Abstract

The objectives of this Final Report are to analyze and to obtain empirical evidences on the effect of brand image, service performance, portfolio services, and physical evidences towards customers satisfaction of “BTN Batara” Savings Account at PT Bank Tabungan Negara (Persero) Tbk, Semarang Branch Office. The population of this Final Report is all of the customers at PT Bank Tabungan Negara (Persero) Tbk, Semarang Branch Office. The sampling technique uses the Random Sampling Method amounting to 100 customers. The data used in this Final Report is the primary data obtained throough the distribution of questionnaires. The data analysis model uses the Multiple Linear Regression Analysis Model. Meanwhile, data analysis techniques use F Test, Coefficient of Determination (R2), and t Test.The Results of the analysis and discussion show that the variables of brand image, service performance, portfolio services, and physical evidences simultaneously have a significant effect towards customers satisfaction at PT Bank Tabungan Negara (Persero) Tbk, Semarang Branch Office. Partially, variable of brand image and physical evidences each have positive and significant effects towards customers satisfaction at PT Bank Tabungan Negara (Persero) Tbk, Semarang Branch Office. Meanwhile, variable of service performance does not have positive effect nor it is not significant. While portfolio services have positive effect but it is not significant towards customers satisfaction at PT Bank Tabungan Negara (Persero) Tbk, Semarang Branch Office.

Abstract

This study aims to examine the quality of teller service which consists of tangibles, reliability, responsiveness, assurance, and empathy of member satisfaction by saving at Baitul Maal Wat Tamwil (BMT) Polidana Semarang State Polytechnic. The data used are primary data in the form of questionnaires' distribution to BMT members. The data used are primary data which are distributed through questionnaires to BMT members. This study used 100 members of the BMT Polidana as a sample. The data analysis tool used multiple regression analysis with SPSS 21. The results showed that tangibles, reliability, responsiveness and assurance had a significant effect on member satisfaction in saving at BMT Polidana State Polytechnic Semarang while empathy (empathy) does not have a significant effect on member satisfaction in saving at BMT Polidana Semarang State Polytechnic

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the optimal portfolio of stocks using a single index model and the Capital Asset Pricing Model (CAPM) in making investment decisions as well as the expected profit and risk of the optimal portfolio formed on Islamic stocks in the Indonesian Sharia Stock Index (ISSI) on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. 2016-2020 period. This research design is descriptive quantitative research. The study population was all stocks that were consistently included in the Indonesian Sharia Stock Index (ISSI), amounting to 207 stocks. The number of samples of this study was 136 stocks using the Slovin method. The results show that there are 54 stocks that meet the criteria for optimal portfolio formation. The optimal portfolio of ISSI index stocks has a portfolio return rate of 21.95% and a portfolio risk of 10.49%. The portfolio performance based on the Treynor index shows that the best of the 54 stocks is PTSP shares amounting to 32.73% of the trading sector. While the results in determining investment decisions using the Capital Asset Pricing Model (CAPM) method and 136 company shares, there are 65 undervalued stocks, and 71 stocks are overvalued.

Abstract

This research is based on the problems of the company PT Jasa Marga Tbk which has a problem with the performance of the company which is indicated by the DER of companie increased during the period 2009-2018. The purpose of this research is to analyze the influance of direction and significance of Liquidity, Asset Structure, Free Cash Flow and Company Size on Debt Policy (DER) in PT Jasa Marga Tbk for the period 2009-2018. The population and sample in this study were PT Jasa Marga Tbk. The analysis model used in this study is a multiple linear regression model. The results of the multiple linear regression analysis showed that (1) the influance of Liquidity (CR) on Debt Policy (DER) was positive and significant (2) the influance Asset Structure on Debt Policy (DER) was negative and not significant (3) the influance of Free Cash Flow on Debt Policy (DER) is positive and significant (4) the influance of Company Size on Debt Policy (DER) is positive and significant.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the significance of marketing mix variables consisting of product, price, promotion, place, people, processe, and physical evidence of BritAma saving decision making at PT Bank Rakyat Indonesia (Persero), Branch of Puri Anjasmoro Semarang. This study uses primary data from the distribution of questionnaires and secondary data from book literature and research journals. The population of this research is all the savings customers of BritAma PT Bank Rakyat Indonesia (Persero), Tbk Branch of Puri Anjasmoro Semarng. Sampling technique in this research is purposive sampling and accidental sampling. Data analysis method in this research is Multiple Linear Regression Analysis Model. Besides, data quality test in this research is done by using validity test and reliability test, and classical assumption test in the form of normality test, heteroskedasticity test, and multicolonierity test. In this study used data analysis techniques in the form of F test, t test, and coefficient of determination (R2). Based on the results of the analysis and discussion shows that the product, price, promotion, place, person, process, and physical evidence simultaneously significantly influence the decision of saving BritAma at PT Bank Rakyat Indonesia (Persero), Tbk Branch of Puri Anjasmoro Semarang. While partially there are only four variables that have a significant effect on Britama saving decision making is the product, promotion, place, and process. For the other three variables are price, people, and physical evidence have no significant effect on the decision of saving BritAma at PT Bank Rakyat Indonesia (Persero), Tbk Branch of Puri Anjasmoro Semarang.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to identify how to increase customer satisfaction of Internet Banking Service Quality at PT Bank Rakyat Indonesia (Persero) Tbk. Unit Banyumanik Semarang with five dimensions of service quality which were tangible, reliability, responsiveness, assurance, and emphaty.Data in this research were obtained from questionnaires which spread to 100 (one hundred) respondents. The data analysis methods are validity test, reliability test, satisfaction index analysis, and satisfaction gap test.The results from reliability and validity tests showed that items of service quality dimension such as tangible, reliability, responsiveness, assurance, and empathy were valid and reliable. Based on the result of satisfaction index analysis, the weighting average score of Internet Banking quality service is 4,046. That score is between 3,43 – 4,23 which means satisfied. Based on the result of satisfaction gap test the increase of satisfaction established on the fifteen sub indicators show satisfaction, and three sub indicators show dissatisfaction, then it needs special attention and an improvement from PT Bank Rakyat Indonesia (Persero) Tbk. Unit Banyumanik Semarang for three sub-indicators are not satisfied.

Abstract

This purpose of this research is to analyze the effect of service quality, product quality, and price on customer satisfaction of Credit Serba Bisa at PD. BPR BKK Kota Semarang Period June 2019. This research is a causal applied quantitative research. The types of data used in this study are primary and secondary. Methods of data collection using questionnaires, interviews, and observation. The sampling technique used was purposive sampling technique with a sample of 100 respondents. Data testing methods used in this study are validity test, reliability test, normality test, multicollinearity test, heteroscedasticity test, autocorrelation test, multiple linear regression test, F test, t test, test the coefficient of determination R2 which shows can be used to measure customer satisfaction. The analytical method used in this study is multiple linear regression using SPSS 25. The results of the F test show that the quality of service, product quality, and price simultaneously have a significant effect on customer satisfaction on Credit Serba Bisa in PD. BPR BKK Kota Semarang. Furthermore, the t test results showed that service quality, product quality, and price partially had a significant effect on customer satisfaction of Credit Serba Bisa at PD. BPR BKK Kota Semarang.

Abstract

Batik Balqis Collection is a boutique and batik producer that most of the goods are self-produced. In conducting their business, Batik Balqis Collection provides services in the form of custom orders that are still carried out manually, so it is difficult to describe the details of the order design and inaccuracies in calculating the cost of goods manufactured for each order. This research aims to design and develop order and custom production information systems with tracking information for Batik Balqis Collection customers. The method used to develop the system is the Prototype method. The prototype method phase consists of initial requirement, design, prototyping, customer evaluation, review and update, system development, and system implementation. Data collection methods used are interviews and observation. The system's outputs are purchase report, order report, material inventory report, work in process inventory report, finished good inventory report, and cost of goods manufactured report. By implementing this system, users are expected to run their business processes more efficiently.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to analyze the effect of promotional attractiveness, user-friendliness, and security on the interest in using e-money either simultaneously or partially in Semarang State Polytechnic students. The population of this study were all Semarang State Polytechnic students. The sample selection method used convenience sampling with 100 respondents in this study. The data were analyzed using multiple linear regression with the help of SPSS 25. The results of this study indicate that simultaneously or partially promotional attractiveness, ease of use, and security have a significant effect on interest in using electronic money among Semarang State Polytechnic students. It shows that promotions are carried out to attract students, ease of use and security attract users to switch to e-money especially in the digital era

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of Ratio Capital Adequacy Ratio (CAR), Loan to Deposit Ratio (LDR) and Operational Income Cost Effect (BOPO) partially or simultaneously to Return On Assets (ROA) at Bank Umum Syariah in Indonesia., The period 2015-2017. The data used in this study obtained from the quarterly financial reports through the website. Population and sample in this research is Bank Syariah Mandiri, Bank Mega Syariah and Bank BNI Syariah. The results of hypothesis testing using multiple linear regression analysis using SPSS 16. The result of determination coefficient shows the result of 0,774 or 77,4% of variable Return On Assets (ROA) influenced by Capital Adequacy Ratio (CAR), Loan to Deposit Ratio (LDR) and Operational Income Cost Effect (BOPO), the remaining 22,6% is influenced by other factors. The results of the F test or simultaneously Capital Adequacy Ratio (CAR), Loan to Deposit Ratio (LDR) and Operational Income Cost Effect (BOPO) together have a significant effect on Return On Assets (ROA). While t test or partially, Operational Income Cost Effect (BOPO) have significant influence to Return On Assets (ROA) while Capital Adequacy Ratio (CAR) and Loan to Deposit Ratio (LDR) has no significant effect to Return On Assets (ROA) on Bank Umum Syariah in Indonesia Period 2015-2017.
