Penerbitan jurnal ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan wawasan pembaca serta sebagai sumber literasi pada teori dan praktik pendidikan dasar keislaman. Jurnal ini menerbitkan artikel orisinil pada tren dan isu-isu terkini terkait dengan pendidikan dasar keislaman khususnya di Madrasah Ibtidaiyah/sederajat yang meliputi : Pembelajaran Berisikan hasil penelitian mengenai pembelajaran yang dilaksanakan di pendidikan dasar keislaman. Kami merekomendasikan kajian yang meliputi perencanaan, pelaksanaan, dan evaluasi pembalajaran yang dikaji dari beberapa sudut pandang meliputi psikologis, sosial, kognitif, afektif, dan kultural. Isu dan tren terkini Berisikan hasil penelitian yang membahas mengenai isu dan tren global terkini yang mengimplikasi dunia pendidikan dasar keislaman khususnya tingkat Madrasah Ibtidaiyah/sederajat. Tenaga pendidik pendidikan dasar Berisikan hasil penelitian yang membahas tentang profesionalisme seorang tenaga pendidik yang meliputi : persiapan, kinerja, pengembangan, karir, dan permasalahan yang dihadapi oleh tenaga pendidik pada pendidikan dasar keislaman. Kebijakan dan kurikulum pendidikan dasar Berisikan hasil penelitian yang membahas tentang penerapan, efek dan pengaruh, pro dan kontra, serta evaluasi dari kebijakan dan kurikulum pendidikan dasar yang dikeluarkan oleh pemerintah dan mengimplikasi pendidikan dasar keislaman khususnya di Madrasah Ibtidaiyah/sederajat. Manajemen pendidikan dasar Berisikan hasil penelitian yang membahas tentang manajemen pendidikan dasar keislaman. Kajian tentang ruang lingkup ini cukup luas, meliputi : manajemen institusi berbasis sekolah, manajemen kurikulum pendidikan, manajemen kesiswaan, manajemen sdm dan kepegawaian, manajemen keuangan sekolah, manajemen sarpras sekolah, kepemimpinan, serta manajemen input/output peserta didik.

Abstract

English is an international language that is important to learn because English can be used to communicate with any nation. Along with the above, learning English needs to be introduced to students as early as possible. The limited allocation of time in learning English has an impact on the lack of level of student understanding and enthusiasm of students in English subjects, so that the achievement of learning outcomes is also far from the minimum standards of completeness set by the institution. This study aims to increase the level of activity and enthusiasm of students in learning English, improve student learning outcomes in English subjects. This research method uses classroom action research (Action Classroom Research) with a learning approach using a cycle and described using descriptive analysis methods. Qualitatively, namely by observing to obtain student attitudes data during the process of teaching and learning activities (KBM) and teachers in applying methods in learning. While quantitative is to process data in the form of numbers from formative test results in each cycle. Descriptive analysis is intended to explain the recapitulation of qualitative data obtained during KBM. The research subjects were class IV MI Thoriqotul Falah Talangkembar District Montong Tuban Regency, with the number of students 19 children consisting of 10 female students and 9 male students with heterogeneous student abilities. From the results of this study it can be concluded that, the use of role playing methods has an effect on improving student learning outcomes. Recapitulation of the acquisition of the class average of 67.5 at the pre cycle stage, 75.68 in the first cycle, and 77.37 in the second cycle. The number of students completing learning increases each cycle, initially 9 students at the pre-cycle stage, 12 students in the first cycle, and 17 students in the second cycle. Classical completeness also reached the target height of 89.50% at the end of the second cycle, from 43.36% at the beginning of the cycle and 75.68% at the cycle I stage.

Abstract

Learning is a way for someone to gain knowledge through experience, remembering, and getting information / finding. Teaching through providing experience in finding his own knowledge, it is hoped that these lessons will be meaningful for students. This study aims to find out about the application of inquiry learning models, improve student learning achievement through inquiry models, student responses to the application of inquiry learning models in science subjects the subject matter of life cycle in class V MI Sunan Kalijogo Wolutengah Kerek District, Tuban lesson year 2017/2018. This research is a type of Classroom Action Research (Action Classroom Research). The data in this study are data on increasing the learning achievement of science subjects in the life cycle with inquiry learning models. Data analysis was carried out by observing student activities, questionnaires to determine student responses that were calculated in the form of percentages, and data from student evaluation results. From the implementation of this study the results were obtained (1) that the application of inquiry learning models in science learning the subject matter of the life cycle of living things can improve student learning achievement. The increase can be seen from the learning outcomes achieved by students in the first cycle and second cycle which are significant. (2) student learning achievement has increased after the implementation of inquiry learning models. After the application of the inquiry learning model in the first cycle the average value of students was 62.63, in the second cycle it increased to 81.84. Increased activity of students in observation or group discussion, in the first cycle 52.63%, in the second cycle to 84.21%. The accuracy of completing the chart or table of observation in the first cycle is 57.89%, in the second cycle becomes 84.21%. The activity at presentation in the first cycle was 15.79%, increasing in the second cycle to 57.89%. The intensity of play alone decreased from 31.58% to 15.79% in cycle II. (3) Positive student responses, indicated by 17 students (89.47%) liked the application of the inquiry learning model, and 2 students (10.53%) did not like because they felt left behind from their friends. The results of this class action research can be categorized as successful in its implementation. The conclusions from the results of this study that the application of inquiry learning models in science subjects the subject matter of the life cycle in class V MI Sunan Kalijogo Wolutengah Kerek District, Tuban Regency 2017/2018 school year can improve student learning achievement.

Abstract

One aspect of religious education that is not getting enough attention is Al-Qur'an reading education. In general, parents are more focused on general education so that many Muslim children cannot read and write the Qur'an. As a first step is to lay a strong religious foundation for the child as a preparation to navigate his life and life later. Based on these problems, the Qur'anic teachers must find solutions or solutions. One of them is to use interesting and understood methods so that children and parents are interested in learning and include their children in Al-Qur'an educational institutions. But as far as the authors know that there is still a need to improve the quality of the Al-Qur'an education. The formulation of the problem in this study includes three things, namely: 1. what is the method applied in the MI Salafiyah Bangilan Tuban ?, 2. what are the results of the method applied at the MI Salafiyah BangilanTuban? a child at MI Salafiyah Bangilan Tuban? This study aims to describe 1. Al-Qur'an learning methods applied at the MI Salafiyah Bangilan Bangilan Tuban, 2. describing the results of the application of methods in MI Salafiyah Bangilan Tuban, and 3. supporting and inhibiting factors in improving the development of children's religious spirit at MI Salafiyah Bangilan Tuban. Data was collected using the method of observation, interviews, documentation, and methods of data analysis obtained from the results of the research described in the form of analytical methods, qualitative descriptive. From the results of the analysis, it can be seen that the Al-Qur'an learning method in MI Salafiyah is supported by guidebooks, habituation, practice, memorization, and giving assignments, as well as playing and stories. The activity can run well. This can be seen from graduates who are able to read and write the Qur'an and apply it in daily life. The results of applying these methods include: 1. students can read the Qur'an properly and correctly based on the rules of recitation, 2. children can pray well and get used to living in Islamic nuances, 3. students can memorize letters -short letters relating to daily life and can write the Qur'an properly and correctly and 4. students can understand the basics of religion. While the supporting and inhibiting factors in the development of a child's religious soul. Supporting factors include: 1. the existence of adequate facilities and infrastructure, 2. the existence of togetherness between teachers, 3. the presence of santri enthusiasm, 4. the existence of supporting materials or materials, 5. the existence of extra activities. Inhibiting factors include: 1. lack of discipline both teachers and santri, 2. lack of attention and cooperation from some guardians of students, 3. time constraints, 4. limitations of teaching media, 5. lack of knowledge of child psychology, 6. limited funds.

Abstract

Formal education becomes an important role as a forum to develop a lot of learning, be it learning about attitudes or about subjects. One of which the writer will discuss is on Natural Sciences (IPA). Science subjects at the elementary school level are the child's initial process of getting to know the environment in the scope of formal education. Science subjects are important to be introduced to children so that children are able to know what is in their environment. Especially about the life of living things around him. So it takes innovation in the learning process.Telegram is a cloud-based, multi-platform instant messaging service application that is free and non-profit. Telegram Client is available for mobile phone devices (Android, iOS, Windows Phone, Ubuntu Touch) and computer peripheral systems (Windows, OS X, Linux). Users can send messages and exchange photos, videos, stickers, audio, and all types of files or files.The implementation of learning using the telegram application (tele-education) to practice working on science problems shows a gradual increase, namely experiencing an increase in positive things and a decrease in negative things according to the student questionnaire contained in the appendix. Means it can be concluded that the implementation went better and smoothly in each cycle.

Abstract

Progress in the field of communication technology in the current era of globalization is producing sophisticated media so as to facilitate the needs needed quickly. In the past few years the android online game play on smartphones has been very interested in most circles, especially students. The positive impact of online games is that the more difficult a game is, the more high levels of concentration are needed to improve hand and eye coordination, while the negative impact of this android online game is that students often forget about other activities and forget their assignments as students. This research was conducted with a quantitative approach. The form of this research is correlational. The subjects in this study were fourth grade students of MI Islamiyah Kebomlati, Plumpang Subdistrict, Tuban District, 2017/2018 Academic Year, with 18 students consisting of 8 male students and 10 female students. The use of android online games for grade IV MI Islamiyah Kebomlati students in Plumpang sub-district of Tuban in the 2017/2018 academic year is sufficient or moderate. Because the average value of 25.5. The effect of android online games on the learning achievement of fourth grade MI Islamiyah Kebomlati Districts Plumpang District of Tuban in the academic year 2017/2018 based on the results of research on interpretation using the t-table value r2 determinaation coefficient, it turns out that the t-count () is smaller than t-table, at the significance level of 5% (2,120). Thus there is an insignificant coefficient of determination between android online games and the learning achievement of fourth grade students of MI Islamiyah Kebomlati, Plumpang Subdistrict, Tuban Regency in the academic year 2017/2018. This shows that the android online game has no effect on student achievement IV MI Islamiyah Kebomlati Plumpang District of Tuban in the 2017/2018 academic year.

Abstract

This research is motivated by the fact that the still low learning outcomes of Social Sciences subjects in fifth grade MI Miftahul Huda Pucangan students. Possible learning methods that can affect student achievement are the cooperative jigsaw model. The problem of this research is to explain the efforts to improve learning outcomes of social science by applying the cooperative jigsaw method. The theories used in the conduct of this research include LAN about learning outcomes, social science and the cooperative jigsaw model method. This research is expected to provide answers to the formulation of the problem (1) How is the application of the jigsaw cooperative method in the learning process of social science in class V MI Miftahul Huda Pucangan Montong Tuban in the academic year 2017/2018? and (2) Can the cooperative jigsaw method improve social studies learning outcomes for fifth grade MI Miftahul Huda Pucangan Montong Tuban students in the 2017/2018 academic year? This type of research is classroom action research (CAR). The subjects of this study were 36 grade V students, consisting of 18 boys and 18 girls. This research lasted for 2 cycles. For data collection techniques used observation techniques and data collection tools in the form of test questions. The collected data is then analyzed using a data processing method with descriptive statistical analysis which presents the data in the form of tables and bar charts. Then presented in each cycle to get information (observations), both from data collected from observation sheets and written tests. The results of the study in the first cycle showed the average percentage of teacher activity in the first cycle meeting 1 78% and 2% meetings 86%, while in the second cycle 1 meeting 90% and 95% meetings 2. In addition to teacher activity, student activity in groups also increased, in cycle I meeting 1 the percentage of student activity was 68% and meeting 2 was 77%, whereas in cycle II at meeting 1 the percentage increased 80% and meeting 2 90%. Social studies learning outcomes in pre-cycle with an average value of 68.94 and classical completeness of 42%, the first cycle obtained an average value of 78.27 with classical completeness of 78%. In the second cycle learning outcomes increased with an average value of 82.61 with 92% mastery learning. Means that at the end of the second cycle it has been shown that classical learning completeness is in accordance with indicators of success. The results of these studies can be concluded, that by using the cooperative jigsaw model can increase teacher activity in managing learning and student activities in the learning process. Student learning outcomes in social studies lessons increase in accordance with predetermined minimal completeness criteria standards.

Abstract

The occurrence of acts and acts of violence lately is a phenomenon that we often witness. In fact it almost always adorns mass media information. One of the causes and perhaps this is the most important cause is due to a moral or moral crisis. Moral crisis occurs because some people no longer want to heed the guidance of religion, which normatively teaches adherents to do good, abandoning immoral acts and evil. The heart is a great gift that is given to humans. With a human heart can recognize, communicate, and even love Robnya. Like a tower, the heart has many doors. Like a mirror, the heart is able to absorb and reflect every image that comes to it. Then the influence, the object will enter the heart, and imprint in it, through the means of birth, namely the five senses or through the means of the mind, namely fantasy, lust, anger, morals formed in a fitrawi. Imagine if everyone then tried to base all their activities on a clean heart. Truly there will be a terrible explosion in changes in a person. The conclusion is that the qolbu management-based moral education innovation is an idea or new method offered by the author to be used in implementing moral education. It is hoped that this new idea or method will be able to improve the quality of moral education which is felt to be declining today.

Abstract

The national exam is a form of national level learning evaluation that has been set by the government to determine student learning outcomes. However, in the implementation of the national exam has a negative impact on students, teachers and schools. So lately there has been a renewed discourse about the elimination of the national examination, it began with the policy of the Indonesian Minister of Education and Culture to abolish the national examination in 2021. Especially if we examine further that legal efforts to stop the implementation of the national examination have existed since 2006 and the peak in 2009 was the decision of the Supreme Court number: 2596 K / PDT / 2008 which in essence required the government to stop the implementation of the national examination before resolving various existing problems. Therefore, the writer is interested in asking logically to think about the urgency of abolishing the national exam after the decision of the Supreme Court. In this paper, the method used by the author is a qualitative method based on social facts that occur based on juridical reasons based on the laws and regulations related to research. The results of this study found that the implementation of the national exam has claimed justice for students in obtaining their human rights in obtaining education that has been mentioned in the 1945 Constitution and is not in accordance with educational thought according to Ki Hajar Dewantara, as well as causing various depressive pressures which have an impact on their minds stressed and suicidal students. The implementation of national exams has also revoked justice for teachers, where teachers in their teaching are supposed to educate students well and develop their students' thinking instincts, with the national examination the teacher only drills students to memorize and do exercises that lead to the national exam. Recalling also that the implementation of national examinations in a juridical manner in the decision of the Supreme Court has violated various laws and regulations regarding education in Indonesia. Therefore, the elimination of the national exam will give back the right to justice for students, teachers and schools according to their respective proportions.

Abstract

Learning is essentially a process of interaction between students and their environment, so there is a change in behavior to be better. In learning, the most important task of the teacher is to condition the environment so that it supports behavior change for students. The use of appropriate learning strategies will also determine the effectiveness and efficiency of learning. Learning needs to be done with fewer lectures and teacher-centered methods, and more emphasis on student interaction. The use of a variety of strategies will greatly assist students in achieving learning objectives. One good learning strategy is contextual learning strategy. Because contextual learning strategies can combine three aspects of intelligence, including cognitive, affective and psychomotor aspects. Contextual learning strategies can provide space for students to be directly involved in the learning process. So students are no longer seen as objects, but subjects who can show their existence and contribution in education. Contextual learning and teaching involve students in important activities that help them relate academic learning and the real life contexts they face. By linking the two, students see the meaning in schoolwork. Fiqh subjects in madrasah ibtidaiyah with a contextual learning strategy approach provide opportunities for students to explore cognitive abilities in implementing material in the process of teaching and learning activities more innovative and comprehensive.

Abstract

The big problem that is still faced by national education until now is the issue of quality, effectiveness and efficiency of education. It has become a common understanding that the issue of educators is far more important than the problems of curriculum and other educational components. With the following important aspects educational institutions can play a role in improving the quality of their educators, including: (1) salaries and welfare standards that are appropriate for their lives, (2) qualification standards, (3) competency standards and efforts to improve them, (4) certification system for educators and educators and professional transfers that do not meet competency standards, (4) honest and transparent selection / recruitment, (5) career development standards, (6) preparation of prospective educators and education personnel in line with competency standards, and more emphasizing practice and with strong theory, (7) education and training system in professional training and education institutions and (8) empowering professional development organizations.
