Abstract

Submission of information is a very important thing that is owned by a system. The system that is made very well will be able to convey good and clear information to its users so that it can communicate well. The more rapid technology has been used by several educational institutions, especially universities, to support the existing learning system. For students who have fulfilled the requirements for conducting final research, it is appropriate to declare to carry out the final research. But the head of the department is still required to come to campus to declare that the student is eligible or not to do the final research. Therefore we need a system that can provide convenience for the Head of Department to declare that students are eligible to do final research that can be accessed online so that it can be accessed anywhere and anytime by the Head of Department and does not need to come to campus because the system still uses local networks. In order to provide convenience and effectiveness for the Head of Department to check and provide eligibility for students eligible for final research which then leads to the maximum service to students. In conducting research research methods used in this study namely observation, interviews and literature study In the process of developing the system the writer uses 4 stages, namely problem identification, planning, designing prototypes and reviewing prototypes. Evidenced by the viewboard of the head of the department of service to students, it was very well fulfilled.

Abstract

The objective assessment system and guiding assessment can be accessed online, but the examiner's assessment system in which there is a system of finalizing the trial still using the local network and not connected with the others. The trial appraisal system that was not mutually integrated made the examiner a little difficult. This is because as technology advances are utilized as well as possible by educational institutions in this case namely universities to be used in a comprehensive session of thesis students or final assignments. Then it is necessary to develop the examiner's assessment system in which there is a system of finalizing the trial. The research was conducted using the method of observation, interviews and literature studies to maximize this research. The researcher directly examines the congregation assessment system which still uses the local network to analyze how the system works so that when carried out development does not change the existing system flow. Interviews were also conducted by researchers to collect data from existing speakers, namely the board of examiners. Then the author searched the list of previous studies that are appropriate so that repetition does not occur. After the development of the examiner's assessment system along with the finalization of the session and making the system integrated with each other so as to facilitate the examiner chairman to use it in determining whether or not students are declared eligible to pass a comprehensive trial or not. This proved that the system that had been developed greatly helped the process of the trial.

Abstract

In the rapid development of 4.0 technology, now all aspects and types of activities have begun to utilize the presence of increasingly sophisticated technology to facilitate the activities, including the utilization of technology in the world of education. However, the application of technology in primary schools has not been able to be used properly, one of them in supporting the government program is 2013 curriculum. Based on the observation done at SDN Sukanagara and the study of the literature, in the process of processing competency values of students ' social and spiritual attitude is still less efficient, because assessment and input value still use the method Conventional time consuming and using a lot of paper on its process. In an effort to support the paperless program, utilization of technology for Attitude Competency Assessment in 2013 curriculum is needed, so there needs to be a system that can facilitate the assessment process of attitude competency that is more concise, efficient and Paperless. In this study there are 3 (three) methods used: Observation, library study, and prototyping. The results of this research in the form of prototype input competency assessment of social and spiritual attitude is packaged in the form of questionnaire, which is expected to assist in the processing of assessment data.

Abstract

Customer relationship management (CRM) is one of the model that can be used to maintain the relationship between customer and company. CRM is really helpful for the company to increase the customer interest toward the company, improve the economic condition, and improve the product promotion through the use of intimate customer knowledge. But, most of the company still can’t utilize CRM well, one of the problems is to increase the company performance. In this Journal will talk about the utility of CRM based on web to increase the company performance, the method that used in this journal is waterfall method which includes, analysis and systems engineering, requirements analysis, design, coding, programming, implementation and maintenance, and also literature review. With the e-CRM application is expected to provide benefits of the company, helps companies to know the wishes of customers, and can monitor the performance of employees, so the company is able to improve the performance of the company.

Abstract

Gamification is a concept of game element that is applied to non-game contexts, Helpdesk is an IT (Information Technology) section. It is first contacted by a user when someone has questions or problems related to IT services. UIN Syarif Hidayatullah Jakarta as a tertiary institution also has a help desk facilities as the tools to solve problems related to IT service. Based on study, the problem that common occurs is, the user is aware of the helpdesk service facilities on campus, but they prefer to make complaints directly to the relevant division. The concept of gamification with elements of points, badges, levels, leaderboard, and rewards is applied to the helpdesk system through the RAD (Rapid Application Development) development method. The method of evaluating the helpdesk system is done in two stages, first pre-test and second post-test. It through two application which is game based helpdesk and non-game based help desk applications. Using Indeks Kepuasan Masyarakat (IKM) as the calculation method of gamification helpdesk and End User Computing Satisfaction (EUCS) as an indicator service of the IKM that will be tested.

Abstract

The need for fast and accurate data processing is needed by every government agency. The Education Office is an administrative administrator in the field of education that requires a fast system for processing data. The attendance system at the Tangerang Regency education office is already using a fingerprint. However, there are still many obstacles that arise due to lack of tools, and damage to the tool so that it often uses manual attendance. The research method used is the method of data collection, and the analytical method used is a form of Unified Modeling Language. The results and objectives of this study are the creation of a system that can facilitate employee and attendance managers to be more effective and efficient.

Abstract

Information security process can be done by hiding the information on other media or by certain methods, so that other people do not realize there is some information in the media. Technique known as Steganography and Cryptography. Steganography is a technique to hide or disguise the existence of secret messages in the media reservoirs. While Cryptography disguise the meaning of a message, but do not hide that there is a message. In a bank cannot be separated in the presence of inter-bank transactions which transfer if the transfer interbank transactions done in branch offices and nominal transaction exceeds the transaction limit branch offices will require official approval in the upper branch. How do I prove the authenticity of the document transfer transaction? Therefore, a company in the banking sector needs to be a medium to prove the validity of the document sent by the branch transaction. In this case the author has designed an application with a blend of steganography and cryptography techniques that can be used in testing the validity of the transaction document. By using steganographic techniques undercover in a media that has brought and cryptographic key assignment as random, then the document that is sent in the branch office can be proved.

Abstract

Facial recognition is the process of human identification using a picture of facial expression. With the widespread use of computers, it is expected that facial recognition capabilities can be adopted on such smart devices. The adoption process becomes possible with the discovery of facial recognition methods, one of which is the main component analysis or better known as PCA (Principal Components Analysis). The research started by designing a computer program using the Matlab programming language. The Program was used to test the PCA method using a number of facial imagery. Testing is divided into three categories, which are based on the number of the trainer image, based on the number of key vector features, and the determination of the threshold value. In the end it can be concluded that PCA is quite worthy to be a facial recognition method. The research Data shows a pretty good introduction result with a fairly small error rate on testing using ten training imagery, which is one error introduction of 20 Tests.

Abstract

In the digital age it is possible for everyone to do anything including documenting moments. One of them is digital camera based on Digital Single Lens Reflex or DSLR. But sometimes the use that is not according to the procedure can cause damage to the camera. As a layman, of course, will be confused with the problems that arise when there is damage and will be more decided to buy a new one or sell it, even though the damaged camera can still be repaired alone or by expert technicians. To solve the problem, an Expert System was created to diagnose damage to the Digital Single Lens Reflex camera. The method used in this research is the method of needs analysis and data collection. The results of this expert system application can diagnose damage to the Digital Single Lens Reflex camera along with alternative solutions. This application can help people to be more sensitive to the condition of their Digital Single Lens Reflex cameras. The design of this application was created with the help of joomla and sublime text.

Abstract

In order to facility data of ex-graduate maintaining and career information distribution to all of member of STMIK Insan Pembangunan especially Information System, information system is made to handle that. It is an application that named Career Development Center. In processing that aplication, the writer do examination by interview, observation and from books or literatures and then continue to model it with UML diagrams. Along with this system, it is hoped that recapitulaton of ex-graduate and career information spreading about job vacancy, tips and training/workshop can help user to maintain it.
