Abstract

The material taught in Pasraman Widya Prakanty Br. Bayad, Kedisan Village,Tegallalang District, Gianyar Regency as follows: Meaning and function of upakara means. Constraints experienced by Pasraman Widya Prakanty in improving the education of Hindu students are: lack of facilities and  nfrastructure that support pasraman activities, lack of coaches or competent teachers in accordance with the program of religious development so that nowstill fostered by personnel who are not their field. Pasraman Widya Prakanty’s contribution in improving the education of Hindu students is contribution in the field of education and contribution in the religious field. Based on the above conclusions can be submitted suggestions as follows. From the description of the implementation of Pasraman Widya Prakanty, to the customary teachers, teachers and the community still programmed pasraman and managed  rofessionally. Suggested to Hindu children, should be more appreciate and practice the teachings of religion as a guide in doing so not fall into the things that are misleading. Thus religious and cultural values can be maintained and sustainable. To other researchers who are interested in researching this issue to be more broadly developed, about the scope and point of view are different, especially the things that are not reached in this study. So that obtained a better result and more perfect.

Abstract

Tri Hita Karana is a Philosophy of life,has a concept that can preserve the culturaland environmentaldiversity amid globalizastion and homoginisasi lacing.Basically Tri Hita Karana emphasize the three relationships in this life is a relationship with fellow humans being,the relationship with the surrounding nature and relationship with divinity interrelated with each other. The essence of Tri Hita Karana fundamental implies three causes of well-being that comes on the harmonious relationship between human and God,human and nature and human environment with other cultivate Tri Hita Karana will be able to wife out the views that encourage consumerism,srife and turmoil. In addition Balinesse society teaches uphold the concept of Tri Hita Karana (concept teachings in Hinduism) and implementasi in daily life.Tri Hita Karana means three and the causes of happiness means to achieve balance and harmony. Tri Hita Karana which consist of : Parhyangan is a balanced relationship between man and God Almighty,Pawongan means a harmonious relationships Between humans and other humans and palemahan means harmonious relationship between human and the natural environment as a work of art photography exploration. Abstract

The Paica Pengupatian ceremony procession at Telagasari Temple in JinengdalemVillage was carried out preceded by determining the people in charge of bringing Paica Ida Bhatara to the stakeholders or people who had been mawinten or purified. The ceremony is held every Monday at Kengwon Enjitan every year. The implementation of large ceremonies sets five years and regular ceremonies once a year. The ceremony was preceded by the preparation of facilities a few days earlier. The people do ngayah make offerings and other facilities. On the day of the implementation of Paica ida Bhatara was revealed with a piuning ceremony, then sprinkled with water until basan. Furthermore, the people who brought Paica surrounded the entire palinggih or sanggah in Pura Telagasari three times. After that, it is placed in front of the palinggih in front of the bison made of bamboo for one night until the next day. The ummah carried out Jagra / mekemit until morning, then after morning paica was put back in its original place.

Abstract

Tourism development is part of national development. Balinese tourism is based of the concept of life of Hindu religious community called Tri Hita Karana. Implementation of this concept can not be separated from the role of Desa Adat in the Sabha Desa decision (village meeting) together with Krama Desa (local community). The existence of the community is very important to play an active role in maintaining its sanctity and able to manage well in order to remain steady, sustainable, to make DTW Religious Tourism Based on Community andSustainability. Partnerships and involvement in business with lokal communities (in traditional villages) need to be built fairly and equitably. Form of activity, creativity, innovation and community cooperation is needed in building their Village Potention, so that the existing assets can be well managed and useful for present and future life. Development of religious tourism potential on Taman Mumbul attractions, believed by the community to be able to provide safety, health and together welfare. These kind of tourism is a special interest tourism called religious spiritual tourism.

Abstract

Values provided by Living Values Education (LVE) is the value of the process ofcharacter education that is done with various methods and approaches so as to create qualified human resources based on academic and religious the best solution in instilling values through educators and learners in cooperation in achieving the educational goals of Indonesia. LVE in the context of education focuses on humanized learning through 3N (Nalar, Nuranar, and Naluri) which is strong and characteristic. The context of reasoning is that humans can determine moral, ethical and aesthetic values. Conscience is the application of moral consciousness that grows and develops in the human heart in concrete situations. Instinct or instinct is a pattern of behavior and reaction to a certain stimulus. Instinct in the context of learning more focused on the abilityof teachers to make teachers have a motherly instinct or fatherly instinct. In this role, the teacher must make the learning process of “humanization” (humanizing human) learning based on love, teasing and foster forming the atmosphere of principled in kinship, kindness, empathy, love and appreciation toward others. Through this learning education will greatly help students / learners to personality independent, healthy physical, healthy mental, smart, and become an ideal member of society.

Abstract

There are some materials needed for the Balinese especially Hindu to do their activities or yadnya ceremony. Can not be mentioned the difficulties of variety in each of their meaning and function. Although there is a simple one but it still has their own importance of meaning and function. One example of the materials is called Kewangen. Why Kewangen still exists and how far the comprehensions of The Hindus about the materials of their yadnya are the questions needed to be discussed. For the overall purposes, this study is presented contextually which isable to describe three importance things which contained their problems and purposes, such as: 1). Is Kewangen categorized as the product of culture, 2). What is the Kewangen looks like, 3) What is the meaning and function of Kewangen from the Hindus perceptions.

Abstract

The traditional architecture of Hindu society in Bali is a blend of material and spiritual dimensions. The combination of these two dimensions form the energy and strength in the building that is created, so, it can give a sense of comfort and quiet in the person who occupy it. In the belief of Balinese, the people of Bali, the process of building construction is not just to build, but it is done by stages and careful  lanning, from the selection of good days, the selection of building materials, up to the means of ceremony. The stage is implemented because the building is not only used as a residence, but also used as a place to carry out various ceremonial activities. This is what causes the traditional Balinese architecture has a spiritual value that makes the building has magical power that can make people who occupy it to be comfortable and quiet.

Abstract

Game activities that can develop the psychological aspects of the child can be used as a learning tool in preparation for the adult world. Traditional gameplay is an intergenerational heritage that has a symbolic meaning behind movement, speech, and tools used. These messages are useful for the cognitive, emotional and social development of children as a preparation or means of learning toward life in adulthood. The rapid development of electronic games makes the position of traditional games increasingly eroded and almost unknown. The traditional game of the child is one form of folklore in the form of which circulates orally among certain collective members, traditionally inherited and inherited, and many have variations. Since it includes folklore, the nature or characteristics of the child’s traditional game is old age, unknown to its origin, who it is and where it came from. Traditional games are usually spread by word of mouth and sometimes experience a change in name or form even though they are essentially the same. In relation to character education, the family has a considerable share, because starting from where the planting of moral values can be developed so that juvenile delinquency problems can be avoided. Broadly speaking, character education aims to guide children toward maturity so that children can get a balance between sense and cultural sense and can realize the balance in the future. Therefore, a certain step that can be taken by parents that is, able to provide a positive stimulus and fun to his son, one of them through the traditional game. The traditional permanent development as a vehicle for educating a pleasant character is not so difficult.

Abstract

Pramana or the way to observe or know knowledge is a method used to find truth in the Hindu tradition. Pramana is divided into 3 parts commonly referred to as Tri Pramana, namely Pratyaksa Prana or direct observation giving us knowledge about objects according to their respective circumstances. Anumana Pramana seeks the truth based on 5 (five) things, namely 1) Pratijana, namely introducing the object of the problem about the truth of observation, 2) Hetu,namely the reason for deviation, 3) Udaharana, which connects with the general rules about a problem, 4) Upanaya, namely the use of rules The general is in the fact that seen, and 5) Nigama, in the form of correct and definite conclusions from all previous processes. Sources that are related to the problems faced are not valid or valid in their existence so that the sources that have a relationship are included to strengthen their opinions and help in drawing conclusions tobe analyzed in search of the true truth. The third Pramana is Upamana Pramana is a way of observing by comparing the similarities that may occur or are contained in objects observed with objects that already exist or have been known. This comparison is used as a helper and complementary in the analysis process and draws a conclusion from the problem at hand.

Abstract

Religious ceremonies in the view of Hinduism as a form of sacrifice to Hyang Widhi,Pitra, Rsi, Humans and the surrounding world, known as Panca Yadnya. Religious ceremonieshave at least four meanings; namely (1) efforts to purify the mind towards clear, wise and wise;(2) the concrete realization of Panca Sradha; (3) realization of the willingness of Hindus to make sacrifices; and (4) forms of expression of gratitude for all of His gifts (both to Hyang Widhi,  ncestors and Rsi) and at the same time as concrete expressions of the behavior of Hindus about Tri Ram. Yajna (religious ceremony) is the expression of concrete and observable behavior. Sociologically religious ceremonies are important phenomena in order to understand the various symbols used by the ceremony, and repeatedly, in addition to functioning as a means of channelingreligious emotion, it is also the driving force of the emotion and ultimately affects the behavior of the followers of the religion. Religious ceremonies as concrete expressions and the concept of Tri Ram places humans according to Hinduism as creatures owing to Hyang Widhi (Dewa Ram), debts to Ancestors and Parents (Pitra Ram) and debts to Rsi (Rsi Ram). Besides that, religious ceremonies play a role in shaping Hindu behavior such as solidarity, rationality, creativity,ethical hard work, solidarity and social care. Apart from that religious ceremonies can encourage two very important things; firstly, religious ceremonies became a spiritual-religious force in the formation of the visionary behavior of Hindus in Bali, both religious ceremonies became religious spiritual forces as economic drivers in the form of increased per capita, business opportunities, and employment opportunities.
