Abstract

Abstract This paper is related to innovation learning Islamic education in the MAN 2 Medan. The problem studied is how the shape of the learning technique innovation? How its effectiveness? And how students respond to learning techniques such innovation? The results showed: the form of technical innovation of Islamic education in MAN 2 Medan models include: development of methods and inquiri diskoveri. Effectiveness of technical innovation makes the subject matter became more understood by learners, because the material was found alone and practiced by the students, while the response of students to technical innovation of Islamic Education is very good and positive, as it can deliver educators to find their own subject matter. Keywords: inovasi, teknik, efektivitas, respon, ingkuiri, diskoveri.

Abstract

This research uses qualitative naturalistic approach in collecting data by using observation instruments, questionnaires and interviews to the samples. The location of the research was conducted at Az-Zuhroh Besilam boarding school addressed in Besilam Village, Padang Tualang District, Langkat Regency. Implementation of this research conducted in 2017 in November until December 2017. In this research, the characteristics of this research subject is the head of the boarding school, the board of teachers, and the students of boarding school Az-Zuhroh. The results of this study are as follows: 1) The guidance system in Pondok Pesantren Az-Zuhrah Besilam Babussalam related in the development of talents and interests of students made in the form of extracurricular activities such as da'wah cadres, 2) The role and contribution given by Pondok Pesantren Az-Zuhroh Besilam Babussalam in giving birth to reliable young mubaligh by supporting various programs so that students can develop their da'wah potential, 3) Islamic education institution developed through boarding school Az-Zuhrah Besilam Babussalam is the development of mission of da'wah and education to society especially need continuously continue to be developed internally while still increasing the supporting facilities, teaching staff, and pesantren activities more innovative in the learning process.

Abstract

The local government has the authority to take policy, as has the Regent of West Pasaman period 2007 has taken policies related to improving the reading ability of the Qur'an for every child in the government area he leads. This research will trace how the regent responded in enforcing perda No. 9 year 2007 so as to give birth to a generation that is able to read the Qur'an well and have sufficient religious understanding. The design of this study is qualitative, while the data sources that researchers use are nagari guardians, purposively selected citizens, community leaders, according to the desired data then in this study used data collection techniques in the form of observations, interviews and documentation studies. The results of the study prove that: first, Wali Nagari has a positive response, the indicator is the instruction of the guardian agari to all citizens to submit their children to the mosque and mushalla to get a reading education writing the Qur'an, renovate the mosque and mushalla to be worthy as a place to learn to read the Qur'an, complete the necessary facilities, give appreciation to the teachers paying in every mosque and mushalla that is in Talu nagari. Second, children's understanding of Islamic religious education has increased since the regulation of the area was established.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan keterampilan proses sains siswa kelas V SDN Sidomulyo 04 Ungaran Timur, Kabupaten Semarang. .Penelitian ini termasuk jenis penelitian tindakan kelas (Action Research Classroom). Subjek penelitian adalah siswa kelas V  di SDN Sidomulyo 04 Ungaran Timur. Penelitian ini dilakukan dalam dua siklus. Setiap siklus terdiri dari tahap perencanaan, tindakan, observasi, dan refleksi. Teknik pengumpulan data penelitian ini melalui observasi untuk mengukur keterempilan proses sains siswa.Analisis data menggunakan teknik statistik deskriptif untuk mendeskripsikan peningkatan hasil keterampilan proses sains siswa. Indikator keberhasilan dalam penelitian ini adalah mencapai Kriteria Ketuntasan Minimal sebesar 73%.Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa penggunaan metode inquiry dapat meningkatkan hasil keterampilan proses sains siswa. Hasil tersebut ditunjukan dengan peningkatan keterampilan proses sains siswa pada setiap siklusnya. pada siklus pertama keterampilan mengamati sebesar 83%, keterampilan mengukur sebesar 76%, keterampilan mengklasifikasi sebesar 69%, keterampilan komunikasi sebesar 72%, keterampilan memprediksi sebesar 62%, dan keterampilan interferensi sebesar 69%. Pada siklus kedua, pencapaian hasil keterampilan proses sains siswa meningkat menjadi 93% untuk keterampilan observasi, keterampilan mengukur sebesar 90%, keterampilan mengklasifikasi sebesar 93%, keterampilan komunikasi sebesar 93%, keterampilan melakukan prediksi sebesar 83%, dan keterampilan inferensi sebesar 90%.                Kata Kunci: Metode Pembelajaran Inquiry, Keterampilan Proses Sains Siswa

Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh dari Burnout Terhadap Kinerja Karyawan Pada BMT El-Munawar Medan. Masalah dalam penelitian ini adalah kinerja karyawan kurang optimal disebabkan kemampuan kerja karyawan kurang maksimal dan motivasi kerja karyawan menurun dalam melaksanakan pekerjaannya. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode Teknik analisis data menggunakan uji kualitas data, uji validitas, uji reliabilitas, uji asumsi klasik, uji normalitas, uji heterokedastisitas, uji autokorelasi, uji regresi sederhana, uji hipotesis, uji parsial t hitung (uji t), uji determinasi, dengan jumlah sampel sebanyak 15 responden yang ditentukan dengan teknik non probability sampling sebagai penentu jumlah responden yang ditujukan untuk BMT El-Munawar Medan, dimana metode pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah angket.            Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa burnout berpengaruh terhadap kinerja karyawan. Hal ini dibuktikan dengan ditolaknya hipotesis H0 melalui pengujian hipotesis dimana terdapat nilai t hitung (34,264) > t tabel (2,160), dengan nilai sig 0,000 < 0,05 menunjukkan H0 ditolak dan Ha diterima. Berdasarkan uji Determinasi Nilai R Square 0,989 atau 98,9% menunjukkan sekitar 98,9% variabel kinerja karyawan (Y) dipengaruhi oleh burnout (X). Sementara sisanya sebesar 1,1% dipengaruhi oleh variabel yang tidak diteliti dalam penelitian ini. Maka penulis menarik kesimpulan dalam penelitian ini variabel burnout mempunyai pengaruh positif sebesar 0,989 atau 98,9% terhadap kinerja karyawan pada BMT El-Munawar Medan.

Abstract

Cultivating worship habits in children in a minority environment is certainly not easy. Because minority conditions are correlated with a minimal amount of worship activity, the outcome is certainly on the impact of the reduced motivation to worship in children. This study aims to (1) determine the strategies carried out by parents in instilling worship habits in children, in the Desa Kuta Gugung Kec. Namanteran Kab. Karo, (2) Knowing the factors that influence the difficulty of instilling worship habits in children in the Desa Kuta Gugung Kec. Namanteran Kab. Karo. The method used in this research is the qualitative method, with a case study approach. The results of this study indicate that the strategies used in inculcating worship habits to children are (1) exemplary, (2) Magrib Mengaji Program, (3) attending joint study, (4) practicing it with the activity sunnah, (4) instilling religious traditions. While the factors of difficulty in instilling worship habits in children are (1) the number of minority Muslims, (2) the lack of religious knowledge, (3) the eruption of Gugung Sinabung disaster.

Abstract

ABSTRAKPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk: mengetahui konsep kepemimpinan dan pelaksanaan supervisi akademik kepala sekolah, serta sistem pendidikan di SMP 1 Muhammadiyah Medan. Jenis penelitian adalah penelitian kualitatif dengan pendekatan studi kasus. Data dikumpulkan dengan  metode wawancara dan observasi. Agar data tersebut dapat dipercaya (valid), maka dilakukan pengujian keabsahan data. Langkah terakhir adalah melakukan analisis data, dengan tiga cara: (1) mereduksi data, dengan membuang data yang tidak diperlukan (2) menyajikan data yang sesuai dengan dan menghubungkan antara data yang satu dengan lainnya, sehingga memberikan informasi yang utuh pada permasalahan yang dibicarakan (3) menginterpretasi data tersebut menganalisisnya, dan menyimpulkannya. Berdasarkan hasil pembahasan diperoleh informasi bahwa,  konsep kepemimpinan yang dilakukan oleh kepala sekolah adalah dengan memajukan sekolah secara internal dan eksternal, menjalin komunikasi yang baik dengan guru atau pegawai, menanggapi kesulitan yang dihadapi oleh guru dengan melimpahkan kepada ahlinya, menasehati guru atau pegawai yang melanggar peraturan, memberikan penghargaan kepada guru atau pegawai yang berprestasi, mengadakan dan melibatkan guru dan pegawai ketika rapat, menjadi penentu keputusan, menyampaikan visi, misi dan tujuan sekolah, meningkatkan kemampuan manajerialnya melalui informasi dan pelatihan, memberdayakan penggunaan fasilitas sekolah, menanamkan akhlak al-karimah di sekolah, memberikan motivasi dan meningkatkan kinerja guru, merekrut dan menempatkan guru atau pegawai berdasarkan profesionalitas dan akhlaknya, mengevaluasi kinerja pegawai, khususnya guru, serta yang terakhir ikut berkontribusi terhadap pencapaian prestasi siswa. Adapun pelaksanaan supervisi akademik oleh kepala sekolah dapat dilihat dari nilai PKG sebagian guru yaitu, sudah berada pada level amat baik, begitu juga dengan nilai rata-rata keseluruhan guru, sedangkan yang terendah hanya dua orang saja yang berpredikat baik. Kepemimpinan kepala sekolah dalam sistem pendidikan berada di bawah pengawasan dan bertanggung jawab kepada suatu lembaga yang disebut Dikdasmen. Key Word: Konsep Kepemimpinan, Pelaksanaan Supervisi Akademik, Sistem Pendidikan Muhammadiyah

Abstract

Ibnu Khaldun was the greatest Muslim scientist of his time. His thoughts are futuristic and still be used for today. As a recognized scientist both in the West and in the East, we should take the wisdom points of his thinking in the field of education. Ibnu Khaldun set educational goals that are free from materialistic elements, an integrated curriculum and even holistic teaching and learning methods. Khaldun's view later in the 20th century, along with the development of contemporary learning psychology, we know him with the term gestalt psychology which was introduced by Wolfgang Kohler in 1912 in Germany. Khaldun's three steps in the delivery of teaching material are also in accordance with the theory issued by Kohlerberg about the maturity of one's cognition affecting one's ability to receive things. Therefore, to make closer to the true concept of Ibn Khaldun's education, the writer uses the method of content research which is to make Ibn Khaldun's monumental work: The Muqaddimah as the main reference and several other supporting books. So with this effort we can know that Ibn Khaldun was truly "the great Muslim thinker" whose idea in the field of education is very inspiring and even continue to be used for today. Another idea that is even used as a trend in the world of education today is the study tour learning method (rihlah) and homeschooling (sekolah rumah) and it’s curriculum. Nowadays, Khaldun's bright ideas in the world of education, along with the methods he offered that were global and holistic, are still being used. That’s becoming clear evidence that Ibn Khaldun was a great thinker throughout history

Abstract

The existence of the Mustahfawiyah pesantren in the field of education and da'wah for more than a century and its uniqueness has made this pesantren "global". But in fact with santri reaching 12,578 people the realization of Islamic teachings about cleanliness experienced serious obstacles. On the other hand this boarding school turned out to have high tourism potential, but it is unfortunate that it has not been managed properly. The empowerment of santri through Participatory Action Research, turned out to be able to change the awareness of santri about cleanliness maintenance and development of Islamic boarding school tourism potential. This activity involved the MADINA Regency government; Office of Environment, Tourism Office, District and village government, and pesantren alumni who are members of the Arbituren Musthafawiyah Family Organization (KAMUS).
