Abstract

This research is intended to collect all relevant data and information relating toconsumer loyalty to salt cigarette brand in Penfui area. This study aims to determine theinfluence of brand image (brand image) on consumer loyalty Tobacco cigarettes tocigarette consumers in the penfui area. Consumer loyalty is an important thing for acompany to do to overcome the tight competition in the business world today. One way togain competitive advantage in maintaining consumer loyalty is to establish a good brandimage in the eyes of consumersThe population in this research is cigarette consumer consuming salt cigarettewarehouse in Penfui area as many as 100 people, the sample in this research usingaccidental technique, where the sample is taken as 100 people. The data obtainedobtained in this study are qualitative and quantitative data, primary data and secondarydata, data collection techniques using questionnaires and observations. After the data arecollected in the validity test, reliability and simple linear regression analysis techniques.From the result of validity test shows that the value is significantly below thenumber 0.05, so it can be said all the variables and indicator items question riabel BrandImage and Consumer Loyalty is valid. Reliability test results showed that all the variableshave a large enough Alpha coefficient, which is above 0.6 so it can be concluded that allitems measuring the variable of the questionnaire is reliable which means that thequestionnaire used in this study is a reliable questionnaire. From the results of simpleLinear regression test says Y = 4.401 + 0.297 X, Deterinasi coefficient test results (R2)obtained R Square magnitude is 0,552 it states 55,2% Consumer loyalty can be explainedby variable quality of brand image.While the remaining 44.8% is another variable notincluded in this study.Companies must be able to maintain or even enhance the image formed forconsumers of GudangGaram Cigarette Consumers, for example by giving awareness tothe public (consumers) to love their own country's products through some marketingprograms or to find out customer expectations of PT GudangGaram products, Companiescan produce better product variants and meet those expectations. It is important torealize that keeping customers far better and more profitable than looking for newcustomers to become customers, therefore companies need to pay more attention toservice to their customers.

Abstract

Luke Ma. Thesis, 2017. The influence of placement and promotion of office on the performance of employess of PT. Gramedia Asri Media Kupang. Supervisor: Try Suris Lestari, S.Kom.,MM. The problem in this research is placement data and promotion position at PT. Gramedia Asri Media Kupang is not in accordance with the standards set by Nasional Gramedia in KPI rules (key performance indicator), KPI/STD/GAM/02/2011 for 2012-2016. The formulation of the problem in this study is whether the placement and promotion of positions partially and simultaneously significant effect on employee performance at PT. Gramedia Asri Media Kupang in 2012-2016? Based on the formulation of the problem, the purpose of this study is to determine the magnitude of the effect of placement and promotion of positions partially and simultaneouslly on the performance of employees at PT. Gramedia Asri Media Kupang. The data needed in this study are primary data and secondary data obtained by way of distributing questionnaires, interviews, and study documentation. Data were analyzed statistically by using multiple linear regression technique which was processed with SPSS program version 20.00. The result of data analysis shows the influence of job placement and promotion on employee performance shown by coefficient of determination ( ) equal to 86,1% and the rest 13,9% influenced by other factors like work motivation, employee compesation, discipline level, leadership style, employee and other employee loyalty. Based on the results of data analysis suggested to the management of PT. Gramedia Asri Media Kupang for the placement process is expected to pay attention to the elements of education level, working knowledge, work skilss, and work experience, as well as in the promotion phase of office to pay attention to the rules for its assesment given objectively and effectively through carring, credible, competen, competetive and customer delight. So it will be very useful to improve employee work performance. Furthermore, to other researchers are expected to conduct further research to determine the performance of employees at PT. Gramedia Asri Media Kupang such as work motivation, employee compesation, discipline level, leadership style, employee work loyalty that can support the results of this study.

Abstract

Based on Kompas news, it is known that several pilots who are members of the Garuda Pilot Association (APG) conducted a strike because of management problems. Employees (pilots) assume that management always makes unilateral decisions on every policy made. This study aims to determine the effect of situational leadership style on employee work motivation at PT Garuda Indonesia (Persero) Tbk Kupang Branch. The independent variable under study is the situational leadership style (X), while employee work motivation (Y) as the dependent variable is examined. Situational leadership style variables are measured using indicators of instruction, consultation, participation, and delegation. The variable work motivation of employees is measured by using indicators of willingness to assume responsibility, achievement motivation, and engagement. This study uses a sample of 25 respondents, namely the executive employee of PT Garuda Indonesia (Persero) Tbk Kupang Branch. While sampling uses a saturated sampling technique. The data used are primary data and secondary data collected through questionnaires and observations. The results of this study based on the results of the correlation analysis/relationship between situational leadership style and employee work motivation obtained a correlation value of 0.677 which is classified as positive and strong. The results of simple linear regression analysis obtained the equation Y = 31.931 + 0.599X, X regression coefficient of 0.599 states that every 1% increase in the value of situational leadership style, the motivation value increases by 0.599. The t-test shows that situational leadership style (variable X) partially proved to have a positive effect on employee work motivation (variable Y). The magnitude of the influence of situational leadership on employee motivation is 45.9%, while 54.1% is influenced by other factors such as the desire to live, the desire for a position, the desire for power and the desire for recognition, which is not examined by the researcher. Based on the results of the data analysis, it is suggested that in increasing employee work motivation, it is necessary to have guidance and training in the field of tasks as well as increased motivation related to the needs of employees both internally and externally. For other researchers, it is expected that they can expand the object of their research and not only limited to the PT Garuda Indonesia (Persero) Tbk Kupang Branch but can be done in other institutions related to the objectivity of employee motivation. Abstract

The problem in this research is fixed asset did not increase and current liabilities increased yet give description about the health level of cooperative from the aspect of liquidity, capital, independence, and growth. The formulation of the problem in this research is how the level of health of cooperative from liquidity aspect, capital aspect, and independence aspect and growth of KSP Sahabat Setia SMAN 6 Kupang. The purpose of this research is to know the level of health of cooperative from liquidity aspect, capital aspect and independence aspect and growth of KSP Sahabat Setia SMAN 6 Kupang. The required data are quantitative data and qualitative data obtained by a documentation study. The technique of data analysis in this research is quantitative descriptive analysis by using indicator from three aspects that is liquidity aspect, capital aspect, and independence aspect and growth aspect. Based on data analysis, it can be concluded that the health level of savings and loan cooperatives of SMAN 6 Kupang faithful from 2012-2016 is categorized quite healthy because the average score achieved for each aspect obtained is 25.6 where the highest score is 40. The score ranges from 20 ≤ X <30. Based on the results of the above analysis, the suggestion for the manager of KSP SahabatSetia SMAN 6 Kupang is to make improvements in the balance between cash and current liabilities so that there are no idle funds. The cash value can be minimized by providing loans to members, while current liabilities can be increased by attracting members to save at KSP Sahabat Setia SMAN 6. Managers should balance their own capital to loan capital by increasing the loan from outside in order to achieve maximum value. Managers need to increase the acquisition of SHU by optimizing assets and managing their owned capital by maximizing the participation of principal savings, mandatory savings, capitalist saving and cooperative service transactions by members. Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh kompensasi finansial, masa kerja, dan motivasi kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan di PT.f So Good Food Unit UHT Boyolali. Data diambil dengan cara menyebar kuesioner dengan sampel karyawan office PT So Good Food Unit UHT Boyolali sebanyak 40 orang. Analisiss data menggunakan SPSS uji regresi linier berganda. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa terdapat pengaruh yang signifikan antara kompensasi finansial dan motivasi kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan secara parsial dan tidak terdapat pengaruh masa kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan secara parsial. Kompensasi finansial, masa kerja dan motivasi kerja secara simultan berpengaruh terhadap kinerja karyawan. Nilai signifikansi yang dihasilkan berturut – turut adalah kompensasi finansial 0,000 < 0,05 yang berarti terdapat pengaruh kompensasi finansial terhadap kinerja karyawan, nilai signifikansi masa kerja 0,441 > 0,05 yang berarti tidak terdapat pengaruh masa kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan dan nilai signifikansi motivasi kerja 0,000 < 0,05 yang berarti terdapat pengaruh motivasi kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan. Kinerja karyawan yang optimal menyebabkan perusahaan dapat mecapai visi dan misi perusahaan dengan baik.

Abstract

The purpose of study was to determine the effect of quality, price, and product image on customer satisfaction on Wardah cosmetic products. The research subjects were 100 students from UNIBA Surakarta Faculty of Economics. Data collection is based on documentation and field data in the form of answers to questionnaires that have been distributed. The analytical tool used is test data instruments, classic assumption tests and multiple linear regression. The results showed that simultaneously the quality, price and brand image had a significant effect on the customer satisfaction of Wardah cosmetic beauty products at UNIBA Surakarta Economics Faculty students. Shown by the calculation obtained F count > Ftable and the first hypothesis proved to be true. Partially product quality has a significant effect on customer satisfaction of UNIBA Surakarta Faculty of Economics students, this is indicated by the value of t count > t table and the second hypothesis is proven to be true. Partially the price of the product has a significant effect on customer satisfaction of the UNIBA Surakarta Economics Faculty student, this is indicated by the value of t count > t table and the third hypothesis is proven to be true. Partially the product image has a significant effect on customer satisfaction of UNIBA Surakarta Faculty of Economics students, this is indicated by the value of t count > t table and the fourth hypothesis is proven to be true. Abstract

The development of business today is experiencing a very rapid growth. The developments are very significant and have a pretty good prospect. So such conditions make competition increasingly competitive especially in the field of culinary. Research was conducted to test the effect of quality of service and facilities to the purchase decision of Soto Seger Mbok Giyem in Boyolali. Accidental sampling technique with sample research samples 100. Multiple linear regression methods. The results of the research of quality of service and facilities simultaneously effect positive and significant against the purchase decision, quality of service and facilities to the decision of each of the influential positive and significant decisions Purchase. The decision to purchase Soto Seger Mbok Giyem in Boyolali can be explained by 38.5%, while the remaining 61.5% is explained by other variables. Abstract

The rate of population growth is so rapid, the needs in the community are also increasing, especially the culinary business. Increased consumer needs, producers are trying to improve the quality of the company. The study was conducted to test the quality of the product, service quality and brand image how it affected the purchase decision of penyet chicken in Surabaya in Boyolali. The study sample used 100 samples. Multiple linear regression analysis method. The results of research on product quality, service quality, and brand image simultaneously have a significant effect on purchasing decisions of penyet surabaya chicken. Product quality, service quality and brand image in a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions of penyet surabaya chicken. Purchase decision variables can be explained by three independent variables, namely product quality, price, and promotion of 48.0% and the others are influenced by other variables. Abstract

Competition in the global market is so tight, companies are trying to meet market demand. To meet the huge market needs, companies are required to meet the increasing market demand. Large demand will be followed by large quantities of production supported by maintenance of tools and production machinery. The study was conducted to examine the effect of competencies, organizational culture and work discipline on the productivity of the operational workforce in the mechanization section (study on pt. Senang kharisma text 2 in sukoharjo). 50 sample research samples. multiple linear regression method. The results of competency research, organizational culture and work discipline simultaneously have a significant effect on the productivity of the operational workforce in the mechanization section and in terms of competency, organizational culture and work discipline each have a positive and significant effect on the productivity of the operational workforce in the mechanization section. the productivity of the operational workforce in the mechanization section can be explained by three independent variables at 54.4% and the other 45.6 influenced by other variables. Abstract

ABSTRACT The problem in this study is the increasing competition in the world of copper handicraft industries in Tumang Village, Cepogo District, Boyolali Regency both in the fields of production and marketing. This is evident in the increasingly fierce competition lately. The purpose of this study is to find out how the marketing mix (product, price, place and promotion) influences the competitiveness of the copper industry. In this study, the subjects of the study were the craftsmen of the copper handicraft industry in Tumang Village, Cepogo District, Boyolali Regency. A sample of 50 craftsmen. The method used in this study is explanatory survey, namely by using a questionnaire as a means of data collection and data analysis techniques using multiple linear regression. Partial results of the product variable, price and place do not significantly influence competitiveness. While the promotion variable has a significant positive effect on competitiveness. And simultaneously showing product, price, place and promotion variables have no significant effect on competitiveness. Keywords: marketing mix, product, price, place, promotion, competitiveness
