Abstract

This paper aims to analyze the statements of Bass & Riggio (2006) regarding criticisms of the transformational leadership style which is often considered elitist and anti-democratic. Is the Transformational Leadership style still relevant to today's increasingly dynamic era with the increasing complexity of the organizational environment. With the analysis model using literature study methods from several relevant journals, the results of the analysis show that there is still a strong relevance between transformational leadership patterns and the company's desire to innovate. Transformational leadership is able to maintain continuous and sustainable organizational innovation. Making organizations more agile is also discussed in this article as an antecedent of organizational innovation.

Abstract

Being happy is the dream of all humans, not looking at gender, including not looking at whether they are disabled or not. People often look down on people with disabilities including the elderly who are often marginalized in society. They are often considered not citizens who have the same rights and obligations as the general public. CRPD or the Convention on the Rights of Persons with Disabilities regulated in Act Number 8 of 2016 concerning Persons with Disabilities in the territory of the Republic of Indonesia is very different from the disability law approach that was previously based on mercy or charity and SDG 2030. Especially in the context of the current Coronavirus or Covid19 pandemic. Those who are vulnerable in this case, people with disabilities and elderly are very at risk. Especially in the aforementioned laws, the latest paradigm is based more on human rights? The theme of this research paper is related to the view of the fundamental right to get happiness. We will see the happiness of my friends with disabilities in "staying at home" situations. Will they feel part of the community if they are included in an online multicultural cultural festival? Indeed, it is one of the movements that can be built, following the disability movement so far that has used cultural festivals as one of the movements used to advocate for existing disability rights with disabilities, but in reality, they have not been given a proper place to they are, with sincerity. Several obstacles have occurred up to now, both in terms of health, education, social welfare, accessibility, and others. Hopefully, in the future network actions will not only occur between people with disabilities, but also online multicultural campaigns and festivals or not and between people with disabilities and the general public will have a more significant and sustainable future impact.

Abstract

Tort is a form of act against the law, whether conducted intentionally or due to negligence, which may cause damages to another person. This research uses the normative empirical research method, by applying the case study approach and by interviewing a gynecologist, which is then analyzed by the author using the qualitative method. Purusant to this research result, it can be understood that the labor process with the water birth method is not recommended in Indonesia and it has not been regulated, however, there are still quite a lot of mother-to-be who choose to use this labor method and are assisted by the medical personnel. Even so, within this case, a form of medical malpractice conducted by a doctor to his patient resulting in death of the patient’s baby has been found. From this research, it can be concluded that the regulation concerning the water birth labor method is crucial to be regulated within Indonesia to prevent future fatalities. The author suggests that the regulation to prohibit the water birth labor method shall be regulated in Indonesia in the near future and all the doctors as well as other medical personnel shall be even more cautious when assisting patients within a labor process.

In this research we aim to examine the social media’ platforms, companies use for informal learning, and the differences between generations in companies, on the usage of social media platforms. Before we started the review, we identified the main topics in informal learning. Then, we continued to conduct literature reviews to identify relevant literature and extract information on the practice of social media as an informal learning tool to gain knowledge. The value of social media as a medium of learning is also open freely to every element in the organization. Companies also build their intranet networks (Enterprise Social Media) to share projects that are more confidential. While intergenerational differences in behavior towards the practice of social media as a means of informal learning are not empirical available, and we would need further research. The different generation had a different approach in life, and it practically would be impacted to how they use their social media in daily activity; including as a learning tool.
