Abstract

To the face of the current business environment into a more complex situation, a method ofperformance measurement that can accurately and comprehensively assess the company'sperformance is essentially needed. In this case the method which can be used is the BalancedScorecard. Purpose of this study was to obtain a comprehensive of the performance of PT LampungMedia Grafika when measured using the four Balanced Scorecard perspectives.The conclusion that can be derived through the analysis is that the Balanced Scorecard is thebest method in assessing the performance of the company, since the Balanced Scorecard raises theimportant aspects that are ignored by the traditional performance measurement, such as aspects ofhuman resources, systems used in a corporation, operational processes, and aspects of customersatisfaction, so that the measurement results of the Balanced Scorecard is more accurate. Accurateperformance measurement is very important for management, both in the process of planning,decision making, and controlling, and in realizing the vision and mission of the corporation.

Abstract

This research aims to obtain the empirical evidences whether independence andorganizational commitment partially give the positive influences to audit’s quality. The research isconducted to the independent auditor from various Public Accountant Offices by spreading closedquestioners to the chosen location as the sample. The technique sample taking used sampling area,then the data were analysed using Structural Equation Modelling that based on covariance structure,called Linear Structural Relations (LISREL). This modeling technique consists of the measurementmodel and structural model. Measurement model used to measure the dimensions that form a factoror latent variable, whereas the structural model describes the influence and relations betweenconstructs or latent variables.The research’s result concludes that independence and organization commitment partiallygive the positive influences and significant to audit’s quality.

Abstract

Advertising is one of the instruments of modern marketing activities based on the concept ofcommunication, then the consumer will pay attention to, understand, interpret Andres pond to thoseads that generate interest to make a purchase.From the data analysis and testing hypotheses about the Role of Advertising to AffectParents interest Choosing Andre Sempoa Tutoring in Bandar Lampung: The amount of interest inrelation to the advertisement Parents Choosing Andre Sempoa Tutoring in Bandar Lampung is0,703. The magnitude of the effect can be seen from the magnitude of the coefficient ofdetermination(R2) of 0.494, which means 49.4% of the interest in the Parent Choosing AndreSempoa Tutoring can be Affected by variables ads.Statistical tests indicated by the value t count > t table value or t statistic 7.197 >tstatistictable1.68. Thus Ho: rejected and Haaccepted. It can be concluded that there is in deed asignificant difference between the interest ad Parents Choosing Andre Sempoa tutoring in BandarLampung.

Abstract

This study aimed to determine the effectiveness of the formation of public perceptionmanagement majors (positioning) through marketing strategies (product, promotion, place, priceprocesses, people, services and the level of satisfaction). The results showed that the sequence ofthe highest variable shape their effectiveness is variable positioning process, variable service,variable space, variable pricing, promotion variable. Whereas variable ineffective cover variables,and variable products/ graduates. Variable attributes of brand loyalty in the visible frequencyattributes in the sense that like the education (frequency) assessed by a variation less often quitehigh, but it will not reduce the assessment of the service received, for services providedmanagement department meets department higher standards set. While others attribute torecommend to the comfort (comfortable) and preferences with services obtained got a pretty goodassessment, while the other attributes that tend to get a very good assessment of the variation isalmost the same. Attributes related to the service, is the most influential variable, and the mostimportant factors to changes in loyalty management majors existence and Attributes related to thepurchase of statistical models that also affect positively to the presence of the managementdepartment.

Abstract

PT. IndosatTbkis a company which establised as Foreign Stock Investment Company ininternational telecommunication service agency field in Indonesia in 1967. In 1980 the governmenttook over all Indosat stocks. The vission is to provide and develop service product and as thesolution to qualified motivation to give the benefit for the users. The purpose of this research todetermine the influence of discipline toward working productivity of PT. Indosat Tbk employeesBandar Lampung branch. The research place is in Bandar Lampung which is located in PT.INDOSAT at Wolter Mongonsidi Street No. 100, Teluk Betung Bandar Lampung with the number ofrespondents are 40 employees. The analysis used SPSS 16.0. the number of samples are 40respondents by using questionnaire from PT. IndosatTbk employees of Bandar Lampung branch.The simple linier regression analysis is gotten R value = 0,369, R square 0,136 while on t test ofdiscipline variable is gotten as 2,450 > t table 1,684 so the result of this research shows that there isno influence significantly of discipline toward working productivity of PT. Indosat Tbk employeesBandar Lampung branch.

Abstract

The key to keep customers loyal is the company must give satisfaction to its customers.Satisfaction can be achieved through the provision of optimum service to customers, for examplethrough the provision of prompt delivery so that customers do not have to wait too long, providingengine maintenance suggestions to customers.From the data analysis and testing hypotheses about the analysis of the influence of aftersales services to customer loyalty in the division after sales AUTO 2000 Bandar Lampungconclusion: The magnitude of the effect relationship sales services to customer loyalty in the divisionafter sales AUTO 2000 Bandar Lampung Raden Intan is 0.739. While the magnitude of effect of theinfluence of after-sales services to customer loyalty can be seen from the magnitude of thecoefficient of multiple determination (R2) of 0.546, which means 54.6% of the effect of customerloyalty on the division after sales AUTO 2000 Bandar Lampung Raden Intan effected by variablescan influence sales service selling.Results of hypothesis testing and calculation of the discussion can be concluded that theafter-sales service have an influence on consumer loyalty in the division after sales AUTO 2000Bandar Lampung. Where t count> t table or statistical 10.854 t count> t table statistic of 1.66 meansthat Ho is rejected and Ha accepted. means that there are significant between-sales services tocustomer loyalty in the division after sales AUTO 2000 Bandar Lampung.

Abstract

The role of the human resource management is very important in realizing and help achievethe goals of the organization. One important element in the achievement of organizational goals isthe educational background and training programs to support the implementation of a program ofwork.The purpose of this research is wishing to know and analyze whether there is the influenceof education and job training either partially or simultaneously on the employee performance CV.Rancang Bangun Nusaraya. Object of this study were employees of CV. Rancang Bangun Nusarayatotaling 20 people by using the research method of explanation.Results showed a significant difference between education (X1) and Performance (Y), with Rsquare of 0.221 or 22.1%, which means that education contributes to the performance by 22.1%. Inother words, there was 77.9% is determined by other factors. A significant difference between theJob Training (X2) with Performance (Y), with R square of 0.214 or 21.4%, which means that the JobTraining (X2) accounted for 21.4% contribution to the performance. In other words, there was 78.6%is determined by other factors. There is a significant relationship between education (X1) and JobTraining (X2) on the Performance (Y), with R square of 0.297 or 29.7%, which means that theEducation and Job Training same shared affect the performance of 29.7%. In other words, there was70.3% is determined by other factors.

Abstract

Research purposes is to know the influence of motivation employees to increasing servicesto customers in a bookstore fajar the great in lampung. hypothesis researchers is motivationemployees have leverage to increasing consumer service at Fajar Agung bookstore.Samples was 40 employees both men and women have equal opportunities as (population).A method of analysis of qualitative and quantitative using formulas correlation product moment theresults of the quantitative analysis of reckoning statistics obtained as follows: that r count = 0,504,then compared with the value of r table product moment in n = 40 using standard significant 5 % =0,312 and first significant 1 % = 0,396, it turns out that comparison is indicated r count = 0,504 % rtable; 0,312 and 0,396. It is concluded that hypothesis, namely motivation employees influentialfavorably to an increase in customer service in a shop fajar the great in lampung, acceptable. Nextafter compared to the criteria of measurement koreasi where r count = 0,504 situated between 0,71 -- 90,00 with criteria high.
