Abstract

Genetic polymorphism of P2Y12 receptor is one of the factors responsible for the variation in response to antiplatelet therapy. Variations in response to P2Y12 receptors can cause Coronary Artheri Disease (CAD) in CHD patients. This research was conducted in RSUD Sidoarjo East Java  from  November  to December 2017 which aims to determine the effect of P2Y12 polymorphism on platelet aggregation in CHD patients. The research method used is Polymerase Chain Reaction (PCR) for P2Y12 genetic polymorphism and Light Transmittance Aggregometry (LTA) method for platelet aggregation measurement. From 30 samples, it was found that all samples had homozygot (wild type) type P2Y12 polymorphism with bp value of about 156 bp. Inferential analysis  was conducted  to determine the relationship between polymorphism of P2Y12 with platelet aggregation obtained p value = 0,130. From these results it can be said  that  between the genetic polymorphism of P2Y12 and platelet aggregation has no significant relationship.  Keywords : antiplatelet; clopidogrel; platelet aggregation; polymorphism P2Y12.

Abstract

Chronic Renal Failure (CRF) is kidney damage with a decrease in Glomerular Filtration Rate (LFG) of less than 60mL/min/1.73 m2 during (at least) 3 months. Hemodialysis therapy is the most widely used CRF therapy. Due to certain conditions, in addition to receiving hemodialysis therapy, patients with CRF alsoreceive oral drug therapy. This is intended to overcome complications both from CRF and hemodialysis therapy itself. This study aims to evaluate drugs use in patients with CRF with hemodialysis based on four aspects, namely the proper patient, the proper medication, the proper indication and the proper dose according to the standard of therapy. This research was a descriptive study using a cross sectional design with data collection done retrospectively on patients undergoing hemodialysis in Regional General Hospitalof Toto Kabila Hospital January 2017-October 2018. 43 patients were taken as samples by purposive sampling method that met the criteria. The data obtained were analyzed by univariate analysis. The results showed that the use of drugs in kidney failure patients undergoing hemodialysis in Regional General Hospitalof Toto Kabila Hospital in the period of January2017-October 2018 based on the four aspects were as follows: proper patient of 100%; proper drug of 86.05% and improper drug of 13.95%; proper indication of 83.72% and improper indication of 16.28%; proper dosage of 53.49%; and improper dosage of 46.51%.Overall, the drugs use evaluation results show that the drugs use on patients with Chronic Rena Failure undergoing hemodialysis in Regional General Hospitalof Toto Kabila Hospital in the period January 2017-October 2018 can be included in the good category. Keywords? Abstract

School children are state assets as human resources for the success of nation building. However, elementary school children are also one of the nutritionally vulnerable groups due to the need for macronutrient nutrients such as energy, protein, fat and other nutrients for the growth and development of bones, teeth, muscles and blood[9] . Breakfast habits need to be considered to provide energy for the body and so that children are more receptive to learning. But children have a lot of activity so they often forget to eat. 1 Snack is often an alternative for children who have not had breakfast. There are several types of food additives that are dangerous if mixed in snacks, including rhodamine B and borax. Research is intended to identify the presence of hazardous food additives, namely Rhodamin B and borax in snacks in the neighborhood of Jl. Kartini East Tegal District, Tegal City in 2017. This research is descriptive with a population that is snacks that do not have food labels sold along Kartini Street, Tegal City which looks chewy for snacks containing borax and bright red / striking for snacks containing rhodamine B. The number of samples we examined were 31 snacks consisting of 22 snacks as borak samples and 9 rhodamin B sample snacks. The test equipment was used Borax Kit and Rhodamin Kit. The results showed that there were 7 (31.8%) borax-containing snacks and 3 (33.3%) containing rhodamine B. In this study the factors of education, socio-economic, knowledge and attitudes of traders were not examined. Therefore, it is necessary to further examine the factors of education, socio-economics, knowledge and attitudes of traders towards preservatives at risk. Keywords? Abstract

Campuran pelarut air-etanol-propilen glikol (60: 25: 15% v / v) menunjukkan potensi pelarutan tertinggi.Kata kunci: Fisetin, kosolvensi, kelarutan. pelarut

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to predict the potential effect of theoretical use and evaluation of Paracetamol and Diazepam capsules concoction preparation in poly-nerve patients in outpatient depot Pharmacy Installation of Raden Mattaher Hospital. Methods of data collection used observation techniques with retrospective study data collection techniques. It was found that 12 patients used the Paracetamol 500 mg concoction capsules and 0.5 mg Diazepam given twice a day, used every day with a minimum usage period of 1 month and a maximum of 56 months, 5 of whom were over 60 years old. The capsule concoction that is made is not derived from the pure active ingredient of Paracetamol and Diazepam, but is a trademark tablet drug which is crushed without BA and BE evaluation of the concoction form. So, it can be concluded that the use of Paracetamol and Diazepam concoction capsules is predicted to pose a risk of causing hepatotoxic and physical and psychological dependence and capsule concoction drugs that are made do not meet the criteria set by the FDA.
