Abstract

Emotional maturity is one's ability to recognize oneself, manage oneself, motivate oneself,recognize the emotions of others (empathy) and the ability to build relationships with others. WhilePerformance is the result of the process of a work activity undertaken based on measurement andassessment of the results of activities.In this research also object of research used is four (4) Private University (PTS) in BandarLampung city, as research object Some of the causal factors used in this research include emotionalmaturity and work discipline as trigger factor which according to some similar research have influenceThe great Sri (1999) and Sia (2001). In terms of the importance of emotional maturity and workdiscipline as an important factor for shaping performance, the research model used is: "The Influence ofEmotional Maturity and Work Discipline on Lecturer Performance in 4 PTSs in Bandar Lampung".Independent variable in this research is emotional maturity and work discipline while performance asdependent variable. Population in this research is university lecturer in Bandar Lampung City whichamounted to 40 people.The result of research data analysis showed that Emotional Maturity and Work Discipline havea moderate influence (72,4%) to Lecturer Performance, with variable of Emotional Maturity as dominantvariable forming Lecturer Performance with contribution of regression coefficient equal to (0,451). ThenCan not eliminate the work discipline caused by Sahih on F test proving and significant with T Testingstudent proof so that all hypothesis accepted.

Abstract

Wingman Denim is a business in jeans industry which the quality of the jeans uses premuiummaterials that are comparable with Levi’s, Lee Cooper, Wrangler, and Pot Meets Pop. The Company isalso very concerned about the factor that affect the number of purchases each month based onmarketing strategics that have been used. The high level of competition among brands of jeans inBandar Lampung offering jeans with premium quality, so it sparks the competitions for this business onBandar Lampung.The problem in this research was the promotion program run still didn’t know about WingmanDenim in Bandar Lampung, Wingman Denim distribution channels in Bandar Lampung was also stilllimited and Wingman Denim Only had one store so that consumers who live for fom the range of shopwould get difficulty to obtain the product from Wingman Denim. The study objective was to determinethe accuracy of the marketing strategy on Wingman Denim jeans store to marketing their product.The analysis toot used was BCG matrix. The results study with BCG matrix indicate that marketgrowth for Wingman Denim through July 2015 to December 2015 amounted to 7,63 %. This suggeststhat the market growth rate Wingman Denim in Bandar Lampung was still low due to their the amount ofgrowth in the market was still below 10 %. Based on market share analysis, the value of 0,39 times themarket share in the first quarter and 0,41 time in the second quarter, it shows that the market shareWingman Denim in Bandar Lampung is still low because, it is still less than 1.

Abstract

One way that companies can do to keep the company survive, namely by analyzing thecompany's financial statements, which aims to determine the state and financial development of thecompany from year to year. The author conducted a study on tobacco industry companies listed on thestock exchanges of Indonesia.The method used by researchers in researching this research is by case study method withdata analysis technique using financial ratio method to know the cigarette company's financial positionin Indonesia stock exchange, and bankruptcy method of altman z-score model to know the company'ssustainability whether bankruptcy or no.From the results of analysis conducted by researchers, showed that of the four tobaccocompanies listed on the stock exchanges of Indonesia period 2013 to 2015 the financial position of PT.HM Sampoerna, Tbk which has good financial performance, and on bankruptcy indicator of PT. BentoelInternasional Investama, Tbk which is categorized as bankrupt. Thus, the company is expected toimprove itself by knowing the weaknesses that exist and can immediately make improvements in orderto obtain better results in the coming year.

Abstract

Pembelajaranberbasis online seharusnya telah berkembang secara optimal untuk mendukung proses belajarmengajar. Abstract

The problem of this research is "Does store atmosphere and quality of service affect consumerbuying interest Gramedia Bookstore in Pringsewu ?. This research tries to know what factors influencingconsumer buying interest in Gramedia bookstore in Pringsewu. The purpose of this study was toanalyze the influence of each variable, store atmosphere (????1), service quality (????2), to consumer buyinginterest (Y).Buying interest is a gauge of opportunity a consumer will buy services or goods. Given themany factors that influence the buying interest, this research will analyze the influence of storeatmosphere and the quality of shop service. The purpose of this research is to know and analyze theinfluence between store atmosphere and service quality store in Gramedia Bookstore.The result of data analysis or regression result shows that simultaneously store atmosphereand store service quality influence buying interest. The magnitude of the determination coefficient(adjusted R square) is 0.953. This means that 95.3% of the dependent variable of consumer buyinginterest can be explained by two independent variables: store atmosphere variables and store servicequality, while the remaining 4.7% of buying interest is explained by variables or other causes outside themodel.

Abstract

The purpose of internal control can be achieved if the internal control elements are actuallyfulfilled and for such internal controls to run effectively and efficiently, a certain part that oversees andevaluates the internal control is required, that part is an internal audit.The purpose of in research is to know result and the big of role internal audit of internalcontrol over merchandise inventory.The type of research used in this study is descriptive research andcase study research, where the techniques used in collecting data is done through interviews,observation and filling questionnairesThe suggestion that can be given by the authors is internal audit must also perform an auditof the compliance of accounting principles so that companies are more guided by the applicableaccounting principles. Suggestions for internal control over merchandise inventory are companiesshould focus more on storing goods with company procedures.

Abstract

Impulse buying is an irrational purchase and is associated with quick and unplanned purchases,followed by a conflict of thoughts and emotional impulses. Impulse buying does not only happen inoffline purchases (in-store), but can also occur when consumers do shopping online. This study aims todetermine the internal faktors and external faktors to impulse buying in online shopping. The subjects ofthis study were STIE Gentiaras Bandar Lampung students who had done impulse buying during onlineshopping.The results of this study are internal faktors and external faktors together - positive to impulsebuying in online shopping. The comparison of online purchase cost is insignificant and insignificant tothe impulse buying variable in online shopping. The definition of determination test (R2) shows thedetermination of 69.2%.

Abstract

Food Production Cooperatives can be utilized by the government to maintain the balance ofdomestic food supply, although currently food Production cooperatives do not have a high contributionto the Indonesian economy. Problems arising from food production cooperatives are low innovation andproduct development that makes the competitiveness of food production cooperatives relatively low.The purpose of this study to determine the effect of supply chain management on the competitiveadvantage of food cooperatives in West Bandung District.The research method used is descriptivequantitative analysis. Quantitative analysis method used path analysis. The sample in this research isthe leadership of Food Production Cooperative in West Bandung District. The measurement of supplychain managment uses dimension of strategic supplier partnership, customer relationship andinformation sharing. The results of this study indicate the partial and simultaneous influence of strategicsupplier partnership, customer relationship and information sharing on competitive advantage.
