Abstract

Radio network technology Republic of Indonesia has been using satellite communication system, where with this wireless access system can reach difficult place reachable. This research will examine the network on the LPP-RRI that discusses the performance of radio, radio weaknesses and the advantages of this technology. In this reserch, the authors first understand the shape and configuration of RRI network on the route Palembang - Banyuasin. After that, the authors perform mathematical calculations to obtain the value of Carrier To Noise (C / N) total by calculating the value of Carrier to Noise uplink at the earth station in the city of Palembang, Carrier to Noise intermod on a satellite carrier to noise downlink ground station located in Banyuasin. After getting the value of (C / N) total subsequent authors compared the results of mathematical calculations (C / N) in total with the existing data on RRI software that can analyze the cause of the difference of both values and can provide remedies that keoptimalan better network utilization. Then, to determine the level of RRI network performance, the author must seek Eb/No and BER values for comparing the calculation results with Digital Voice standarisai with a value of 6.5 dB at BER of 10-3 where the value is expressed in network performance in good condition.Keywords : RRI, Satellites, Carrier to Noise (C / N), Eb / No, BER (Bit Error Rate)

Abstract

The purpose of this study to determine whether the library information system has been in accordance with COBIT 4.1 standards. This research is conducted by survey approach in the form of Maturity level measurement with COBIT Framework so that it can get the current position which then can be used to determine the target to be achieved. The result of this research is maturity level using COBIT Framework on Domain Planning / Organization (PO) at level 2.55 indicates that in implementing information technology governance has done standardized procedure, documented, and have communicated through training and media.Kata Kunci : Evaluation,  Framework Cobit, Maturity Level

Abstract

Local cultural heritage has contributed to being studied in search of solutions in the effort to overcome the problems encountered in the past. The problem of diversity of cultural heritage is considered to have no relevance to the present let alone for the future. The Great Mosque of Pondok Tinggi is one of the historic physical heritage (tengible). The making of motion graphic serves to help in promoting and introducing the Grand Mosque of Pondok Tinggi as a cultural heritage of the past and introduction to tourists, as a means of information to increase the number of tourists to Sungai Penuh Town. Methods of data collection carried out with the stages of observation, interviews, and literature study. Then proceed with the methodology used in the multimedia production process is a 3 stage production flow that is pre production, production, and post production. The results obtained have met the good criteria as a medium of information about the Great Mosque Pondok Tinggi to be delivered to the public or tourists.Keywords— Mosque, Design, Cultural Heritage, Motion Graphic

Abstract

Banyuwangi is one area which is located in East Java province. Banyuwangi has much natural tourism potentials, but to lead to the development of ecotourism, it is not enough to rely solely on natural tourism objects. So far, Banyuwangi district local government has promoted an agenda of indigenous cultures in Banyuwangi, but as long as this is done is still limited in BC is running, so that for subsequent years is not known exactly when the custom event will be held. This effect on the travelers who plan to visit Banyuwangi during the same event the following year, so that the tourists could not definitively scheduled arrival. A solution of these problems is to provide custom applications Banyuwangi agenda based website by using java calendar conversion to AD calendar, so for customary events in Banyuwangi upcoming schedule is already known for sure. In this study applies the algorithm to convert Kuwait Javanese calendar to calendar BC. Computation Urfi as in the Islamic calendar is based on the old average of one month synodic, namely 29.530589 days or 29 days 12 hours 44 minutes 2.9 seconds. The average is slightly larger than the 29.5 days. Figures 29.5 days is the middle value of 29 and 30. Thus the Islamic calendar arithmetically compiled by specifying the number of days in the month of Islam at 30 and 29 days alternately. The results of this study are able to produce custom website application Banyuwangi agenda, so as to determine the customary agenda in subsequent years are not confused anymore because it can be known at this time.Keywords— Indigenous Culture, Indigenous Agenda, Calendar Java

Abstract

PT Cinta Kasih Pribadina is a company that has a role in labor services, the importance of the role reflected on the ever-increasing need for labor services. Company profile website has an important role for a company that does service because it can present its vision, mission and company profile. In addition other benefits from the company profile website as a means that can shorten the meeting so that the client does not need to be asked in detail about the profile, vision, and mission of the company directly. Website development is done by the method of implementation of the Rational Unified Process (RUP). Abstract

Gojek application is used to provide gojek services for gojek user that consists of the menu go-ride, go-send, go-mart, food, go-go-go-box, clean, go-glam-massage, go, go-busway, and go-tix and can be accessed through (www.go-jek.com). This research aims to do usability measurement system against gojek application for the user gojek in Palembang. Components of usability in this study consisted of learnability, memorability, error, efficienci, and satisfaction with the use of measuring instrument use quesionairre, which has an ordinal data type, and shape measurement using likert scale scale with 159 respondents. The value of usability above average 2.50 so that it can be said that the application of good and gojek can be accepted and used by all people.Keywords: Application Gojek, Usability, Use Quesionairre.

Abstract

Computer network is a collection of computer devices connected to one, while the Internet network is a collection of computer networks that are connected globally. Android is an operating system used for smartphone devices, while thetering is a utilization hostspot internet using existing facilities on the smartphone. Problems that occur is still a lot of young people, especially Karang taruna who do not know the tethering network, so still limited using external modem. The research method used by experiment  building tethering network, by doing the workshop directly together with Karang Taruna RW 09 Karang Pawitan. From the conclusion obtained that the making of tethering network is very easy to be applied by anyone, where users do not have to buy additional modem device again on the laptop but only using the devices available on smartphones with android operating system other than it can be used by more than two user users, Different from a modem that can only be used for one laptop device.Keywords : Internet, Android, Tethering

Abstract

SMK Miftahul Huda is one of Private Vocational High School in Kecamatan Lempuing, Kabupaten Ogan Komering Ilir, Sumatera Selatan. This school has a LAN and Wireless LAN facilities related to the learning process. In the use of the facility LAN and Wireless LAN, students and teachers sometimes got into trouble while using WLAN for internet and other learning processes that use Wireless LAN or Wireless LAN network Internet due to unfavorable. Wireless LAN for network coverage, does not get a fairly wide area connections only Area in the laboratory course. Hence the need for a solution to these problems by applying methods PPDIOO in the development of LAN and WLAN. With the application of the method PPDIOO in the development of LAN and WLAN in Miftahu Huda, generating beneficiaries and the use of Wireless LAN network with stable connection and the connection area is wider not only around the lab alone but to other areas such as in the teacher's room, a library and more.Keywords : PPDIOO Method, LAN, WLAN
