Abstract

Identifying the early behavior and characteristics of learners is a process that teachers must pass through in designing their learning. This is especially important to determine the starting point of learning materials. In addition, this process also aims to avoid the occurrence of two things in the class, namely saturation and difficulty. Students who have mastered the material taught will certainly feel saturated, because it felt the material was repeated, while students who have no basis at all of the material will certainly feel the difficulties and even despair of the material being taught. In addition, this process also makes teachers understand the external factors that affect the learners in receiving lessons.

Abstract

The purpose of writing this article is to describe the progress of Islamic boarding schools in Indonesia from the perspective of historical philosophy. The writing  method  used  is  qualitative  -  descriptive.  Based  on  the  conceptual analysis it can be seen that the growth of Islamic boarding schools in Indonesia, there  are  four  theories:  First  Islamic  boarding  schools  established  since  the spread of Islam in Indonesia (Nusantara) in the 15th century AD, the first figure who  founded  was  Syekh  Maulana  Malik  Ibrahim  proved  that  he  developed  his mission using mosques and Islamic boarding schools as trans-mission centers of Islamic  science.  Secondly,  Islamic  boarding  schools  began  to  emerge  since  the time  of  the  Prophet,  because  at  that  time  the  Prophet's  preaching  was  carried out clandestinely in a house like the house of one of the people named Arqom bin Abi Arqom. Third, Islamic boarding schools are the adoption of a model of Hinduism  and  Buddhism,  when  Islam  grew  and  developed  in  Java.  Fourth, Islamic  boarding  schools  stand  in  the  Dendenderi  Islamic  tradition,  namely  the tarekat  tradition.  Because  this  institution  has  a  close  relationship  with  the  Sufi education model.

Abstract

This research aims to: (1) Establish a youth of Muslim Village Binjai,sub-district of Medan Denai in order to have a personality that is knowledgeable, skilled and have the readiness to undergo marriage, (2) Establish a social sensitivities household conditions are not harmonized, (3) Deter and minimize the impact of domestic brawl occurred among Muslims, especially in Village Binjai, sub-district of Medan Denai. The method used in this study is a case-based reasoning (CBR). This method emphasizes problem solving based on knowledge of previous cases. The results showed an increase in program participants' understanding of marriage. From that initially only 19 people only considered to have knowledge about the wedding, rose to 61 people. The results also show high social sensitivity of participants to the dangers of the impact of domestic brawl, it was consummated by the formation of premarital education community.

Abstract

Law of civil procedure (formal law) is a series of regulations which include the way how litigants act before the Court and how the Court carries out the regulation in the civil law. Legal remedy cannot be separated from formal law, either it common law or extraordinary law. In the case of civil law, especially in taking legal action, litigants should understand formal law besides material law; for example, in an appeal, cassation, and judicial review, litigants should keep time frame and carry out legal consequence on any legal remedy.

Abstract

Master explains in world there is no one I do not love, no one I do Not believe, no one I do not forgive. Love is infinite and eternal. Once born in this world, every one has to face the problems of life and death ; we must face the problem ofseparation in the life and death. The world of the death is clearly displayed all around us, because inpermanence and suffring wil always come in this world. Rather than worrying about the matter after death. It is better to keep life at this moment, for what seed is planted, the fruit of the seed also to be harvested. This is also the same as the concept of the truth which Confucius once said :?if the meaning of life is not yet known, how to know the meaning of the death.?

Abstract

The  word  morals  comes  from  the  Arabic  plural  khulq  which  means manners,  mannerisms,  habits  or  behaviour.  By  the  term  moral  science  experts are  considered  not  yet  right,  then  according  to  the  more  precise  they  are according  to  Al  Ghazali  in  the  team  project  the  construction  of  the  religion  of Islam. So the nature of the learning of aqidah morals is what exactly the essence or  foundation  of  beliefs  and  behavior  (which  is  based  on  the  inner  shape)  that good  according  to  Islamic  teachings  and  how  human  or  process  to  learn  it,  so that  the  human  understanding  teaching  well.  For  terms  commonly  used  term, aqeedah Unity, the science of Kalam, the science of Usul, Theology, mentioning other types of science  of kalam i.e.  aqa'id Science (i.e. Science creed-creed i.e. node-node/belief, science of Tawhid (the science of keMaha Esaan (God) , and the  science  of  Usul  al-Din  (i.e.  the  science  of  Usul  trees  religion).  For  terms commonly used term Shari'a fiqh, worship, muamalah, and moral terms for the commonly  used  term,  tasauf  and  others.  To  develop  material  aqidah  morals, then we need to know the magnitude of what material, what part of what's next. Or  also  called  the  structure  of  matter  such  as  we  learn  about  the  material  of gratitude,  we  know  that  it  is  commendable  to  God,  morals  "Backbiting" deplorable  morals  to  sesam  is  a  human,  for  example:  the  name  of  the  Angel, Angel,  why  ugas  harusa  believers  to  the  Angel,  what  dampaik  is  positive  if  we are faithful to the Angel, how can I do a faith in  angels in everyday kehdupan, what  is  the  argumentation  to  the  Angel  of  faith  and  so  on.  So  for  example  we already know, that the material of the faith to this Angel, it's been talked about since  the  classes  in  elementary,  junior  high,  when  we  teach  High  School  or  a Student MA and to do it well we teach?, certainly not In learning this the morals of aqeedah  the development of  the material can be seen in a  textual means to develop the core subject matter through literartur or other library resources, and the development of materials tailored to the everyday life of students and this is termed contextual

Abstract

School-based education management is an implementation of regional autonomy policy. If the autonomy policy requires the region concerned to administer and manage independently, then so does education. In this case the School which becomes the lowest organizational structure is given the authority to manage and manage their own resources. Implementation of MPBS is expected to trigger equity, and accelerate the improvement of the quality of national education. So that each region can compete to improve the quality of the institution. Of course in the implementation of achievement of success depends on the ability of school leaders in planning, implementing, and oversee all resources owned.

Abstract

This descriptive correlation research analyze the role of youth in handling poverty in the northern part of Medan (Medan Marelan, Medan Deli, Medan Labuhan, and Medan Belawan Subdistricts). The objective of the resesarch was to analyze the role of youth and its influence on handling poverty in the northern part of Medan. The Research used quantitative survey method. The Population was 167,629 people and 96 of them were used as the samples. The results of the research showed that the role of youth in handling poverty in the northern part of Medan was positive, and as leadership, enterprenuership, and pioneering simultaneously had positive influence on poverty in the aspect of welfare. Partially, the variables of leadership and entrepreneurship had positive and significant influence on handling poverty in the aspect of welfare, While pioneering had positive but insignificant influence on handling poverty in the aspect of welfare.
