Abstract

There are two types of languages currently used by humans, namely written language and spoken language. These two languages are used separately for different purposes. But in its development, written language and spoken language are used simultaneously so that now the term discussing chatting. This paper attempts to examine the development of these types of languages both from structuralist and functionalist glasses. The two major schools eventually brought this study to the point of problems regarding language, namely discourse. Discourse studies are able to examine languages ranging from words, phrases, clauses, and sentences comprehensively both first order meaning and second order meaning. The result of the study shows that the discourse on Facebook is a different discourse from other forms of discourse. The difference lies in its media, the shape of the text, and the nature of the text. The media is a forum that can be found in cyberspace through computer devices and internet networks. The form of text is in the form of a written conversation between two people or even more. In these conversations between the speaker and the partner do not deal directly but can directly comment, refute, criticize, or approve the opinions of the speaker. The grammatical elements of internet languages are very different which are shown through the structure of the sentence, the presentation of words, and inflection of words. Abstract

This research compares the forms of traditional Islamic teaching on the Bangka island with the concept of ?Islam Nusantara? by Ahmad Baso. This research uses a qualitative method using social-historical. The object of this research is the traditional Islamic community in Bangka Island, including Pangkalpinang, Bangka Regency, Central Bangka Regency, West Bangka Regency, and South Bangka Regency. The results of this study showed that in terms of substance, the term 'Islam Nusantara' is an Islamic understanding and practice on the archipelago as a result of dialectics between Shari'a texts and local culture and reality. The spirit of 'Islam Nusantara' is an Islamic practice that is preceded by a dialectic between the sharia text and the reality and culture in which Muslims live. The perspective of ushul fiqh, the dialectical process between the sharia text and the reality and culture in which Muslims live is something normal that happens even when Islam is a universal conversation. ' Islam Nusantara' is a form of Islam as a universal religion, it has been embraced by millions of inhabitants of the archipelago and has collected thousands of legal products and other Islamic treasures. This is no different from the traditional Islamic concept on the island of Bangka. Traditional Islamic societies on the island of Bangka on certain seasons or days perform religious rituals such as nganggung. Nganggung is a form of conversion of non-Islamic beliefs to Islam. Not from a form that is converted from a dialectical form between Islamic texts and local culture. That is, Nganggung that still survive in the midst of Bangka society is not against Islam. If the Nganggung process is limited to conversion, of course there is no point in their Islam. A culture that has gained sharia legitimacy has become a ritual of worship. This process is something that is common in Kiai or ulama circles in the archipelago, including on the island of Bangka.

Abstract

Pelayanan akademik dan suasana kampus merupakan dua hal yang seringkali dapat menganggu kenyamanan dan kepuasan mahasiswa dalam proses penyelesaian kuliah. Melalui kajian yang dilakukan didapati bahwa dampak dari pelayanan kampus yang kurang prima dan suasana kampus yang kurang mendukung menyebabkan banyak mahasiswa yang merasa tidak nyaman berada di kampus dan tidak betah berlama-lama berada di dalam kelas. Disamping itu, terdapat beberapa dosen yang gagal memenuhi jumlah minimal kehadiran kelas. Sedangkan aktifitas konsultasi akademik yang dapat dimanfaatkan sebagai wadah dalam menyampaikan pesan-pesan akademik bagi keberhasilan mahasiswa belum sepenuhnya dimaksimalkan oleh sejumlah dosen dan juga mahasiswa yang bersangkutan. Akibatnya muncul ?mis-komunikasi,? sehingga banyak mahasiswa yang gagal meraih kepuasan dan kenyamanan akademik. Padahal kepuasan akademik dan kenyamanan dalam proses perkuliahan merupakan pendorong kesuksesan akademik mereka guna menghindari kegagalan penyelesaian kuliah. Oleh sebab itu diharapkan agar pihak yang berkompeten di kampus dapat meningkatkan pelayanan yang lebih prima dan mendorong para dosen, mahasiswa dan seluruh civitas akademikanya untuk terlibat secara aktif dalam membangun sekolah tinggi ini bagi kemajuan masa depan kampus agar dapat meminimalisir mahasiswa yang ?drop out? dengan menutup segala kekurangan yang ada.

Abstract

The harmony and conflict between religions of the institution becomes very important to: first, break down the prejudices against the image that has been built for the four institutions. The results of this study are expected to prove that the institution is truly inclusive. At the same time also reinforce the prejudice of the image, if it turns out the results of the study show the opposite. Second, it can be seen what their desires for religion and other groups treat them. In other words, this research is expected to be able to illustrate the desires of each religious group towards the other, so that in turn efforts can be made to build and increase harmony among them in particular, and among religious adherents in general. The research method used is Descriptive Phenomenology on How do community leaders view early warning of inter-religious relations in the City of Pangkalpinang and How are the efforts made, both by the government and the community, to increase harmony between religious adherents in the City of Pangkalpinang.?  Through social phenomena, it is known that based on the views of the Bangka community, it is known how much the potential for harmony and or conflict exists between them in particular, and in the Pangkalpinang City area in general. In other words, the results of this study contribute to the reading of the potential for conflict and or harmony between religions, each of which demands sustainable action and policy. Early warning in relations between religious communities is a form of anticipation of the possibility of religious conflicts. Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui Pengembangan Kurikulum Pendidikan Agama dalam Menciptakan Sikap Toleransi Beragama di Madrasah Aliyah dan Sekolah Menegah Atas Kabupaten Bangka. Pengembangan kurikulum dalam materi pendidikan agama baik di sekolah dan madrasah, terkait dengan toleransi, memberikan pemahaman dan wawasan kepada peserta didik akan pentingnya memahami perbedaan antar agama ataupun sesama agama. Hasil penelitian ini menjelaskan bahwa pengembangan kurikulum pendidikan agama di sekolah dan madrasah sangat perlu dilakukan untuk menjawab permasalahan kondisi saat ini terkait dengan toleransi beragama. Khususnya di sekolah yang memiliki beragam agama, etnis dan budaya, sehingga sikap toleransi harus di bangun salah satunya melalui penyampaian materi agama dan diaplikasikan di lingkungan sekolah dan masyarakat. Sikap toleransi beragama yang ada di SMA maupun Madrasah Aliyah, baik sesama agama ataupun antar agama terjalin secara akftif dan dinamis.

Abstract

Bahasa Arab dan Inggris merupakan dua bahasa internasional yang banyak dipelajari di Indonesia, baik di tingkat menengah maupun perguruan tinggi. Kondisi umum pembelajaran bahasa Arab dan Inggris banyak mengalami kendala yang mengarah pada rendahnya motivasi siswa dalam belajar. Dengan kata lain efektifitas pembelajaran bahasa Arab dan Inggris sangat dipengaruhi oleh motivasi siswa terhadap kedua bahasa asing tersebut. Bahasa Arab dan Inggris merupakan mata pelajaran wajib yang ada di Madarasah Aliyah (level SMA). Dalam setiap pembelajaran bahasa, siswa memiliki motivasi dan minat yang berbeda-beda antara satu dan lainnya. Hal tersebut disebabkan banyak faktor, baik yang bersifat intern maupun ekstern. Penelitian ini difokuskan pada Madrasah Aliyah Negeri 1 Pangkalpinang, Madrasah Aliyah Negeri 1 Bangka dan Madrasah Aliyah Negeri Insan Cendekia Koba. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan motivasi siswa terhadap pembelajaran bahasa Arab dan Inggris di Madrasah Aliyah Negeri 1 Pangkalpinang, Madrasah Aliyah Negeri 1 Bangka dan Madrasah Aliyah Negeri Insan Cendekia Koba Kepulauan Bangka Belitung dan Kontribusi Motivasi pembelajaran bahasa Arab dan Inggris. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa motivasi siswa terhadap pembelajaran Arab di MAN 1 Pangkalpinang, MAN 1 Bangka dan MAN 1 Bangka Tengah adalah baik. Dengan rincian MAN 1 Pangkalpinang dengan rerata skor 3,64. MAN 1 Bangka dengan rerata skor 3,61 dan MAN IC Bangka Tengah dengan rerata skor 3,83. Demikian juga motivasi siswa terhadap pembelajaran bahasa Inggris juga menunjukkan tafsiran Baik dengan rerata skor  MAN 1 Pangkalpinang 3,42, MAN 1 Bangka dengan rerata skor 3,49 dan MAN IC Bangka Tengah dengan rerata skor 3,75. Berdasarkan rincian skor tersebut dapat disimpulkan bahwa motivasi belajar bahasa Arab lebih tinggi daripada motivasi belajar bahasa Inggris.

Abstract

This paper is structured and aims, first, to describe the implementation of Islamic Religious Education in high schools in the Pangkalpinang City, and second, to reveal the implications of the implementation of Islamic religious education in an effort to anticipate the strengthening of religious radicalism in high school students in the Pangkal Pinang City. The results can be explained as follows: 1) the implementation of Islamic religious education in high schools in the Pangkalpinang City generally aims to increase knowledge, convey the teachings and rules of Islamic religion, change morals and foster students according to religious rules and improve practices of worship that have not been good. In terms of material, the books used to refer to books published by the Ministry of Education and Culture and some teachers also complete them with other published books. As for the material presented, the teacher occasionally links, for example, the theory of Islamic education with cultural traditions. 2) Implications of the implementation of Islamic religious education in terms of objectives namely how to minimize the strengthening of the understanding of religious radicalism by studying and applying the values ??of togetherness, goodness, and general values ??between religions or certain groups; overall the contents of the study references are from official sources. On the other hand, linking Islamic religious education materials with the culture of society is something that needs to be done to anticipate the spread of religious radicalism in schools; from the method side, there is a reduction in indoctrination patterns.

Abstract

Pesantren merupakan salah satu pilihan tempat untuk menimba ilmu Agama Islam. Di tengah persaingan yang semakin ketat ini pengelola pontren tentu memerlukan usaha agar pondok keberadaannya dapat terus bertahan. Untuk mempertahankan keberadaan pontren tersebut para pemilik pontren akan berusaha semaksimal mungkin mempertahankan hal tersebut, terlebih melihat kondisi sekarang semakin banyak bermunculan pontren baru yang memiliki ragam layanan pendidikan. Oleh sebab itu, para pengelola pesantren merasa perlu untuk mempertahankan nilai-nilai tersebut yakni mempertahankan budaya yang bisa jadi telah lama mengakar menjadi ciri khas identitas pontren sehingga keberadaannya tetap menjadi incaran para calon santri. Diantara cara yang dapat digunakan untuk mempertanhkan nilai tersebut adalah dengan mensosialisasikannya melalui aktivitas komunikasi. Komunikasi yang terus-menerus dilakukan dalam mentransfer nilai budaya pada akhirnya akan membentuk ciri khas pola komunikasi pontren sehingga pada akhirnya pola komunikasi memiliki peran penting dalam mempertahankan eksistensi budaya pontren khususnya pontren. Peneliti dalam hal ini akan meneliti pontren yang menjadi pionir berdiri di Pulau Bangka yang sampai saat ini masih tetap eksis walaupun ditengah mereka sudah bermunculan pontren yang lain.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk melihat perbedaan metode maternal reflektif dan motivasi belajar terhadap kemampuan membaca pemahaman siswa tunarungu di SLB Negeri Koba. Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian kuantitatif menggunakan metode eksperimen dengan rancangan factorial 2x2. Sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah siswa tunarungu kelas 12 SMA Luar Biasa Negeri Koba yang berjumlah 4 (empat) orang. Instrumen yang digunakan untuk mengambil data dalam penelitian ini ada dua macam, yaitu: (1) angket motivasi belajar, (2) tes kemampuan membaca pemahaman. Data penelitian dianalisis dengan teknik analisis varians dua jalur (two-way ANOVA) lalu analisis dilanjutkan dengan Uji t (Uji Beda Mean). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa: 1) Terdapat perbedaan interaksi antara metode pembelajaran (MMR dan konvensional) dan motivasi belajar (tinggi dan rendah) terhadap kemampuan membaca pemahaman; 2) terdapat perbedaan yang signifikan kemampuan membaca pemahaman antara siswa yang belajar dengan metode maternal reflektif dan siswa yang belajar dengan metode pembelajaran konvensional; 3) terdapat perbedaan yang signifikan kemampuan membaca pemahaman pada siswa yang memiliki motivasi belajar tinggi antara yang belajar metode maternal reflektif dan yang belajar dengan metode pembelajaran konvensional; 4) terdapat perbedaan yang signifikan kemampuan membaca pemahaman pada siswa yang memiliki motivasi belajar tinggi antara yang belajar metode maternal reflektif dan yang belajar dengan metode pembelajaran konvensional.

Abstract

This empirical research is intended to analyze the effect/implication of KUBE program on economic empowerment and community welfare at  Bangka Regency. The implementation of the variable (x¹) was measured by three indicator variables namely theoretical and technological support, the diversity of the target group?s behavior and the desired level of behavior change. Structure of KUBE program and implementation process (x²) were measured by clarity and consistency of KUBE program objectives, its accuracy and the allocation of funding sources. External factor variables that influence the implementation of KUBE program (x³) were measured by five indicator variables; socio-economic, public support, constituents, government support, and commitment. This research is quantitative research with descriptive analysis techniques, and inferential analysis using Multiple Linear Regression, and SPSS 23.0 software. The population of this research is some KUBE which spread in several villages in Bangka Regency with 122 groups across 8 sub-districts.  The sample of the study is 5 KUBE with 53 members at Sungailiat, Mendo Barat dan Merawang Sub-district. The result of the study showed that the implementation of the KUBE did not affect the economic empowerment and welfare of people in Bangka regency. On the other hand, the structure variable of KUBE program implementation affects the economic empowerment and welfare of people in Bangka regency. Moreover, the external factor variables that influence the implementation of the KUBE program affects the economic empowerment and welfare of people in Bangka regency.
