Abstract

The accumulation of ice on the aircraft's wings can cause a decrease in the aerodynamic properties of the aircraft, increase in weight, and it is difficult to control the aircraft so that it affects aircraft safety. Icing handling on aircraft is growing. One of the newest systems being developed is electrical anti-icing. Therefore, the researcher designed a prototype of an anti-icing electrical wing on a commercial aircraft with advantages in terms of maintenance and lighter components. The purpose of making this prototype is to design an anti-icing electrical wing in the form of a prototype and can be used as an anti-icing. The prototype consists of three parts, namely input, control unit, and heating element. The heating element working system is by attaching the heating element to the surface of the wing, so when the tool is active through the controls, the heating element will work with an indication of the LED on. After testing the Prototype electrical anti-icing function that has been made, it can be used as a de-icing that removes icing that has already frozen on the leading edge.

Abstract

Abstrak Persediaan berperan penting mendukung lancarnya kegiatan produksi, pada gudang SMT PT. SDI terdapat permasalahan yang dapat mengganggu kelancaran produksi yaitu terdapat selisih stock aktual bahan baku dengan stock pada sistem ERP Microsoft Dynamics AX yang dapat menyebabkan kekosongan stock material (material shortage) namun terdapat permintaan material untuk produksi, sehingga dapat menyebabkan terhentinya proses produksi, perubahan schedule produksi, dan bahkan sampai tidak terpenuhinya keinginan pelanggan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisa penyebab dan melakukan perbaikan terhadap selisih stock gudang SMT, metode Fishbone Diagram digunakan untuk menganalisa penyebab selisih stock agar dapat diketahui secara luas sampai ke akarnya, sehingga dapat dilakukan perbaikan-perbaikan yang tepat. Hasil penelitiannya adalah penyebab dan perbaikan selisih stock gudang SMT, penyebab dari faktor manusia yaitu rendahnya kemampuan tenaga kerja perbaikannya dengan memberikan edukasi dan training, admin produksi salah picking perbaikannya dengan membuatkan check sheet pengecekan picking list, dan pengiriman material yang tidak sesuai perbaikannya dengan double check hasil persiapan dan membuatkan list big part. Penyebab dari faktor metode meliputi proses pembuatan picking list yang salah dikarenakan diedit, perbaikannya dengan membuatkan master data picking list dan membuatkan bon permintaan pada material yang tidak dapat dikembalikan, sistem administrasi yang buruk perbaikannya dengan membuatkan rule format permintaan barang, double check bon, input bon H+1, dan memperbaiki selisih stock opname. Metode stock opname tidak beraturan perbaikannya dengan menentukan invoice utuh, membuatkan rule penyimpanan material, dan merapihkan transit stock. Perbaikan faktor machine saat sistem ERP tidak dapat digunakan dengan mengecek kesesuaian persiapan material dengan bon. Abstract

Galery Amanah adalah usaha yang bergerak di sektor pakaian muslimah wanita yang memiliki konsep syar’i, simple and comfortable. Galery Amanah hadir untuk memenuhi kebutuhan muslimah akan pakaian syar’i, selain itu Galery Amanah juga memiliki tujuan untuk meningkatkan ekonomi rakyat dengan membuka lapangan pekerjaan dengan menjadi reseller. Galery Amanah memasarkan produknya melalui media sosial seperti website pribadi dan akun media di beberapa platform penjualan. Skripsi ini berisi penelitian mengenai studi kelayakan bisnis yang ditinjau dari beberapa aspek yaitu aspek pasar dan pemasaran, aspek pesaing, aspek hukum, aspek teknis/produksi dan aspek finansial. Selain meninjau dari beberapa aspek tersebut, pembahasan yang ada menggunakan pendekatan metode Business Process Management (BPM). BPM memungkinkan perusahaan dapat mengetahui dan menilai apakah proses bisnis yang sekarang sudah berjalan efektif dan efisien serta melakukan improvement jika terdapat ketidaksesuaian. Dari hasil penelitian didapatkan kesimpulan dari berbagai aspek bahwa Galery Amanah layak untuk dijalankan, dan dari hasil perhitungan hasil laba/rugi Galery Amanah bisa menghasilkan keuntungan minimal Rp21.000.000 per-tahunnya. Sedangkan hasil pendekatan metode Business Process Management (BPM) didapat beberapa proses bisnis tambahan (model to-be) dari hasil analisis dan penyederhanaan.

Abstract

The presence of technology and science has evolved in the world of work and its development, in this Globalization Era, it requires people to participate in these developments. This method uses processing in the field of work which was initially managed manually by recording orders written in a ledger, now managed using modern technology. From the results of this study it can be seen that in recording existing orders on the CV. Boganesia Jaya has not implemented the system or is still using manual methods. In that case some suggestions can be given to the company for further development by means of an information system designed using an application with the web-based PHP and MySQL programming language to solve this problem in CV. Boganesia Jaya which is more effective and accurate.

Abstract

Pengukuran Neutron Porosity pada sumur terbuka (Open Hole) ditujukan untuk mengukur indeks hidrogen yang terdapat pada formasi batuan. Indeks hidrogen didefinsikan sebagai rasio dari konsentrasi atom hidrogen setiap cm3 batuan terhadap kandungan air murni pada suhu 75oF. Neutron Porosity log tidaklah mengukur porositas sesungguhnya dari batuan, melainkan yang diukur adalah kandungan hidrogen yang terdapat pada pori-pori batuan. Secara sederhana, semakin berpori batuan semakin banyak kandungan hidrogen dan semakin tinggi indeks hidrogen. Sehingga, shale yang banyak mengandung hidrogen dapat ditafsirkan memiliki porositas yang tinggi pula. Untuk mengantisipasi uncertainty tersebut, maka pada praktiknya, interpretasi porositas dapat dilakukan dengan mengelaborasikan log density logging. Pengukuran diatas dilakukan pada sumur terbuka (Open Hole) untuk mengetahui respon dari litology, salinity, tipe fluida dan lain-lain. Sedangkan, pengukuran Neutron pada sumur tertutup (Cased Hole) akan sulit dan membutuhkan alat yang khusus. Pada Tesis kali ini penulis ingin memberikan suatu metode penilian formasi dengan mengunakan alat Reservoir Tool Monitoring (RMT) yang dapat bekerja di dalam casing maupun di dalam tubing. Abstract

Energy evaluation is an important means for an organization to be more competitive in the global era. IKE or the intensity of electricity consumption is a term used to evaluate energy consumption in a system (building). IKE value is obtained by comparing the total use of electrical energy in building area. The evaluation process is done by collecting historical data from Kartika Husada Tambun hospital building., such as data of building area, data of the use of electricity, and the budget spent of electricity needs. From the calculation results, IKE value of the Kartika Husada Tambun Hospital in 2016 was 160,73 kWh / m2/ year, the IKE value in 2017 was 166,04 kWh / m2/ year, and 2018 was 142,79 kWh / m2/ year. This result is in the efficient category because it does not pass the IKE standard for electricity for a hospital building of 380 kWh / m2 per year. For cost savings the author recommends the application of energy-saving technology

Abstract

Increasing business opportunities from an economic aspect that includes the financial performance of the Refinery Unit VI is very important to manage. Good financial performance will support the company's business continuity, and also have a positive impact on stakeholders. Refinery Unit VI's commitment to improving financial performance is very high, and strives to achieve predetermined key performance indicators (KPI). Refinery Unit VI measures the achievement of KPI regularly every quarter as part of the evaluation. Targets related to current economic performance are the achievement of KPIs on Refinery Gross Margin and Net Margin. The person in charge for recording and reporting financial performance is under the Financial Function. Refinery Unit VI uses Internal Control over Financial Reporting (ICoFR) to control financial reports, where each function that has the authorization uploads it on the ICoFR web system. In 2017, Refinery Unit VI succeeded in 100% compliance with the IcoFR. The realization of the Refinery Unit VI financial performance from 2015 was always above the target despite fluctuations in product prices. This is a good thing, supported by the achievement of the increasing Gross Refinery Margin and Net Margin from 2015–2017. Refinery Unit VI has continuously succeeded in improving financial performance and achieving the highest Gross Refinery Margin among all Refinery Units owned by PT Pertamina (Persero). The installation of SPM and subsea pipelines is the target of increasing the Refinery Unit VI development program.

Abstract

Indonesia has millions island and big part of Indonesia is sea that is rich in marine biological resources and has the potential to be developed and optimized. One of the abundant marine resources in Indonesia is algae. Algae are plant-like protists. Algae have several important compounds, including protein, carbohydrates, fats, minerals and other useful elements. Proteins contained in algae have the potential to be used as antioxidants. In this study, the levels of protein in red and green algae were tested by using the lowry method and testing the antioxidant activity of red and green algae extracts using the Diphenylpicrylhydrazyl (DPPH) method. Algae extraction was done by maceration, which is soaking the sample in low temperature with phosphate buffer saline (PBS) pH 7. From the extraction results it can be concluded that the red algae (Rhodophyta) has the highest protein content of 5.115 ± 0.126% and the lowest protein content in green algae (Chloropytha) as big as 1.686 ± 0.430%. And from the results of the antioxidant activity test showed that all positive algae showed antioxidant activity but the green algae (Chlorophyta) had the highest antioxidant activity of 71.5946 ± 0.01612% with IC50 value 1.6114.

Abstract

Liquid Fertilizers contain a lot of organic waste which has been decomposed and ready for consumption by plants. By utilizing the remaining vegetables, dried leaves and tofu, it is expected to increase the economic value of waste and reduce environmental pollution. Liquid fertilizer composted by anaerobic fermentation and carried out in a closed bucket (composter) with a comparison of bio-activator wastewater of tofu and EM4. The characterization of liquid fertilizer products was carried out by Nitrogen Analyzer, UV-vis spectroscopies, and AAS tools to test the levels of Nitrogen, Phosphor and Potassium respectively. The Result shown that the N total levels (0,38 %), Phosphor levels (0,06 %), and potassium levels (0,15%) of POC that made from waste water of tofu are higher than POCEM4.

Abstract

Vegetable fat can be used as a base for making chocolate butter substitutes in making chocolate coatings. The product is also called hard butter can be obtained using coconut oil. The fats used as a substitute for cocoa butter are coconut oil, palm oil and palm kernel oil that have been obtained by hydrogenation, the hydrogenation process is used to reduce iodine numbers to obtain oil in the form of plastic solids and to increase the consistency of oils and fats to reduce color and smell and to improve stability. In this study the hydrogenation reaction of coconut oil experienced an increase in speed when the commercial catalyst composition of Pricat 9910 was added with a 0.75 gram nickel catalyst and 0.75 grams of silica which was characterized by a drastic decrease in iodine number from 12.12 to 1.94 gr I2 / 100 gr example in the reaction time of 8 hours, It contained in hydrogenated coconut oil did not change or damage when the catalyst composition used in the hydrogenation process is increased.
