Abstract

ABSTRACT Novel Insya Allah Aku Bisa Sekolah is a novel that has a myriad of inspiration that we can get. Inspiration in the novel became the topic of our research. One of them, a picture of a fishermans child who wants to be highly educated, but has no cost because of the situation of parents who are only as fishermen illustrated from the main character in the novel. This study aims to explain the struggle of the main character, the study of psychological psychology, and the educational value contained in the novel. To perfect our research, the methods we use must be precise, one of them is a qualitative method with descriptive design support. While the source of the data source that we use  in our research is novel Insya Allah Aku Bisa Sekolah. The results of our research found in terms of the struggles of the main characters who always struggle, the study of literary psychology that the struggle of the main characters who are not desperate, and the novel contains educational values: Moral education values, social education values, and cultural education values.Key Word: Novels, Inspiration, Main Characters, The Study of Psychological Psychology,       and Educational Values.

Abstract

Abstract. The purpose of this study is to describe the two say two stray learning model towards analyzing the poem "Karangan Bunga" by Taufiq Ismail class x SMA Indah Medan. The method used in this study is an experimental method that is the two group design post-test method. The instrument used was an essay test or written test that analyzed the poem "Karangan bunga" by Taufiq Ismail. From the results of data processing the average experimental class was 76.87 with a standard deviation of 9.90, while the control class 56 with a standard deviation of 8.15. Thus it can be said that the value of the experimental class is higher than the control class. After testing the hypothesis obtained tcount = 10.33 then consulted with a table at a significant level of 5% with dk = (n1 + n2) - 2 = (40 + 40-2) = 78, then obtained a significant level of 5% = 1.982 (with interpolation). Then compared between tcount with ttable obtained tcount> ttable 10.33> 1.982 so it can be concluded that Ha is accepted namely stating that the two say two stray model can be applied to improve students' abilities in analyzing the poem "Karangan bunga" by Taufiq Ismail to class X SMA IT Indah Medan. Abstract

ABSTRACT This research is entitled "Educative Value Analysis in the Pantun Aceh". The details of the problems raised in it are (1) how is the moral value in educational value in the Aceh pantun, (2) how is the religious value in educational value in the Aceh pantun, and (3) how is the cultural value in educational value in the Aceh pantun. The aim is to describe the values (moral, religious, and cultural) in educative values in the Aceh pantun. The research method used is a qualitative method with a descriptive qualitative approach. The collected data is analyzed by means of document analysis. The research steps used by researchers as a research technique include: the description of the rhyme, the classification of rhyme types, and the analysis of rhymes. The results obtained from the three values (moral, religious, and cultural) studies in educational values at the Aceh pantun, are as follows: moral values in educative values talk about moral speaking, committed brushes, adab keep secrets, and noble ways; while religious values in educative values teach about the way of prayer, remembrance, and faith in Allah; and cultural values in educative values advising on matchmaking, cultural preservation, and the role of parents in their families.

Abstract

Abstract The progress of science and technology today, one that needs attention is regarding the concept of education for adults. It is not always that we talk and review on education about relatively young school students the reality on the ground, that not a few adults have to get education, both informal and nonformal education, for example in the form of skills, courses, upgrading and so on. The problem that often arises is how the tips and strategies to teach adults who are not occupying school notes. Psychologically adults as students in learning activities cannot be treated like ordinary students who are sitting in school. Adults grow as individuals and have the maturity of self-concept moving from dependence as happened in childhood toward self-direction or self-direction. Maturity of adult psychology as a person who is able to self-direct, not directed, forced and manipulated by others.  Keywords: Adult Education, Independence and Learning Strategies.

Abstract

Abstract This study aims to describe the effect of using the CIRC learning model in improving the mechanical skills reading discourse in grade VII students SMP Negeri 2 Batangtoru. Based on the results the study aimed that the use CIRC learning model has an influence in improving the technical skills reading discourse. Before the use the CIRC learning model, the pretreatment test results in a student's grade point average was 65.18 with a mastery learning criteria 21.43%. After using the CIRC learning model, in the first cycle the results average grade of students is 68.75, the value has experienced an increase 6.07% when compared with the pre-action scores, with mastery learning student 63.57%. the second cycle was carried out with the expectation ≥ 70% of students being able to achieve a value ≥ 70, the result was that the average grade reached 79.82 which means there was an increase from pre-action 20.96% with the completion criteria of learning students 85.71%. From the results of the research carried out, it can be concluded that after learning with the CIRC model has been carried out, it has an effect on improving the results mechanical reading skills in the discourse grade VII students SMP Negeri 2 Batangtoru. Abstract

 Abstract The flow of education Progressivism is a flow of modern educational philosophy that requires a change in the implementation of education to be more advanced. This flow of progressivism prioritizes the implementation of education in schools centered on children and makes educators only as facilitators, mentors, and directors to students. The objectives of this research are; 1) to find out whether the teacher's views on education are in accordance with the flow of progressivism, 2) to find out whether the teacher's role has been carried out in accordance with the flow of progressivism, 3) whether the teacher has designed a learning strategy in accordance with the flow of progressivism. The results of this study are; 1) The teacher is of the opinion that education is very important, because it changes a person's personality into a better person, changes his character attitude for the better and is useful for his present life and future life, 2) educators are only as facilitators who foster children and direct children to search for truth in a science. So the teacher's task is only to make how students get knowledge from the potential that exists within themselves, so that he can develop independently, 3) The strategy used by the teacher is learning independently. Students are expected to learn to find information by exploring the initial information provided by the teacher. Then the teacher is only tasked with supervising and monitoring how students dig up that information. The findings obtained by students will get an explanation by the teacher so students or students can better understand the findings they find. Abstract

Abstrak  Batik tradisional, yang diangkat dari akar budaya daerah, kaya akan muatan kearifan lokal yang dilukiskan dalam “bahasa batik”. Batik sebagai salah satu kekayaan budaya perlu pemaknaan baru untuk ditrasformasikan kepada generasi muda  Berbicara tentang batik tradisional sama dengan berbicara tentang nilai-nilai. Nilai-nilai dalam batik tradisional diangkat dari proses akultrasi budaya jawa,hindu, dan islam serta pengaruhnya budaya pendatang. Salah satu motif batik tradisional adalah batik keladi.  Dalam penelitian ini ditunjukkan bahwa batik tradisional keladi mengandung nilai kearifan lokal yang dilukiskan dalam motif/corak ,warnadan fungsinya. Motif keladi ini menggambarkan tatanan kehidupan masyarakat yang ideal.Motif ini mengandung pesan agar seseorang menjadi manusia yang unggul, baik, dan bermamfaat bagi sesama manusia. Abstract

Abstract This study aims to improve the ability to write explanation texts in class X SMK Sinar Husni  using a kumon learning model of 32 students. This research uses a classroom action research approach. Data collection techniques in this study used test techniques. The results of the test data were analyzed by looking at the average value of the increase in pre-action, cycle I, and cycle II. Data analysis technique is done by adding up scores from assessment indicators obtained by students. In the pre-action activities the average value of students was 71.71% with completeness of 34.38% with the number of students as many as 11 people and as many as 21 people who did not complete. The first cycle of action, the average value of students 75.53 and completeness only reached 71.88% with the total number of students as many as 23 people and not as many as 9 people. While in cycle II the average value reached 80.93 with 30 students completing as many students and not completing 2 people, meaning that from cycle I to cycle II increased by 21.87%. increased.  Keywords: Explanation Text, Learning, Kumon.

Abstract

Abstract The purpose of this study is to (1) Analyze the value of character education in the novel Sinar by Aguk Irawan Mizan's novel, (2) Analyze the inner conflict of the main characters in the novel Sinar by Aguk Irawan Mizan's novel and (3) Arrange the results of the study as literary reading material in high school. This research is a qualitative research with descriptive method and researchers as instruments. The value of character education is analyzed with the provisions of the Ministry of National Education that is limited to religious values, the value of hard work, the value of independence, the value of responsibility and the value of social care. Inner conflict was analyzed by Sigmund Freud's theory. Data were collected through the note-taking technique and then analyzed using the Miles and Huberman models. Its usefulness as reading material is known through interviews with three Indonesian language teachers and questionnaires for 32 students in SMA 4 Binjai. Based on the research, 33 values of character education were obtained which included five religious values, four values of hard work, twelve values of independence, eight values of responsibility and four values of social care. In addition, there are fifteen inner conflicts of the main characters in the novel. Based on the results of the interview it was concluded that the reading material in the form of enrichment books based on this study was appropriate to be used as a companion learning book and in accordance with the characteristics of high school students. The results of the questionnaire showed students' responses to reading material by 82.2% with very good criteria.  Keywords: Value of Character Education, Inner Conflict, Novels, Reading Materials.

Abstract

ABSTRAK  Guru memiliki peran penting dalam pembelajaran sehingga guru dituntut untuk memiliki kecerdasan dalam memilih dan memanfaatkan media pembelajaran menulis. Salah satu media pembelajaran yang dapat mempengaruhi meningkatnya kualitas dan kegemaran siswa dalam menulis argumentasi adalah melalui media lagu. Media ini dapat memberikan gambaran pada siswa untuk menulis dan meningkatkan keterampilan siswa baik dalam kelancaran berkomunikasi serta kreativitas siswa. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh media lagu terhadap kemampuan menulis karangan argumentasi siswa kelas V SDIT Ash Sholihin. Jenis penelitian  ini adalah penelitian asosiatif. Populasi penelitian ini seluruh siswa SDIT Ash Sholihin. Sampel penelitian ini adalah siswa kelas V SDIT Ash Sholihin yang berjumlah 37 siswa. Instrumen yang digunakan adalah tes kemampuan menulis   karangan argumentasi. Setelah instrumen dinyatakan normal dan homogen, maka analisis data selanjutnya adalah regresi sederhana dengan menggunakan bantuan SPSS 20 dengan kriteria taraf signifikansi . Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa terdapat pengaruh media lagu terhadap kemampuan menulis karangan argumentasi siswa kelas V SDIT Ash Sholihin Tahun Pembelajaran 2017/2018.  Kata Kunci: Media Lagu, Kemampuan Menulis Karangan Argumentasi
