elements namely attitudes toward teachers and friends, class attendance and responsibilities towards homework, psychomotor elements namely self-actualization. From the results of the comparison of the Principal Leadership Variable significance value of 0.10> 0.05 means significant and obtained T count (2,652) and t table (1,993) then T arithmetic> T table means there is an influence between the principal's leadership on student learning outcomes. From the results of the PAI Teacher Pedagogical Competence variable the comparison of significance values ​​.17> 0.05 means significant and obtained the value of T arithmetic (22,439) and t table (1,993) then T arithmetic> T table means there is an influence between PAG Teacher Pedagogic Competence on student learning outcomes. From the comparison of F arithmetic 23.508 F table 3.12 then F arithmetic> F Principal Leadership and Pedagogical Competence of PAI Teachers jointly affect the learning outcomes of Class VIII (Eight) SMP students in Leuwisadeng District, Bogor Regency. Abstract

Curriculum management and teacher professionalism are an important part of educational components in improving the quality of education. The order to achieve a good education and quality it is necessary to a good management, especially in the area of ​​curriculum that will be taught to students about the objectives, content or materials, implementation and evaluation of curricula. In addition to curriculum management there is also a need for professional educators to get students the best service from their teachers. This research inted to (1) Know the impact of curriculum management on the educational quality of Qotrun Nada islamic boarding school Depok, (2) Know the impact of teacher professionalism on the quality of education at Qotrun islamic boarding school Depok, (3) Know the impact of curriculum management and teacher professionalism on quality education Qotrun Nada islamic boarding school Depok. In this research the researcher uses quantitative descriptive with type of correlative research. The data were collected through a questionnaire from a population of 150 who were all teachers at the Qotrun Nada boarding school. Based on the analysis of the research data, the: Management of curriculum boarding, teacher professionalism and quality of education at Qotrun Tada boarding school Depok is good. Simultaneous boarding curriculum management and teacher professionalism influence the quality of education at Qotrun Nada boarding school. This is evidenced by the multiple linear regression equation model with a significance value of 0.000 <0.05, Ho rejected and Ha accepted. Keywords: Curriculum Management, Teacher Professionalism, and Educational Quality.
