Abstract

This study aims to determine the strategy of local government in promotion based on E-Tourism in Bantaeng Regency and also to find out what factors influence the local government in the formulation of E-Tourism-based promotion strategy in Bantaeng Regency. This type of research is descriptive qualitative with the type of phenomenological research. Data is collected from interviews, then analyzed based on indicators of Human Resources, Facilities and Infrastructure, and Funding. Data collection techniques carried out by observation (observation), interviews (interviews), and documentation. The results of this study indicate that the Bantaeng Regency government's strategy in implementing E-Tourism is maximized by creating a Team filled with human resources who have a special capacity or ability in IT mastery. Specifically, for the concept of E-Tourism, limiting physical funding, but for technical expertise, technical financing such as photographers and graphic design experts is required. Supporting factors for E-Tourism based promotion in Bantaeng Regency are the apparatus commitment to promoting Bantaeng tourism and collaboration with various parties.

Abstract

Success or failure of a company that operates is always faced with costs, costs needed by the company. The use of social media can minimize promotion costs. Small and medium-sized businesses must begin to understand social media marketing so that products sold can sell quickly. A problem that is often faced by small and medium business people is the limited capital to advertise. Through social media marketing, small and medium businesses will save the cost of promoting their products. Modern marketing requires more than developing good products, setting competitive prices and making it easy for customers to reach. The younger generation will be very happy if business people know what they want automatically. In addition, they will also be open to a product if they are involved not as consumers but become friends. The advantage is that customers can easily submit responses or comments through social media, be it praise, criticism, or even suggestions.

Abstract

This study aims to determine motorization innovation in increasing the income of fishermen in the Liukang Kalmas Subdistrict of Pangkep Regency and to determine the supporting factors and inhibiting factors of the innovation. This type of research is qualitative descriptive, data collection is done using interviews by selecting informants through probability sampling. Data is collected from observations, interviews, and documentation. The results of this study indicate that boats with motor engines are important to be used by fishermen who are specifically used to search for Torani or flying fish that have high economic value, through motorization innovations fishermen's income is much more increased not only limited to the needs of fishermen families but can provide additional on income. Then the supporting factor is government assistance in the form of facilities for fishermen who are poor and less able in the form of engines or motorboats. While the inhibiting factors are natural conditions that do not support and the cost of repair and operation of the ship resulting in fishermen's income cut.

Abstract

This study discusses the Regional Government Strategy in the Management of Balang-Balang Traditional Market in Gowa Regency and knows the things that influence the strategies of the local government in Balang-Balang Traditional Market Management in Gowa Regency. The research approach used is descriptive qualitative. Data obtained from interviews and observations were then analyzed by looking at regional government program strategies in Balang-Balang market management along with the inhibiting factors found in this study. The activities in data analysis in this study are data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions. The results of the research show that there are programs implemented by the local government, one of them is business development and trade facilities that highlight market planning and revitalization efforts, the Gowa Regency government's strategy of prioritizing the improvement of public market facilities in order to operate the process of repairing facilities prioritizing parking facilities causing congestion problems. in the area of ​​the road near the market but the achievement of the objective for price stability in traditional markets is well controlled. In the aspects of leadership, motivation and communication system, there is a process of interaction between the market manager and the Trade Industry Office to check if there is a procedural mismatch.

Abstract

Bonto Tiro Subdistrict is one of the areas in Bulukumba Regency which has a tourism potential that can be developed as a marine tourism attraction, one of which is the Samboang beach, where the beach has beautiful panoramic views with white sandy beaches, and the presence of coral reefs. can be used as one of the attractions, besides the underwater scenery is also reliable and is also a potential area for the development of marine tourism, this research is focused on aspects of developing tourist destinations with various components of tourism destinations in Samboang Beach, Bonto Tiro District, Bulukumba Regency. This study aims to find out how the development of tourism destinations in the Samboang beach through 4 tourism components, namely Attraction, Accessibility, Ancillary, Amenity in supporting marine tourism destinations so that they develop even more. This research is qualitative research with an observation approach, and research instruments in the form of a list of interviews, field observations and literature studies, while the theories underlying this research are tourism destination theory and tourism development theory. And from the research results obtained by researchers, it can be concluded that the development of marine tourism destinations is very supportive in developing the region as an area that has a tourist attraction.

Abstract

This article aims to provide a practical picture to strengthen understanding of the concept of investment plans and the process of preparing a follow-up plan for the design of a village investment committee design and enhancing the knowledge and skills of participants in implementing financial management at the scale of fishermen groups. The method to be used in this training is a participatory method, considering that this method is the most relevant for adult learning methods (andragogy) and the most suitable also for discussing community empowerment programs in development. Training with participatory methods is characterized by respect for the participants. Through training on the financial management of fishermen groups, it is hoped that they can provide understanding to village officials in knowing and carrying out management of fishermen groups. The results of the activity showed the enthusiasm of the participants in the lecture material and discussion session because their views which had been difficult to keep in bookkeeping and governance could be delivered simply and applicatively to the fishing community level. This strategy is to anticipate the fulfillment of the necessities of life, among others by saving and investing, forming a social gathering group, borrowing money, and migrating to other places outside the waters around where they live.

Abstract

The main purpose of this article is to study the impact of leverage on earning per share of selected petroleum companies in India. The article also aims to examine the correlation between three types of leverage with earning per share and to know more about the leverage and petroleum industry in India. The most appropriate Parametric and Non parametric tests are employed and the analysis of data is presented through different graphs and tables. This article comes across to draw a comparison between the degree of combined leverage and earnings per share of selected petroleum companies during the study period.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the capability of Dynamic Governance aspects of thinking across the Building and Environmental Planning in the Kutai Timur Regency Strategic Area (RTBL KSK). This research method uses qualitative research with descriptive research type. Data collection is done by: Interview, Observation, and Documentation. Activities in data analysis, namely data reduction, data display, and conclusion drawing/verification. The results of the study show aspects of thinking across the Building and Environmental Planning in the Regency Strategic Area (RTBL KSK) East Kutai show indicators that are still weak in terms of evaluation and adjustment. Adopted from the Building and Environmental Planning (RTBL) can not be separated from the concept called Urban Design (UD). Urban design is three dimensional, short term, with more emphasis on safety, aesthetics/character, and harmony with the environment. The evaluation indicators that need to be considered are land use mismatches and land-use intensity. Furthermore, the KSK RTBL is a strategic program action plan for handling the problems of settlement and infrastructure development in the field of Cipta Karya in priority areas in urban areas as an area that can contribute to minimum food security for consumption in East Kutai Regency and is directed to be developed to meet the needs of East Kutai Regency.
