Abstract

In the PAUD Standards the field of art development is not listed, but art acts as a vehicle for learning various fields of PAUD development. As stated in the Early Childhood Learning Program Development Guidelines Physical development ie fine motor like at the age of 4 - <5 years including: making vertical, horizontal lines, left / right curves, left / right sloping, and circles, tracing shapes, coordinating eyes and hands to make complex movements, manipulative movements to produce forms using various media and express themselves by creating art using various media. It can be concluded that every fine motor development needs media for learning fine arts. The learning model using art media aims to enable children to be able to create something based on their imagination, develop sensitivity and be able to appreciate creative work. The basic competence expected from the use of art media is to be able to express themselves by using various media / materials in creating art through exploration activities and developing fine motor skills. On this basis, it gives reasons for how art education should be considered by PAUD teachers as a method of learning. Teachers need to be careful in choosing art learning methods that are able to develop children's imagination, creation and exploration. In this regard, it is important for a PAUD teacher to prepare a child's art learning planning. This article aims to discuss the concept of children's art learning in PAUD. The main thoughts and issues that will be discussed in this article are art education, early childhood visual art concepts and visual art learning planning.

Abstract

This research is motivated by the lack of motivation and student learning outcomes in social studies learning material Types of work in class III SDN Cibubuan 1. This is thought to be caused by social studies conducted less than optimal because the media used by teachers is less effective so students lack enthusiasm in the process learning. This research is a classroom action research method of 11 students in class III, carried out in 2 cycles where each cycle through planning, implementing actions, observations, and reflections with data analysis through observation sheets of learning implementation of student motivation and tests objective abilities of students. After using the mosaic learning media, it is obtained an improvement in the process and student learning outcomes. It can be seen from the motivation of students in the initial data that the criteria are lacking, the first cycle increased to sufficient criteria with a score of 40, and increased again in the second cycle to a good criterion with a score of 50. Student learning outcomes have also increased, it can be seen from the average value of student learning test results before using the mosaic media, which is only 60.90 after using the mosaic media, the average value of students in cycle 1 increased to 71.18, at cycle II the average value of students again increased to 82.72. The number of students who achieved the KKM score also increased, in the initial data the number of students who achieved the KKM value was 36%, in cycle 1 it increased to 54%, and cycle II increased again to 90%. From the above data it can be concluded that the use of mosaic media with natural materials can improve motivation and learning outcomes of social studies material types of work in grade III students of SDN Cibubuan 1

Abstract

This study aims to determine the differences in increasing mathematical communication skills between students who obtain STAD type cooperative learning and students who receive direct instruction learning, as well as the effects of both learning on increasing students' mathematical communication skills. This research is a quasi-experimental study with a sample of 62 students from two different schools. The instrument used in this study was a test of mathematical communication skills. The results of this study indicate that there are significant differences in the improvement of mathematical communication skills between students who take STAD type cooperative learning and students who take direct instruction learning, and the effect of STAD type cooperative learning and direct instruction on an increase in students' mathematical communication skills by 76% or in the moderate category .

Abstract

This research is motivated by the low mathematical critical thinking ability (KBM) of junior high school students which is estimated to be because the learning process does not provide opportunities for students to improve these abilities. One learning model that can be used to improve these abilities is Situation-Based Learning (SBL). The purpose of this study is to examine the increase in student KBM as a result of SBL learning. This research is a quasi-experiment that applies two learning models namely SBL and conventional learning with a population of all VIII grade students of one of the State Junior High Schools in Sumedang 2015/2016 Academic Year. Sampling was done by purposive sampling and obtained class VIII-E as an experimental class or class that received SBL and class VIII-F as a control class or class that received conventional learning. The research instrument used was the Early Mathematical Ability Test (KMA), the KBM test, and the observation sheet. Data analysis using the Mann-Whitney test and t-test. Based on the results of the data analysis, it can be concluded that: 1) the increase in KBM of students who received SBL was significantly higher than those who received conventional learning; 2) a. the increase in KBM for students who received SBL was significantly higher than those who received conventional learning in terms of high KMA; b. improvement of KBM for students who received SBL was significantly higher than those who received conventional learning in terms of medium KMA; c. Improvement of KBM for students who received SBL was significantly higher than those who received conventional learning in terms of low KMA

Abstract

This study aims to determine the relationship between body mass index with the basic motion ability of fifth grade students of SD Cimahi Mandiri I. This study uses a quantitative descriptive method with a correlation approach and data collection techniques using measurement tests. The subjects of this study were students in class V SD Cimahi Mandiri I with a sample of 30 students. Measurement of body mass index using body weight and height (BT / TT) and basic mobility tests using the positional balance stork test, 4x10 meter shuttle run, 1 meter ball throwing, and 30 meter sprinting. Data analysis technique used t test. The results showed a correlation coefficient of 0.481. Hypothesis testing obtained t-test of 36.36 and t-table of 1.701. This means that there is a significant relationship between body mass index and basic mobility. The conclusion that there is a significant relationship between body mass index with the basic movement ability of fifth grade students of SD Cimahi Mandiri I.

Abstract

In order to improve the mastery of word skills in karate learning required learning models that must be applied by a teacher. One model that can be used is the cooperative learning model STAD type. STAD is one type of cooperative that emphasizes the existence of activities and interactions between students to motivate each other and help each other in mastering the material. This study aims to determine the effect of the STAD type cooperative learning model on the process and learning outcomes of word number karate. The method used in this research is the experimental method. The population in this study were UPI Bandung PJKR students who took karate learning classes. The sample in this study was taken randomly using a random sampling technique of 50 students divided into two groups (experimental and control). The statistical analysis used was the t test analysis with the similarity of two parties on average. The test results show that tcount is greater than ttable. Criteria In this case the t count is in the rejection area H0, so H0 is rejected and H1 is accepted, which means there is a significant influence of the STAD type cooperative learning model on the process and learning outcomes of word number karate.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine how much influence the awarding of students' learning motivation in physical education learning. This research is using experimental method. The population in this study were 28th grade XII students of SMK Negeri 1 Cimahi, the sample taken was grade XII TP-A students consisting of 32 students. This research was conducted for 3 days to distribute the questionnaire. Based on the results of data processing and data analysis of the results of the study discussion of the research results collected, the following conclusions can be drawn: Finding the Average Pre-test questionnaire results are 55.63 and the default deviation is 6.65 while the results of the Post-test questionnaire is 63.7 and the default deviation is 7.49. The results of filling in the Pre-test questionnaire awarding motivation to learn were 30% in the category of "very less" 22% in the category of "very less" 4% in the category of "less" 4% in the category of "medium" 19% "good" 4 % with the category "very good. While the results of filling out the Post-test questionnaire awarding motivation to learning amounted to 33% with the category of "very less" 19% with the category of "very less" 15% with the category of "less" 19% with the category of "moderate" 15% with the category " good "0% with the category" very good ". Judging from the categories of good and less, it can be concluded that there is an effect of giving awards to student motivation in learning physical education

Abstract

The problems in this study are: 1) What is the process of implementing learning by using role playing learning models in Civics in the sixth grade at SDN IV Parepare City, Enrekang Regency? From the formulation of the problem, the research aims: 1) To find out information about the process of implementing learning by using role playing models in improving the learning outcomes of Civics in class VI SDN Warungketan, Situraja District, Sumedang Regency. The research approach is a qualitative approach with the type of research is classroom action research. This study focuses on the process of student and teacher activities by applying cooperative learning to role playing types and focusing on student learning outcomes after the implementation of learning by using role playing cooperative learning models. The study was conducted at SDN Warungketan, Situraja Subdistrict, with subjects being teachers and sixth grade students at SDN Warungketan, Situraja Subdistrict, Sumedang District, totaling 30 people, consisting of 16 men and 14 women. The research procedures and design used are: planning, action implementation, observation and reflection. From the implementation obtained data collected by observation techniques, learning achievement tests and documentation. Then the data is analyzed and processed qualitatively. Learning outcomes obtained from the level of success of students who have successfully reached the KKM school, which tends to increase, respectively: cycle I, sufficient qualifications, and cycle II, good qualifications. The conclusion of the research is that there is an increase in student learning outcomes in Civics through cooperative learning role playing types in class VI SDN Warungketan, Situraja District.

Abstract

This study aims to improve student cognitive learning outcomes and by using the Student Teams Achievement learning model in class VIII-B of SMP Negeri 1 Jatigede. The subject of this research is class VIII-B with 34 students. Based on the research, the following conclusions are obtained: 1) The cognitive learning outcomes of students in Cycle I averaged 72.9 with classical completeness 64.70% and Cycle II averaged 94.1 with classical completeness 94.11%. 2) Increased students' affective learning outcomes from cycle I to cycle II namely honesty increased from 27% to 61%, discipline from 29% to 68%, responsibility from 27% to 69%, accuracy from 28% to 69% and cooperation from 24% to 70%; 3) Improvement of students' psychomotor learning outcomes from cycle I to cycle II, namely identifying speech intentions from 26% to 71%, using proper grammar increased from 26% to 69%, speaking clearly and easily understood from 25% to 69% .

Abstract

This study deals with the application of the Gallery Walk method to increase interest in learning and writing skills in paragraph descriptions for grade II students at SD Negeri Pangsor, Cimanggung District, Sumedang Regency. The general purpose of the research is to describe the application of the Gallery Walk method of learning interest and paragraph writing writing skills. Specifically, the purpose of this study is to describe the planning, implementation and improvement of interest in learning and writing paragraph description skills in Indonesian subjects after applying the Gallery Walk method. The research method used in this study is the Classroom Action Research (CAR) model of Kemmis and Mc. Taggart is carried out in three cycles. Data collection techniques used were documentation, observation, interview and test techniques. The results of the study by applying the Gallery Walk method in Indonesian subjects can increase student interest in learning and improve the ability to write paragraphs of student description, as evidenced by student interest in learning in the first cycle, the average indicator of student interest in learning is only 70. In cycle II, the average the average indicator of student motivation is only 74. The average value and percentage of mastery learning in cycle I the average value reached 71 with a percentage of mastery learning 76%, in cycle II the average value reached 88 with 100% mastery learning percentage. Based on the research, several recommendations that can be conveyed include the teacher must first study the learning methods before carrying out learning, the teacher can apply the Gallery Walk method for other subjects, the principal must provide infrastructure that supports learning activities applying the Metede Gallery Walk, and for researchers then if you are going to apply the Gallery Walk method, you must study or master theories about the Gallery Walk method and can try to apply the Gallery Walk method to other subjects.
