Abstract

This article discusses the integration of hadith and anthropology through the implementation of online lectures on anthropology courses at the Department of Hadith Studies at Institut Agama Islam Negeri (IAIN) Syekh Nurjati. The formulation of the research problem in this article is the implementation of the integration of the hadith studies and anthropology as well as the implementation of online lectures on anthropology courses in the Department of Hadith Studies. The research objective is to look at the implementation of the integration of the two studies and discuss the implementation of online lectures in the anthropology course. The research design used quantitative methods. The results showed that the implementation of the integration of hadith and anthropology was demonstrated through the inclusion of anthropology courses in the curriculum of the Department of Hadith Studies. Seven benefits of integrating anthropology and hadith studies 1) Anthropology helps hadith scholars in understanding the sociocultural community; 2) help understand the hadith to be applied in society; 3) help analyze the hadith that is preserved in the community; 4) helping hadith scholars understand the life around them; 5) help hadith scholars examine socio-religious phenomena/symptoms; 6) help contextualize the hadith in line with the dynamics of community life; 7) help hadith scholars carry out the spread of religion in society. Hadith studies students prefer anthropology courses to be conducted offline. Barriers to online lectures such as absence of quotas and internet signal, decreased focus of lectures, low understanding of material, unfamiliar anthropological terms, difficulty finding references. Ease of online lectures such as easy access to the internet, selection of online learning media that are internet quota friendly, giving and explaining material by lecturers. Recorded 77.4% of the students did not like it. The majority of hadith science students were satisfied with the implementation of online lectures in anthropology courses during the Covid-19 pandemic. Abstract

AbstractHadith taught in several pesantren focuses on aspects of practicing Islamic teachings related to fiqh, morals, and tasawwuf.Teaching hadith in pesantren aims to improve religious practice, not aimed at equipping santri in carrying out research in a critical and independent. Different from other pesantren in Buntet Pesantren, pesantren Darussalam Buntet teaches material on mushthalahul hadith.This study aims to determine the methods and learning objectives of mushthalahul hadith in the Pesantren Darussalam Buntet Cirebon and the understanding of the students. This study uses a qualitative method. The research was carried out by going directly into the field and exploring the existing libraries in pesantren Darusalam Buntet. The results showed that the learning of mushthalahul hadith in pesantren Darussalam Buntet exists in madrasa diniyah with the term marhalah.Marhalah ‘ula there are no mushthalahul hadith subjects. Marhalah tsaniyah uses the book Al-Quthufuddaniyah Nadzam Imam Baiquny. Marhalah tsalitsah uses the book al-Qawaid al-Asasiyyah fi ‘Ilm Mushthalahil Hadith. Marhalah Muhadzarah uses the book Taisir Mushthalahul Hadith Mahmud al-Thahhan.The three books are directly taught by KH Ahmad Rifqi Chowas with the method of bandongan, deliberation, discussion, rote learning, and assignment.The purpose of learning Mushthalahul Hadith is so that the students can understand the science of Hadith as a source of guidance in Islamic law well and not rash, not easily fooled, not easy to aweaken, appreciate the tashih performed by theologian of hadith experts, appreciate differences in the fiqh sect, learn istimbath of theologian, and appreciate sunnah Rasulullah SAW as a source of law.The students understanding can be seen from the results of the study conducted every semester (middle semester exams  and final semester exams) in the form of oral and chitabah examinations with a tiered study of books according to class. Keywords: hadith science, musthalahul hadith, pesantren darussalam. AbstrakHadis yang diajarkan dibeberapa pesantren menitikberatkan pada aspek pengamalan ajaran Islam terkait fiqh, akhlak, dan tasawwuf. Pengajaran hadis di pesantren bertujuan untuk meningkatkan pengamalan keagamaan, bukan bertujuan membekali santri dalam melakukan penelitian hadis secara kritis dan mandiri. Berbeda dari pesantren lain di lingkungan Buntet Pesantren, pesantren Darussalam Buntet mengajarkan materi ilmu mushthalahul hadis. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui metode dan tujuan pembelajaran mushthalahul hadis di Pesantren Darussalam Buntet Kabupaten Cirebon dan pemahaman para santrinya. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif. Penelitian dilakukan dengan cara terjun langsung ke lapangan dan menggali pustaka yang ada di pesantren Darusalam Buntet. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pembelajaran mushthalahul hadis di pesantren Darussalam Buntet ada pada madrasah diniyahdengan istilah marhalah.Marhalah ‘ula tidak ada mata pelajaran mushthalahul hadis. Marhalah tsaniyah menggunakan kitab al-Quthufuddaniyah Nadzam Imam Baiquny.Marhalah tsalitsah menggunakan kitab al-Qawaid al-Asasiyyah fi ‘Ilm Mushthalahil Hadis. Marhalah muhadzarah kitab Taisir Mushthalahul Hadis Mahmud al-Thahhan.  Ketiga kitab diampu langsung oleh KH Ahmad Rifqi Chowas dengan metode bandongan, musyawarah, diskusi, hafalan, dan penugasan.Tujuan pembelajaran mushthalahul hadis adalah agar para santri dapat memahami ilmu hadis sebagai sumber pedoman hukum Islam dengan baik dan tidak gegabah,tidak mudah tertipu, tidak mudah mendhaifkan,menghargai tashih yang dilakukan ulama ahli hadis, menghargai perbedaan madzhab fiqih, mempelajari istimbath ulama, dan menghargai sunnah Rasulullah SAW sebagai sumber hukum. Pemahaman santri dapat dilihat dari hasil belajar yang dilakukan setiap semester (UTS dan UAS) berupa ujian lisan dan kitabah dengan kajian kitab yang berjenjang sesuai dengan kelas. Kata Kunci: ilmu hadis, musthalahul hadis, pesantren                     darussalam.

Abstract

Pengangkatan kepala negara hukumnya wajib. Hal ini karena seorang kepala negara dapat membuat terarahnya nasib kehidupan umat Islam dalam menghadapi tantangan di masa depan. Konsep mengenai kepala negara tidak ada ketentuan baku yang mengatur, sehingga dapat disesuaikan dengan situasi dan kondisi yang melingkupi umat dengan syarat tidak bertentangan dengan prinsip-prinsip yang terkandung dalam Al-Qur’an dan hadis. Kekuasaan yang dipegang kepala negara atau khailifah dalam ketatanegaraan Islam adalah kekuasaan yang berasal dari rakyat dan dari Allah SWT.

Abstract

The process of transferring knowledge from teacher to student is also called the transmission of knowledge in the boarding school environment carried out by maintaining the tradition of continuation of sanad, sanad diploma. this allows the teachings delivered at the pesantren to the authors of the book to be continued to the Prophet. At this time of the millennial era there are some people who study religion without going through a clear teacher. Some have learned from social media, Facebook and YouTube networks, because in this technological era anyone can easily access it, both across regions and times. But the tradition at An-Nahdliyyah Islamic Boarding School in Cirebon still maintains a continuation tradition. This article explains the concept of ittishal sanad in scientific transfer. This study uses a qualitative approach with data collection techniques through observation and interviews. The results show that the concept of ittishal al-sanad in Pondok Pesantren an-Nahdliyyah Gebang is a clear connection (mu’tamad) in the scientific transmission between teacher and student. it’s clear where he got it from. The continuation of the sanad is similar to the chain of the narrators of the narrators of the hadith, but the series of the narrators ends in the last rawi as book mushannif because the hadith has been recorded (tadwin), whereas in scientific transmission especially in the pesantren boarding school the continuation of the teachers and students will continue, until the end of the period . Abstract

AbstrakFiqh al-hadist adalah salah satu aspek dalam ilmu hadis. Aspek ini tak kalah penting dengan aspek-aspek ilmu hadis lain seperti sejarah hadis dan ilmu hadis, musthalah hadis dan lain-lain. Begitu banyak penolakan terhadap hadis-hadis Nabi yang shahih berawal ketika orang sulit memahami hadis-hadis tersebut. Di sisi lain, banyak kerancuan praktek ajaran tertentu berpangkal dari kekeliruan memahami hadis. Fiqh al-hadits, sebagai ilmu yang berupaya memahami hadis-hadis Nabi dengan baik merupakan bagian yang tak dapat ditawar lagi dalam studi hadis.Kata Kunci: fiqh al-hadits, shalih li kulli zaman wa makan, syarh al-hadits.

Abstract

Mendaras Heidegger serupa mengkaji berjilid-jilid buku yang setiap jilidnya memuat ribuan halaman. Begitu luas dan banyak yang mengulasnya. Begitu banyak filsuf dan intelektual -baik yang hidup sezaman dengannya, maupun pasca kematianya [bahkan hingga saat ini]- yang terpesona oleh buah pemikirannya. Sebut saja, seperti Karl Jaspers, Hannah Arendt, Herbert Marcuse, Hans-Georg Gadamer, Emanuel Levinas, Jacques Derrida. Artikel ini melengkapi sekian banyak kajian tentang tulisan Heidegger. Tulisan ini membatasi pembahasan pada topik ”waktu dan mewaktu” ala Heidegger. Pertama, filsuf kelahiran Messkirch ini memang menganalisa dan berfilsafat soal waktu dalam masterpiece-nya, Sein und Zeit [Being and Time]. Kedua, problem waktu dan mewaktu adalah topik yang tidak bisa dipisahkan dari kehidupan manusia sejak pertama kali diciptakan. Ketiga, reminder yang relevan bagi manusia yang hidup di era serba instan dalam gempuran teknologi dalam memaknai dan menghadirkan kembali waktu secara substansial dan eksistensial. Artikel ini memaparkan empat bagian. Pertama, pentingnya memaknai waktu di era kekinian. Kedua, biografi singkat Heidegger. Ketiga, hermeneutika dan mewaktu bersama Heidegger. Keempat, hal ihwal mewaktu bersama Heidegger di era kekinian.

Abstract

AbstrakSanad adalah rantai penutur atau silsilah para rawi Hadis yang dijadikan sandaran oleh pentakhrij Hadis dalam mengemukakan suatu matan Hadis. Untuk memahami bagaimana seorang perawi diterima atau ditolak periwayatannya, maka dibutuhkan Ilmu jarh wa ta’dil. Ulama jarh wa ta’dil seperti Ibnu Hatim al-Razi, al-Sakhawi, al-Dzahabi, al-Harawi dan Ibnu Hajar, masing-masing mempunyai metodologi tersendiri dalam menyimpulkan bahwa seorang perawi ditolak atau diterima periwayatannya. Tulisan ini akan membahas tentang metodologi kritik sanad Ibnu Hajar. Oleh karena itu, setidaknya ada dua hal yang perlu dilakukan, yaitu meneliti metodologinya secara umum, dalam hal ini kita akan melihat metodologi Ibnu Hajar dalam penyusunan kitab Taqrib al-Tahdzib. Kemudian kita akan melihat metodologi Ibnu Hajar dalam menyimpulkan penilaian terhadap seorang rawi, dengan mempelajari beberapa kasus. Kata kunci: Sanad, Jarh wa Ta’dil, Rawi

Abstract

The law of looking after jenazah is fardu kifayah. And the law of burying jenazah is obligatory. Rasulullah recommended to bury jenanazah as soon as possible. But, in the practice of society, it is still postponed by the reasons: waiting for family, following tradition, or dong autopsy to jenanazah.According to background above, the assesment that is researched including: 1. The quality and the quantity of sanad and matan Hadis. 2. The meaning and the understanding of Hadis. And 3. The relevance of Hadis to modern era. The purposes of this research are: 1. Knowing the quality and the quantity of burying jenazah quickly. 2. Knowing the meaning of Hadis as textual and contextual. 3. Knowing the relevance of new society. The kinds of this research are refer to some library research and field research. The theory that is used is the the theory that is bergained by Yusuf Qardawi. This method is explaining how can understand Hadis from textual and contextual. thus, it can produce relevant meaning and understanding. The resulst of this research are : 1. From the quality, Hadis burying jenazah quickly is included to Hadis aḥad ʻazīz. It is taled (diriwayatkan) by using two ways of rawi. Those are, abu said al khudri and abu hurairah. 1. From the quality of Hadis, the strip of abu said al kudri is included to category Hadis of ṣaḥīḥ li dzatihi,, and the strip of abu hurairah is included to category of ṣaḥīḥ li gairihi.. 2. The meaning and the understanding Hadis have different opinion. First, do quickly, on the Hadis is doing work quickly, slowly, or standarly. Second, do quickly in the way of taking up/ taking along jenazah, and third, looking after untill burying jenazah. 3. The relevance of Hadis to the new society, this Hadis can be hujjah to bury jenazah or postpone jenazah.Keywords: Hadis, Jenazah, Relevance.

Abstract

This article discusses the problems faced in the effort to apply to the contextualization of Hadith about the ‘threat of people who leave the prayer of Friday’, especially in the pandemic Covid-19 in Indonesia. This is based on the fact that state institutions, Indonesian Islamic Community Organizations, and scholars agree on the understanding that the Friday prayers can be left behind during the Covid-19 period. However, the fact in the field shows still very many societies who force to carry out the prayer on Friday. From here, this article shows, at least, four problems seen in the community, ie (1) the emergence of counter-hadith postulate (2) fearing out of the textual understanding of the Hadith, (3) contextualization of the Hadith to the exact application context, and (4) presence of the appreciation of the public to the other religious religion. Therefore, this paper concludes that it is necessary to deliver and the thickement of the contextual understanding of religious values to the public, for the dollains, both based on love and understanding, can be adopted as the context that applies. Abstract

Secara umum, korupsi adalah tindakan untuk membuat diri Anda atau orang lain menjadi kaya, tetapi kaya dalam proses yang harus dilakukan dengan cara yang bertentangan dengan hukum. Perbuatan korupsi seperti suap dan tip. Korupsi di Indonesia saat ini memiliki patologi sosial (penyakit sosial) yang sangat berbahaya yang mengancam semua aspek kehidupan masyarakat, negara dan bangsa. Korupsi telah mengakibatkan kerugian materi keuangan negara yang sangat besar. Namun, yang lebih memprihatinkan adalah apropriasi dan drainase keuangan dilakukan secara kolektif oleh anggota legislatif dengan kedok studi banding. Masalah dari penelitian ini adalah bagaimana makna korupsi yang ada dalam pandangan Hadis? Penelitian ini tergolong penelitian kepustakaan (library research), yang sifatnya termasuk penelitian deskriptif analitis. Metode pengumpulan data yang penulis gunakan ada dua yaitu data primer yang secara langsung diperoleh peneliti dari sumber asli seperti, Shahih Bukhari, Sunan Tirmidzi, Sunan Abu Daud, Sunan Ibnu Majah, dan Sunan An-Nasai. Selain itu, menggunakan data sekunder yang diperoleh dari buku-buku yang berkaitan dengan hadis korupsi. Kata kunci: Korupsi, Keuangan Negara, Hadis.
