Abstract

ABSTRACTCognitive behavior therapy(CBT) is acounseling approach designeg to solve counsclee problems at this time by way of cognitive restructuring and deviant behavior.Cognitive behavior therapy(CBT) counseling techniques used in indonesia are mind capture,reality testing, cognitive exercices and alternatif search while the motivation to learn is a factor that is unique to arouse or enthusiasm of learning  so have a lot of energy to do learning activities. Learning  motivation is devided in to namely intrinsic and extrinsic motivation. This recearch was conduected in class VIII B MTs ASHRI Jember with the research subject of 30 famale students, but the researcher can only study 10 students who have low learning motivation. Based on analysis show that there is an increase in motivation to learn class VIII B MTs ASHRI Jember after getting counseling service  Cognitive behavior therapy(CBT)with percentage of  71%.Keyword :Cognitive behavior therapy (CBT), motivation learn

Abstract

Abstract                    This study aims to determine efforts to overcome truant behavior through group counseling with contract behavior techniques. The research method used was an experiment, the pretest-posttest control group design with subject selection from teacher recommendations and school attendance with 21 students with high truant levels, in which the experimental sample and control sample were randomly selected, 11 counselees were included in the experimental group and 10 counselees enter the control group. The experimental group used the contract behavior technique, while the control group did not use the contract behavior technique. The results of this study indicate that students who get help from group counseling with contract behavior techniques are proven to be more effective than students who do not get help from group counseling with behavior contract techniques.Keywords: truant, group counseling, behavior contract.

Abstract

 ABSTRACT   School Fullday a school alternative currentlyinterestedin our society especially for parents busy with work. They think choice school Fullday the very effective fortheir childrens. Researchers do observation in class V SDNU 22 Full Day AL HIKMAH Kesilir Wuluhan indicating that mostof the their students have saturation while the school day, due to start morning until the afternoon they are in school. This study aims to know the decline Burnout (saturation learning) using the guidance of group with engineering psikodramaon the students class V SDNU 22 Full Day AL HIKMAH Kesilir Wuluhan the school year 2017/2018.This researche using action researche guidance and counseling (PTBK), while the procedure is used model cycle. Based on the research, after doing post Treatment on cycle 1mshows that the value of the  ofBurnout on students class V SD NU 22 Full Day Al HIKMAH Kesilir Wuluhan the school year 2017/2018 shows the range of low value and has reached the value of the success indicators between the value of 30-50, so the reserchers enoughto do treatment on the cycle of 1. Abstract

ABSTRACK                    Application of Career Guidance to increase Talent and Interest of students in MA?ARIF13 Middle School Curahtakir Tempurejo Jember Regency. Research on the Application of Career Guidance to increase Talent and Interest of students at MA'ARIF Middle School 13 Curahtakir Tempurejo, Jember Regency with the respondents studied were 32 students. The methods used in this study were Observation, Reflection and Questionnaire. Based on preliminary research results obtained data with a percentage number (37%) which is 12 students in the high value category, (63%) which is 20 students in the moderate value category and there are no students in the low value category, after being given action in cycle I the application of career guidance to improve the talents and interests of students has increased with the percentage (81%) that is 26 students in the high value category, (19%) that is 6 students in the medium category and not found in the low value category.Thus concluded: the application of career guidance to increase students' talent, has increased. Research activities are categorized as successful because they reach a percentage above the success indicator which is set at 75% of students get or are in the high value category. In this thesis also provides suggestions for the perfection of further research and the closing is the end of this thesis research report. Keywords: Career Guidance, Talents and Interests

Abstract

ABSTRACT                    Research on Efforts to improve self-efficacy of students of class VIII D through group guidance services in MTs Al-Ma'arif Wuluhan Academic Year 2017/2018 ... with 28 students surveyed respondents. Data collection methods used are Observation and Questionnaire, the data analysis used is descriptive data analysis. Based on the results of the initial observation by giving a questionnaire and obtaining the main data with the percentage of students' self-efficacy rates at school at 50%, in the first cycle 65% and at Cycle II 75%. Research activities have been categorized as successful because they reach a percentage above the success indicator that has been set at 70% percentage of students' self-efficacy behavior. Therefore, by providing group guidance services can improve students' self-efficacy behavior.Keywords: Group Guidance, Self Afficay

Abstract

 A policy that involves acomponent of students arriving from the head of the school until aparent students .Policy would just go on good if there were concrete steps from school to resuscitate school bullying of all components of how it is very  disturbing  the  teaching  and  learning  process.Then  the  researcher  use  a method of role playing which in its implementation resembling guidance of the group to help to drive down the intensity of bullying to their students class VIII E MTs Nahdlatuth-Thalabah Wuluhan in 2017/2018 who are assumed to be quite high .Researchers assume that that method is more efficient because students can directly plays the role of .This study was conducted in the first half of the even on the date may until the date of 2018 04 june 2018. From the results of the pre treatment shows that the intensity of bullying to their students class viii e mts nahdlatuth thalaba in 2017/2018 show range a value sufficiently high 14 from 33 students reached 56-72 value between ,and 17 other students are 40-56 reached midrange set of values,and two students reached susceptible namely 24-40 low,for that researchers planned the act of as many as twice cycles and each cycle three times face to face.Keywords: a method of role playing explorers, bullying

Abstract

ABSTRACT Communication is the daily activities most carried out by humans os social being. The researchers conducted observation in class VII hare low interpersonal communication skills. This study aines to determine the impact of role playing training techtgues to improve interpersonal communication skills of student in grade  VII  second  semester  MTs  As  Shiddiqy  Pakis-Panti  of  academic  year 2017/2018. This research used is pre experiment the procedure used  is one group pretest deseign, pretest result subject recerved a score of 70, 68, 73, 69, 71, 64, 72,69  which  included  the  category  of  low  interpersonal  communication  skills. Posttest result after receiving treatment score of 90, 84, 91, 85, 93, 87, 91, 87 than the value of count = -1,260 is greather than z table it proves that the training role playing techniques affect interpersonal communication skills.Key words : Role playing, Interpersonal communication.

Abstract

Abstract                    This research was conducted in class X SMK Bhakti Persada by using group counseling services with self management techniques to improve learning discipline. The population is 67 and the sample is 16 students. The data collection method uses a discipline of learning questionnaire. The number of trial questionnaires studied 70 statement items with rtable values of 0.244. There are 21 invalid items, and 49 items valid. This type of research uses Quasi Experimental Design with nonequivalent control group research design. The sampling technique uses cluster random sampling. Data analysis technique used is the analysis of different tests (t-test). The results showed a significant increase as evidenced by the results of the t-test so as to get results = 10,528 and (2,365). Value is greater than (10,528> 2,365).Keywords: Group Counseling, Self Management, Learning Discipline

Abstract

ABSTRACT        This research was conducted in class XI MA Darul Musthofa Probolinggo, this type of research was quantitative using a pre-experimental approach with the design of one group pretest-posttest. The population in this study were all students of class XI Ma Darul Musthofa Probolinggo by taking samples using purposive sampling. Data collection techniques in this study were to use documentation, interviews and questionnaires which were then distributed and analyzed using the Wilcoxon test. Based on the results of research on assertive behavior there is an increase in the provision of behavioral group counseling (assertive techniques) towards assertive behavior. This can be seen from the Z count (0.945)> Z table (0.05) which means that Ho is rejected and Ha is accepted.Keywords: Behavioral Group Counseling (Assertive Technique), Assertive Behavior.

Abstract

ABSTRACTConfidence is the key to self motivation. Individuals will not live a good life without any confidence. Researchers conducted observations in MTs ASHRI Jember class VIII A academic year 2017-2018 and the result of pretest is 42% which is classified in the qualification is less and still bellow the average of ideal confidence. This study aims to increase self confidence through group guidance services with sociodrama techniques. The type of research used is action research guidance and counseling (PTBK). The procedure used is the cycle model. Based on the result of research on the implementation of the cycle of  I respondents still showed an attitude of lack confidence. It shown from not nervous when appearing in front of the class, feeling confident that they can, dare in eksplore role and do not look shy embarrassment that only around 50%. And in the IInd cycle began to show an increasein confidence in student this is seen in not nervous when appearing in front of the class, feel confident that they can, dare in eksplore role and do not look shy embarrassment that only ranges between 75%. Thus it can be concluded that the service of group guidance with sociodrama technique can improve self confidence of class VIII A MTs ASHRI Jember.Keywords:Self confidence, Sociodrama.
