Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the extent of the influence of professionalism of the apparatus on the quality of public services in the field of government administration at the Kairatu subdistrict office, West Seram district (Studies on the Waimital Village Community, Kairatu district). The method used in this research is descriptive method with a quantitative approach. The population of this research is 40 people. The results show that after identifying the research variables, it is known that the distribution of respondents' answers to all independent variables is quite varied, but on average they are in the good category. Meanwhile, the condition of public service quality that was perceived by respondents (service users / customers) was also in the good category, but training was not satisfactory. Partially, aspects of the professionalism of urban village officials have a positive and significant influence and have a contributive relationship to the quality of public services.

Abstract

This research is the criteria concerning the influence of the characteristics of budget objectives on the performance of local government officials in the Keerom regency regional apparatus organization. Testing was carried out on a sample of 73 respondents. The sample method used was Porpusive sampling. Data collection was carried out by direct survey. Testing testing is tested empirically using multiple regression. The results showed that budget preparation had a positive and insignificant effect on the performance of local government officials in Keerom Regency. Budget feedback did not have a positive and significant effect on the performance of local government officials in Keerom Regency, local governments evaluated that the budget had no positive and significant effect on the performance of local government officials in Keerom Regency. , Clarity of budget targets has a positive and significant effect on the performance of local government officials in Keerom Regency. The difficulty of budget objectives has a positive and significant effect on the performance of local government officials in Keerom Regency and participation in budget formulation, budget evaluation, clarity of budget targets and difficulty of simultaneous budget objectives on the performance of government officials. Keerom Regency area.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to examine and analyze the impact of accessibility, tourism support facilities and subjective norms on interest in tourist visits at Ora Beach and Banda Island. The population in this study were all tourists who visited 2 tourist sites in Central Maluku Regency, namely Ora Beach and Banda Island. Based on the character inherent in the population, the sampling method used is non-probability sampling through purposive sampling technique with a final sample size of 62 tourists. Testing research data begins with testing research instruments (validity and reliability tests), testing classical assumptions followed by testing multiple linear regression analysis. The results showed that accessibility, tourism supporting facilities and subjective norms were proven to have a positive and significant effect on the interest in tourist visits on Ora Beach and Banda Island. This can be proven through the regression coefficient of accessibility, tourism supporting facilities and subjective norms which, if an increase, will be followed by an increase in interest in tourist visits. Thus it can be said that the increase in the value of accessibility, tourism support facilities and subjective norms will encourage an increase in interest in tourist visits on Ora Beach and Banda Island.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to examine the role of local government, especially the city government of Tidore Islands, to stabilize food prices based on Food Law No. 18 of 2012 article 55 in the perspective of Islamic economics. This type of research is classified as qualitative research by presenting the direct relationship between the author and the respondent. In data collection techniques carried out include observation, interviews, and documentation, so that the authors conducted interviews with respondents including the Tidore City government and the tomato farmers of Gurabunga Village. In this study, the authors found that the role of regional government in managing food prices, local government not only controls one sector but the role of local government also controls the distribution of supply prices from farmers to the market without going through the collectors (middlemen).

Abstract

This study aimed at finding out and analyzing the effect of good corporate governance, good governance and situational leadership on employees’ performance (a study at public hospital in Masohi region). The hypotheses formulated in this study were: 1) Good corporate governance had positive effects on employees’ performance at public hospital in Masohi; 2) Good governance had positive effects on employees’ performance at public hospital in Masohi; 3) Situational leadership had positive effects on employees’ performance at public hospital in Masohi. The collected data were analyzed by regression analysis. The results showed that 1) Good corporate governance significantly had positive effects on employees’ performance shown by the value 4.19; 2) Good governance significantly had positive effects on employees’ performance by the value 4.17; 3) Situational leadership significantly had positive effects on employees’ performance shown by the value 3.94; 4) Good corporate governance, good governance and situational leadership simultaneously had positive effects on employees’ performance at public hospital in Masohi shown by the value 4.07. The results of testing proved that all four hypotheses in this study were accepted

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to determine whether there is an effect of work placement and work experience on employee performance at PT. Various Marine Resources (ASTB) in Central Maluku Regency. The method used is multiple linear regression analysis. The sample used was 45 respondents using the Slovin formula. The results of this study indicate that the influence between work placement and work experience with employee performance, especially at PT. Various Sumber Tata Bahari (ASTB) In Central Maluku Regency, it is proven that there is a positive and significant influence between work placement and work experience on employee performance. The most dominant variable affecting the performance of employees at PT. Various Sources of Maritime Affairs (ASTB) in Central Maluku Regency is Work Experience. This is because work experience has a greater coefficient value than the job placement variable

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to examine and analyze the effect of workload and work environment on employee performance. The population of this study were all employees of the Civil Registry Office of Buru Regency. The sampling technique used a census technique with a final sample size of 39 respondents. The research data collection was obtained through a questionnaire instrument while the research data analysis used multiple linear regression analysis. The results showed that the workload and work environment proved to have a positive and significant effect on the performance of the employees of the Buru Regency Civil Registry. This can be proven through the regression coefficient of workload and work environment which, if it increases, will be followed by an increase in job satisfaction. Thus it can be said that an increase in the value of workload and work environment will improve the performance of employees of the Civil Registry Office of Buru Regency.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine: 1) the effectiveness of 2013 curriculum planning in educational units (SD / MI, SMP / MTs, SMA / MA, SMK) in Ambon City and Central Maluku Regency 2) the effectiveness of 2013 curriculum development in educational units in Ambon City and Central Maluku Regency 3) the effectiveness of the 2013 curriculum implementation in the education units of Ambon City and Central Maluku Regency. This type of research is descriptive qualitative using unstructured interview guidelines for data collection purposes with 42 informants. The research results are; The education unit in carrying out the planning, both the education unit and the education and culture office, has formed a curriculum development team (TPK) in Ambon City whose steps are; (1) for the city level, the team works to provide material in the form of training to school principals, supervisors, teacher working groups (KKG) and subject teacher deliberations (MGMP) and holds workshops for guiding teachers, especially in the context of efforts to increase teacher competence. (2) The parties involved in the curriculum development team consist of; school committees, education boards, education offices, professional associations, school principals, the world of industry and the world of work (DUDI), natural resources and socio-culture, all work together to monitor and evaluate to validate the curriculum documents that have been made.

Abstract

Abstrak Penelitian ini bertujuan, (1) menguji pengaruh sifat materialisme terhadap pembelian impulsif online. (2) Menguji efek moderasi kontrol diri pada hubungan sifat materialisme terhadap pembelian impulsif online. Jenis penelitian ini merupakan riset causal. Unit analisis pada penelitian ini adalah individu dosen Universitas Kristen Indonesia Maluku (UKIM) selaku konsumen online shopping yang pernah melakukan pembelian impulsif secara online. Metode pengambilan sampel menggunakan metode nonprobabilitas, pengambilan sampel menggunakan teknik purposive sampling. Penentuan sampel berdasarkan pertimbangan (judgment sampling), dengan kriteria yakni, (1) dosen tetap Universitas Kristen Indonesia Maluku (UKIM), dan (2) dosen yang pernah melakukan pembelian impulsif secara online. Jumlah sampel yang dianalisis dalam penelitian ini sebanyak 48 orang. Analisis data menggunakan metode statistik Moderated Regression Analysis. Hasil penelitian membuktikan Sifat materialisme berpengaruh terhadap pembelian impulsif online. Sifat dosen UKIM selaku konsumen yang menekankan nilai pada materi, mementingkan diri sendiri, ingin memiliki banyak barang, dan merasa kepemilikikan tidak membuat bahagia meningkat, maka perilaku pembelian tampa berpikir akibat, pembelian spontan, pembelian terburu-buru, dan pembelian dipengaruhi keadaan emosional akan meningkat. Konsumen yang memiliki sifat materialisme tergolong konsumen berusia muda serta memiliki kecenderungan interaksi dengan media sosial yang tinggi berpotensi melakukan belanja impulsive secara online. Penelitian ini membuktikan Dampak moderasi kontrol diri sebagai pengontrol sifat konsumen dalam hal penilaian barang berdasarkan simbolik barang, status sosial, membangun status sosial dari pembelian suatu barang, serta prestise secara berlebihan. Dampak moderasi kontrol diri terbukti berkontribusi pada pengaruh sifat materialisme terhadap pembelian impulsif online. Kata kunci : Sifat materialisme, kontrol diri, pembelian impulsif online. Abstract This study aims to (1) examine the effect of materialism on impulsive online purchases. (2) To examine the moderating effect of self-control on the relationship between materialism and impulsive online purchases. This type of research is a causal research. The unit of analysis in this study is an individual lecturer at the Indonesian Christian University of Maluku (UKIM) as online shopping consumers who have made impulsive purchases online. The sampling method using nonprobability method, sampling using purposive sampling technique. Determination of the sample based on judgment (judgment sampling), with the criteria namely, (1) permanent lecturers at the Indonesian Christian University of Maluku (UKIM), and (2) lecturers who have made impulsive purchases online. The number of samples analyzed in this study were 48 people. Data analysis used the statistical method of Moderated Regression Analysis. The results of the study prove that materialism affects impulsive online purchases. The nature of UKIM lecturers as consumers who emphasize the value of material, are selfish, want to have a lot of goods, and feel that ownership does not increase happiness, so the buying behavior without thinking results, spontaneous purchases, rush purchases, and emotional purchases will increase . Consumers who have materialistic characteristics are classified as young consumers and have a high tendency to interact with social media with the potential to do impulsive shopping online. This study proves the impact of moderation of self-control as a control for consumer behavior in terms of valuing goods based on symbolic goods, social status, building social status from purchasing an item, and excessive prestige. The impact of self-control moderation has been shown to contribute to the influence of materialism on impulsive online purchases. Keywords: Materialism, self-control, online impulsive buying.

Abstract

Komunikasi Interpersonal adalah proses komunikasi yang terjadi antara dua orang atau lebih dan terjadi timbal balik secara langsung. Sedangkan Komitmen Organisasi adalah derajat dimana karyawan ingin terus berpartisipasi secara aktif dalam organisasi tersebut.Tujuan Penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui seberapa besar Pengaruh Komunikasi Interpersonal dan Komitmen Organisasi. Penelitian ini menjelaskan hubungan antar variable secara parsial dengan metode pengambilan sampel dengan metode sensus terhadap 37 pegawai Balai Proteksi Pertanian dan Peternakan Provinsi Maluku.Metode analisis yang digunakan adalah analisis regresi linear berganda. Dari hasil pengujian ini diperoleh Pengaruh Komunikasi Interpersonal ( X1 ) dan Komitmen Organisasi ( X2 ) Variabel dependen yaitu Kinerja Pegawai ( Y ) . Hasil Penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa Semaikin baik pegawai membangun dan meningkatkan komunikasi interpersonal dan Komitmen Organisasi maka akan semakin meningkatkan kinerja pegawai.
