Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of product quality, promotion and design on the purchasing decisions of Samsung Smartphones in Ambon City. The population in this study is Samsung Smartphone consumers in Ambon. The sample used was 100 respondents with accidental sampling technique. Data collection techniques with questionnaires, while data analysis techniques using multiple linear regression analysis. From the F test results it is known that the regression model is feasible to measure the purchasing decisions of Samsung smartphones to consumers in Ambon City. Based on the results of multiple linear regression analysis of the t test, the results show that product quality, promotion and design have a significant effect on the purchasing decision of Samsung Ambon City Smartphones. Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of performance appraisal system on the performance of civil servants Satuan Kerja Kota Bandung with contractibility as a moderating variable. Performance appraisal system in this research is divided into two variables: performance appraisal system oriented incentif / reward and performance appraisal system that oriented exploration. While the moderating variable is contractibility (performance agreement).The results showed that there is influence of performance appraisal system oriented incentives / rewards on the performance of civil servants SKPD Bandung of 75.2%. In addition, there is also the influence of exploration-oriented performance appraisal system on the performance of civil servants SKPD Bandung of 56.2%. The existence of the contractibility variable / performance agreement will strengthen the direct correlation of the independent variable to the dependent variable, so the result shows that there is influence of performance appraisal system oriented incentive / reward to the performance of civil servant SKPD Bandung with variable contractibility / performance agreement as moderating variable and there influence of performance appraisal system oriented exploration on the performance of civil servants SKPD Bandung with variable contractibility / performance agreement as a moderating variable.Keywords: incentive / reward oriented performance appraisal system, exploration-oriented performance appraisal system, contractibility (performance agreement), civil servant performance.

Abstract

Recently the phenomenon of customer stress is a condition that happened in business reality. Consumer confuses and stress in planning and considering any smartphone that will be bought. It caused by some factor, like product assortment and information overload. Consumer who is stress can influence the low buying intention of consumer on any product. Beside that a lot of information is not easier consumer to make any choice of some. Thus, this research is done to analyze the influence of product assortment and information overload to the customer stress and buying intention. Data were got by questionnaire, which used purposive sampling method, with criteria, as follow: sample was people who visited hand phone store and had buying intention of that. The analysis is frequency distribution analysis, t test and regression linear. The analysis denote that product assortment has positive and significant to the customer stress, information overload has positive and significant to the customer stress, and customer stress has positive and significant influence to the buying intention.Key word: Buying intention, customer stress, product assortment and information overload

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect simultaneously or partially between Credit Interest Rates, Third Party Funds (DPK), and Non Performing Loans (NPLs) on Modern Express BPR lending in the Western Region of Piru Seram Branch in 2016 - 2017 (Monthly ). The choice of multiple regression in addition to seeing the effect between the independent variables and related variables is also because the independent variables in the study amounted to more than one.Based on the research, the results show that the Lending Rate (SBK) has a significant effect on lending at BPR Modern Express. Community Deposits (DPK) have no significant effect on lending at BPR Modern Express. Non-Current Credit (NPL) has no significant effect on lending at BPR Modern Express. While simultaneously the Credit Interest Rate (SKB), Community Deposits (DPK) and Non-Current Credit (NPL) significantly influence the lending at BPR Modren Express in the Western Piru Seram Branch. Keywords: Credit Interest Rates (SBK), Community Deposits (DPK), Non-Current Credit (NPL) and Credit Distribution.

Abstract

The study was conducted with a view to determining the value chain activities of the smallest on the contract costs and operating costs, such that the company's profit margin in the pearl industry in the province of Maluku became larger above the industry average.By using the analysis of the concept of value chain or value chain in the primary activity and the activity of middle-class pearl cultivation companies analyzed the level of the industry value chain activities in Maluku province through the analysis of the concept of value chains (value chains). Costs associated with the primary activities and support activities are divided into two types of contract costs and operating costs.Population of middle-class pearl cultivation companies in the province of Maluku that as many as 9 units wholly used as the study sample (sample saturated) so that the contract revenue, contract costs, gross profit, operating expenses, operating profit can be determined.The results showed that the efficiency cost of the contract by 9:01% lead to gross operating profit margin increased from 79% to 88.01%. Furthermore, operating expenses decreased by 2.0% causing the operating profit margin industry average increase of 52% to 54%. Keywords: Company of the middle class cultured pearls, pearl industry, contract costs, operating costs, operating gross margin, operating profit margin

Abstract

The bath soap market is constantly changing and competition is getting tougher with the emergence of bath soaps that have a clearer positioning, such as beauty soap, whitening soap, family soap to health soap. Increasing lifestyles of people in Indonesia and changing habits where bathing is no longer just using soap, but by adding fragrance and comfort when wearing it. The higher purchasing power of consumers for a product encourages companies to further improve the quality of their products. The purpose of this study is to analyze the effect of Integrated Promotion and Positioning Excellence on Purchasing Decisions in Lux Bath Soap. The population in this study are consumers in the city of Ambon who use Lux bath soap. The sample in this studywere 100 people who bought lux bath soap taken by purposive sampling. The data collection is done by using a questionnaire. The data analysis method used is SPSS version 16.The results of multiple regression analysis namely Y = 0.501 X1 + 0.218 X2 The most influential independent variable on the dependent variable is the integrated Promotion variable (0.501), followed by the Positioning Excellence variable (0.218). T test results show that all independent variables, namely (integrated promotion and positioning superiority) have a significant positive effect on the dependent variable (purchasing decisions) where all independent variables obtain a t value greater than t table with a sig level of less than 0.05. And the coefficient of determination (R Square) obtained by 0.309 this means that 30.9% of purchasing decisions can be explained by integrated promotion variables and positioning excellence, while the remaining 69.1% is influenced by other variables not examined in this study. Abstract

This study aims to assess the Financial Performance of the Maluku Provincial Government in 2008 - 2018 viewed from: (1) Regional Financial Independence Ratio, (2) PAD Effectiveness Ratio, (3) Dependency Ratio, (4) Fiscal Effort Ratio, and (5) Fiscal Decentralization Ratio. This research is a quantitative descriptive study, by calculating the values in the realization report of the Maluku Province Regional Budget 2008 - 2018. The results of the study during the study period showed that the financial performance of Maluku Province based on the Independence Ratio was in the Poor Criteria, Based on the PAD Effectiveness Ratio Ineffective Criteria, Regional Finance Dependency Ratio is very high dependency on funds originating from the central government, Fiscal Efforts Ratio has Poor Criteria because it has not been able to reach the PAD target, and the Fiscal Decentralization Ratio has a poor criterion. Keywords: Regional Financial Performance, Regional Financial Independence Ratio, PAD Effectiveness Ratio, Dependency Ratio, Fiscal Effort Ratio, and Fiscal Decentralization Ratio.

Abstract

This study aims to examine the influence of Promotion and Price Influence on Iron Iron Purchase Decision In Ambon City (Empirical Study On The Original White Iron Store (Typical) Maluku In Ambon City) ". Population in this research is Population in this research is consumer of Original White Iron Store (Typical) Maluku In Ambon City. Sampling technique using purposive sampling with sample of 100 people. While the analysis technique used is multiple linear regression. Promotion Variables based on the test results showed significant influence to the purchase decision of 4.953 with a significance of 0.000. Variable Price based on the test results showed a significant influence on the Purchase Decision of 4.680 with a significance of 0.000. From the results of statistical tests of Promotion and Price variables to purchase decisions, it is known that Promotion variables have a greater influence on purchasing decisions that amounted to 4.953 with a significance of 0.000, compared to the variable price of 4.680 with a significance value of0.000.Keywords: Promotion, Price and Purchase Decision

Abstract

The rise of competition in the culinary field today, makes entrepreneurs to innovate and be creative in order to continue to increase their selling value and positioning among other competitors. One important factor that needs to be considered by culinary entrepreneurs is the atmosphere of the cafe. It is inevitable that the cafe atmosphere is one of the factors of visitors when choosing a place to gather because the cafe atmosphere is a physical characteristic that is very important in creating a comfortable atmosphere for consumers who are in the cafe and can indirectly affect the consumer picture and buying behavior. This study aims to determine customer loyalty based on the influence of the café atmosphere and customer satisfaction so that customers make transactions on an ongoing basis. The population in this study were all customers of the White Sand Cafe. From this population 100 customers were selected to be the sample in this study. Sampling is done by using purposive sampling technique. The data analysis process uses IBM SPSS ver. 23 and PLS-SEM approach with XLSTAT. As a result, the café's atmosphere has an effect on customer satisfaction and loyalty of the Pasir Putih Cafe in Ambon City. Keywords: Cafe Atmosphere, Satisfaction, Customer Loyalty

Abstract

This study aims to benchmark financial performance on two Cradit Union in the Province of Maluku namely CU Ain Hov Ain with CU Hati Amboina  by using PEARLS Analysis Approach. The types of Ratios used for benchmarking are Protection Ratios; The ratio of outstanding loans; Asset Quality Ratio; Return and cost ratio Net SHU Ratio; Asset Growth Rate.Results obtained from calculations using the PEARLS method; The CU AHA Protection Ratio is in a better position than CU HA from the outstanding Loan Ratio it appears that CU HA delivers more cautious credit so it is in a position not far from ideal standard while CU AHA is far above the ideal standard set, asset CU HA is better than CU AHA asset quality. Asset Quality Ratio in AHA CU shows that fluctuating  with tendency continue to rise while CU HA is also very fluctuating with spike in extreme but the increase further; The development of return and cost ratio shows that the development of CU HA has increased higher than CU AHA so that for this ratio CU AHA has a good cost ratio compared to CU HA; The net SHU ratio can be said that the development of CU HA is better and potentially better in the future; Asset Growth Ratio then it is concluded that the growth of AHA CU is better than CU HA.
