Abstract

Jar (preposition) is a word that binds a word to another in a sentence. Thus, these words can be fully understood. Therefore, the jar has an important role in Arabic. In addition, the jar becomes one of the most commonly used words in everyday life. However, it has a uniqueness that to be known, in which the jar has a basic meaning on one side, and is also homonym on the other. Therefore, the jar is sometimes unintelligible based on its original meaning but with other meanings italso contains. These other meanings are present when the context or text of sentence is to be desired. This paper discuss variousmeanings of jar accompaniedby an emphasis on the basic meaning it has.

Abstract

Arabic is one of the lessons taught in MTs Darussa'adah. This aims to make students able to master language skills. One component taught in Arabic is mufradat. adequate mastery of mufradat will greatly help learners of Arabic to master the language. That is why mufradat must be taught with good techniques and methods in order to help facilitate learners of Arabic in increasing their vocabulary of mufradat. one of the learning methods of mufradat is the method of assignment (recitation). This study aims to find out whether in the MTs Darussa'adahschool using the assignment method in memorizing mufradat, to find out the difficulties faced when memorizing mufradat with the assignment method and to find out the effort carried out by the teacher on the difficulty in memorizing mufradat. The research method used is descriptive analysis. To get data, researchers conducted direct observations, divided questionnaires and interviews. The results obtained from this study are in the MTs Daruss'adah school using the method of assignment (recitation) in memorizing mufradat, MTs Daruss'adah school students face difficulties in memorizing mufradat with recitation methods and the efforts made by the teacher in dealing with the difficulty of memorizing the mufradat is not maximal

Abstract

Learning a language can be effectively and effciently last if is supported by the use of appropriate methode varied and interesting. In the Arabic language learning for esample the use of story as learning method in hand to increase the interest and skills of students in learning Arabic, in which students are required to be able to directly communicate both verbally and non verbally by using the Arabic language. Abstract

The educational process invokes the educational book, and the book still has a weakness is the low proportion of training in textbooks. This problem is evident in the weakness of the learner's progress in learning, but in lack or failure to achieve the goals of education and so on. And books in the teaching of Arabic, including the book of al-‘Arabiyyah li al-Nasyiin.The objectives of this research are to find out the application of Bloom's knowledge classification to the training of the book "al-‘Arabiyyah li al-Nasyiin". Use qualitative and quantitative input and descriptive approach in content analysis. The results of this research are that the training of Arabic writers for young people is at the level of understanding to the level of creativity. The first three levels (remembering, understanding, applying) on the last three levels (analysis, assessment, creativity) are at a far higher rate of 74.3%. Where the number of exercises in the last level (analysis, calendar, creativity) lost 25.7%

Abstract

Maharah Istima’ is first language skills or initial interaction children of language, And it also an important language skills among other language skills that can be cultivated and developed because the basic skills to achieve proficiency. In this thesis, the researcher using the Card Sort Strategy in Maharah Istima '. because it an initial observation by researchers that the learning process on Maharah Istima ', the teacher read arabic teks and the student listen to it. Then the teacher told students to express what has been listen and so on untill the students are bored with the methods used by teachers. when the teacher told students rediscover what they hear they show others. Cause of that As such they appeared less interested in learning Maharah Istima '. Therefore, researchers used the strategy Card Sort in this learning can make students a vibrant to learn because using a card of media and making it easier for students to understand the Arabic text, discover new ideas and new knowledge. The aim of this research is (1) to know steps for using Card Sort strategies in Maharah Istima '.(2) the effectiveness of its use to improve the ability of students in Maharah Istima '. Method of the research in this thesis is experiment method with instruments test and documentation. Meanwhile population this research is all student of Ulumuddin boarding school and sample of this research in class II8 consist 30 students. The result of the research is using Card Sort Strategy effective to improve the ability of students on the listening and according result thitung bigger than ttabel is 7,94 > 1,67.

Abstract

This research aimed to know the correlation between the interest in arabic vocabularies learning and the ability of speaking skill in arabic conversation of second grade students of TsanawiyahMa'hadDarulIhsan . This research was a quantitative research. It used a statistical approach. This research also used the correlation method since in this study we wanted to see the correlation between two variables. The first variable was the students’ interest in arabic vocabularies learning and the second variable was the students' ability of speaking skill in arabic conversation. The sample consisted of 33 people who were randomly selected. The data which the researcher wanted to produce was about students' interest in arabic vocabularies lessons and its correlation to their abilities of speaking skill in arabic conversation. The instruments used were questionnaires, interviews, and oral examinations to determine conversation abilities. In analyzing the data, the researcher used descriptive and correlation analysis. Descriptive analysis was used to determine students' interest on conversation learning, while correlation analysis was used to determine the correlation between interest in arabic vocabularies learning and students' abilities of speaking skill in arabic conversation. The results showed that: the students’ interest in arabic vocabularies learning was at a high level with the score of 76.60. However their ability of speaking skill in arabic conversation was still at a sufficient level with the score of 68.54. This research concluded that there was a weak correlation between students’ interest in arabic vocabularies learning and the abilty of speaking skill in arabic conversation.

Abstract

To know how far lesson objectives are met, a teacher or an institution need to gather accurate information relating to the result of the learning process. Thesedata are normally obtained by using instruments such as tests, questionnaires, interviews, and observations. Assessment is all the methods used to collectinformation about the knowledge, ability, understanding, attitude, and motivation of the students that can be performed through tests or selfassessmentseither formally or informally. Test is a procedure that can be used to assess student’s performance. Test can be objective or subjective. To know students’ language ability, it should be obtained from an evaluation or a test using a proper instrument. This paper shall discuss how it should be conducted in evaluating Arabic skills covering listening, speaking, reading, and writing.

Abstract

Abstract Arabic is a language that has a complex structure. Where each part can be rationalized. So that learning Arabic through a philosophical approach is something that is highly recommended. Likewise with mubtada’ and khabar, where both are the main elements (al-‘Umdah) in sentences in Arabic. Learning about mubtada’ and khabar should be through the al-‘Umdah approach as one part of the Arabic philosophy. Thus, students can know and understand the nature and application of mubtada’ and khabar in everyday life.

Abstract

The aim of this paper is to describe thought of Sibawaih about sounds of language in terms of classical Arabic literature. Sibawaih is a traditional linguist who has great reputation and influence on development of Arabic linguistics. This is due to his expertise in Arabic linguistic theories as reflected in one of his works, Kitāb Sibawaih (The Book of Sibawaih) or al-Kitāb. The problems about sounds of language also discussed in that book. Sibawaih discuss about sounds of language in volume 4 of the Sibawaih book, especially in the chapter Idgham. Sibawaih examines the sounds of language in terms of the number of sounds in Arabic language , point of articulation, and characteristics of sound language. Some thought of Sibawaih are different with the opinion of modern linguists and this paper try to present interesting side from thought of Sibawaih in relation to sounds of language
