Abstract

The specific objectives and targets of these community service activities are to provide counseling on the rejuvenation of oil palm and the legality of farmers' land so that there is a change in the knowledge, understanding and skills of farmers who are members of farmer groups in an effort to want to rejuvenate oil palm plants and to provide an understanding of the importance of legality Farmer's land as an inseparable part of the structure of the requirements in order to get financial assistance to rejuvenate oil palm plants. The methods used are counseling, outreach, demonstration and assistance when the extension activities take place. Counseling methods provide counseling and conduct training after counseling. The demonstration method is carried out at the time of delivery of material. Farmers immediately practiced how to rejuvenate oil palm plants, after that they were given counseling about the ways and functions of farmers' land legality and farmer group institutions in order to get funds in groups. The assistance method aims to monitor developments after counseling to farmers by involving agents of change, namely community leaders, traditional leaders, the village government and banking institutions. Abstract

CV. Tanaya is one of the companies engaged in the field of suppliers, this CV buys raw materials in several Agents. The availability of goods is very influential in production planning, therefore inventory data is needed. Goods inventory data processing in the CV. Tanaya is still manual, namely for recording data using a stock card. This raises the motivation to design and conduct training in the use of information systems about inventory data items, especially in the warehouse CV. Abstract

English is one of the most commonly used international languages in the world. Therefore, learning English in schools is still becoming a priority when it comes to improving its quality. In the employment world, having English skills is a plus that is not necessarily owned by everyone, not to mention the situation in the world nowadays which is affected by globalization. This makes us realized how important the roles of English language are for the future of our students. Since the coronavirus pandemic occurred, learning activities in schools were stopped in order to minimalize the spread of the virus. They were instead changed into online activities. In online learning, teachers and students will get used to using online media, such as Zoom or Google Meet for interaction. Various forms of efforts have been made in preparation to face global competition and to adapt to the conditions at this time of pandemic. Based on the analysis of current situation and under a request from submitted by SMPN 10 Tambun Selatan, we will conduct an English language training following the needs of the students, namely Basic English Language Training. The purpose of this activity is an effort to improve the quality of human resource with the output of improving students’ English language skills and scientific publication in national journals

Abstract

Balinese handicrafts are also a worldwide attraction. For example, handicrafts from wood carvings, paintings, endek fabrics, keris, gamelan, copper, gold, silver, and many more. Keris and gambelan in Bali are generally made by the Pande people or you can say Soroh Pande and the manufacturing process is done in a Prapen. Prapen is always identified with cheer pande, apart from being a place for people to do their swadharma, namely memande. Prapen itself is very important for the Pande people not only as their identity as a Pande but also as a livelihood for Pande residents to work which has been passed down by their ancestors from generation to generation. In Kedisan Kaja Village, Tegalalang District, Gianyar Regency, there is a Small and Medium Enterprise (UKM) group that is engaged in memande. The business that has been going on for years only uses a pre-order system (making when there is an order). Based on the results of the interview, the main problems experienced by the partners, namely (1) their knowledge of product marketing is still very limited, and (2) they do not have a storage place for memande completeness. The purpose of this PKM is to increase the understanding and skills of partners in the form of product marketing techniques. The method used in achieving this goal is the use of technology by holding training on the use of Instagram and Facebook social media to improve marketing so that craftsmen can market their handicrafts on social media independently and be able to increase sales

The community service team of STMIK Royal conducted training with the Margarajagukguk Group throughout the Asahan District in carrying out community service activities at the institution using online. This community service activity team provides training to participants on E-Commerce training to increase income through Kokedama (Online Training) for the Rajagukguk Clan Group in Kisaran, Asahan Regency. Abstract

This guidance and counseling aims to develop knowledge to the community by helping children and the community in science in worship, that before carrying out a worship one must first purify, whether you want to pray, fast, do Umrah, Hajj and other acts of worship. Then the implementation of community service / guidance and counseling uses the method of implementation by means of extension and demonstration; Counseling using conventional methods, namely lectures to convey material about the manners of purification (fiqih thoharoh), while the demonstration / practice method uses demonstration methods and experimental methods, namely practicing the method of ablution ', istinjak and bathing. Then after that, hold a question and answer using the question and answer method, then give rewards to children who have asked and all children are also given rewards to them by asking them questions. As for the results of the implementation of community service that has been carried out, the children were enthusiastic about participating in the material and demonstrating how to purify. And they (the children) hope that we often come to them or carry out our next service with the theme of how to purify the pronunciation of the hijaiyah letters so that in reading the Al-Qur'an and short prayers, the reading hadiths lead to good and correct reading

Abstract

Covid-19 pandemic has changed people’s lives. Changes that occur, such as the world’s focus on health, the shift from face to face to online. Pandemic have a negative impact on people’s economic activities. Many policies have been carried out by the government in dealing with Covid-19, ranging from methods of finding people affected by the virus, social distancing, closing markets and offices. The closure of these markets and offices had an impact on the declined of community’s economic. People lost their jobs and income. In Dealing with decline in income, a community service webinar was conducted in The Meruya area by informing about affiliate marketing. This Activity aims to get passive income during pandemic Covid-19.

Abstract

The purpose of this activity is to provide awareness to tourism managers related to tourism conditions in the pandemic era, what to do and how to improve the ability of the managers of the Maspati Surabaya Lawas Tourism Village to survive in the pandemic era. This is important considering that the managers of the Maspati Surabaya Lawas Tourism Village really need knowledge and information about what the tourist destinations must do to be able to survive in the pandemic era. It is hoped that the knowledge and skills gained after the training will increase the manager's provision and knowledge.
