Abstract

PT Denso Ten Manufacturing Indonesia is a manufacturing company established in 2012, PT Denso Ten Manufacturing Indonesia manufactures Infotainment (CD tuner) and Car Electronic Devices, such as:Car audio, video, navigation and control systems. This Research aims to determine the influence of work disciplineon employee performance Part Of the SMT Process P there IS PT Denso Ten Manufacturing Indonesia. This type ofresearch is quantitative with an associative method with a level of α significance = 0.05 (5%) and 95% confidencelevel. The population in this research is an employee of the SMT Process. While the sample used as much as 38 people. The technique used by the authors in determining the samples in this study is non-probability sampling by thesaturation sampling method whereby the entire population was made samples. The data collection techniques in thisstudy are by interviews, observations, questionnaires, and literature studies. Instrument testing using validity testsand reliability tests, and for data analysis methods using frequency distribution analysis, simple linear regression,correlation coefficient, coefficient of determination, and t test. Data calculations are done manually and using SPSSversion 21. The simple linear Regression equation gained in this study was Y = 8.504 + 1, 248X . Test results obtainedby value R (coefficient of correlation) performance with working discipline of 0, 707 and R Square = 0, 500 and asignification value of 0.001 < 0.05 which means that 50 % of employee performance is influenced by work disciplinewhile the remaining 5 0 % are influenced by other factors that are not addressed in this study. It is evidenced by the value t Count 5.998 t value of the table was 2.028 so Ho was rejected and Ha accepted. This means that there is asignificant influence between the work discipline and the employee performance of the SMT Process at PT Denso TenManufacturing Indonesia.

Abstract

Customer satisfaction which creates loyalty is an important factor in the success ofthe retail trade and retail stores ability to survive. In today's era of the modern market, loyaltycan be determined directly by the customer expectations of products and services offered, oralso by the application of a set of retail marketing mix. The goal of this research is to knowthe direct effect of retail marketing mix strategy which consist of product, price, place,personality, and presentation on customer satisfaction of Pamella Swalayan and to know andanalize the effect of customer satisfaction on customer loyalty. This reseach is quantitativeresearch. Population on this research is all of Pamella Swalayan’s customers. Sampling setmethod is using purposive sampling technic with criteria doing purchase transaction at leasttwo times a month. Calculation of sampling is using Slovin formula so that obtained 100samples.The theory used in this research is primary and secondary theory. The method ofdata collection is by fill the questionnaires with using Likert scale while the secontary dataobtained by documentation study. The technic of analysis is descriptive and quantitativeanalysis. First hypotesis test is using multiple linear regression analysis and the secondhypotesis test is using simple linear regression. The result of this research shows thatsimultaneously product, price, place, personality, and presentation have a positive andsignificant influences to customer satisfaction in Pamella Swalayan. Partial test shows thatproduct, place, personality, and presentation have a positive and significant influence tocustomer satisfaction . while price in unsignificant effect with customer satisfaction. Theresult of this research also shows that customer satisfaction have a positive and significantinfluences to customer loyalty. From this research we can know that customer satisfaction isthe most dominant factor that effect to customer loyalty.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh Promosi terhadap keputusan pembelian konsumen diMinimarket Kopkar Primaveria PT Indo American Ceramic. Populasi pada penelitian ini adalah Konsumenminimarket kopkar Primavera PT Indo American Ceramic . Metode sampling yang digunakan yaitu Simple Randomsampling , pengambilan sampel dengan mengacak sampel yang dianggap homogen dengan menggunakan metodeslovin, sehingga sampel yang di ambil berjumlah 76 orang, data kuesioner yang layak adalah data yang memilikijawaban untuk setiap pernyataan yang diajukan dan tidak outlier. Metode pengumpulan data primer berupa kuesionerdengan menggunakan skala Likert. Pengujian validitas dan reliabilitas menggunakan uji pearson product moment danstatistik Cronbach Alpha. Metode analisis untuk menjawab hipotesis menggunakan regresi linier sederhana. Hasilpenelitian menunjukkan promosi berpengaruh positif dan simultan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan. Secaraparsial Promosi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap keputusan pembelian konsumen. Dengan demikianpromosi memiliki peran positif dalam pengambilan keputusan pembelian barang di Minimarket Kopkar Primavera PTIndo American Ceramic.

Abstract

Studies in this research is about The Influence of Promotion Cost, Education and Training Cost, and Government’s Strategic Planning toward Market Share of Islamic Banking in Indonesia in wellbeing perspective. This research used regression analysis with 1 period lagged of dynamic model. This analysis was used to figure out how big the influence of promotion cost, education training cost, and government’s strategic plan as independent variable toward market share as dependent variable, and how deep of wellbeing value (θ/β) that came from learning process of recent period. This article used secondary data, taken from 77 months period of January 2009 up to June 2015. The result of this analysis show us that the significant influence of each variable toward sharia banking’s market share do exist in small number, though. (1) Eventually, promotion cost, education and training cost, and government’s strategic plan influence the market share significantly; (2) The wellbeing value of these three independent variable toward sharia banking’s market share is still low, θ/β as much as 0,04 (still approach 0 (zero)). Furthermore, by going deeper into this result of analysis, it is really expected that all of entities, regulator, academics, customer, and society respect and honor the tawhidy, obedience, usefulness, and moral/ethics in empowering Indonesia sharia banking for more better position. Key words: promotion cost, education and training cost, strategic planning, and market share.

Abstract

Indonesia dengan populasi penduduk mayoritas muslim merupakan pasar potensial yang besar bagi para produsen barang dan jasa. Meskipun masing-masing konsumen memiliki kadar kepatuhan terhadap syariah yang berbeda-beda tergantung tingkat religiusitas mereka, tetapi secara umum konsumen muslim akan memiliki sikap positif terhadap produk-produk yang menggunakan pendekatan halal dalam pemasaran mereka. Seiring dengan meningkatnya jumlah populasi muslim di Indonesia, studi dalam konteks pengakuan terhadap makanan halal perlu diperiksa lebih lanjut. Produk halal harus diakui sebagai simbol kebersihan, keamanan, dan kualitas tinggi bagi konsumen Muslim. Inilah saatnya untuk mempelajari faktor-faktor apa saja yang harus dipertimbangkan dalam mempengaruhi keputusan membeli konsumen muslim secara lebih mendalam sehingga hasilnya dapat memperkuat posisi Indonesia dalam pasar produk halal.Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa masyarakat Dusun Mlangi Yogyakarta lebih banyak mendapatkan informasi mengenai produk makanan halal melalui label halal pada kemasan makanan. Faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi preferensi masyarakat terhadap pembelian produk makanan halal di Dusun Mlangi Yogyakarta adalah faktor budaya, faktor sosial, faktor pribadi, dan faktor psikologis. Faktor yang paling dominan mempengaruhi preferensi masyarakat terhadap pembelian produk makanan halal di Dusun Mlangi Yogyakarta adalah adalah faktor sosial.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh kecerdasan emosional dan motivasi terhadap kinerja karyawan. Populasi pada penelitian ini adalah PT. Riscon Realty, penelitian ini menggunakan jenis penelitian kuantitatif dengan survey sebagai instrument penelitian. Populasi yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah karyawan PT. Riscon Realty. Sampel yang diambil sebanyak 50 responden menggunakan metode purposive sampling dengan kriteria tertentu. Dalam penelitian ini dianalisis menggunakan Explanatory analisis dan prediktif dengan bantuan program SPSS 17.0 Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukkan kecerdasan emosional dan motivasi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan dengan nilai R-Square 0.851 > Residual 0.24624 , kecerdasan emosional berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan dengan nilai R-Square sebesar 0,890 > Residual 0,260 dan motivasi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan dengan perolehan nilai R-Square sebesar 0.825 > Residual 0,263. Kata kunci : Kecerdasan Emosional, Motivasi, Kinerja Karyawan

Abstract

The purpose of its study was to determine reading habits toward English speaking skills. The research method used was a survey to determine the effect of reading habits on English speaking skills. Regarding data of reading habits were obtained through a questionnaire compiled by researcher. Meanwhile, regarding data of English speaking skill was secondary, it obtained the results of the students' scores from the English teacher. The results of the analysis show that 1) there is an effect of a positive influence between reading habits on the speaking skills of students at SMA Negeri 99 Jakarta. This is indicated by the correlation coefficient rcount of 0.739 which is more than the r table, namely rxy = 0.739> t 0.5 (1:30) = 0.349. The t value is then consulted on the t value table, and the results show at the 5% level t table 0.5 (1:28) = 2.048. These results indicate that the t test is more than t table. 2) The effect of two variables is expressed by the linear regression line equation with Ŷ = a + b X, namely Ŷ = 18.90 + 0.92 X. This equation shows that every one unit increase in the reading habit variable (X) scores on speaking skill (Y) is 18.90 in the constant 0.92. 3) The effort to find out whether or not the reading habit variable has an effect on the speaking skill variable can be shown by using one predictor regression analysis which results in a value of 2.23. 4) The value of the frequency was consulted with the Fisher (F) table on the value generated by the dkerror of 12 and dktc of 16, and the results showed 2.60. This means that the hypothesis, there is a positive influence between reading habits on the speaking skill of students at SMA Negeri 99 Jakarta has been proven. Thus, the analysis in this thesis is significant.

Abstract

This study aims to examine the effect of debt to equity ratio (DER) on income smoothing in manufacturing companies listed on the BEI subsector of the consumer goods industry and various industries with a period of four years, namely the year 2016-2019 with the method of purposive judgment sampling. The statistical analysis used in this study is descriptive statistical analysis and by using logistic regression analysis through multivariate testing. Eckel index is used to classify companies that do and do not practice income smoothing. The analysis shows that debt to equity ratio (DER) with significant value 0,005 have positive effect on income smoothing

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk memahami pengaruh profitabilitas terhadap tingkat pengembalian investasi pada perusahaan Manufaktur yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia Tahun 2015-2019. Sumber data dalam penelitian ini adalah data sekunder berupa laporan keuangan perusahaan manufaktur yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia. Teknik pengumpulan data penelitian ini adalah data yang diakses melalui situs idx.co.id. Sampel data penelitian ini berjumlah 40 laporan keuangan perusahaan manufaktur yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia dari tahun 2015 sampai dengan tahun 2019 yakni selama 5 tahun. Proses pemilihan sampel ini menggunakan metode purposive sampling. Analisis data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah analisis regresi linear berganda. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa profitabilitas berpengaruh terhadap tingkat pengembalian investasi.
