Abstract

Law of civil procedure (formal law) is a series of regulations which include the way how litigants act before the Court and how the Court carries out the regulation in the civil law. Legal remedy cannot be separated from formal law, either it common law or extraordinary law. In the case of civil law, especially in taking legal action, litigants should understand formal law besides material law; for example, in an appeal, cassation, and judicial review, litigants should keep time frame and carry out legal consequence on any legal remedy.

Abstract

School-based education management is an implementation of regional autonomy policy. If the autonomy policy requires the region concerned to administer and manage independently, then so does education. In this case the School which becomes the lowest organizational structure is given the authority to manage and manage their own resources. Implementation of MPBS is expected to trigger equity, and accelerate the improvement of the quality of national education. So that each region can compete to improve the quality of the institution. Of course in the implementation of achievement of success depends on the ability of school leaders in planning, implementing, and oversee all resources owned.

Abstract

The first two of the books "al-Kutūb al-Sittah are known by the names" two books of al-ṣaḥīḥ or ṣaḥīḥayn ", ie Shahih Bukhari and Sahih Muslim with different dignity of validity. Meanwhile, the last four "al-kutub al-sittahs" are known as Sunan Abī Dāūd, Sunan al-Turmużi, Sunan al-Nasā'i and Sunan ibnu Mājah. Imam an-Nasā'ī composes two books, namely al-Sunan Kubrā (the main sunan and summarized as as-Sunan as-ṣughrā (the secondary sunan) .The present book is as-sunan sugra, also called Sunan an-Nasā'ī belongs to one of the "al-Kutūb al-Sittah", the book of hadith shahih al-Mujtabā min as-Sunan.The number of hadith contained in it is 5.761 hadith.In this book there are hadith shahih, hasan, and also dhaif, which is accompanied by explanations of its level.

Abstract

Legal Changes With The Cause of Time, Place and State This study aims to explore the ulama's view of the change of Islamic law by changing the times, places and circumstances. the renewal of Islamic law can be interpreted as an effort and deed through a certain process with full seriousness done by those who have the competence and authority in the development of Islamic law (Mujtahid) in ways that have been determined based on the rules of law istinbat justified making the Islamic law more fresh and modern, not out of date. This is what Ushul fiqh terminology is known as "Ijtihad".Keywords: Fiqh, Ijtihad, Legal Update.

Abstract

The principal is an educational leader who has a very big role in developing the quality of education in schools. The quality of leadership of the principal is very influential on the formation of morale, harmonious cooperation, interest in educational development, pleasant working atmosphere, and professional quality improvement among teachers. The principal as an Administrator is responsible for the smooth implementation of education and teaching in his school. This includes all school activities, such as; teaching-learning process, student affairs, personnel, infrastructure, administration and finance, and arranging school relationships with the community. In addition, the principal is responsible for the state of the school environment.The Principal as Supervisor is in charge of supervising the teachers and school staff so that each school can gradually progress and develop as a tool fully qualified to achieve the educational objectives.

Abstract

This study aims to find out how the Soft Skill Head of Village Helvetia Sunggal District Deli Serdang. The method used in this research is quantitative descriptive method, which is presented in the form of observation and spreading of questionnaire. The population in this study is the entire community of the village of Helvetia is 4,462 Head of Family consisting of 8 Hamlet. Sampling technique in this research is by using purposive sampling technique, this sampling technique based on certain purpose by considering and considering the availability of researcher, time, and object of research to be researched or very wide data source hence sampling is by category of sample determination that is Dusun I with the smallest number of 392 families and Dusun VI with the largest number of citizens 720 families, by taking 10% from each sample that is Dusun I as many as 39 families and Dusun VI 72 KK, so that the sample used is 111 Head of Family. Analytical techniques that the authors use in this study by describing according to percentage or translated through frequency tables. The result of the research shows that the soft skill of the Head of Helvetia Village, Sunggal Sub-district, Deli Serdang Regency are good enough, it can be seen from the result of research indicating that the soft skill indicators are competence (knowledge and skill) 91.25%, empathy 83.33% integrity of 73.66%, firmly 89.66% and 93.5% of the authority with an average total of 86.28% of the public said that the Head of Helvetia Village has good personal qualities in him so as to be capable and quite successful in realizing and creating public confidence in the figure of the Head of the Village through the results of its performance.

Abstract

In the western perspective there are so many election methods offered by educational figures. But it is necessary to note that sometimes the method does not match the characteristics of human nature. Specifically, the Islamic educational method must be relevant to the human nature as a dual dimensional being, consisting of jism and spirit and the Islamic conception of the way of the coming of knowledge into man through hearing (sam'a), sight (bashar) and heart (qalb ). If this is not considered, then no matter how well the method is chosen, it may not be able to solve the problem.

Abstract

Identifying the early behavior and characteristics of learners is a process that teachers must pass through in designing their learning. This is especially important to determine the starting point of learning materials. In addition, this process also aims to avoid the occurrence of two things in the class, namely saturation and difficulty. Students who have mastered the material taught will certainly feel saturated, because it felt the material was repeated, while students who have no basis at all of the material will certainly feel the difficulties and even despair of the material being taught. In addition, this process also makes teachers understand the external factors that affect the learners in receiving lessons.

Abstract

This paper presents two terms that while there is a difference that is Islamic Religious Education and Islamic Education. To see the two terms the authors review it from two interrelated aspects of epistemology as the theory of knowledge and content or material aspects that is one of the important points in the understanding of the curriculum. Meanwhile, in terms of epistemology, Islamic Religious Education is more inclined towards the application in Islamic education. Medium Islamic education speaks in the level of sources, theories, principles that memorandum become the forerunner of Islamic Religious Education itself. In terms of content or material, basically between Islamic Education and Islamic Education as in the view of epistemology, there is no significant difference, where the term contained in Islamic Religious Education is aqidah, worship, and morals, essence is the introduction to Allah swt., human potential and function, and morals.
